Description

用于制造设置有包装并容纳可冲泡材料的储袋的方法和设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造包括储袋的封包单元的设备和方法,所述储袋容纳可冲泡材料,并且所述储袋被设置在包装中、例如芳香密封包装中。
背景技术
关于所述设备和方法,EP 2 231 479 B1可以被认为是常用的。以该现有技术,浸泡储袋首先被生产成储袋生产单元。这种中间步骤的结果是浸泡储袋,即,在其中封闭有可冲泡材料的储袋,其中,所述储袋本身通常通过线来连接,所述线在其与储袋相反的端部处设置有标签。根据现有技术,中间产品被转移至包装站,形成包装的薄膜幅材设置在该包装站中,储袋被放置到该幅材上以便使薄膜的突出超过储袋的一长度段在储袋上枢转,以便将储袋定位在形成包装材料的薄膜的相对腿部之间。在本发明涉及U形的范围内,该术语不应被理解为在意义上是相同的。要点在于储袋被保持在包装材料的相对腿部之间,所述腿部通过由薄膜材料形成的共同边缘或折叠部连接。包装材料的边缘是U形、V形还是其它形状是不重要的。
在根据现有技术以这种方式将储袋放置在包装材料的相对腿部之间之后,在从连续进给的薄膜幅材中分离出一段薄膜之后,将由U形折叠薄膜和储袋组成的单元进给至密封站,尚未彼此连接且突出超过储袋的相对腿部的侧边缘在该密封站中被结合在一起。这种密封在本发明中例如通过热封、即焊接或滚花来进行。
在从WO 01/62600A1中已知的替代步骤中,首先将储袋拉出储袋制造单元。如同先前讨论的现有技那样,储袋制造单元还具有旋转传送装置,其具有多个适于保持储袋的容器。在这样的容器中,储袋与包装材料一起被推回以将储袋包装成U形包装,使得包装材料的相对腿部将储袋封闭在其间。然后最终将储袋从储袋制造单元中移除。U形薄膜和储袋的单元被转移到密封站。在那里,包装以上述方式通过密封来闭合。
发明内容
本发明的根本问题是:提供一种容纳在包装中的储袋的更加经济且高效的生产。为此目的,旨在限定一种合适的设备和对应的生产方法。
关于基于设备的问题的解决方案,本发明提出了一种具有权利要求1的特征的设备。
该设备具有储袋处理装置,该储袋处理装置用于从储袋制造装置中移出完成的储袋。此外,包装材料处理装置被设置成用于在包装材料幅材的U形包装期间处理包装材料。储袋处理装置和包装材料处理装置根据本发明构造成,使得被储袋处理装置保持的储袋和被包装材料处理装置保持的包装材料被转移至密封站的密封钳口之间。
根据本发明,相应地实现了两个处理装置,其中每个处理装置都与包装的储袋的两个部件相关联,其中,储袋处理装置通常仅处理储袋,并且包装材料处理装置通常仅与包装材料相互作用。两个处理装置的相互作用在包装材料和储袋被导入到密封站中时进行。处理装置将完成的封包的两个部件、即包装和储袋彼此分离且独立地带到密封站中、即密封钳口之间。
两个处理装置相应地使所述两个部件能够被彼此独立地处理,使得例如在进给这些部件时,包装材料和储袋可以相对彼此定位,并且如果必要,包装材料幅材可以在插入到密封钳口之间时变形。本发明特别地分配有独立的包装站,在该包装站中,通过将完成的储袋放置在起初平坦的薄膜幅材上并且在薄膜的自由端部上折叠以形成腿部,将该完成的储袋放置在作为包装材料的薄膜的U形腿部之间。
当然,包装材料可以在被进给并导入到密封站时形成为U形。为此目的,包装材料处理装置通常在中心区域中夹持包装材料。在该夹持期间,包装材料基本平坦地延伸。中心区域通常处在当储袋移出储袋制造装置时完成的储袋行进的运动路径上。该运动路径在储袋制造装置、特别是储袋制造装置的从该储袋制造装置中排出完成的储袋的站与下一加工站、即打开以接收储袋连同包装材料的那些密封钳口之间是连续的、优选基本上是直线的。储袋制造装置和密封站因此基本彼此直接相邻。完成的储袋直接从储袋制造装置转移到密封站而没有进一步加工。包装材料和储袋的结合、特别是储袋在U形弯折的包装材料的腿部之间的包装仅在插入到密封站中期间执行。因此,在储袋已经被导入到密封站中、即导入到其打开的密封钳口中之前,该储袋并不接近包装材料。
储袋处理装置和包装材料处理装置不仅是用于结合储袋和包装材料的装置。它们还是用于将两个部件插入到密封站的密封钳口之间的处理装置。因此,它们兼(in one)影响储袋的包装以及储袋和包装材料在密封钳口之间的插入。
这使得可以简化用于生产容纳在包装中的储袋的设备。
关于先前描述的其中包装材料由包装材料处理装置夹持并被导入到密封站中的过程方法,根据本发明的优选的进一步发展方案提出了一种包装材料进给装置,该包装材料进给装置在位于储袋制造装置中的完成的储袋与密封站之间保持包装材料的一长度段。所述长度段仍可以设置成基本不断进给的包装材料幅材的部段,并且只有在其被转移至密封站之后才切断。然而,该长度段也可以以其最终长度、例如形成包装的长度来进给。包装材料部分通常旨在横向于储袋的运动路径延伸,储袋在其在储袋制造装置与密封站之间的路途上遵循该运动路径。
包装材料部分通常在包装材料处理装置夹持包装材料时从包装材料的连续供应中切断。这确保在切断预定长度段之前,其可以作为连续体的一部分得到处理。因此,当被包装材料处理装置夹持时,包装材料的该长度段正常情况下保持在侧向导轨中,该侧向导轨在包装材料的所述长度段的中心区域中打开,使得包装材料处理装置可以在那里接合包装材料的该长度段并将其拉出引导件。该引导件通常设置有朝向密封站渐缩的漏斗形区域,起初基本上平坦且直线地进给的包装材料幅材在被进给到密封站时在该漏斗形区域上重新定形、即折叠。
这种运动路径可以是直线或圆弧形状的。其通常是稳定的。储袋连续地和/或不用进一步加工地在该运动路径上被引导或连续移动。
在根据本发明的设备中,储袋和包装材料的结合在两个部件被插入到密封钳口之间时发生。因为没有用于储袋和包装材料单元的共同处理装置并且鉴于密封钳口之间的密封,根据本发明的优选的进一步发展方案提出了一种与密封站相关联的夹紧装置。该夹紧装置通常具有相对密封钳口之一可运动的至少一个夹紧元件。优选地,两个密封钳口中的每一个密封钳口都具有用于将储袋密封在包装之间的对应的夹紧装置,其中,每个独立的夹紧装置优选相对相关联的密封钳口可运动。这允许夹紧装置保持储袋连同U形的包装材料,从而在闭合密封钳口之前将储袋封闭在密封钳口之间。
在一种可想的构造中,储袋相对包装材料如下地定位,使得包装材料的相对边缘突出超过储袋。储袋可以直接抵靠包装材料的边缘/折叠部。当储袋和包装材料组件被插入时,包装材料的突出超过储袋但尚未结合在一起的边缘被放置在通常U形的密封钳口之间。这些密封钳口通常在其内部中具有一个或多个夹紧装置,该夹紧装置在中心区域中作用在该单元上,以便将储袋连同包装材料保持在密封站中并且以便使其以预期方式定位,使得待密封的边缘在密封钳口的功能表面之间。
在上文已经概述的过程中,初始地生产了容纳可冲泡材料的储袋。该储袋被放置在包装材料的相对腿部之间。这些腿部在密封站中被结合在一起以形成包围储袋的包装。腿部通过将包装材料形成为U形来形成。该包装可以在包装材料的中心区域中实现。因此,包装材料的边缘或折叠部位于包装材料的大致等长的腿部之间。两个腿部在包装材料被带到密封站中时形成。因此,彼此相对并且通过后边缘或折叠部分开和连接的长度段在它们被带到密封站中之前并不接近彼此。
根据本发明的方法的优选的进一步发展方案,包装材料的中心区域横向于该包装材料的纵向延伸朝向密封站运动。因此,在被包装材料处理装置处理之前,大致平坦的包装材料通常与具有成对的绕共同旋转轴线旋转的密封钳口的密封站相切地延伸,或者与旋转传送装置相切地延伸,该旋转传送装置可以构成储袋制造装置的基本部件并且其具有各种用于储袋的容器。
根据优选的方法,包装材料和储袋在它们被带到密封站中时沿着所述运动路径相对彼此运动。这是指在包装材料和储袋完全插入在密封钳口之间之前,两个部件在所述路径上的速度不一定是同步的。上文提及的相对运动并不指包装材料的独立腿部相对储袋的枢转。相反,它是指所形成的折叠部或边缘相对储袋的质点的相对运动。随着储袋和包装材料的增长的运动并且接近密封站,储袋和包装材料被带动成靠近在一起。优选地,在储袋仍在储袋制造装置中时,包装材料就已经朝向密封站运动。换句话说,包装材料不只在被带到密封站中时才形成为U形。相反,储袋和包装材料还在通往密封站的路途上被组合,使得它们的最终相对位置只在插入期间、并且还可以只在到密封站中的插入运动结束时才到达,而不管腿部可能仍必须执行的任何枢转运动。
在根据本发明的优选方面所描述的相对易于控制的方法中,当储袋被导入到密封站中时,包装材料在储袋前方运动。因此,所述边缘或折叠部在储袋朝向密封站运动的方向上处在储袋的前方。因此,U形包装材料的开口指向外,使得更容易使储袋前进到包装材料的腿部之间。作为该运动的一部分,形成腿部的部段抵靠形成元件作用,这些形成元件可以布置在例如保持包装材料的引导件上并且使腿部围绕折叠部朝向彼此运动。
在根据本发明的方法和根据本发明的设备中,优选通过夹紧来一方面固定储袋并且在另一方面固定包装材料。据此,储袋处理装置具有用于夹紧完成的储袋的器件。包装材料处理装置也具有用于夹紧储袋材料的器件,以便将其临时固定至储袋材料处理装置,并且通过这种方式经由处理装置将其固定地转移到密封钳口之间。包装材料处理装置优选具有前导包装材料处理元件和尾随包装材料处理元件。两个包装材料处理元件被构造成使得它们可以通过相对运动朝向彼此和远离彼此运动,两个包装材料处理元件由此可以以最大接近度将包装材料夹紧在它们之间,并且因此在前导包装材料处理元件和尾随包装材料处理元件与包装材料到密封钳口之间的导入同步地朝向密封钳口运动时承载着该包装材料向前。
然而在本发明的优选方法中,尾随包装材料处理元件在包装材料已经被导入到密封钳口之间之后沿相反方向运动,使得尾随包装材料处理元件在密封钳口闭合之前布置在这些密封钳口外部。然而为了快速加工,当密封钳口闭合时,前导包装材料处理元件保持在密封钳口的水平处,并且只有在包装材料已经被完全拾取之后,该前导包装材料处理元件才与储袋一起向着包装材料进给装置的方向运动,以便通过将其夹紧并引导到密封钳口之间来夹持包装材料的下一长度段。
由于这种方法,在密封钳口完全闭合之前,前导包装材料处理元件仍然可以用于将包装材料固定在密封钳口之间。
总的来说,根据本发明的解决方案提供了更快并且因此更经济的可行的工艺以及适合于执行该方法的设备。所述解决方案分配有包装站,U形折叠的包装材料和布置在其间的储袋的单元首先在该包装站中形成,所述单元相应地放置在密封钳口之间。因此,根据本发明的设备通过少量装置元件来管理设置有包装的储袋的生产。由于根本没有包装站,在由包装和储袋组成的封包单元完成之前独立部件必须通过的站的数量还被减小。这导致封包单元的更快并因此更加经济的生产。
如同现有技术那样,本发明的上下文中的包装可以由在储袋周围提供芳香密封包装的薄膜形成。然而,所述包装可以由另一种提供对储袋的某种保护(例如在包装打开并移除储袋之前保护作为食物的储袋以防止直接被第三方接触)的材料制成。包装材料也可以是纸、纱或打孔薄膜。
在由塑料薄膜制成的包装中,密封可以通过将两层包装材料焊接在一起来实现。本身不可密封的包装材料可以在要进行用于密封的焊接的点处设置有可密封涂层或可密封条带。密封还可以通过滚花或模压或其它用于结合两个层的结合技术来实现。

具体实施方式
图1示出的实施例包括由附图标记2标识的储袋制造装置和由附图标记100标识的密封站。
储袋制造装置2包括旋转传送装置,该旋转传送装置具有多个绕着一轴线旋转的用于接收可透水包装的容器4,所述可透水包装被重新定形以形成储袋,该储袋容纳可冲泡材料并且通常与线和标签连接。关于各个站及其构造,可以参考现有技术水平,例如EP 2231 479 B1或WO 01/62600 A1。图2中的附图标记I至VI表示不同位置,容器4可以位于所述不同位置中以便接收并加工完成的储袋的或待完成的储袋的不同部件。出于清楚的原因,未示出作用在这些部件上的元件。在位置VI中,储袋完成。
图1至3示出了由附图标记20标识的包装材料处理装置和由附图标记10标识的储袋处理装置的元件。所示实施例的包装材料是芳香密封薄膜。因此,下文描述指的是薄膜处理装置20。储袋处理装置10包括两个大致平行的臂12、13,所述臂铰接在一起并且通过联接杆14联接至共同驱动装置30。该共同驱动装置30具有各种凸轮32,这些凸轮不可旋转地安装在驱动装置30的共同驱动转轴33上并且联接至集合器34,凸轮32的外周面各自在集合器中滚动,其中,集合器34每个都可枢转地安装在共同支承轴36上并且设置有杠杆37,该杠杆铰接至相关联的联接杆14。联接杆14经由杠杆作用在臂12上。
驱动转轴30致动储袋处理装置10的各个部件以及薄膜处理装置20的各个部件。因此,两个处理装置10、20被提供了共同驱动并且是有源同步的。
第一密封钳口102和第二密封钳口104被配置给密封站100。密封站的细节将参考图5至7进行说明。对于下文参考图1至4的描述,密封钳口102、104的功能仅仅在以下方面相关:两个密封钳口102、104可以相对彼此运动并且被压向彼此,以将储袋密封在薄膜包装中,并且可以沿相反方向枢转以释放密封的储袋或者拿起新的具有薄膜的储袋,其中,成对设置的密封钳口102、104可以绕着共同轴线枢转。图1至4仅仅示意性示出了密封站100。然而,实施例的实际构造与此存在偏差,并且可以参见图5至7。
如图3所示,薄膜处理装置20具有由附图标记21标识的前导薄膜处理元件和由附图标记22标识的尾随薄膜处理元件,所述元件21、22中的每个元件都具有相应地成对25设置的薄膜处理臂24和22,其中,每对都枢转地安装并且可独立驱动,并且每个都具有向内突出的夹紧突出部,其中,前导处理臂24的夹紧突出部由附图标记26标识,并且尾随处理臂25的夹紧突出部由附图标记27标识。
储袋处理装置10的臂被设计成前储袋处理臂12和后储袋处理臂13,所述前储袋处理臂承载着夹紧靴15,所述后储袋处理臂致动夹紧弹簧16,该夹紧弹簧与夹紧靴15相互作用并且相对夹紧靴15可枢转。这些元件在图5及下列等附图中详细描述。另外的致动臂17使夹紧靴15相对前储袋处理臂12枢转。
图3示出了薄膜形式的包装材料40,该包装材料以平面路径相对密封站100和储袋制造装置2的旋转轴切向地进给,并且该包装材料在根据图3的阶段中通过两个处理臂24、25相对彼此的相对枢转运动被夹紧在前导夹紧突出部26与尾随夹紧突出部27之间。该位置代表将薄膜40插入到两个密封钳口102、104之间的起始位置。其在图2中以对应方式示出,其中要放置在密封钳口102、104之间的储袋由附图标记42标识。出于表现的原因,臂12、13、17被省略。
薄膜40显然在其中心区域中被夹紧并夹持在两个前导夹紧突出部和尾随夹紧突出部26、27之间。在这个阶段中,具有夹紧弹簧16的夹紧靴15被插入到对应的容器4中以夹持储袋42。两个密封钳口102、104尚未在其间封闭薄膜40和储袋42的由附图标记B标识的运动路径。事实上,两个密封钳口102、104位于该运动路径B的上方。该运动路径B基本上作为与储袋制造装置2的旋转传送装置的枢转点相交的径向线延伸。运动路径B在储袋制造装置2和密封站10之间以直线延伸。
在图4a中所示的阶段中,两个处理臂24、25已经承载着薄膜40与其一起朝向密封站100枢转。在较小的程度上,夹紧靴15和夹紧弹簧16已前进到容器4中。在图4b和4a之间的序列中,夹紧弹簧16枢转,以在夹紧靴保持在容器中的同时将储袋42夹紧在夹紧靴15和夹紧弹簧16之间。储袋制造装置2的旋转传送装置保持静止。图4c同样出现了相同的情况,其与图4b相比明显示出了薄膜40已经沿着运动路径B朝向密封站100前进了一定距离,而储袋42仍保持在其容器4中。因此,薄膜40领先储袋42。
只在图4d中的示意图中,要生产的封包单元的包括薄膜40和储袋42的两个部件才同时运动到密封钳口102、104之间。这些密封钳口现在在其间封闭了运动路径B。图4a示出了储袋42在运动路径B上的运动的开始。
从图4e中可以看到的是,薄膜40已经被包装成U形,薄膜40的两个相对腿部44由此形成在折叠部45之间,所述腿部通过越来越多的接近、即通过薄膜40和储袋42到密封钳口102、104之间的插入运动被逐渐带动靠近储袋42。夹紧弹簧16已释放储袋42。与储袋制造装置2相切地延伸的引导件在中间凹陷,使得夹紧突出部26、27可以夹持薄膜40,所述引导件在由薄膜处理装置20在边缘处夹持期间保持薄膜40并且未示出。引导件还保持漏斗形的形成元件,这些漏斗形的形成元件朝向密封站100渐缩,这些漏斗形的形成元件与薄膜40相互作用以使相对腿部44绕着折叠部45枢转。
图4f示出了储袋处理装置10和薄膜处理装置20的结束位置。在图4f所示的位置中,薄膜40和储袋42被放置在它们的两个密封钳口102、104之间的密封位置中。
现在,储袋处理装置10沿相反方向、即沿根据图4g所示的顺时针方向U枢转。前导薄膜处理元件21保持静止,然而尾随薄膜处理元件22像储袋处理装置10一样顺时针枢转以从密封钳口102、104之间的区域中移除尾随夹紧突出部27。几乎同时,夹紧装置46(可以尤其在图4h中清楚地看到并且被设置成用于每个密封钳口102、104)从外部抵靠在腿部44上夹持并且将薄膜40和储袋42夹紧至使得夹紧靴15和夹紧弹簧16(先前被致动以释放对薄膜40和储袋42的夹紧)从密封钳口102、104中移除。夹紧装置46现在被构造成夹紧冲头的形式,其被设置成可相对相关联的密封钳口102、104相对运动、即可枢转。
在夹紧靴15和夹紧弹簧16释放储袋42并且前导夹紧突出部和尾随夹紧突出部26、27释放薄膜40之后,薄膜40和储袋42仅由夹紧装置46保持在密封钳口102、104之间,如图4i所示。随着尾随薄膜处理元件22的越来越多的枢转运动,前导薄膜处理元件21沿逆时针G枢转并且因此从密封钳口102、104的区域中出来,这些密封钳口被构造成在其后部区域中更加狭窄,使得前导薄膜处理元件21的前导夹紧突出部26可以通过这种枢转运动从密封钳口102、104之间的区域中出来。
由于前导储袋处理臂和尾随储袋处理臂12、13之间的相对枢转,当夹紧靴15和夹紧弹簧16枢转回来时,该位置在位置VI中的容器4的下方。换句话说,夹紧靴15和夹紧弹簧16没有在运动路径B上(参见图4j)返回。
在图4k中,两个密封钳口102、104已经朝向彼此枢转。因此,两个密封钳口102、104之间的距离小于图4j的示意图中的距离。
在图4k和4l之间,储袋制造装置2的旋转传送装置和密封站100二者都逆时针枢转。密封钳口102、104在该旋转期间完全朝向彼此运动。在将密封钳口102、104移至图4l示出的密封位置之后,夹紧装置46被释放。在密封位置中,薄膜40的在侧向和前部处突出超过储袋42的边缘被夹紧在密封钳口102、104之间并且彼此热封。在密封位置100旋转时,通过图l和n示出的薄膜进给装置50通过将薄膜40夹紧并使之前进的两个驱动辊(切割装置51被配置给这些驱动辊),新的薄膜40被进给到前导夹紧突出部26和尾随夹紧突出部27之间(参见图4l,4m)。通过使储袋制造装置2的旋转传送装置旋转,下一个容器4顺时针运动到位置VI。图4n已经示出了打开的夹紧弹簧16与夹紧靴15向储袋42的接近以及前导夹紧突出部和尾随夹紧突出部26、27为了夹紧位于运动路径B上的薄膜40的中心区域的接近。同时,密封站100旋转并且带动另一组第一和第二密封钳口102、104以封闭运动路径B并因此与容器4相对。上述循环再次开始。当夹紧突出部26、27夹持薄膜40时,切割装置51从供应处分离薄膜40的长度段。
在下文中,参考图5及以下附图来更加详细地说明根据本发明的构造的密封站100的实施例。
图5示出了包括与第一密封钳口102相关联的第一转轴101以及与第一转轴101同轴并且与第二密封钳口104相关联的第二转轴103的实施例的透视性侧视图。滑动套筒106可滑动地设置在第一转轴101上,该滑动套筒经由形状配合元件108与设置在第二转轴103的前端部处的相关联的形状配合相反元件110接合。
形状配合元件108形成相对转轴101、103在纯轴向方向上延伸的引导表面112。相应地,第二转轴103以其形状配合相反元件110形成对应的引导表面114。
滑动套筒106具有斜槽116,该斜槽贯穿滑动套筒的周面、相对第一转轴或第二转轴101、103的轴向延伸倾斜地延伸、形成对应倾斜的引导表面117并且被引导销118贯穿,该引导销被保持在引导槽116中并且以其外周面形成与引导表面117协作的另外的引导表面119。
在滑动套筒106的与形状配合元件108相反的端部处,该滑动套筒具有驱动环120,该驱动环与图6和7中示出的滑块121协作,其操作将在下文更加详细地说明。
第一转轴和第二转轴101、103各自穿过支承套筒122,以用于将转轴101、103定位在齿轮箱壳体123上。第一转轴101在其自由端部处具有第一转台124,多个第一密封钳口102以相对彼此均匀的距离安装在该第一转台的外周上。第一密封钳口102基本上不可旋转地安装在第一转台124上。
对应地,第二转轴103具有第二转台128,多个第二密封钳口104不可旋转地安装在该第二转台上。为此,第二密封钳口104螺纹连接至第二转台128。通过松开螺纹连接,可以调节第二密封钳口104相对第二转台128的对准。这允许该实施例可以被调节成,使得在如图5所示的密封位置中,所有的第一密封钳口102与相关联的第二密封钳口104接触以便夹紧设置在它们之间的薄膜40,并且形成薄膜封包并经由U形接缝将其密封。
密封钳口102、104现在由设置在密封钳口102、104内部的加热器加热并形成密封元件132的密封钳口。
如可以从图6和7得出的那样,滑动件121经由引导辊134而与开槽的引导件136相互作用,所述开槽的引导件被构造成凹槽136并且设置在引导柱体138上。引导柱体138不可旋转地连接至驱动转轴140,该驱动转轴还使两个凸轮盘142旋转,这些凸轮盘的凸轮接合在输出盘144的凹陷部中,以用于步进式驱动第一转轴和第二转轴101,103。
因此,驱动转轴140连续运动,而一方面转轴101、103相对彼此旋转,并且总体上分步地绕着共同旋转轴线旋转。
在第一密封钳口与第二密封钳口102、104之间,预张紧介质(pretensioningagent)可以起作用,以便在薄膜40的中间层和弹性预张紧下将对应的密封钳口102、104压靠向彼此。任何公差误差由该弹性器件补偿。例如,该弹性器件可以弹性地支撑密封钳口102、104中的至少一个。替代地,第二转轴103例如也可以由扭转弹性材料制成。
在图5至7中,已经分配有独立的夹紧装置46的图示。
在所选驱动类型的情况下,第一转轴101直接经由输出盘144驱动,而滑动套筒106通过引导销118与斜槽116的相互作用并且基于套筒106的位置经由滑块121来驱动。通过一方面由于凸轮盘142并且另一方面由于引导柱体138的脱离驱动转轴140的驱动运动,甚至在第一转轴101停止时也可以实现密封钳口102、104的相对运动。薄膜40连同储袋42的插入、两个密封钳口102、104的闭合以及薄膜40之间的储袋42的密封之间的序列来自图6、7和5的序列。
在图6和7之间,密封位置通过停止的第一转轴101和滑动套筒106的相对运动来准备。密封钳口102、104被压靠向彼此。第一密封钳口102保持静止,而第二密封钳口104通过致动滑动套筒106而枢转。在两个密封钳口102、104已经彼此抵靠之后,第一转轴和第二转轴101、103同时枢转。滑动套筒106相对第二转轴103的位置保持不变。不可旋转地连接到第一转轴101的引导销118带着滑动套筒106与其一起,使得第二密封钳口104也被枢转。
斜槽116和引导销118形成斜引导件146,其实现了联接两个转轴101、103的具有预定运动性的有源引导。
作为所示实施例的替代方案,具有凸轮盘和输出盘的驱动件也可以配置给第二转轴103,如在针对第一转轴101示出的实施例中那样。在这种情况下,也可以实现通过驱动转轴140的旋转预定的用于第二密封钳口104的独立驱动。但是即使通过这种有源引导,第一密封钳口和第二密封钳口102、104也可以仅由驱动转轴140驱动并有源联接。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于制造接收在包装中的储袋的设备,该设备包括储袋制造装置(2),所述储袋制造装置适于生产在可透水包装中容纳可冲泡材料的储袋(42),并且所述设备包括密封站(100),所述密封站包括两个密封钳口(102,104),这两个密封钳口相对彼此可运动,以将所述储袋(42)密封在由包装材料(40)形成的包装中,
其特征在于用于从所述储袋制造装置(2)中移除完成的储袋(42)的储袋处理装置(10)和用于在所述包装材料(40)的U形包装期间处理所述包装材料(40)的包装材料处理装置(20),其中,所述储袋处理装置(10)和所述包装材料处理装置(20)适配成,使得由所述储袋处理装置(10)保持的储袋(42)和由所述包装材料处理装置(20)保持的包装材料(40)被导入到所述密封站(100)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于包装材料进给装置(50),所述包装材料进给装置在位于所述储袋制造装置(2)中的完成的储袋(42)与所述密封站(100)之间保持包装材料(40)的一长度段。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于与所述密封站(100)相关联的夹紧装置(46),该夹紧装置保持所述储袋(42)连同U形的薄膜(40),从而在闭合所述密封钳口(102,104)之前将所述储袋(42)封闭在所述密封站(100)的钳口(102,104)之间。
4.一种用于制造包容在包装中的储袋(42)的方法,其中,生产容纳可冲泡材料的储袋(42),将所述储袋布置在包装材料(40)的相对腿部(44)之间,并且在密封站(100)中将所述腿部(44)结合在一起以形成包围所述储袋(42)的包装,其特征在于,在所述包装材料(40)被导入到所述密封站(100)中时将该包装材料重新定形为U形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述包装材料(40)布置成,其中心区域处于运动路径(B)上,所述完成的储袋(42)在所述运动路径上从所述储袋制造装置(2)移到所述密封站(100)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述包装材料(40)的中心区域横向于所述包装材料(40)的纵向方向向着所述密封站(100)的方向运动。
7.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述储袋(42)和所述包装材料(40)在被导入到所述密封站(100)中时沿着所述运动路径(B)相对彼此运动。
8.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述包装材料(40)在所述储袋(42)被导入到所述密封站(100)中时领先于所述储袋(42)运动。
9.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述储袋(42)被导入到所述密封站(100)中时彼此独立地处理所述储袋(42)和所述包装材料(40)。
10.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述包装材料(40)的中心区域夹紧在前导包装材料处理构件和尾随包装材料处理构件(21,22)之间,并且所述包装材料(40)在所述密封站(100)的钳口(102,104)之间被夹紧在所述前导包装材料处理构件和尾随包装材料处理构件(21,22)之间,并且所述尾随包装材料处理元件(22)在所述钳口(102,104)闭合之前保持在所述钳口(102,104)外部,并且所述前导包装材料处理元件(21)保持布置在所述钳口(102,104)的水平处并且在所述钳口(102,104)闭合时处于所述钳口(102,104)的水平处。
11.根据权利要求1所述的设备,
其特征在于,
所述密封站(100)包括承载着至少一个第一密封钳口(102)的第一转轴(101)以及承载着至少一个第二密封钳口(104)的第二转轴(103),所述第二密封钳口在所述薄膜包装的密封期间与所述第一密封钳口(102)协作,并且所述第一转轴和第二转轴(101;103)具有共同旋转轴线并且相对彼此可运动,以便将所述密封钳口(102;104)间隔开以用于包容所述储袋(42)和所述薄膜(40),并且以便将所述密封钳口压向彼此以密封所述薄膜(40)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述密封钳口(102;104)基本上刚性地附接至相关联的转轴(101;103)。
13.根据权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于预张紧元件,所述预张紧元件在所述密封钳口(102;104)被施压时作用在至少一个密封钳口(102;104)上,并且在预张紧下保持所述密封钳口(102;104)抵靠彼此。
14.根据权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述两个转轴(101;103)经由共同驱动转轴(140)来驱动。
15.根据权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述两个转轴(101;103)经由有源引导件(146)来联接。
