电子产品是以电能为工作基础的相关产品,主要包括:手表、智能手机、电话、电视机、影碟机、录像机、摄录机、收音机、收录机、组合音箱、激光唱机、电脑、游戏机、移动通信产品等。因早期产品主要以电子管为基础原件故名电子产品。
冲压加工是借助于常规或专用冲压设备的动力,使板料在模具里直接受到变形力并进行变形,从而获得一定形状、尺寸和性能的产品零件的生产技术。板料,模具和设备是冲压加工的三要素。按冲压加工温度分为热冲压和冷冲压。前者适合变形抗力高,塑性较差的板料加工;后者则在室温下进行,是薄板常用的冲压方法。它是金属塑性加工(或压力加工)的主要方法之一,也隶属于材料成型工程技术。
在进行电子产品加工过程中,经常需要用到冲压设备对板材进行冲压加工,冲压过程中将产生大量的摩擦热和变形热,热量如不及时散发出变形区,将使润滑剂的粘度降低,润滑膜变薄,造成模具与产品直接接触,致使制品表面被划伤,严重时产品被拉破报废。因此冲压拉深用润滑剂必须具有良好的润滑性及散热性。针对不锈钢薄板的拉深成形过程摩擦特点,对所用润滑剂有如下要求:1、具有优良的润滑性、拉深抗磨性能和优良的粘温性能2、能对板料和模具起到冷却和降温作用3、应便于涂覆和清洗。传统的冲压拉伸油主要有矿物质油、可挥发性油、硼化皂基干膜、皂基化合物等,随着不锈钢拉伸要求的提高,传统润滑油的缺点逐渐暴露出来。
发明内容
1.要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油及其制备方法,本发明的电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,用于电子产品的板材冲压加工,通过基础油、油性剂、乳化剂和极压抗磨剂等制备原料的共同作用,可提高拉伸油的承载能力和减摩抗磨性能,具备优异的润滑性、冷却性和极压抗磨性,高效、无氯、抗极压,另外气味低,对环境友好,满足现代化的市场需求,适合大范围推广。
2.技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,包括以下按质量百分比计的组份:
高粘度自乳化酯10-15%、油性剂3-9%、乳化剂3-6%、极压抗磨剂1-3%、缓蚀剂0.1-0.5%、抗氧化剂0.05-0.1%、消泡剂0.05-0.1%,余量为基础油。
进一步的,所述油性剂为硫化油和脂肪酸按质量比1-2:1的混合物,所述硫化油为硫化植物油,所述脂肪酸为饱和脂肪酸。
进一步的,所述极压抗磨剂为硫化猪油、硫化棉籽油、硫化烯烃棉籽油、硫化异丁烯中的一种。
进一步的,所述缓蚀剂为甲基苯骈三氮唑、巯基苯骈噻唑和苯骈三氮唑中的一种。
进一步的,所述乳化剂为聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧丙烯醚、环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物和聚乙烯醇中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
进一步的,所述抗氧化剂为N,N'-二仲丁基对苯二胺、N,N'-二仲丁基对苯二胺、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚、2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基苯酚、2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚和2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油。
进一步的,所述基础油包括植物油、矿物油和合成油的混合物,且植物油、矿物油和合成油的质量比为1-2:1-2:1,所述植物油为大豆油或棉籽油,所述矿物油为石蜡基矿物油,所述合成油为合成酯和聚醚按质量比1:2-3的混合物。
一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、根据质量备份比准备拉伸油的原材料:基础油、高粘度自乳化酯、油性剂、乳化剂、极压抗磨剂、缓蚀剂、抗氧化剂和消泡剂;
S2、将基础油、高粘度自乳化酯和油性剂加入反应釜内,调节反应釜转速为40-60rpm,升温至70-90℃,搅拌混合30-50min得混合物A;
S3、往混合物A中加入乳化剂、极压抗磨剂和缓蚀剂,调节反应釜转速为80-100rpm,保持温度为70-90℃,搅拌混合30-40min得混合物B;
S4、往混合物B中加入抗氧化剂和消泡剂,调节反应釜转速为40-60rpm,调节温度至60℃,搅拌混合30-50min,得混合物C;
S5、将混合物C静置至常温,利用400-500目过滤网滤去底渣,得电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油。
3.有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明的电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,用于电子产品的板材冲压加工,通过基础油、油性剂、乳化剂和极压抗磨剂等制备原料的共同作用,可提高拉伸油的承载能力和减摩抗磨性能,具备优异的润滑性、冷却性和极压抗磨性,高效、无氯、抗极压,另外气味低,对环境友好,满足现代化的市场需求,适合大范围推广。
(2)本发明的电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,使用时涂抹于冲压板材上,在加工过程中,受到冲压后会表现出非常优异的润滑效果,保证金属表面的润滑油膜不被破坏,不会产生边界润滑,具有极高的耐压性,不仅提高了工件加工效率还可以有效保护冲压板材。
(3)本发明的电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,后续清洗方便,可用冷水直接冲洗,免去了碳氢溶剂清洗时的资源损耗。
(4)本发明的电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,具体使用时可根据实际冲压需求,与水配成不同比例的稀释液,来进行冲压加工,满足冲压加工的多样性,既节省使用成本,也减少库存成本。

实施例1:
一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,包括以下按质量百分比计的组份:
基础油82.8%、高粘度自乳化酯10%、油性剂3%、乳化剂3%、极压抗磨剂1%、缓蚀剂0.1%、抗氧化剂0.05%、消泡剂0.05%。
其中,油性剂为硫化油和脂肪酸按质量比1-2的混合物,硫化油为硫化植物油,脂肪酸为饱和脂肪酸;极压抗磨剂为硫化猪油;缓蚀剂甲基苯骈三氮唑;乳化剂为聚氧乙烯醚;抗氧化剂为N,N'-二仲丁基对苯二胺;消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油。
基础油包括植物油、矿物油和合成油的混合物,且植物油、矿物油和合成油的质量比为1:1:1,植物油为大豆油,矿物油为石蜡基矿物油,合成油为合成酯和聚醚按质量比1:2的混合物。
请参阅图1,一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、根据质量备份比准备拉伸油的原材料:基础油、高粘度自乳化酯、油性剂、乳化剂、极压抗磨剂、缓蚀剂、抗氧化剂和消泡剂;
S2、将基础油、高粘度自乳化酯和油性剂加入反应釜内,调节反应釜转速为40rpm,升温至90℃,搅拌混合50min得混合物A;
S3、往混合物A中加入乳化剂、极压抗磨剂和缓蚀剂,调节反应釜转速为80rpm,保持温度为90℃,搅拌混合30min得混合物B;
S4、往混合物B中加入抗氧化剂和消泡剂,调节反应釜转速为40rpm,调节温度至60℃,搅拌混合50min,得混合物C;
S5、将混合物C静置至常温,利用400目过滤网滤去底渣,得电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油。
实施例2:
一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,包括以下按质量百分比计的组份:
基础油74.55%、高粘度自乳化酯12.5%、油性剂6%、乳化剂4.5%、极压抗磨剂2%、缓蚀剂0.3%、抗氧化剂0.075%、消泡剂0.075%。
其中,油性剂为硫化油和脂肪酸按质量比1.5:1的混合物,硫化油为硫化植物油,脂肪酸为饱和脂肪酸;极压抗磨剂为硫化棉籽油;缓蚀剂为巯基苯骈噻唑;乳化剂为聚氧丙烯醚;抗氧化剂为N,N'-二仲丁基对苯二胺;消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油。
基础油包括植物油、矿物油和合成油的混合物,且植物油、矿物油和合成油的质量比为1.5:1.5:1,植物油为大豆油或棉籽油,矿物油为石蜡基矿物油,合成油为合成酯和聚醚按质量比1:2.5的混合物。

S1、根据质量备份比准备拉伸油的原材料:基础油、高粘度自乳化酯、油性剂、乳化剂、极压抗磨剂、缓蚀剂、抗氧化剂和消泡剂;
S2、将基础油、高粘度自乳化酯和油性剂加入反应釜内,调节反应釜转速为50rpm,升温至80℃,搅拌混合40min得混合物A;
S3、往混合物A中加入乳化剂、极压抗磨剂和缓蚀剂,调节反应釜转速为90rpm,保持温度为80℃,搅拌混合35min得混合物B;
S4、往混合物B中加入抗氧化剂和消泡剂,调节反应釜转速为50rpm,调节温度至60℃,搅拌混合40min,得混合物C;
S5、将混合物C静置至常温,利用450目过滤网滤去底渣,得电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油。
实施例3:
一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,包括以下按质量百分比计的组份:
基础油66.3%、高粘度自乳化酯15%、油性剂9%、乳化剂6%、极压抗磨剂3%、缓蚀剂0.5%、抗氧化剂0.1%、消泡剂0.1%。
其中,油性剂为硫化油和脂肪酸按质量比2:1的混合物,硫化油为硫化植物油,脂肪酸为饱和脂肪酸;极压抗磨剂为硫化烯烃棉籽油;缓蚀剂为苯骈三氮唑;乳化剂为环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物的混合物;抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基苯酚;消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油。
基础油包括植物油、矿物油和合成油的混合物,且植物油、矿物油和合成油的质量比为2:2:1,植物油为大豆油或棉籽油,矿物油为石蜡基矿物油,合成油为合成酯和聚醚按质量比1:3的混合物。
请参阅图1,一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、根据质量备份比准备拉伸油的原材料:基础油、高粘度自乳化酯、油性剂、乳化剂、极压抗磨剂、缓蚀剂、抗氧化剂和消泡剂;
S2、将基础油、高粘度自乳化酯和油性剂加入反应釜内,调节反应釜转速为60rpm,升温至70℃,搅拌混合300min得混合物A;
S3、往混合物A中加入乳化剂、极压抗磨剂和缓蚀剂,调节反应釜转速为100rpm,保持温度为70℃,搅拌混合30min得混合物B;
S4、往混合物B中加入抗氧化剂和消泡剂,调节反应釜转速为60rpm,调节温度至60℃,搅拌混合30min,得混合物C;
S5、将混合物C静置至常温,利用500目过滤网滤去底渣,得电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油。

Claims (9)
1.一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,其特征在于:包括以下按质量百分比计的组份:
高粘度自乳化酯10-15%、油性剂3-9%、乳化剂3-6%、极压抗磨剂1-3%、缓蚀剂0.1-0.5%、抗氧化剂0.05-0.1%、消泡剂0.05-0.1%,余量为基础油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,其特征在于:所述油性剂为硫化油和脂肪酸按质量比1-2:1的混合物,所述硫化油为硫化植物油,所述脂肪酸为饱和脂肪酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,其特征在于:所述极压抗磨剂为硫化猪油、硫化棉籽油、硫化烯烃棉籽油、硫化异丁烯中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,其特征在于:所述缓蚀剂为甲基苯骈三氮唑、巯基苯骈噻唑和苯骈三氮唑中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧丙烯醚、环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物和聚乙烯醇中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为N,N'-二仲丁基对苯二胺、N,N'-二仲丁基对苯二胺、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚、2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基苯酚、2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚和2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油,其特征在于:所述基础油包括植物油、矿物油和合成油的混合物,且植物油、矿物油和合成油的质量比为1-2:1-2:1,所述植物油为大豆油或棉籽油,所述矿物油为石蜡基矿物油,所述合成油为合成酯和聚醚按质量比1:2-3的混合物。
9.一种根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、根据质量备份比准备拉伸油的原材料:基础油、高粘度自乳化酯、油性剂、乳化剂、极压抗磨剂、缓蚀剂、抗氧化剂和消泡剂;
S2、将基础油、高粘度自乳化酯和油性剂加入反应釜内,调节反应釜转速为40-60rpm,升温至70-90℃,搅拌混合30-50min得混合物A;
S3、往混合物A中加入乳化剂、极压抗磨剂和缓蚀剂,调节反应釜转速为80-100rpm,保持温度为70-90℃,搅拌混合30-40min得混合物B;
S4、往混合物B中加入抗氧化剂和消泡剂,调节反应釜转速为40-60rpm,调节温度至60℃,搅拌混合30-50min,得混合物C;
S5、将混合物C静置至常温,利用400-500目过滤网滤去底渣,得电子产品板材冲压用拉伸油。
