本发明提供一种白色锂基润滑脂及其制备方法,该白色锂基润滑脂由下列质量百分比的原料制备而成:预制锂基皂粉2‑5%,基础油80‑95%,抗氧剂0.2‑2%,抗磨添加剂0‑2%,防锈添加剂0‑1%,无机稠化剂2‑10%。制备方法包括将预制锂基皂粉倒入部分基础油内,搅拌并加热至210‑215℃;保温搅拌10‑30分钟后加入余量基础油冷却,加抗氧剂再搅拌均匀;静置,降温;徐徐加入无机稠化剂,慢速搅拌直至成脂等步骤。本发明大大增强了预制锂基脂的理化性能,可以提高机械安定性和胶体的热稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种白色锂基润滑脂及备制方法。
背景技术
锂基润滑脂因其润滑性能好、滴点较高而成为现代工业润滑脂的主流产品,目前占我国润滑脂产量的70%以上。
白色锂基脂广泛用于电子电器、家用电器、建筑五金、汽车部件、电动玩具、机器人、医疗器械等。与工业锂基润滑脂相比,白色锂基脂更加环保、气味小、易接受性好。属于特种锂基润滑脂。
由于特殊用途的锂基润滑脂,品种多、批量小,适合采用预制锂皂粉生产。采用锂皂粉,可以方便快捷、小批量生产锂基脂。在环保、安全生产方面,比用氢氧化锂反应直接法生产,有极大的提高。
预制锂基皂粉(又称预制锂基稠化剂)主要分两大类:十二羟基硬脂酸锂基皂粉和硬脂酸皂粉。前者是用十二羟基硬脂酸与氢氧化锂反应获得,后者则是用硬脂酸与氢氧化锂反应获得。
两种预制锂基皂粉均已实现商品化,市面可以方便采购。
目前,采用预制锂基皂粉生产白色锂基润滑脂有两个主要缺点:1)硬脂酸预制锂基皂粉生出来锂基脂成品虽然外观白皙,但机械安定性较差,容易稀化。再加上锂基脂本身热稳定性不好,用于轴承润滑时很容易漏脂;用于齿轮润滑时,只能是填充方式加脂,成本过高;与直接反应法相比,稠化量要多50%以上。
2)十二羟基硬脂酸预制锂基皂粉,用它生产出来的锂基脂,虽然机械安定性较好,但稠化量太高。与直接反应法相比,预制锂基皂粉成脂需要多用50%以上的稠化剂。自2016年开始,因为汽车锂电池需求爆炸性增长,造成锂盐大幅度涨价,锂基稠化剂价格翻番增长。采用预制锂皂粉生产,成本更是高企不下。
润滑脂的热稳定性是指锂基脂的稠度随着温度的升高而保持不变的能力。普遍的#2锂基润滑脂在80℃已经软化成#1或者#0.5了。这会使得油脂在高温环境下,容易流失。
发明内容
本发明针对目前采用预制锂基皂粉生产白色锂基润滑脂的不足,提供一种白色锂基润滑脂及备制方法,该方法大幅改善预制硬脂酸锂基皂粉生产锂基脂机械安定性能差的缺陷。
本发明实现其技术目的的技术方案是:一种白色锂基润滑脂,由下列质量百分比的原料制备而成:
预制锂基皂粉2-5%,基础油80-95%,抗氧剂0.2-2%,抗磨添加剂0-2%,防锈添加剂0-1%,无机稠化剂2-10%。
本发明提供一种预制锂基皂粉含量少的白色锂基润滑脂,降低了成本。
进一步的,上述的白色锂基润滑脂中:所述的预制锂基皂粉为预制硬脂酸锂皂粉。
进一步的,上述的白色锂基润滑脂中:所述的预制硬脂酸锂皂粉包括十二羟基硬脂酸锂皂粉、硬脂酸锂皂粉、混合脂肪酸锂皂粉中的一种或者几种混合。
进一步的,上述的白色锂基润滑脂中:所述的基础油是润滑油,包括矿物基础油、酯类油、油溶性聚醚、水不溶性聚醚、聚α烯烃(PAO)、苯基硅油、乙基硅油、氨基硅油、含氢硅油、聚异丁烯、聚丁烯中的一种或者几种的混合。
进一步的,所述的抗氧剂是酚类和胺类抗氧剂。

步骤2、将预制锂基皂粉倒入部分基础油内,搅拌并加热至210-215℃;保温搅拌10-30分钟后加入余量基础油冷却,加抗氧剂再搅拌均匀;静态放置,所备制润滑脂温度降至室温;步骤3、徐徐加入无机稠化剂,慢速搅拌直至成脂。慢速搅拌过程加热,温度保持的80℃以内。
本发明大大增强了预制锂基脂的理化性能,可以提高机械安定性和胶体的热稳定性。
以下将结合实施例,对本发明进行较为详细的说明。
具体实施方式
本实施例是一种新型混合锂基脂的配方和备制方法。新脂在热稳定性和机械安定性方面都有很好的提升,滴点也得到了提高。
本实施例中的备制均使用常压釜。与压力釜生产润滑脂相比,常压釜生产润滑脂安全要求低且适合小批量生产。
本实施例中,按照下面的质量百分比准备原料:
预制锂基皂粉2-5%,基础油80-95%,抗氧剂0.2-2%,抗磨添加剂0-2%,防锈添加剂0-1%,无机稠化剂2-10%
实施例1
取4.5千克(4.5%)的预制十二羟基硬脂酸锂皂粉;90.3千克(90.3%)的石蜡基矿物油500N;0.2千克(0.2%)酚类抗氧剂;1千克(1%)极压抗磨添加剂T304(亚磷酸二正丁酯);1千克(1%)防锈剂T701(石油磺酸钡;3千克(3%)疏水型气相二氧化硅粉(德国瓦克N20)。
备制方法第一步:将4.5千克预制十二羟基硬脂酸锂基皂粉倒入70千克的石蜡基矿物油500N内,搅拌并加热至210-215℃。保温搅拌10-30分钟后加入余量石蜡基矿物油500N油冷却,加入0.2千克酚类抗氧剂和1千克极压抗磨添加剂T304(亚磷酸二正丁酯),再搅拌均匀。出釜研磨后静置。油脂温度降至室温。
备制方法第二步:将上一步骤加工出的油脂,降至室温后静置24小时以上,重新倒入生产釜中。徐徐加入3千克疏水型气相二氧化硅粉(德国瓦克N20),慢速均匀搅拌30分钟直至成脂。出釜后,进行胶体磨/研磨,获得成品。
本实施例备制的白色润滑脂广泛适用于轴承、齿轮等金属、非金属的润滑。具有润滑性好、减磨和抗极压磨损的优点。比通用锂基脂有更好的热稳定性和机械安定性。
测试指标见表1。
实施例2
6千克(6%)预制硬脂酸锂皂粉,88.6千克(88.6%)基础油聚α烯烃PAO6,0.4千克(0.4%)酚类抗氧剂,2千克(2%)疏水型气相二氧化硅粉,3千克(3%)微米级PTFE粉(聚四氟乙烯)。
备制第一步:将70千克的基础油PAO6加入搅拌釜,将硬脂酸锂基皂粉倒入搅拌釜。
保温搅拌10-30分钟后加入剩余的基础油PAO 6冷却,加入0.4千克酚类抗氧剂再搅拌均匀。出釜研磨后静置。油脂温度降至室温。
备制第二步:将上一步骤加工出的油脂,降至室温后静置24小时以上,重新倒入生产釜中。徐徐加入PTFE微粉,慢速均匀搅拌30分钟直至成脂。出釜进行胶体磨/研磨得成品。
本方法备制的白色锂基润滑脂是高端塑胶部件润滑脂,具有极佳的低温适应性和塑胶润滑性。适用于汽车零部件的塑胶副、塑胶-金属摩擦副如电机减速齿轮、天窗轨道、软轴拉线的润滑。
表1测试指标
从表1中可以看出,实施例1中,10万次与60次工作锥入度的差值为35个单位;实施例2的差值是45个单位。而对照组常规脂则是65(如果用压力釜反应,这个数值会变小)。与对照组常规脂相比,实施例1滴点提高了11℃;实施例2则提高了24℃。滴点的提高使得油脂的应用温度范围获得扩展。
本发明获得了的性能优化,是热稳定性得到很大的增强。油脂分别在80、120℃下测试锥入度,实施例1分别增加5和17个单位,实施例2分别增加10和20个单位,而对照组常规脂则增加17和63。
本实施例的油脂机械安定性和热稳定性有了大幅度的提高,可以在密封轴承和开发式齿轮组做润滑使用,无需考虑漏脂的情况。
Claims (2)
1.一种白色锂基润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1、按照质量百分比准备各组分;
步骤2、将预制锂基皂粉倒入部分基础油内,搅拌并加热至210-215℃;保温搅拌10-30分钟后加入余量基础油冷却,加抗氧剂、抗磨添加剂、防锈剂再搅拌均匀;静态放置,温度降至室温;
步骤3、徐徐加入无机稠化剂,慢速搅拌直至成脂;
所述质量百分比包括以下组分:
预制锂基皂粉2-5%,基础油80-95%,抗氧剂0.2-2%,抗磨添加剂0-2%,防锈添加剂0-1%,无机稠化剂2-10%;
所述的预制锂基皂粉为预制硬脂酸锂皂粉;
所述的预制硬脂酸锂皂粉包括十二羟基硬脂酸锂皂粉、硬脂酸锂皂粉、混合脂肪酸锂皂粉中的一种或者几种混合;
所述的基础油是润滑油,包括矿物基础油、酯类油、油溶性聚醚、水不溶性聚醚、聚α烯烃、苯基硅油、乙基硅油、氨基硅油、含氢硅油、聚异丁烯、聚丁烯中的一种或者几种的混合;
所述的抗氧剂是酚类或胺类抗氧剂;
所述的抗磨添加剂为含S或P或N元素化合物的极压抗磨添加剂,包括亚磷酸二正丁酯;
所述的防锈添加剂是十二烯基丁二酸;
所述的无机稠化剂是超细气相二氧化硅、亚微米氧化锌粉、亚微米级PTFE粉、亚微米级MCA中的一种或者几种的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的白色锂基润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的超细气相二氧化硅是表面积BET不小于225m²/g的疏水型亚微米级气相二氧化硅。
