10. An electronic tag as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the connecting assembly (4) is a metal assembly, the tag assembly (2) being attached to the asset strip by cooperation with a magnet (91) on the asset strip.
11. An asset management system comprising an asset strip, a U-bit manager for collecting data of said asset strip, characterized in that it further comprises at least one electronic tag according to any of claims 1-10.

The asset management system of claim 11, wherein the asset strip comprises an asset strip circuit board (7), at least one conductive pad (8) disposed on the asset strip circuit board (7) for cooperating with the conductive trigger (2) and the connecting assembly (4) of each of the electronic tags, and a wire clip assembly (9) for cooperating with the connecting assembly (4) of the electronic tag to connect the electronic tag to the asset strip.
13. The asset management system of claim 12, wherein said asset strip further comprises an asset strip sleeve (6) that is sleeved around said asset strip circuit board (7).
14. The asset management system of claim 13, wherein the wire clip assembly (9) comprises a wire clip housing (92) and a magnet (91) disposed in the asset strip sleeve (6) for corresponding engagement with the connection assembly (4).

The asset management system according to claim 12, wherein each conductive disc (8) comprises at least two segments of separated low-power-consumption power supply positive and negative conductive arcs (81) and at least one conductive ring (82) for communicating with the electronic tag, the conductive arcs (81) are arranged in a circular ring shape and respectively correspond to dual-contact elastic pins (22) of the electronic tag, and when the electronic tag is connected, the dual-contact elastic pins (22) are respectively electrically connected with the low-power-consumption power supply positive and negative conductive arcs (81) to form a closed loop, so as to generate the wake-up signal; the conductive ring (82) is arranged corresponding to the connecting component (4).
16. A communication control method for communication between an asset strip and an electronic tag is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the asset strip monitors whether the electronic tag is accessed;
when the electronic tag is accessed, the asset strip is triggered to generate a wake-up signal to wake up the asset strip;
the asset strip supplies power to the electronic tag and receives and transmits signals with the electronic tag through a connecting component (4) on the electronic tag.

20. The communication control method according to claim 19, wherein the step of supplying power to the electronic tag and transmitting and receiving signals to and from the electronic tag by the asset strip through the connection component (4) of the electronic tag includes:
awakening the asset strip according to the awakening signal, and grounding the awakening line at the same time;
