一种触控面板及其压力触控传感结构和触控压力判断方法,触控面板(10)包括依次层叠分布的基材(11)、TFT层(12)、OLED层(13)、以及钝化层(14),压力触控传感结构包括压力感应结构(15)。压力感应结构(15)包括依次层叠分布的第一导电层(151)、介电质层(152)、以及第二导电层(153)。第一导电层(151)、介电质层(152)、以及第二导电层(153)依顺序分布在位于基材(11)和钝化层(14)之间的区间。在钝化层(14)受压时,根据第一导电层(151)、第二导电层(153)之间的电容变化以及第二导电层(153)到钝化层(14)上的施力件(20)之间的电容变化,得出施力件(20)施加的触控压力。压力感应结构(15)可以整面分布在触控面板(10)上,且能在触控所在区域单独的形成电容信号,让每个位置均能在触控时感应到触控压力。
