Abstract
The invention discloses an extrusion die for an automobile rubber pipe and a use method thereof, which relate to the technical field of automobile part manufacturing and comprise the following steps: a columnar inner section; the conical outer section is connected with the inner section, the outer section and the inner section are provided with communicated channels, and the surface of the outer section is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves; the gasket sets are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the outer section, each layer of gasket set comprises at least two gaskets, the inner sides of the gaskets are provided with mounting columns, and the outer sides of the gaskets are provided with mounting grooves; the plug is arranged in the mounting groove of the outer section, the plug is arranged in the mounting groove of the gasket, and the top end of the plug is matched with the cambered surface of the gasket; and the outer sleeve is arranged on the outer sides of the columnar inner section and the gasket group and forms a cavity. Background
The rubber tube is a hollow tubular rubber product, and is mainly used for connecting an engine with an air filter, an engine with a radiator system, an automobile air conditioning system and the like in the field of automobiles. The dimensions of the hose body can be controlled by the die in the extrusion process.
The extrusion die in the prior art is fixed, and once the die is manufactured, the thickness of the rubber tube is difficult to adjust.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the thickness of a rubber tube manufactured by a die is convenient to adjust, and an automobile rubber tube extrusion die and a use method thereof are designed.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: an automotive hose extrusion die comprising: a columnar inner section; the conical outer section is connected with the inner section, the outer section and the inner section are provided with communicated channels, and the surface of the outer section is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves; the gasket sets are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the outer section, each layer of gasket set comprises at least two gaskets, the inner sides of the gaskets are provided with mounting columns, and the outer sides of the gaskets are provided with mounting grooves; the plug is arranged in the mounting groove of the outer section, the plug is arranged in the mounting groove of the gasket, and the top end of the plug is matched with the cambered surface of the gasket; and the outer sleeve is arranged on the outer sides of the columnar inner section and the gasket group and forms a cavity.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An extrusion die for an automobile rubber tube is used for the automobile rubber tube, and as shown in figures 1 to 4, comprises an inner section 1, an outer section 2, a plurality of layers of gasket groups 3, plugs 4 and an outer sleeve 5.
The inner section 1 is columnar, the outer section 2 is conical, the outer section 2 is connected with the inner section 1, the outer section 2 and the inner section 1 are provided with communicated channels, and the channels can be used for cooling the inner side of the rubber tube and reduce the weight.
The surface of the outer section 2 is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves which are arranged in a certain shape. Several layers of gasket sets 3 are arranged on the outer side of the outer section 2 in sequence, each layer of gasket set 3 comprises at least two gaskets, the inner side of each gasket is provided with a mounting column in a combined mode with reference to fig. 3, the outer side of each gasket is provided with a mounting groove, and each mounting column is arranged in each mounting groove.
For example, in the extrusion die shown in fig. 1, there are two layers of gasket groups 3, the two layers of gasket groups 3 are sequentially installed on the outer side of the outer section 2, each layer of gasket group 3 is composed of four gaskets, and when the gasket groups are installed, the gaskets in each group are installed one by one, that is, the installation columns are placed in the installation grooves. Because the connection between the inner section 1 and the outer section 2 is cone-shaped, and the gasket group 3 is arranged on the outer section 2, the connection between each layer of gasket group 3 and the inner section 1 is in a built-in cone shape. At this time, the joint of the gasket group and the inner section 1 can be smoothly transited.
The outer section 2 of the extrusion die is variable in diameter, the diameter is mainly represented by the number of the gasket groups 3, so that the thickness of the rubber tube is reduced by a little when one layer is added, at the moment, if the gasket groups 3 are not arranged in the mounting grooves of the outer section 2, the plugs 4 are arranged in the mounting grooves of the outer section 2, the top ends of the plugs 4 are matched with the cambered surfaces of the outer section 2, and the outer diameter of the pipeline supporting device is minimum. When the outer diameter needs to be increased, a layer of gasket set 3 is installed on the outer section 2, namely the plug 4 is pulled out, then the gasket is installed in the installation groove of the gasket, and then the plug 4 is installed on the outermost layer of gasket set 3, at the moment, the top end of the plug 4 is matched with the cambered surface of the gasket, so that the operation is completed, and the plug 4 of the application has different shapes and sizes. The plugs 4 prevent glue from accumulating in the mounting grooves.
For better installation and removal of the plug 4, the application designs the plug 4, wherein the top end of the plug 4 is provided with a hook groove, which can be 3D printed or split into two halves at the hook groove for welding together during processing. When the plug 4 is used, the hook groove of the plug may be blocked, the blocking does not affect the use of the plug, and the plug 4 can be used once or a part of rubber in the hook groove can be taken out with the aid of related medicaments so as to take out the plug 4.
The jacket 5 is arranged outside the cylindrical inner section 1 and the spacer groups 3 and forms a cavity which communicates with the glue for receiving and extruding the glue.
When the extrusion die is used, at least three methods are available,
The method comprises the following steps: selecting proper rubber tube thickness according to the requirement, and if the gasket group 3 is not required, directly installing the plug 4 in the installation groove of the outer section 2;
And two,: if at least one layer of shim packs 3 is required, the following method is used:
A. a plurality of layers of gasket groups 3 are arranged on the conical outer section 2;
B. the plug 4 is arranged in the mounting groove of the outer section 2;
C. the inner section 1 and the outer section 2 are mounted within an outer sleeve 5.
Thirdly, if the thickness of the rubber tube is to be adjusted based on the second method, the following method is adopted based on the thickness:
D. Taking out the columnar inner section 1 and the conical outer section 2 from the outer sleeve 5;
E. taking out the plug from the mounting groove of the outer section 2;
F. Continuously installing a certain number of gasket groups 3 on the outer sides of the gasket groups 3;
G. The plug 4 is arranged in the mounting groove of the outer section 2;
H. the columnar inner section 1 and the conical outer section 2 are mounted in the outer jacket 5.
