技术领域
本发明涉及洗手消毒液剂的配置工艺,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种杀菌能力强的洗手消毒剂。
背景技术
消毒剂用于杀灭传播媒介上病原微生物,使其达到无害化要求,将病原微生物消灭于人体之外,切断传染病的传播途径,达到控制传染病的目的,消毒剂按照其作用的水平可分为灭菌剂、高效消毒剂、中效消毒剂、低效消毒剂。灭菌剂可杀灭一切微生物使其达到灭菌要求,包括甲醛、戊二醛、环氧乙烷、过氧乙酸、过氧化氢、二氧化氯、氯气、硫酸铜、生石灰、乙醇等。
现有配方制备的洗手消毒剂大多为二氧化氯配制而成的洗手液,这种洗手液中的液氯溶于水后容易和水中的有机物如烷烃类物质发生取代反应使有机物变得有毒而这些毒物将可能留在水中使人致病,而含有ClO2成分的洗手液则没有这方面的危险,但相对地价格要比液氯高,而且普通液体洗涤剂中大多含有促氯分解的活性物质,使含氯洗涤剂的消毒灭菌功能很难实现,并且手部使用消毒剂清洁时,手部的损伤炎症处容易被含氯成分的消毒液接触,进而刺激加重手部炎症。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种杀菌能力强的洗手消毒剂,工艺成熟,通过纯水、月桂基谷氨酸盐、椰子基羟乙基磺酸钠、椰子油丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、芦荟原液、尿囊素、水溶性维生素E、水溶性羊毛脂、卵磷脂、薰衣草香精、凯松、冷配珠光浆、碘伏、酰胺和碘化钾制成的碘类洗手液用于手部清理消毒时,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚会起到载体和助溶作用,在稀释溶液中能逐渐释放出碘,可以保持较长时间的杀菌作用,且碘伏很宽的pH值范围内(3~9)都有很高的杀菌力,对金色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、乳状链球菌等灭活率均在99.999%以上,而且在使用浓度下碘伏对有机物有较高的耐受性不易被消耗,同时该消毒药剂中的卵磷脂可与碘伏产生络合反应,进而生成卵磷脂络合碘,此种卵磷脂络合碘对于肌肤炎症有明显的抗炎作用可以改善手部炎症。

S1、原料选取:月桂基谷氨酸盐9份、椰子基羟乙基磺酸钠6份、椰子油丙基甜菜碱3份、十二烷基甜菜碱2份、十二烷基氧化胺2份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2份、芦荟原液2份、尿囊素2份、水溶性维生素E2份、水溶性羊毛脂1份、薰衣草香精3份、凯松2份、碘伏6份、碘化钾1份、卵磷脂2份、酰胺2份、冷配珠光浆2份和纯水95份;
S2、原料输送:按比例将纯水加入到搪瓷釜内,然后在加入月桂基谷氨酸盐、椰子基羟乙基磺酸钠、椰子油丙基甜菜碱和十二烷基甜菜碱,接着加入烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、芦荟原液、尿囊素、冷配珠光浆、卵磷脂、水溶性维生素E和水溶性羊毛脂,加入薰衣草香精和凯松,最后加入碘伏、酰胺和碘化钾;
S3、混合搅拌:纯水、月桂基谷氨酸盐、椰子基羟乙基磺酸钠、椰子油丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、芦荟原液、尿囊素、水溶性维生素E、水溶性羊毛脂、卵磷脂、薰衣草香精、凯松、冷配珠光浆、碘伏、酰胺和碘化钾等原料添加完成后开启搪瓷釜的搅拌装置进行30分钟的混合搅拌;
S4、络合反应:月桂基谷氨酸盐、椰子基羟乙基磺酸钠、椰子油丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基甜菜碱和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚在搪瓷釜中与碘伏中的碘产生络合反应;
S5、陈化反应:纯水、月桂基谷氨酸盐、椰子基羟乙基磺酸钠、椰子油丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、芦荟原液、尿囊素、水溶性维生素E、卵磷脂、水溶性羊毛脂、薰衣草香精、凯松、冷配珠光浆、碘伏、酰胺和碘化钾等原料在搪瓷釜内搅拌均匀后保留在搪瓷釜内进行为期一天的陈化反应;
S6、成品包装:当搪瓷釜内的混合液体陈化一天后,通过搪瓷釜的管道将其输入储存桶内完成包装。

本发明工艺成熟,通过纯水、月桂基谷氨酸盐、椰子基羟乙基磺酸钠、椰子油丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、芦荟原液、尿囊素、水溶性维生素E、水溶性羊毛脂、卵磷脂、薰衣草香精、凯松、冷配珠光浆、碘伏、酰胺和碘化钾制成的碘类洗手液用于手部清理消毒时,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚会起到载体和助溶作用,在稀释溶液中能逐渐释放出碘,可以保持较长时间的杀菌作用,且碘伏很宽的pH值范围内(3~9)都有很高的杀菌力,对金色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、乳状链球菌等灭活率均在99.999%以上,而且在使用浓度下碘伏对有机物有较高的耐受性不易被消耗,同时该消毒药剂中的卵磷脂可与碘伏产生络合反应,进而生成卵磷脂络合碘,此种卵磷脂络合碘对于肌肤炎症有明显的抗炎作用可以改善手部炎症,且该消毒液原料在制备前经过紫外线杀菌处理,可以有效防止细菌随原料进入搪瓷釜中产生变质物,而且消毒液混合原液在陈化时搪瓷釜完全密封,有效防止细菌和灰尘等杂质进入,同时此种消毒液的部分溶解性原料投入搪瓷釜时有进行预先搅拌混合,使其混合后溶解效率加快。

S1、原料选取:月桂基谷氨酸盐9份、椰子基羟乙基磺酸钠6份、椰子油丙基甜菜碱3份、十二烷基甜菜碱2份、十二烷基氧化胺2份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2份、芦荟原液2份、尿囊素2份、水溶性维生素E2份、水溶性羊毛脂1份、薰衣草香精3份、凯松2份、碘伏6份、碘化钾1份、卵磷脂2份、酰胺2份、冷配珠光浆2份和纯水95份;
S2、原料输送:按比例将纯水加入到搪瓷釜内,然后在加入月桂基谷氨酸盐、椰子基羟乙基磺酸钠、椰子油丙基甜菜碱和十二烷基甜菜碱,接着加入烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、芦荟原液、尿囊素、冷配珠光浆、卵磷脂、水溶性维生素E和水溶性羊毛脂,加入薰衣草香精和凯松,最后加入碘伏、酰胺和碘化钾;
S3、混合搅拌:纯水、月桂基谷氨酸盐、椰子基羟乙基磺酸钠、椰子油丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、芦荟原液、尿囊素、水溶性维生素E、水溶性羊毛脂、卵磷脂、薰衣草香精、凯松、冷配珠光浆、碘伏、酰胺和碘化钾等原料添加完成后开启搪瓷釜的搅拌装置进行30分钟的混合搅拌;
S4、络合反应:月桂基谷氨酸盐、椰子基羟乙基磺酸钠、椰子油丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基甜菜碱和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚在搪瓷釜中与碘伏中的碘产生络合反应;
S5、陈化反应:纯水、月桂基谷氨酸盐、椰子基羟乙基磺酸钠、椰子油丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、芦荟原液、尿囊素、水溶性维生素E、卵磷脂、水溶性羊毛脂、薰衣草香精、凯松、冷配珠光浆、碘伏、酰胺和碘化钾等原料在搪瓷釜内搅拌均匀后保留在搪瓷釜内进行为期一天的陈化反应;
S6、成品包装:当搪瓷釜内的混合液体陈化一天后,通过搪瓷釜的管道将其输入储存桶内完成包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌能力强的洗手消毒剂,其特征在于:所述纯水、月桂基谷氨酸盐、椰子基羟乙基磺酸钠、椰子油丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、芦荟原液、尿囊素、水溶性维生素E、水溶性羊毛脂、薰衣草香精、凯松、碘伏、酰胺和碘化钾等原料在投料前应当进行紫外线杀菌。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌能力强的洗手消毒剂,其特征在于:所述纯水、月桂基谷氨酸盐、椰子基羟乙基磺酸钠、椰子油丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、芦荟原液、尿囊素、水溶性维生素E、卵磷脂、水溶性羊毛脂、薰衣草香精、凯松、冷配珠光浆、碘伏、酰胺和碘化钾在陈化时应当保证搪瓷釜的完全密封。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌能力强的洗手消毒剂,其特征在于:所述纯水、月桂基谷氨酸盐、椰子基羟乙基磺酸钠、椰子油丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、芦荟原液、尿囊素、水溶性维生素E、卵磷脂、水溶性羊毛脂加入搪瓷釜内溶解时应当预先进行搅拌混合。
