Abstract
本发明公开了一种强效杀私处洗液及其制备方法,由以下成分组成:弱酸性次氯酸钠溶液、中性白血球、乳杆菌活菌、二性霉素B、制霉菌素和氯已定。其制备包括以下具体步骤:步骤一:用水分别稀释盐酸和次氯酸钠溶液,并充分混合;步骤二:将步骤一溶液在反应器中充分反应;步骤三:向步骤二中制备好的弱酸性次氯酸钠溶液中加入中性白血球、乳杆菌活菌、二性霉素B、制霉菌素和氯已定并通过搅拌装置搅拌混合均匀后装瓶封装即可。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:保护私处的酸碱平衡,同时不刺激,无副作用,保护身体健康,另外杀菌效果较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工行业中私处洗液技术领域,具体是指一种强效杀私处洗液及其制备方法。
背景技术
市面上现有私处洗液产品主要是利用了消毒除菌液的消毒除菌作用进行冲洗,虽然能起到一定的作用,但是长时间使用后副作用也会凸现出来,那就是破坏了私处的酸碱度平衡,容易再次滋生细菌及异味,二是有一定的刺激作用,不利于身体健康。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种强效杀私处洗液及其制备方法,保护私处的酸碱平衡,同时不刺激,无副作用,保护身体健康,另外杀菌效果较好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种强效杀私处洗液,由以下成分组成:弱酸性次氯酸钠溶液、中性白血球、乳杆菌活菌、二性霉素B、制霉菌素和氯已定。
优选的,所述弱酸性次氯酸钠溶液中含有效氯50~100mg/L。
一种强效杀私处洗液的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
步骤一:用水分别稀释盐酸和次氯酸钠溶液,并充分混合;
步骤二:将步骤一中已经混合好的盐酸和次氯酸钠溶液稀释液在反应器中充分反应后得到弱酸性次氯酸钠溶液;
步骤三:向步骤二中制备好的弱酸性次氯酸钠溶液中加入中性白血球、乳杆菌活菌、二性霉素B、制霉菌素和氯已定并通过搅拌装置搅拌混合均匀后装瓶封装即可。
优选的,所述水选用纯净水,所述盐酸含量37%,所述次氯酸钠中有效氯含量为10%。
优选的,装瓶封装溶液的PH值在5.0-6.5之间。
本发明原理:次氯酸溶液是一种氧化剂,具有较强的杀灭微生物的作用,常用作化学消毒剂和洗涤剂。研究表明,次氯酸钠溶液中消毒作用主要包括次氯酸的作用、新生氧的作用和氯化作用。其中次氯酸的氧化作用是次氯酸钠溶液最主要的消毒机理。由于次氯酸钠溶液消毒作用来自次氯酸,但次氯酸钠溶液中次氯酸的浓度随着溶液的pH值的变化而变化,pH值在5~7的范围内次氯酸的浓度达到最大值。
次氯酸的杀菌消毒能力大约是次氯酸根离子的80倍。因此,如将次氯酸钠溶液的pH值调至中性或者弱酸性,次氯酸浓度将会明显增加,消毒作用也会极大地增强。为生产出强化次氯酸钠即弱酸性次氯酸溶液,本专利采用新的生产工艺,通过调整各成分含量生产出弱酸性次氯酸溶液。
在一定的溶液PH值及其它条件下主要进行下列反应:
NACLO+HCL=NACL+HCLO。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本产品PH值控制在5.0-6.5之间,和人体私处酸碱度类似,长期使用不会造成私处的酸碱度失调,作用时间更长,效果更明显;另外还有人体血液中的中性白血球,为人体自身具有的成分,其作用机理和人体自身免疫能力机理类似,长期使用不会产生副作用,且具有瞬间杀菌能力;最后含有有效氯浓度较高的弱酸性次氯酸钠溶液为主要成分,同时加入中性白血球、乳杆菌活菌、二性霉素B、制霉菌素和氯已定,杀菌效果较好,使用较为安全。

下面对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
一种强效杀私处洗液,由以下成分组成:弱酸性次氯酸钠溶液、中性白血球、乳杆菌活菌、二性霉素B、制霉菌素和氯已定。
所述弱酸性次氯酸钠溶液中含有效氯50~100mg/L。
一种强效杀私处洗液的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
步骤一:用水分别稀释盐酸和次氯酸钠溶液,并充分混合;
步骤二:将步骤一中已经混合好的盐酸和次氯酸钠溶液稀释液在反应器中充分反应后得到弱酸性次氯酸钠溶液;
步骤三:向步骤二中制备好的弱酸性次氯酸钠溶液中加入中性白血球、乳杆菌活菌、二性霉素B、制霉菌素和氯已定并通过搅拌装置搅拌混合均匀后装瓶封装即可。

1.一种强效杀私处洗液,其特征在于:由以下成分组成:弱酸性次氯酸钠溶液、中性白血球、乳杆菌活菌、二性霉素B、制霉菌素和氯已定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种强效杀私处洗液,其特征在于:所述弱酸性次氯酸钠溶液中含有效氯50~100mg/L。
3.一种强效杀私处洗液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下具体步骤:
步骤一:用水分别稀释盐酸和次氯酸钠溶液,并充分混合;
步骤二:将步骤一中已经混合好的盐酸和次氯酸钠溶液稀释液在反应器中充分反应后得到弱酸性次氯酸钠溶液;
步骤三:向步骤二中制备好的弱酸性次氯酸钠溶液中加入中性白血球、乳杆菌活菌、二性霉素B、制霉菌素和氯已定并通过搅拌装置搅拌混合均匀后装瓶封装即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种强效杀私处洗液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水选用纯净水,所述盐酸含量37%,所述次氯酸钠中有效氯含量为10%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种强效杀私处洗液的制备方法,其特征在于:装瓶封装溶液的PH值在5.0-6.5之间。
