本发明涉及除菌除螨喷雾剂制备技术领域,且公开了一种应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:90.8份的超纯水、8份的甲基丙二醇、0.5份的异丙基甲基苯酚、0.2份的茶多酚、0.2份的壬基酚聚醚‑14、0.2份的薄荷醇、0.1份的EDTA二钠。本发明的居家使用的除菌除螨用喷雾剂的抑菌率为>99.9%、驱螨率为96.32%,本发明的产品不仅具有有较强抑菌作用,而且产品驱螨药效评价指标为A级。

技术领域
本发明涉及除菌除螨喷雾剂制备技术领域,具体为一种应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂。
背景技术
在交通工具的座椅椅套上不仅有很多的灰尘和细菌残留,而且非常容易滋生细菌和螨虫。由于细菌和螨虫的存在会严重危害人体健康,所以除菌除螨工作就显得非常重要。
目前杀菌除螨有明显效果的如醋酸洗必泰、三氯生、硫磺等,这类合成的原料往往长期使用对环境有较大的破坏性,寻找天然安全环保的此类原料一直是研究的重点,但目前为止很少能真正实现应用到产品中。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂,该便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂不含杀虫剂,成分天然不刺激,非常适宜在交通工具等公共场合使用。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:90.8份的超纯水、8份的甲基丙二醇、0.5份的异丙基甲基苯酚、0.2份的茶多酚、0.2份的壬基酚聚醚-14、0.2份的薄荷醇、0.1份的EDTA二钠。
优选的,所述便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂的制备工艺设备,包括混合设备,该混合设备的顶部安装有粉料斗;
粉料斗的底部设置有由上部腔体、滤板和下部腔体组成的混合腔,滤板将混合腔分割成上部腔体和下部腔体;该混合腔的上部腔体的一侧安装有进液口,混合腔的下部腔体的一侧安装有出料口、混合腔的滤板的中部开设有开孔,该开孔内贯穿有搅拌轴;
搅拌轴的顶部设置在混合腔的上部腔体内,搅拌轴的侧壁上安装有叶轮,叶轮设置在混合腔的下部腔体内,搅拌轴的底端部与电机的输出轴呈固定连接。
优选的,所述搅拌轴的顶部呈球体形状。
优选的,所述搅拌轴顶部的球体上均布有呈圆柱体形状的剪切轴。
优选的,所述剪切轴的中心轴与搅拌轴之间的夹角呈60度设置。
优选的,所述便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:依次将异丙基甲基苯酚、茶多酚、壬基酚聚醚-14、薄荷醇、EDTA二钠通过粉料斗加入到混合设备的混合腔的上部腔体内;
步骤二:在电机的输出轴带动搅拌轴进行搅拌的条件下,依次将超纯水、甲基丙二醇通过进液口加入到混合设备的混合腔的上部腔体内;
步骤三:利用设置在搅拌轴上的叶轮和剪切轴对粉状物料和液态物料的高速旋转剪切作用,混合之后得到应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂,从出料口输出该便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂。
(三)有益的技术效果
与现有技术相比,本发明具备以下有益的技术效果:
1.本发明从茶叶中提取出来的多酚类茶多酚与异丙基甲基苯酚一起共同组成复合型抑菌组分,该抑菌组分的除菌因子入侵到细菌内部,通过化学反应让细菌缺水而死,不给细菌繁殖、二次污染的机会,并且多酚类茶多酚与异丙基甲基苯酚没有刺激性气味,便于携带,并且非常适宜在交通工具等公共场合使用;
薄荷醇作为一种除螨剂,它不是依靠杀虫剂成分毒杀螨虫,而是通过安全无害的气味驱赶甚至饿死螨虫;
经过测试:居家使用的除菌除螨用喷雾剂的抑菌率为>99.9%、驱螨率为96.32%,本发明的产品不仅具有有较强抑菌作用,而且产品驱螨药效评价指标为A级。
2.本发明利用设置在搅拌轴上的叶轮和剪切轴对粉状物料和液态物料的高速旋转剪切作用,能够使粉状物料和液态物料进行更加充分地混合。

制备应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂的工艺设备,如图1所示,包括混合设备1,该混合设备1的顶部中心安装有用于传输粉状物料的粉料斗2,粉料斗2的底部安装有调节阀201,调节阀201用于调节粉状物料的通过速率;
粉料斗2的底部开口的正下方设置有由上部腔体、滤板和下部腔体组成的混合腔,滤板将混合腔分割成上部腔体和下部腔体;该混合腔的上部腔体的一侧安装有进液口3,混合腔的下部腔体的一侧安装有出料口4、混合腔的滤板的中部开设有开孔,该开孔内贯穿有搅拌轴5;
搅拌轴5的顶部设置在混合腔的上部腔体内,搅拌轴5的顶部呈球体形状,该球体上均布有呈圆柱体形状的剪切轴502,剪切轴502的中心轴与搅拌轴5之间的夹角呈60度设置;
搅拌轴5的侧壁上靠近顶部的位置安装有叶轮501,叶轮501设置在混合腔的下部腔体内;
搅拌轴5的底端部与电机6的输出轴呈固定连接,电机6设置在搅拌轴5的正下方;
上述应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:依次将0.5份的异丙基甲基苯酚、0.2份的茶多酚、0.2份的壬基酚聚醚-14、0.2份的薄荷醇、0.1份的EDTA二钠通过粉料斗2加入到混合设备1的混合腔的上部腔体内;
步骤二:在电机6的输出轴带动搅拌轴5进行搅拌的条件下,依次将90.8份的超纯水、8份的甲基丙二醇通过进液口3加入到混合设备1的混合腔的上部腔体内;
步骤三:利用设置在搅拌轴5上的叶轮501和剪切轴502对粉状物料和液态物料的高速旋转剪切作用,能够使粉状物料和液态物料进行更加充分地混合,混合之后得到应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂,从出料口4输出该便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂。
将制备得到的应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂分装到便携型瓶子中,使用时先打开盖子,然后手持瓶体距离物体30厘米进行按压喷洒,可根据使用面积选择喷洒次数。
性能测试:
一、根据QB/T 2738-2012《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》,对上述实施例所制备出的居家使用的除菌除螨用喷雾剂进行测试,测试结果如下表1所示;
其中,QB/T 2738-2012《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》规定:抑菌率≥50~90%,产品有抑菌作用;抑菌率≥90%,产品有较强抑菌作用;
二、根据NY/T 1151.2-2006《农药登记卫生用杀虫剂室内药效试验方法及评价》第2部分:灭螨和驱螨剂,对上述实施例所制备出的居家使用的除菌除螨用喷雾剂进行测试,测试结果如下表2所示;
其中,NY/T 1151.2-2006《农药登记卫生用杀虫剂室内药效试验方法及评价》第2部分:灭螨和驱螨剂规定:驱螨率≥95%,产品驱螨药效评价指标为A级;驱螨率≥90%,产品驱螨药效评价指标为B级。

尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
1.一种应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:90.8份的超纯水、8份的甲基丙二醇、0.5份的异丙基甲基苯酚、0.2份的茶多酚、0.2份的壬基酚聚醚-14、0.2份的薄荷醇、0.1份的EDTA二钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂,其特征在于,所述便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂的制备工艺设备,包括混合设备(1),该混合设备(1)的顶部安装有粉料斗(2);
粉料斗(2)的底部设置有由上部腔体、滤板和下部腔体组成的混合腔,滤板将混合腔分割成上部腔体和下部腔体;该混合腔的上部腔体的一侧安装有进液口(3),混合腔的下部腔体的一侧安装有出料口(4)、混合腔的滤板的中部开设有开孔,该开孔内贯穿有搅拌轴(5);
搅拌轴(5)的顶部设置在混合腔的上部腔体内,搅拌轴(5)的侧壁上安装有叶轮(501),叶轮(501)设置在混合腔的下部腔体内,搅拌轴(5)的底端部与电机(6)的输出轴呈固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂,其特征在于,所述搅拌轴(5)的顶部呈球体形状。
4.根据权利要求3所述的应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂,其特征在于,所述搅拌轴(5)顶部的球体上均布有呈圆柱体形状的剪切轴(502)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂,其特征在于,所述剪切轴(502)的中心轴与搅拌轴(5)之间的夹角呈60度设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂,其特征在于,所述便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:依次将异丙基甲基苯酚、茶多酚、壬基酚聚醚-14、薄荷醇、EDTA二钠通过粉料斗(2)加入到混合设备(1)的混合腔的上部腔体内;
步骤二:在电机(6)的输出轴带动搅拌轴(5)进行搅拌的条件下,依次将超纯水、甲基丙二醇通过进液口(3)加入到混合设备(1)的混合腔的上部腔体内;
步骤三:利用设置在搅拌轴(5)上的叶轮(501)和剪切轴(502)对粉状物料和液态物料的高速旋转剪切作用,混合之后得到应用在交通工具上的便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂,从出料口(4)输出该便携型除菌除螨喷雾剂。
