Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于驱虫、灭菌及杀螨的气雾剂及其制备方法,属于气雾剂技术领域。由以下重量百分比含量的原料制成:薄荷脑0.1%‑0.5%、百里酚0.1%‑0.5%、天然植物提取液0.5%‑1.0%、天然植物精油0.5%‑1.0%、氢化蓖麻油1.0%‑1.5%、乙二醇1.0%‑1.5%、缓蚀剂0.2%‑0.5%和推进剂20%‑35%,余量为去离子水;天然植物提取液包括:白花除虫菊素0‑20wt%,苦参提取液5‑60wt%,余量为乙二醇;天然植物精油包括:香茅油5‑40wt%,柠檬醛5‑15wt%,余量为乙二醇。该气雾剂具有广谱的杀菌效果且具有较长的趋避时间,能保证天然植物提取液及天然植物精油的活性。

技术领域
本发明属于气雾剂技术领域,具体涉及一种用于驱虫、灭菌及杀螨的气雾剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
家用卫生杀虫剂具有悠久的历史,中国在数千年前即有了用各种天然植物、矿物烟熏火燎驱杀蚊虫的记载。经过数千年的演变,现在被广泛用于防治蚊虫方面的主要有蚊香、电驱蚊香、液体蚊香、气雾剂、喷雾剂等。这些杀虫剂的用药结构也几经变迁,随着拟除虫菊酯类药的开发成功及广泛应用,这一类高效、低毒、安全的卫生用药渐代替了对人畜与环境有严重危害的巴沙等药。在这众多驱杀蚊虫的产品中蚊香以其价格低廉、使用方便、历史悠久、驱蚊效果较好等特点倍受广大消费者亲近。
众所周知,蚊子和苍蝇属四害之一,不但污染环境而且传染疾病,人类的许多疾病都与这两种害虫有直接关系。所以,千百年来,人们都把消灭蚊子和苍蝇当成大事来对待。随着杀灭蚊蝇药的使用及发展,也导致了蚊蝇对这些药品抗药性的增强,因此不断加大药品的毒性也给环境带来了更大的污染、对人类的健康也造成了更多的危害。根据科研机构的检测结果表明,现在自然界中的许多物种体内都能检测到一定数量的有机化学农药残留,就连南极生活的企鹅体内也能检测到少量的有机化学农药。自然界中的许多植物、动物甚至大气层,都被有机化学的残留物笼罩着。
随着农药的应用越来越广泛,人类对农药的认识也越来越深刻。农药的概念,特别是杀虫剂的概念,已经发生了深刻的变化。今天,我们并不注重 “杀死”,而是注重“调节”。公众心目中理想的杀虫剂应是“生物合理杀虫剂”,即对害虫高效、对环境、对非靶标生物安全的杀虫剂。目前常用的杀虫剂主要有有机磷类、菊酯类、氨基甲酸酯类、烟碱类等,均有不同程度抗药性的相关报道。
自然界中有很多植物或者分离物都具有除螨或者驱虫的作用,如苦参提取液、白花除虫菊素等,其相对于化学驱虫剂具有对人体毒性小、易分解等优点。
苦参提取液是由中草药苦参的根、茎、叶、果实提取制成的,主要成分有苦参碱(Matrine,C15H24N2)、氧化苦参碱(Oxymatrine,C15H24N2O2)、异苦参碱(Iosmatrine,C15H24N2O)、槐果碱(Sophocarpine,C15H22N2O)等,一般称为苦参总碱,是一种天然的植物源农药。苦参提取液对害虫经触杀、胃毒作用使害虫神经中枢麻痹继而使虫体蛋白凝固,堵死虫体气孔,使害虫窒息而死,特别针对螨虫,效果极佳。苦参碱中多种化学物质共同作用,不会因为单一成分作用而产生抗药性。
白花除虫菊素是一种提取自白花除虫菊的杀虫剂,其在光照和空气中易分解,对害虫的毒力大,但对于恒温动物来说却又十分安全。白花除虫菊素是一种环境友好型的杀虫剂,其对环境无污染、无残留,被广泛引用于农业以及日常生活中。
但是,天然杀虫剂,如苦参提取液、白花除虫菊素等中的有效成分在空气中极易分解,无法实现其广效和持续杀菌作用。
发明内容
为了解决上问题,本发明的目的之一是提供一种用于驱虫、灭菌及杀螨的气雾剂,该气雾剂具有广谱的杀菌效果且具有较长的趋避时间,能保证天然植物提取液及天然植物精油的活性;本发明的目的之二是提供了前述气雾剂的制备方法,用于将苦参提取液等易分解的有效成分封闭在密封罐体中并提供特殊的环境,使其不分解,而气雾剂喷出后使其均匀分散形成水基分散体系,能保证趋避效果6小时以上。所述技术方案如下:
一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种用于驱虫、灭菌及杀螨的气雾剂,该气雾剂由以下重量百分比含量的原料制成:薄荷脑0.1%-0.5%、百里酚0.1%-0.5%、天然植物提取液0.5%-1.0%、天然植物精油0.5%-1.0%、氢化蓖麻油1.0%-1.5%、乙二醇1.0%-1.5%、缓蚀剂0.2%-0.5%和推进剂20%-35%,余量为去离子水。其中,天然植物提取液包括:白花除虫菊素0-20wt%,苦参提取液5-60wt%,余量为乙二醇;所述天然植物精油包括:香茅油5-40wt%,柠檬醛5-15wt%,余量为乙二醇。
优选地,本发明提供的气雾剂由以下重量百分比含量的原料制成:薄荷脑0.2%、百里酚0.2%、天然植物提取液1.0%、天然植物精油1.0%、氢化蓖麻油1.5%、乙二醇1.0%、缓蚀剂0.4%和推进剂30%,余量为去离子水。其中,天然植物提取液包括:白花除虫菊素15wt%,苦参提取液55wt%,余量为乙二醇;天然植物精油包括:香茅油30wt%,柠檬醛10wt%,余量为乙二醇。
其中,上述各原料制成气雾剂。
其中,上述组分中:百里酚和薄荷脑均具有杀菌效果且都具有令人愉快的芳香气味;百里酚和薄荷脑作为驱虫及杀螨的主要物质,对螨虫、原头蚴、家蝇和库蚊等均具有良好的效果,百里酚和薄荷脑协同作用具有更好的杀菌和杀虫作用;同时,薄荷脑和天然植物精油具有提供清新香气的作用;氢化蓖麻油为乳化剂,使有效成分分散更加均匀,效果更加持久,并且其对环境友好;乙二醇用于增加有效成分的溶解度并具有一定吸湿与保湿的作用;推进剂用于提供喷雾时的动力,使有效成分雾化均匀,更加分散。
其中,其中,香茅油又称香草油或雄刈萱油。由香茅的全草经蒸汽蒸馏而得。淡黄色液体。有浓郁的山椒香气。主要成分是香茅醛、香叶醇和香茅醇。用于提取香茅醛,供合成羟基香茅醛、香叶醇和薄荷脑。也可用作杀虫剂、驱蚊药和皂用香料。另外,香茅油可作为溶剂用于溶解薄荷脑等有机物。其主要作用为杀虫和提供香气。
其中,柠檬醛的分子式为C10H16O,是开链单萜中最重要的代表之一。存在于枫茅油和山苍子油中。天然柠檬醛是两种几何异构体组成的混合物。无色或微黄色液体,呈浓郁柠檬香味。在空气中易氧化变黄,容易发生氧化还原反应生成香叶酸或香叶醇/橙花醇。其主要用于提供香味。
上述原料中,白花除虫菊素、苦参提取液和柠檬醛等都极易氧化或者分解,采用常规方式(如玻璃瓶封装)会导致效果不佳或者产品变色。本发明通过将前述各原料按一定剂量制成喷雾剂,其不但协同作用具有更好的驱虫、灭菌和杀螨作用,无需添加合成香精而具有天然的清香,使用后有害物质残留少;同时,白花除虫菊素、苦参提取液和柠檬醛等有效物质不会氧化或者分解,作用时间长。
其中,本发明实施例中的缓蚀剂选自环乙基胺、苯甲酸钠、亚硝酸钠、苯甲酸铵和钼酸钠等中的一种或多种。
其中,本发明实施例中的推进剂选自二甲醚、丙烷、正丁烷和异丁烷等中的一种或多种。
优选地,本发明实施例中的推进剂为二甲醚。
其中,本发明实施例中的氢化蓖麻油的标号为AA220。
优选地,本发明提供的气雾剂由以下重量百分比含量的原料制成:薄荷脑0.2%、百里酚0.2%、天然植物提取液1.0%、天然植物精油1.0%、氢化蓖麻油AA220 1.5%、乙二醇1.0%、缓蚀剂0.4%和二甲醚30%,余量为去离子水。其中,天然植物提取液包括:白花除虫菊素15wt%,苦参提取液55wt%,余量为乙二醇;其中,天然植物精油包括:香茅油30wt%,柠檬醛10wt%,余量为乙二醇。
另一方面,本发明实施例提供了前述气雾剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比将薄荷脑、百里酚、天然植物精油、天然植物提取液加入乙二醇中溶解,再按配比加入氢化蓖麻油,混匀后得到透明褐色乳液。
(2)按配比将缓蚀剂加入到去离子水中,混匀后得到透明溶液。
(3)按配比将步骤(1)得到的透明褐色乳液与步骤(2)得到的透明溶液混合后,再按配比加入推进剂制成气雾剂。
该制备方法中,通过原料各自的特性均匀分布在相应的体系中,并在常温下均匀混合,保证了有效物质不分解或者氧化且均匀分散。
本发明的有益方面有:
(1)本发明中的各组分的生物毒性和杀虫效果完全可以和化学合成杀虫剂相媲美。
(2)本发明采用天然植物成分,无残留,最快的成分在空气中一周内即可完全分解,不污染环境,对人体及昆虫外不产生危害。
(3)本发明采用气雾剂形式,能够稳定保证药效,且多种植物提取物复配,具有杀虫除螨、抗虫、驱虫等多种功效。
(4)由于来料天然,成分较复杂,不产生任何抗药性。
(5)本发明采用的原料来源广泛,制作方法简单,成本低廉,可以大规模推广。
(6)本发明中含有大量具有自然清香的成分,无需添加合成香精,用户体验好。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
实施例1
实施例1提供了一种用于驱虫、灭菌及杀螨的气雾剂及其制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将薄荷脑2g、百里酚2g、天然植物提取液10g(其组成为:白花除虫菊素15wt%,苦参提取液55wt%,余量为乙二醇)和天然植物精油(其组成为:香茅油30wt%,柠檬醛10wt%,余量为乙二醇)10g,加入10g乙二醇中溶解,再加入15g氢化蓖麻油(标号为AA220),混匀后得到透明乳液。
(2)将4g苯甲酸钠加入到670g去离子水中,混匀后得到透明溶液。
(3)将步骤(1)得到的透明乳液与步骤(2)得到的透明溶液混匀后装入气雾罐内,用气雾阀封罐后,再加入300g二甲醚制成气雾剂。
对实施例1提供的气雾剂的性能进行测试,普通水基杀虫剂同时也为喷雾剂(为市售产品,含薄荷脑),其结果如下:

从表1结果可以看出,本发明提供的气雾剂的各项技术指标均符合国家标准的技术要求,且在雾化率、喷出速度方面优于使用普通水基杀虫剂。
实施例2
实施例2提供了另一种用于驱虫、灭菌及杀螨的气雾剂及其制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将薄荷脑2g、百里酚4g、天然植物提取液(其组成为:苦参提取液30wt%,余量为乙二醇)6g、天然植物精油(其组成为:香茅油15wt%,柠檬醛10wt%,余量为乙二醇)10g,加入6g乙二醇中溶解,再加入10g氢化蓖麻油(标号为AA220),混匀后得到透明乳液。
(2)将5g亚硝酸钠依次加入到660g去离子水中,混匀后得到透明溶液。
(3)将步骤(1)得到的透明乳液与步骤(2)得到的透明溶液混匀后装入气雾罐内,用气雾阀封罐后,再加入300g二甲醚制成气雾剂。
实施例3-6
实施例3-6与实施例2的制备方法相同,不同之处在于:使用的原料和配比有区别,其组成如表1所示:

效果实施例
1.室内驱蚊及趋避时间实验
供试材料:白纹伊蚊,羽化后3天-5天未吸血的雌性成虫。
蚊笼:长400mm,宽300mm,高300mm。
试验条件:温度(26±1)℃,相对湿度65%±10%。
攻击力测试:蚊笼内放入300只试虫,试验人员手臂暴露40mm×40mm皮肤面积,其余部分严密遮避。将手臂伸入蚊笼内放置2min,观察发现蚊虫停落,在其口器将刺入皮肤前抖动手臂将其驱离,记为1只试虫停落。前来停落的试虫多于30只的测试人员和试虫为攻击力合格,此人及此笼蚊虫可进行驱避试验。
驱避试验:选4名及以上攻击力合格的试验人员(男女各半,且试验前和试验期间不应饮酒、茶或咖啡,不应使用含香精类的产品),在其双手手背各画出50mm×50mm的皮肤面积,其中一只手按1.5μL/cm2的剂量均匀涂抹待测的驱避剂,暴露其中的40mm×40mm的皮肤,严密遮蔽其余部分。另一只手为空白对照。涂抹驱避剂 2h后,将手伸入攻击力合格的蚊笼内 2min,观察有无蚊虫前来停落吸血。之后每间隔1h测试一次,只要有一只蚊虫前来吸血即判作驱避剂失效。记录驱避剂有效保护时间(h)。每次对照手先做对照测试,攻击力合格的试虫可继续试验,试虫攻击力不合格则需更换合格试虫进行试验。结果如下表。

结果表明,实施例1-6提供的气雾剂,由于采用天然植物精油成分及其他有效成分,驱避效果均可达到中华人民共和国国家标准 GB-T13917.9-2009 的A类标准,趋避时间大于6.5小时,而常规的水基喷雾剂的趋避时间小于4小时。
2.香味感官评价实验
对42人进行感官评定,随机分为两种,实验组21人和对照组21人,实验组对实施例1提供的气雾剂进行嗅觉感官评定,对照组对现有的水基气雾剂(市售产品,含薄荷脑和合成香精等)进行嗅觉感官评定;采用五点标度测试(非常喜欢2分、一般喜欢1分,无好恶0分,一般讨厌-1分,非常讨厌-2分),实验组的平均分为1.52分,对照组为1.38分。从结果可以看出,本专利提供的气雾剂的香味更易被大多数人所接受。
3.杀菌有效时间实验
通过对大肠杆菌(ATCC 25922)和金黄色葡萄菌(ATCC 6538)的抑菌效果进行测试,将细菌放入37℃的液态培养基中活化培养12小时后,2500rpm离心15分钟,用磷酸缓冲液洗涤稀释,再离心,最后调节细菌浓度至103 cells/ml。在10mL上述菌液中分别加入实验组抗菌液1mL和对照组抗菌液1mL,25℃烘箱内、暗处放置于摇床振荡培养,1小时后取20μL液体用ATP荧光检测仪测试,计算去除率。
实验组:采用实施例1提供的喷雾剂作为抗菌剂。
对照组1:抗菌剂的组成如下:薄荷脑0.2wt%、百里酚0.2wt%、天然植物提取液(白花除虫菊素15wt%,苦参提取液55wt%,余量为乙二醇)1.0 wt%、天然植物精油(香茅油30wt%,柠檬醛10wt%,余量为乙二醇)1.0wt%、乙二醇1.0wt%,余量为去离子水。其制备方法为各原料在40-60℃条件下混合制成混合液装入玻璃瓶中密封。
对照组2:抗菌剂的组成如下:薄荷脑0.2wt%、百里酚0.2wt%、乙二醇1.0wt%,余量为去离子水。其制备方法为各原料在40-60℃条件下混合制成混合液装入玻璃瓶中密封。
实验组与对照组分别在正常使用45天、120天、180天和未使用过的产品敞开在空气中4小时和12小时后进行抑菌实验。其结果为:
实验组:正常使用45天,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌去除率分别为100%和83.7%;正常使用120天,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌去除率分别为100%和80.3%;正常使用180天,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌去除率分别为95.2%和76.5%;敞开放置4小时,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌去除率分别为77.5%和63.9%;敞开放置12小时,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌去除率分别为43.9%和31.4%。
对照组1:正常使用45天,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌去除率分别为100%和77.7%;正常使用120天,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌去除率分别为98.3%和72.1%;正常使用180天,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌去除率分别为90.6%和63.4%;敞开放置4小时,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌去除率分别为53.9%和40.3%;敞开放置12小时,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌去除率分别为32.8%和17.3%。
对照组2:正常使用45天,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌去除率分别为83.5%和65.3%;正常使用120天,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌去除率分别为77.8%和62.1%;正常使用180天,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌去除率分别为73.2%和60.4%;敞开放置4小时,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌去除率分别为50.7%和38.8%;敞开放置12小时,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌去除率分别为31.3%和16.8%。
从上述实验可以看出,本专利提供的气雾剂相对于常规的瓶装式杀菌剂具有更好的抑菌效果和更长的抑菌保质期,而从对照组1和对照组2的数据可以看出天然植物提取液和天然植物精油暴露在空气中较易分解。
4.杀虫及有效时间实验
将实施例1-6中的气雾剂制好备用,将30只活家蝇、20只活库蚊分别放入各密闭的试验箱内,使用本发明的气雾剂分别向箱壁上喷入雾化液,喷药量为3秒。开始计时并定时观察记录24小时后的击倒只数,清除箱内的蚊蝇,试验箱放置24小时后再分别放入相同数目的蚊蝇并喷空白对照,开始计时并定时观察记录24小时后的击倒只数。同时进行空白对照试验,结果见下。空白对照配方如下:将6g乙二醇和4g植物精油组成的混合溶剂,再加入10g氢化蓖麻油(标号为AA220),混匀后得到透明乳液。
(2)将1g苯甲酸钠和3g亚硝酸钠依次加入到680g去离子水中,混匀后得到透明溶液。
(3)将步骤(1)得到的透明乳液与步骤(2)得到的透明溶液混匀后装入气雾罐内,用气雾阀封罐后,再加入300g二甲醚制成气雾剂。
结果如下表

从表4可以看出,排除自然死亡及酒精作用,本实施例有效杀灭及稳定性均能达到优良的灭杀效果。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于驱虫、灭菌及杀螨的气雾剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比含量的原料制成:薄荷脑0.1%-0.5%、百里酚0.1%-0.5%、天然植物提取液0.5%-1.0%、天然植物精油0.5%-1.0%、氢化蓖麻油1.0%-1.5%、乙二醇1.0%-1.5%、缓蚀剂0.2%-0.5%和推进剂20%-35%,余量为去离子水;所述天然植物提取液包括:白花除虫菊素0-20wt%,苦参提取液5-60wt%,余量为乙二醇;所述天然植物精油包括:香茅油5-40wt%,柠檬醛5-15wt%,余量为乙二醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于驱虫、灭菌及杀螨的气雾剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比含量的原料制成:薄荷脑0.2%、百里酚0.2%、天然植物提取液1.0%、天然植物精油1.0%、氢化蓖麻油1.5%、乙二醇1.0%、缓蚀剂0.4%和推进剂30%,余量为去离子水;所述天然植物提取液包括:白花除虫菊素15wt%,苦参提取液55wt%,余量为乙二醇;所述天然植物精油包括:香茅油30wt%,柠檬醛10wt%,余量为乙二醇。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于驱虫、灭菌及杀螨的气雾剂,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂选自环乙基胺、苯甲酸钠、亚硝酸钠、苯甲酸铵和钼酸钠中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于驱虫、灭菌及杀螨的气雾剂,其特征在于,所述推进剂选自二甲醚、丙烷、正丁烷和异丁烷中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于驱虫、灭菌及杀螨的气雾剂,其特征在于,所述推进剂为二甲醚。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于驱虫、灭菌及杀螨的气雾剂,其特征在于,所述氢化蓖麻油的标号为AA220。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的用于驱虫、灭菌及杀螨的气雾剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比将薄荷脑、百里酚、天然植物精油、天然植物提取液加入乙二醇中溶解,再按配比加入氢化蓖麻油,混匀后得到透明褐色乳液;
(2)按配比将缓蚀剂加入到去离子水中,混匀后得到透明溶液;
(3)按配比将步骤(1)得到的透明褐色乳液与步骤(2)得到的透明溶液混合后,再按配比加入推进剂制成气雾剂。
