Abstract
一种阻燃乳胶枕的制备方法。涉及乳胶制备领域,具体涉及一种阻燃乳胶枕的制备方法。提供了一种舒适性好的阻燃乳胶枕的制备方法。采用预制阻燃剂分散体方法避免直接加入阻燃剂的弊端,制得的乳胶枕芯中均匀分散着可膨胀石墨。可膨胀石墨是一种特殊的石墨晶体化合物,受热到一定程度就会开始膨胀,膨胀后的石墨由原来的鳞片状变成密度很低的蠕虫状形成良好的绝热层,能有效隔热、延缓和终止天然乳胶主要组成聚异戊二烯的分解;与此同时EG膨胀过程中会大量吸热从而降低体系温度,起到阻燃的作用。本发明制备的乳胶枕芯在空气中具有离开火源即能自熄的特性,在保持传统乳胶枕优良性能的同时增加了使用安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及乳胶制备领域,具体涉及一种阻燃乳胶枕的制备方法。
背景技术
不论在国内还是国际上,针对天然乳胶乳胶发泡制品阻燃性的研究少之又少,而随着时代的发展和社会经济的进步,天然乳胶发泡制品被广泛的应用于各个领域,各个行业都要求天然乳胶乳胶发泡制品具有较好阻燃性能。因此,面对这种市场需求和技术空白,一些国内企业也纷纷尝试设立研究项目,旨在加强科技创新,提高我国天然乳胶制品生产技术水平。
由于天然胶乳本身成分的特殊性,对阻燃剂的选择要求严苛,直接添加阻燃剂会造成凝胶小颗粒,使得发泡无法连续,对产品结构也有影响,进而影响物理性能,大大降低产品拉伸强度及柔软度和舒适性。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种舒适性好的阻燃乳胶枕的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:包括如下步骤:
1)、将各原材料助剂采用砂磨机研磨细化至微米级;
2)、将可膨胀石墨预制成和胶乳相容性良好的分散体;
3)、通过自动化配料系统将天然乳胶、助剂及阻燃剂分散体按配方配料;
4)、将配好的物料在熟成反应釜中高速分散混合熟成;
5)、加入活化剂氧化锌和硬化剂,通过发泡机发泡,注模,定型;
6)、通过蒸汽硫化装置进行硫化,并将硫化后的产品用水冲洗、烘干,得成品。
所述步骤1)中所述助剂按质量份计包括粒径控制在4-5μm的硫磺分散体5-7份,纳米级活化剂氧化锌分散体4-8份,粒径为5-10μm的硬化剂2-8份,发泡剂植物油酸钾2-4份,碱性溶液,焦磷酸钾0.1-0.3份。
所述步骤2)中可膨胀石墨的粒径为10~70目,分散体为10-30份的分散剂为N。
所述步骤4)中熟成搅拌反应8-12小时,温度为35-40℃。
所述步骤6)中硫化温度为90~110℃。硫化时间为20~40min。
本发明的有益效果是:采用预制阻燃剂分散体方法避免直接加入阻燃剂的弊端,制得的乳胶枕芯中均匀分散着可膨胀石墨。可膨胀石墨是一种特殊的石墨晶体化合物,受热到一定程度就会开始膨胀,膨胀后的石墨由原来的鳞片状变成密度很低的蠕虫状形成良好的绝热层,能有效隔热、延缓和终止天然乳胶主要组成聚异戊二烯的分解;与此同时EG膨胀过程中会大量吸热从而降低体系温度,起到阻燃的作用。采用本发明制备的乳胶枕芯在空气中具有离开火源即能自熄的特性,在保持传统乳胶枕优良性能的同时增加了使用安全性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作具体说明。
实施例1
1)、将各原材料助剂采用砂磨机研磨细化至微米级(粒径4±2μm);
2)、将粒径为10目的可膨胀石墨预制成和胶乳相容性良好的分散体;
3)、通过自动化配料系统将天然乳胶100份、焦磷酸钾0.1份、硫磺分散体5份,发泡剂分散体2份,阻燃剂分散体10份进行配料;
4)、将配好的物料在熟成反应釜中高速分散混合熟成反应8小时,温度为35℃;
5)、加入4份活化剂氧化锌和2份硬化剂,通过发泡机发泡,注模,定型;
6)、通过蒸汽硫化装置进行硫化,硫化温度为90℃。硫化时间为20min,并将硫化后的产品用水冲洗、烘干,得成品。
实施例2
1)、将各原材料助剂采用砂磨机研磨细化至微米级(粒径4±2μm);
2)、将粒径为70目的可膨胀石墨预制成和胶乳相容性良好的分散体;
3)、通过自动化配料系统将天然乳胶100份、焦磷酸钾0.3份、硫磺分散体5-7份,发泡剂分散体4份,阻燃剂分散体0份进行配料;
4)、将配好的物料在熟成反应釜中高速分散混合熟成反应12小时,温度为40℃;
5)、加入8份活化剂氧化锌和8份硬化剂,通过发泡机发泡,注模,定型;
6)、通过蒸汽硫化装置进行硫化,硫化温度为110℃。硫化时间为40min,并将硫化后的产品用水冲洗、烘干,得成品。
实施例3
1)、将各原材料助剂采用砂磨机研磨细化至微米级(粒径4±2μm);
2)、将粒径为40目的可膨胀石墨预制成和胶乳相容性良好的分散体;
3)、通过自动化配料系统将天然乳胶100份、焦磷酸钾0.2份、硫磺分散体6份,发泡剂分散体3份,阻燃剂分散体20份进行配料;
4)、将配好的物料在熟成反应釜中高速分散混合熟成反应10小时,温度为38℃;
5)、加入6份活化剂氧化锌和5份硬化剂,通过发泡机发泡,注模,定型;
6)、通过蒸汽硫化装置进行硫化,硫化温度为100℃。硫化时间为30min,并将硫化后的产品用水冲洗、烘干,得成品。
以本方法制备的阻燃乳胶枕头,其技术指标如下:密度70-85 kg/m3、40%压陷硬度75-90 N、拉伸强度≧45kPa、落球回弹性能≧55%、压缩永久变形≦8%、含水率<1%、阻燃等级为:HBF级,氧指数为28%。
Claims (5)
1.一种阻燃乳胶枕的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)、将各原材料助剂采用砂磨机研磨细化至微米级;
2)、将可膨胀石墨预制成和胶乳相容性良好的分散体;
3)、通过自动化配料系统将天然乳胶、助剂及阻燃剂分散体按配方配料;
4)、将配好的物料在熟成反应釜中高速分散混合熟成;
5)、加入活化剂氧化锌和硬化剂,通过发泡机发泡,注模,定型;
6)、通过蒸汽硫化装置进行硫化,并将硫化后的产品用水冲洗、烘干,得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃乳胶枕的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中所述助剂按质量份计包括粒径控制在4-5μm的硫磺分散体5-7份,纳米级活化剂氧化锌分散体4-8份,粒径为5-10μm的硬化剂2-8份,发泡剂植物油酸钾2-4份,碱性溶液,焦磷酸钾0.1-0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃乳胶枕的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中可膨胀石墨的粒径为10~70目,分散体为10-30份的分散剂为N。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃乳胶枕的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中熟成搅拌反应8-12小时,温度为35-40℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃乳胶枕的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤6)中硫化温度为90~110℃,时间为20~40min。
