Abstract
本发明属于人造革技术领域,本发明公开了一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,其包括无纺布制备、浆料含浸、干燥烘焙、减量处理、定型烘干、磨皮、直涂、干法贴面和后处理等步骤;本发明中还采用部分改性填料代替发泡剂以降低发泡剂对环境等的危害。通过本发明制备获得的超细纤维鞋革具有优异的吸湿性能和透气性能,其吸湿性能和透气性能与天然皮革相差无几;同时在制备过程中选用合适助剂使得制备过程也更环保和安全。

本发明涉及人造革技术领域,尤其是涉及一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺。
背景技术
天然皮革由于具有优异的天然特性被广泛用于服饰鞋帽领域,但是社会发展和人口增长,人类对皮革是需求也日益增长,数量有限的天然皮革已经无法满足人们日益增长的需求了,同时随着人们环保意识的深入,意识到无节制的使用天然皮革对于生态和环境存在巨大的损害。为解决上述问题,人造皮革被研发并被广泛应用,以满足人们对皮革的消费需求,经过几十年的发展和进步,现在制得的人造皮革已经具有可以与天然皮革相媲美的性能,特别是在手感和强度等方面与天然皮革已经具有相当的性能,但是人造皮革在吸湿透气等方面的性能,与天然皮革仍具有较大的差距,特别是对于鞋革而言,由于其特殊的使用领域,对于透气性能和吸湿性能的要求更加的高,而现有技术中的鞋革虽然也具有一定的吸湿性能和透气性能,但是其余天然皮革仍存在较大差距,并且也无法满足实际需求。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种能够制备具有良好吸湿能力和透气性的超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)无纺布制备:将纤维制成贝斯用无纺布;
b)浆料含浸:将贝斯用无纺布在含浸浆料中处理,含浸处理后刮除无纺布表面多余的浆料;
c)干燥烘焙:将经含浸处理后的贝斯用无纺布烘干,并在进行烘焙处理;
d)减量处理:采用氢氧化钠溶液进行减量处理,减量处理后经水洗和醋酸中和至中性;
e)定型烘干;
f)磨皮:磨皮处理使正面平整制得贝斯;
g)直涂:将直涂浆料经过机械发泡后直涂于贝斯的正面制得合成革贝斯;
h)干法贴面:在离型纸上涂敷面层浆料制得浆料面层,烘干;然后在浆料面层上涂敷粘结层浆料制得粘结层,与合成革贝斯贴合烘干;
i)后整理:后整理制得吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革。
作为优选,步骤a)中,定岛纤维经开清棉、梳理、铺网、针刺加固、烫平工序制成贝斯用无纺布。
作为优选,步骤a)中,制得的贝斯用无纺布克重为200~500g/m2,密度为0.16~0.32g/cm3。
作为优选,步骤b)中,含浸浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯30~50份,交联剂1~3份,增稠剂1~2份,去离子水50~100份,无机盐0.5~1.5份。
作为优选,步骤c)中,烘干温度为60~160℃,烘焙温度为120~160℃,烘焙时车速为4~8m/min。
作为优选,步骤d)中,采用浓度为5~9wt%的氢氧化钠溶液进行减量处理,处理时间为30~45分钟,温度为60~85℃。
作为优选,步骤e)中,烘干温度为110~135℃,车速为4~8/min,时间为3~7min。
作为优选,步骤f)中,采用300~400目的砂纸进行磨皮,使正面平整。
作为优选,步骤g)中,直涂浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯50~100份,填料5~15份,发泡剂0.1~0.2份,稳泡剂1~4份,增稠剂1~3份,色浆0.2~2份。
作为优选,步骤g)中,直涂时车速为3~8m/min,温度为80~160℃。
作为优选,步骤h)中,面层浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯80~100份,流平剂0.1~1份,消泡剂0.1~2份,增稠剂0.5~3份,色浆0.2~2份;粘结层浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯80~100份,流平剂0.1~1份,消泡剂0.1~2份,增稠剂0.5~3份,交联剂0.5~3份,色浆0.2~2份。
作为优选,步骤h)中,制得浆料面层后传送至中波红外加热箱中进行烘干。
作为优选,步骤h)中,制得粘结层后传送至中波红外加热箱中烘至半干,然后与合成革贝斯贴合烘干,烘干温度为80~150℃,车速为5~20m/min。
作为优选,步骤i)中,后处理包括上色、印花、增光和消光操作。
作为优选,填料中含有由以下方法制得的改性粘土,先将粘土粉碎,然后将粉碎后的粘土浸泡到饱和氢氧化钠溶液中至吸收饱和,将粘土干燥,然后再进行煅烧,冷却后在稀氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡并干燥制得预处理粘土,将N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶于无水乙醇中制得N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶液,然后将预处理粘土加入其中,球磨处理,清洗后制得处理粘土,将无水乙醇、异丙酸和乙酸混合制得混合液,将处理粘土加入到其中并使处理粘土饱和吸附混合液,最后吸干处理粘土表面的液体后制得改性粘土。
作为优选,填料中含有由以下方法制得的改性粘土,先将粘土粉碎至粒径小于100微米,然后将粉碎后的粘土浸泡到饱和氢氧化钠溶液中至吸收饱和,将粘土升温至60~80℃并保温50~60分钟,然后再升温至500~600℃保温1~2小时,冷却后在1~1.5mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡40~60分钟并干燥制得预处理粘土,将N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶于无水乙醇中制得5~6wt%浓度的N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶液,然后将预处理粘土加入其中,预处理粘土的重量不超过N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶液的60wt%,然后球磨处理1~2小时,清洗后制得处理粘土,按重量比8:(10~12):(1~2)的重量比将乙醇、乙酸和十二烷基硫酸钠混合制得混合液,将处理粘土加入到其中并使处理粘土饱和吸附混合液,最后吸干处理粘土表面的液体后制得改性粘土。
作为优选,粘土为高岭石、蒙脱石、坡缕石或海泡石中的一种。
本发明在实现赋予鞋革吸湿透气性能外,还采用了经过改性的填料以完全或部分代替发泡剂的使用,特别是降低化学发泡剂的使用,在降低化学发泡剂使用量的同时,还保证发泡效果不劣化。本发明中改性填料所起的发泡效果源于其中低沸点组分和表面活性剂共同作用的物理发泡作用,低沸点组分选用乙醇和乙酸,该两种都是具有低毒特性的组分,对使用者和环境的相当友好,并且两种组分的沸点分布合理,乙醇的沸点位于100℃以下,为78℃,乙酸的沸点略高于100℃,为118℃,而十二烷基硫酸钠则是一种能够及时并在乙醇和乙酸作用下足量起泡的表面活性剂。简单添加上述三种组分虽然也能起到发泡的作用,但是由于前期的加工很容易使这三种组分失效,因此将这三种组分与载体复合后更具有稳定型。本发明中采用经过预处理的粘土作为载体,而对粘土进行的预处理主要是增加粘土的吸附性能,其中之一是进行表面和孔道离子活化,其二是进行适当扩孔处理,其三是利用有机链进行接枝改性增加负载能力;扩孔处理即采用氢氧化钠与粘土混合后在高温下煅烧,使氢氧化钠对粘土中的孔道进行腐蚀,表面和孔道离子活化采用轻金属碱性溶液进行浸泡处理,有机链接枝改性即采用N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶液与经过前续处理的粘土混合后球磨改性,采用N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶液改性接枝N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺后还能改善粘土与乙醇、乙酸和十二烷基硫酸钠之间的亲和性,使得负载效果更好。负载后制得的改性粘土,在进行发泡时,其中的乙醇、乙酸和十二烷基硫酸钠起到发泡的作用,而剩下的粘土则残留在发泡后的聚氨酯中起到填料的作用。
因此,本发明具有以下有益效果:通过本发明制备获得的超细纤维鞋革具有优异的吸湿性能和透气性能,其吸湿性能和透气性能与天然皮革相差无几;同时在制备过程中选用合适助剂使得制备过程也更环保和安全。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步的说明。

在本发明中,若非特指,所有的设备和原料均可从市场上购得或是本行业常用的,下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域常规方法。
实施例1
一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)无纺布制备:将定岛纤维经开清棉、梳理、铺网、针刺加固、烫平工序制成贝斯用无纺布,制得的贝斯用无纺布克重为200g/m2,密度为0.16g/cm3;
b)浆料含浸:将贝斯用无纺布在含浸浆料中处理;含浸浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RC-2101)30kg,交联剂(型号:XR-5580)1kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)1kg,去离子水50kg,无机盐0.5kg;
c)干燥烘焙:将经含浸处理后的贝斯用无纺布在60℃下烘干,并在120℃下进行烘焙处理,烘焙时车速为4m/min;
d)减量处理:采用浓度为5wt%的氢氧化钠溶液进行减量处理,处理时间为30分钟,温度为60℃,减量处理后经水洗和醋酸中和;
e)定型烘干:烘干温度为110℃,车速为4/min,时间为3min;
f)磨皮:采用300目的砂纸进行磨皮处理使正面平整制得贝斯;
g)直涂:将直涂浆料经过机械发泡后直涂于贝斯的正面制得合成革贝斯,直涂时车速为3m/min,温度为80~120℃;直涂浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RU-13-085)50kg,填料5kg,发泡剂(型号:AC-5000)0.1kg,稳泡剂(型号:DT-1008)1kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)1kg,色浆0.2kg;
h)干法贴面:在离型纸上涂敷面层浆料制得浆料面层,制得浆料面层后传送至中波红外加热箱中进行烘干;然后在浆料面层上涂敷粘结层浆料制得粘结层,制得粘结层后传送至中波红外加热箱中烘至半干,然后与合成革贝斯贴合烘干,烘干温度为80℃,车速为5m/min;面层浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RU-13-085)80kg,流平剂(型号:LA-13-863)0.1kg,消泡剂(型号:DF-2459)0.1kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)0.5kg,色浆0.2kg;粘结层浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RU-13-085)80kg,流平剂(型号:LA-13-863)0.1kg,消泡剂(型号:DF-2459)0.1kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)0.5kg,交联剂(型号:XR-5580)0.5kg,色浆0.2kg;
i)后整理:上色、印花、增光和消光操作后制得吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革。
其中,填料由改性粘土和轻质碳酸钙以重量比10:4混合而成;改性粘土由以下方法制得,先将粘土粉碎至粒径小于100微米,然后将粉碎后的粘土浸泡到饱和氢氧化钠溶液中至吸收饱和,将粘土升温至60℃并保温50分钟,然后再升温至500℃保温1小时,冷却后在1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡40分钟并干燥制得预处理粘土,将N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶于无水乙醇中制得5wt%浓度的N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶液,然后将预处理粘土加入其中,预处理粘土的重量为N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶液的30wt%,然后球磨处理1小时,清洗后制得处理粘土,按重量比8:10:1的重量比将乙醇、乙酸和十二烷基硫酸钠混合制得混合液,将处理粘土加入到其中并使处理粘土饱和吸附混合液,最后吸干处理粘土表面的液体后制得改性粘土;粘土为高岭石。
实施例2
一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)无纺布制备:将定岛纤维经开清棉、梳理、铺网、针刺加固、烫平工序制成贝斯用无纺布,制得的贝斯用无纺布克重为350g/m2,密度为0.20g/cm3;
b)浆料含浸:将贝斯用无纺布在含浸浆料中处理;含浸浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RC-2101)35kg,交联剂(型号:XR-5580)1.5kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)1.5kg,去离子水60kg,无机盐0.7kg;
c)干燥烘焙:将经含浸处理后的贝斯用无纺布在100℃下烘干,并在135℃下进行烘焙处理,烘焙时车速为5m/min;
d)减量处理:采用浓度为6wt%的氢氧化钠溶液进行减量处理,处理时间为35分钟,温度为70℃,减量处理后经水洗和醋酸中和至中性;
e)定型烘干:烘干温度为115℃,车速为5/min,时间为4min;
f)磨皮:采用350目的砂纸进行磨皮处理使正面平整制得贝斯;
g)直涂:将直涂浆料经过机械发泡后直涂于贝斯的正面制得合成革贝斯,直涂时车速为6.5m/min,温度为100~120℃;直涂浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RU-13-085)90kg,填料10kg,发泡剂(型号:AC-5000)0.15kg,稳泡剂(型号:DT-1008)3kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)2.3kg,色浆0.3kg;
h)干法贴面:在离型纸上涂敷面层浆料制得浆料面层,制得浆料面层后传送至中波红外加热箱中进行烘干;然后在浆料面层上涂敷粘结层浆料制得粘结层,制得粘结层后传送至中波红外加热箱中烘至半干,然后与合成革贝斯贴合烘干,烘干温度为115℃,车速为11m/min;面层浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RU-13-085)100kg,流平剂(型号:LA-13-863)0.3kg,消泡剂(型号:DF-2459)0.3kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)2kg,色浆0.2kg;粘结层浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RU-13-085)100kg,流平剂(型号:LA-13-863)0.3kg,消泡剂(型号:DF-2459)0.3kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)2kg,交联剂(型号:XR-5580)2kg,色浆0.2kg;
i)后整理:上色、印花、增光和消光操作后制得吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革。
其中,填料由改性粘土和轻质碳酸钙以重量比10:4.5混合而成,改性粘土由以下方法制得,先将粘土粉碎至粒径小于100微米,然后将粉碎后的粘土浸泡到饱和氢氧化钠溶液中至吸收饱和,将粘土升温至65℃并保温55分钟,然后再升温至520℃保温1.5小时,冷却后在1.2mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡45分钟并干燥制得预处理粘土,将N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶于无水乙醇中制得5.5wt%浓度的N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶液,然后将预处理粘土加入其中,预处理粘土的重量为N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶液的40wt%,然后球磨处理1.5小时,清洗后制得处理粘土,按重量比8:11:1.5的重量比将乙醇、乙酸和十二烷基硫酸钠混合制得混合液,将处理粘土加入到其中并使处理粘土饱和吸附混合液,最后吸干处理粘土表面的液体后制得改性粘土;粘土为蒙脱石。
实施例3
一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)无纺布制备:将定岛纤维经开清棉、梳理、铺网、针刺加固、烫平工序制成贝斯用无纺布,制得的贝斯用无纺布克重为450g/m2,密度为0.30g/cm3;
b)浆料含浸:将贝斯用无纺布在含浸浆料中处理;含浸浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RC-2101)45kg,交联剂(型号:XR-5580)2.5kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)1.5kg,去离子水80kg,无机盐1.3kg;
c)干燥烘焙:将经含浸处理后的贝斯用无纺布在120℃下烘干,并在150℃下进行烘焙处理,烘焙时车速为7m/min;
d)减量处理:采用浓度为8wt%的氢氧化钠溶液进行减量处理,处理时间为40分钟,温度为75℃,减量处理后经水洗和醋酸中和至中性;
e)定型烘干:烘干温度为125℃,车速为7/min,时间为6min;
f)磨皮:采用300~400目的砂纸进行磨皮处理使正面平整制得贝斯;
g)直涂:将直涂浆料经过机械发泡后直涂于贝斯的正面制得合成革贝斯,直涂时车速为4.5m/min,温度为120~150℃;直涂浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RU-13-085)60kg,填料10kg,发泡剂(型号:AC-5000)0.15kg,稳泡剂(型号:DT-1008)2kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)1.7kg,色浆1.5kg;
h)干法贴面:在离型纸上涂敷面层浆料制得浆料面层,制得浆料面层后传送至中波红外加热箱中进行烘干;然后在浆料面层上涂敷粘结层浆料制得粘结层,制得粘结层后传送至中波红外加热箱中烘至半干,然后与合成革贝斯贴合烘干,烘干温度为125℃,车速为14m/min;面层浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RU-13-085)90kg,流平剂(型号:LA-13-863)0.7kg,消泡剂(型号:DF-2459)1.5kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)1kg,色浆1.2kg;粘结层浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RU-13-085)90kg,流平剂(型号:LA-13-863)0.18kg,消泡剂(型号:DF-2459)1.6kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)1.5kg,交联剂(型号:XR-5580)1kg,色浆1.5kg;
i)后整理:上色、印花、增光和消光操作后制得吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革。
其中,填料由改性粘土和轻质碳酸钙以重量比10:4.5混合而成,改性粘土由以下方法制得,先将粘土粉碎至粒径小于100微米,然后将粉碎后的粘土浸泡到饱和氢氧化钠溶液中至吸收饱和,将粘土升温至75℃并保温55分钟,然后再升温至580℃保温1.5小时,冷却后在1.3mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡55分钟并干燥制得预处理粘土,将N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶于无水乙醇中制得5.5wt%浓度的N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶液,然后将预处理粘土加入其中,预处理粘土的重量为N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶液的50wt%,然后球磨处理1.5小时,清洗后制得处理粘土,按重量比8:11:1.5的重量比将乙醇、乙酸和十二烷基硫酸钠混合制得混合液,将处理粘土加入到其中并使处理粘土饱和吸附混合液,最后吸干处理粘土表面的液体后制得改性粘土;粘土为坡缕石。
实施例4
一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)无纺布制备:将定岛纤维经开清棉、梳理、铺网、针刺加固、烫平工序制成贝斯用无纺布,制得的贝斯用无纺布克重为500g/m2,密度为0.32g/cm3;
b)浆料含浸:将贝斯用无纺布在含浸浆料中处理;含浸浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RC-2101)50kg,交联剂(型号:XR-5580)3kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)2kg,去离子水100kg,无机盐1.5kg;
c)干燥烘焙:将经含浸处理后的贝斯用无纺布在160℃下烘干,并在160℃下进行烘焙处理,烘焙时车速为8m/min;
d)减量处理:采用浓度为9wt%的氢氧化钠溶液进行减量处理,处理时间为45分钟,温度为85℃,减量处理后经水洗和醋酸中和至中性;
e)定型烘干:烘干温度为135℃,车速为8/min,时间为7min;
f)磨皮:采用400目的砂纸进行磨皮处理使正面平整制得贝斯;
g)直涂:将直涂浆料经过机械发泡后直涂于贝斯的正面制得合成革贝斯,直涂时车速为8m/min,温度为140~160℃;直涂浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RU-13-085)100kg,填料15kg,发泡剂(型号:AC-5000)0.2kg,稳泡剂(型号:DT-1008)4kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)3kg,色浆0.2~2kg;
h)干法贴面:在离型纸上涂敷面层浆料制得浆料面层,制得浆料面层后传送至中波红外加热箱中进行烘干;然后在浆料面层上涂敷粘结层浆料制得粘结层,制得粘结层后传送至中波红外加热箱中烘至半干,然后与合成革贝斯贴合烘干,烘干温度为150℃,车速为20m/min;面层浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RU-13-085)100kg,流平剂(型号:LA-13-863)1kg,消泡剂(型号:DF-2459)2kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)3kg,色浆2kg;粘结层浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯(型号:RU-13-085)100kg,流平剂(型号:LA-13-863)1kg,消泡剂(型号:DF-2459)2kg,增稠剂(型号:RM-4456)3kg,交联剂(型号:XR-5580)3kg,色浆2kg;
i)后整理:上色、印花、增光和消光操作后制得吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革。
其中,填料由改性粘土和轻质碳酸钙以重量比10:5混合而成,改性粘土由以下方法制得,先将粘土粉碎至粒径小于100微米,然后将粉碎后的粘土浸泡到饱和氢氧化钠溶液中至吸收饱和,将粘土升温至80℃并保温60分钟,然后再升温至600℃保温2小时,冷却后在1.5mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡60分钟并干燥制得预处理粘土,将N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶于无水乙醇中制得6wt%浓度的N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶液,然后将预处理粘土加入其中,预处理粘土的重量为N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶液的60wt%,然后球磨处理2小时,清洗后制得处理粘土,按重量比8:12:2的重量比将乙醇、乙酸和十二烷基硫酸钠混合制得混合液,将处理粘土加入到其中并使处理粘土饱和吸附混合液,最后吸干处理粘土表面的液体后制得改性粘土;粘土为海泡石。
性能检测:
1.透气性能检测:
透气性检测采用国家标准GB/T 5453-1997《纺织品织物透气性的测定》进行测定透气率,每个试样测试5次,取平均值。
2.吸湿性能检测:
吸湿性能检测采用国家标准GB/T 21655.1-2008《纺织品吸湿速干性的评定第1部分单向组合试验法》进行测定透湿率,每个试样测试5次,取平均值。
3.其他性能测试:
通过常规测试方法测试断裂强度和断裂伸长率等机械性能。
性能检测结果:
本发明实施例1~4中制得的吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的透气性能和吸湿性能如下表1所示;

由上表可知,本发明制备获得的吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革,透气率和透湿性都比较高,具有良好的透气吸湿性能。
应当理解的是,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a)无纺布制备:将纤维制成贝斯用无纺布;
b)浆料含浸:将贝斯用无纺布在含浸浆料中处理;
c)干燥烘焙:将经含浸处理后的贝斯用无纺布烘干,并在进行烘焙处理;
d)减量处理:采用氢氧化钠溶液进行减量处理,减量处理后经水洗和醋酸中和;
e)定型烘干;
f)磨皮:磨皮处理使正面平整制得贝斯;
g)直涂:将直涂浆料经过机械发泡后直涂于贝斯的正面制得合成革贝斯;
h)干法贴面:在离型纸上涂敷面层浆料制得浆料面层,烘干;然后在浆料面层上涂敷粘结层浆料制得粘结层,与合成革贝斯贴合烘干;
i)后整理:后整理制得吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,其特征在于:
所述步骤a)中,制得的贝斯用无纺布克重为200~500g/m2,密度为0.16~0.32g/cm3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,其特征在于:
所述步骤b)中,含浸浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯30~50份,交联剂1~3份,增稠剂1~2份,去离子水50~100份,无机盐0.5~1.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,其特征在于:
所述步骤c)中,烘干温度为60~160℃,烘焙温度为120~160℃,烘焙时车速为4~8m/min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,其特征在于:
所述步骤d)中,采用浓度为5~9wt%的氢氧化钠溶液进行减量处理,处理时间为30~45分钟,温度为60~85℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,其特征在于:
所述步骤e)中,烘干温度为110~135℃,车速为4~8/min,时间为3~7min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,其特征在于:
所述步骤g)中,直涂浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯50~100份,填料5~15份,发泡剂0.1~0.2份,稳泡剂1~4份,增稠剂1~3份,色浆0.2~2份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,其特征在于:
所述步骤h)中,面层浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯80~100份,流平剂0.1~1份,消泡剂0.1~2份,增稠剂0.5~3份,色浆0.2~2份;粘结层浆料由以下重量份的原料制得,水性聚氨酯80~100份,流平剂0.1~1份,消泡剂0.1~2份,增稠剂0.5~3份,交联剂0.5~3份,色浆0.2~2份。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,其特征在于:
所述填料中含有由以下方法制得的改性粘土,先将粘土粉碎至粒径小于100微米,然后将粉碎后的粘土浸泡到饱和氢氧化钠溶液中至吸收饱和,将粘土升温至60~80℃并保温50~60分钟,然后再升温至500~600℃保温1~2小时,冷却后在1~1.5mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡40~60分钟并干燥制得预处理粘土,将N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶于无水乙醇中制得5~6wt%浓度的N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶液,然后将预处理粘土加入其中,预处理粘土的重量不超过N,N-二乙基乙二酰胺溶液的60wt%,然后球磨处理1~2小时,清洗后制得处理粘土,按重量比8:(10~12):(1~2)的重量比将乙醇、乙酸和十二烷基硫酸钠混合制得混合液,将处理粘土加入到其中并使处理粘土饱和吸附混合液,最后吸干处理粘土表面的液体后制得改性粘土。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种吸湿透气型超细纤维鞋革的生产工艺,其特征在于:
所述粘土为高岭石、蒙脱石、坡缕石或海泡石中的一种。
