本发明属于合成革生产领域,具体涉及一种舒适度高的PU合成革及其生产方法。
背景技术
PU合成革属于聚氨酯弹性体,从结构上近似天然皮革,且具备外观质感良好、机械性能强、价格低廉、加工方便等优势,其应用范围广、种类数量繁多,是代替天然皮革较为理想的材料,目前已大量取代资源不足的天然皮革。然而PU合成革的部分性能远不如天然皮革,如天然皮革具有良好的吸水性、透气性,而PU合成革本身的性质导致其容易形成致密的膜,吸水、透气性能受到限制,合成革的仿真性、舒适度和品质难以提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种仿真性高、防霉抗菌、抗氧化、杀虫驱虫的舒适度高的PU合成革及其生产方法。
上述目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种舒适度高的PU合成革,包括基布层和PU层,其中:
PU层由下述重量份的原料制得:
聚氨酯树脂80-100,二甲基甲酰胺80-100,茶皂素2-4,可溶性大豆多糖0.5-1,液体松香树脂1-2,角鲨烷0.1-0.2,滑石粉1-2,竹炭粉1-2,色浆4-8,羧甲基纤维素钠5-10,水杨酸钠0.2-0.4,氯化铝0.5-1,改性助剂2-4;
其中改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
高岭土30-40,海泡石10-15,石棉纤维15-20,苎麻纤维5-10,碳酸钙2-4,氯化钙1-3,棕榈油2-4,硬脂酸镁2-4,生育酚0.2-0.5,三聚磷酸钠4-6,磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1-2,葡萄糖酸钙1-2;
改性助剂的制备方法是:
将高岭土、海泡石、石棉纤维粗研磨后加入三聚磷酸钠、碳酸钙和氯化钙混合均匀,550-600℃煅烧4-6h,降温至150-200℃后加入硬脂酸镁和苎麻纤维搅拌1-2h,冷却后研磨至400-500目,加入其余原料60-80℃搅拌1-2h,即得。
一种舒适度高的PU合成革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氯化铝和可溶性大豆多糖加入适量水中,800-1000r/min搅拌15-30min,加入羧甲基纤维素钠和水杨酸钠,600-800r/min搅拌5-10min,冷冻干燥后研磨至100-200目,得活性粉体;
(2)在容器中先加入二甲基甲酰胺,再加入滑石粉、竹炭粉、液体松香树脂、茶皂素、活性粉体和改性助剂,于25-40℃下充分搅拌10-20min后加入色浆和聚氨酯树脂,搅拌均匀后加入其余原料,800-1000r/min搅拌5-10min,真空脱泡30-60min,50-100目过滤,得PU浆料;
(3)将基布浸湿,采用涂刀涂覆法把PU浆料均匀地涂覆在基布上,送入凝固槽凝固,再经过水洗、烘干,经表面处理后,即得成品。
本发明的优点是:
1. 结合水凝胶技术,发挥其优越的吸水性作用,使产品具有良好的吸水透气性能和仿真的外观、手感,有效提高了PU合成革的舒适度以及仿真性,合成革的性能更接近天然皮革;

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明一种舒适度高的PU合成革及其生产方法作进一行说明:
一种舒适度高的PU合成革,包括基布层和PU层,其中:
PU层由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
聚氨酯树脂90,二甲基甲酰胺90,茶皂素3,可溶性大豆多糖0.8,液体松香树脂1.5,角鲨烷0.15,滑石粉1.5,竹炭粉1.5,色浆6,羧甲基纤维素钠8,水杨酸钠0.3,氯化铝0.6,改性助剂3;
其中改性助剂由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
高岭土35,海泡石12,石棉纤维18,苎麻纤维8,碳酸钙3,氯化钙2,棕榈油3,硬脂酸镁3,生育酚0.4,三聚磷酸钠5,磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1.5,葡萄糖酸钙1.5;
改性助剂的制备方法是:
将高岭土、海泡石、石棉纤维粗研磨后加入三聚磷酸钠、碳酸钙和氯化钙混合均匀,550℃煅烧4h,降温至180℃后加入硬脂酸镁和苎麻纤维搅拌1.5h,冷却后研磨至400目,加入其余原料60℃搅拌2h,即得。
舒适度高的PU合成革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氯化铝和可溶性大豆多糖加入适量水中,1000r/min搅拌15min,加入羧甲基纤维素钠和水杨酸钠,800r/min搅拌10min,冷冻干燥后研磨至100目,得活性粉体;
(2)在容器中先加入二甲基甲酰胺,再加入滑石粉、竹炭粉、液体松香树脂、茶皂素、活性粉体和改性助剂,于30℃下充分搅20min后加入色浆和聚氨酯树脂,搅拌均匀后加入其余原料,1000r/min搅拌10min,真空脱泡40min,50目过滤,得PU浆料;
(3)将基布浸湿,采用涂刀涂覆法把PU浆料均匀地涂覆在基布上,送入凝固槽凝固,再经过水洗、烘干,经表面处理后,即得成品。
经测试,耐折牢度23℃,20万次无裂纹,表面颜色牢度湿摩擦4级,拉伸负荷≥75N/cm,透气性≥5dm3/min。
Claims (2)
1.一种舒适度高的PU合成革,包括基布层和PU层,其特征在于:
所述的PU层由下述重量份的原料制得:
聚氨酯树脂80-100,二甲基甲酰胺80-100,茶皂素2-4,可溶性大豆多糖0.5-1,液体松香树脂1-2,角鲨烷0.1-0.2,滑石粉1-2,竹炭粉1-2,色浆4-8,羧甲基纤维素钠5-10,水杨酸钠0.2-0.4,氯化铝0.5-1,改性助剂2-4;
所述的改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
高岭土30-40,海泡石10-15,石棉纤维15-20,苎麻纤维5-10,碳酸钙2-4,氯化钙1-3,棕榈油2-4,硬脂酸镁2-4,生育酚0.2-0.5,三聚磷酸钠4-6,磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1-2,葡萄糖酸钙1-2;
所述的改性助剂的制备方法是:
将高岭土、海泡石、石棉纤维粗研磨后加入三聚磷酸钠、碳酸钙和氯化钙混合均匀,550-600℃煅烧4-6h,降温至150-200℃后加入硬脂酸镁和苎麻纤维搅拌1-2h,冷却后研磨至400-500目,加入其余原料60-80℃搅拌1-2h,即得。
2.制备权利要求1所述的一种舒适度高的PU合成革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氯化铝和可溶性大豆多糖加入适量水中,800-1000r/min搅拌15-30min,加入羧甲基纤维素钠和水杨酸钠,600-800r/min搅拌5-10min,冷冻干燥后研磨至100-200目,得活性粉体;
(2)在容器中先加入二甲基甲酰胺,再加入滑石粉、竹炭粉、液体松香树脂、茶皂素、活性粉体和改性助剂,于25-40℃下充分搅拌10-20min后加入色浆和聚氨酯树脂,搅拌均匀后加入其余原料,800-1000r/min搅拌5-10min,真空脱泡30-60min,50-100目过滤,得PU浆料;
(3)将基布浸湿,采用涂刀涂覆法把PU浆料均匀地涂覆在基布上,送入凝固槽凝固,再经过水洗、烘干,经表面处理后,即得成品。
