the repair component B comprises olive oil, shea butter, coconut oil, Defu and tocopherol.
In the invention, the wheat-derived component contained in the solvent wheat germ extract has protein, amino acid, various minerals, oligo-and polysaccharides, phenolic compounds, tocopherol and the like, and has the functions of structure reconstruction and regeneration, and the functions of relieving and protecting. Preferably, the mass ratio of the repairing component A, the repairing component B and the solvent wheat germ extract is (3-8): (50-80). Preferably, the plant anti-allergic agent comprises centella asiatica extract, licorice extract, chamomile extract, scutellaria baicalensis extract, rosemary extract, tea extract, and polygonum cuspidatum extract. In the soothing baby cream, the content of the emulsifier is 0.5-2.5 parts, such as 0.5 part, 0.6 part, 0.7 part, 0.8 part, 0.9 part, 1 part, 1.2 parts, 1.4 parts, 1.6 parts, 1.8 parts, 2 parts, 2.2 parts, 2.5 parts and the like.
In the soothing baby cream, the content of the thickening agent is 0.8-2 parts, such as 0.8 part, 0.9 part, 1 part, 1.2 parts, 1.4 parts, 1.6 parts, 1.8 parts, 2 parts and the like.
In the soothing baby face cream, the content of the emollient is 3-10 parts, such as 3 parts, 4 parts, 5 parts, 6 parts, 7 parts, 8 parts, 9 parts, 10 parts and the like.
In the soothing baby cream, the content of the pH regulator is 0.2-1 part, and can be, for example, 0.2 part, 0.3 part, 0.4 part, 0.5 part, 0.6 part, 0.7 part, 0.8 part, 0.9 part, 1 part and the like.
Preferably, the emulsifier comprises any one of wheat emulsifier, EM-90, MON-L, A-165, M68, SP-60, monoglyceride, 1618 alcohol, SSE-20 or SS, or a combination of at least two thereof.
Preferably, the thickener comprises any one of or a combination of at least two of carbomer 940, U21, 2020, EG or xanthan gum.

Preferably, the humectant comprises any one or a combination of at least two of glycerol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, hexylene glycol, betaine, or pentylene glycol.
Preferably, the pH adjusting agent comprises any one of arginine, aminomethyl propanol, potassium hydroxide, or triethanolamine, or a combination of at least two thereof.
Preferably, the soothing baby facial cream further comprises 0.01-0.1 parts of chelating agent, such as 0.01 parts, 0.02 parts, 0.03 parts, 0.04 parts, 0.05 parts, 0.06 parts, 0.07 parts, 0.08 parts, 0.09 parts, 0.1 parts and the like.
Preferably, the chelating agent is EDTA-2 Na.
Preferably, the soothing baby facial cream further comprises 0.1-1 parts of preservative, such as 0.1 parts, 0.2 parts, 0.3 parts, 0.4 parts, 0.5 parts, 0.6 parts, 0.7 parts, 0.8 parts, 0.9 parts, 1 part and the like.
Preferably, the preservative is jasmonate.
In a third aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of the soothing baby cream as described in the second aspect, and the preparation method of the soothing baby cream comprises the following steps: the baby soothing cream is prepared by mixing the composition based on wheat germ extract as described in the first aspect, an emulsifier, a thickener, an emollient, a humectant and a pH adjuster in formula amounts.
Preferably, the preparation method of the soothing baby cream specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing and stirring wheat germ extract, thickening agent and humectant to obtain water phase mixed solution; mixing and stirring the emulsifier, the emollient and the repairing component B in an oil phase to obtain an oil phase mixed solution;
(2) mixing the water phase mixed liquor and the oil phase mixed liquor obtained in the step (1) and homogenizing to obtain homogenized liquor;
(3) and (3) adding a pH regulator into the homogeneous liquid obtained in the step (2) to regulate the pH, adding a repairing component A, and mixing to obtain the soothing baby cream.
Preferably, the temperature for mixing and stirring the aqueous phase in the step (1) is 80-90 ℃, for example, 80 ℃, 81 ℃, 82 ℃, 83 ℃, 84 ℃, 85 ℃, 86 ℃, 87 ℃, 88 ℃, 89 ℃, 90 ℃ and the like.
Preferably, the temperature for mixing and stirring the oil phase in the step (1) is 75 to 85 ℃, for example, 75 ℃, 76 ℃, 77 ℃, 78 ℃, 79 ℃, 80 ℃, 81 ℃, 82 ℃, 83 ℃, 84 ℃, 85 ℃ and the like.
Preferably, the temperature for mixing and homogenizing in the step (2) is 80-82 ℃, for example, 80 ℃, 81 ℃, 82 ℃ and the like can be realized.
Preferably, the temperature for adjusting pH in step (3) is 55-65 deg.C, such as 55 deg.C, 56 deg.C, 57 deg.C, 58 deg.C, 59 deg.C, 60 deg.C, 61 deg.C, 62 deg.C, 63 deg.C, 64 deg.C, 65 deg.C, etc.
Preferably, the temperature for adding and mixing the repairing component A in the step (3) is 40-45 ℃, for example, 40 ℃, 41 ℃, 42 ℃, 43 ℃, 44 ℃, 45 ℃ and the like.
Preferably, the preparation method of the soothing baby cream specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing wheat germ extract, thickener and humectant at 80-90 deg.C with water, and stirring to obtain water phase mixture; mixing emulsifier, emollient and repairing component B at 75-85 deg.C under stirring to obtain oil phase mixed solution;
(2) mixing the water phase mixed liquor and the oil phase mixed liquor obtained in the step (1) at 80-82 ℃ for homogenization to obtain a homogenized liquor;
(3) and (3) cooling to 55-65 ℃, adding a pH regulator into the homogenized liquid obtained in the step (2) to regulate the pH, cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding a repairing component A, and mixing to obtain the soothing baby cream.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the components of the composition disclosed by the invention are matched with each other, so that the composition has a synergistic effect, has good nutrition and relieving effects on fragile, sensitive and strong-reactivity skin, and has the effects of nourishing and regenerating the skin, resisting water loss, enabling the skin to get rid of dryness and the like. The baby soothing cream prepared by adding the composition based on the wheat germ extracting solution can achieve the effect of strengthening protection from the inner skin bottom layer, and the external part is soothing and moist, so that the skin is soft, moist and healthy.
(2) The moisturizing cream provided by the invention is faint and light in fragrance with plants, is safe and natural, is mild and non-irritant, has a very good moisturizing effect, can enhance a skin protective barrier after long-term use, better resists external invasion, and protects the driving of the growing road of infants.

Each of the cosmetic base performance tests were performed on the soothing baby creams provided in examples 1-7 and the soothing baby creams provided in comparative examples 1-15 as follows:

(2) pH value: measuring the pH value according to a general test method for cosmetics of GBT 13531.1-2008;
(3) viscosity: according to the viscosity testing method of GB-T10247-1988, the testing instrument is an electronic rotary viscometer of Bohler fly LVDV-S +15-2000000cP type;
(4) stability: according to the national standard of GBT 34857 and 2017, the moisturizing cream in the embodiment 1 is sampled, is packaged in a transparent cosmetic bottle and a test sample bottle, is respectively placed under the experimental conditions of-18 ℃, 25 ℃, 45 ℃ and 48 ℃, and is subjected to continuous test on the appearance, the fragrance, the pH value, the viscosity and other items for 30 days, and is observed whether the unfavorable phenomena of bleeding, layering, separation, precipitation, discoloration, peculiar smell, demulsification and the like occur;
the results of the basic performance tests of the above cosmetic are shown in table 3 below:

Among them, it can be seen that the change rate of the hydration degree of the skin after using the soothing and moisturizing cream of example 1 is greatly reduced within four hours, while the change rate of the hydration degree of comparative example 1 (without adding solvent wheat germ extract) is small, and the barrier function for preventing water loss is poor, while the soothing baby facial cream prepared by adding the composition based on the wheat germ extract of example 1 can achieve the effect of strengthening the protection from the bottom layer of the internal skin, effectively improve the barrier function for water loss, and the external part is soothing and moisturizing, so that the skin is soft and healthy.
Test example 4
Moisture retention efficacy test
According to the evaluation guideline for moisturizing efficacy of cosmetics in the industry standard of cosmetics, 30 volunteers were selected, the soothing baby cream provided in examples 1 to 7 and the soothing baby cream provided in comparative examples 1 to 15 were applied to both forearms in random batches, and the moisture content of the skin was measured before, 5min after, 2h after, and 4h after application, to evaluate the moisturizing efficacy of the product on the surface layer of the skin. The results of the moisture value change are shown in Table 5 below:

The experimental results in table 5 show that the moisture value of the soothing baby cream prepared in examples 1-7 of the present invention is above 62.00, which indicates that the composition based on wheat germ extract solution of the present invention has scientific and reasonable compatibility of the components, synergistic effect, good nutrition and soothing effects on fragile, sensitive and highly reactive skin, and has the effects of nourishing and regenerating skin, resisting water loss, and getting the skin dry.
Test example 5
Sensory evaluation test
The soothing baby creams provided in examples 1-7 and the soothing baby creams provided in comparative examples 1-15 were selected for skin feel evaluation according to sensory analysis in the cosmetics industry.
1. Evaluation items: spreadability, absorbency, mildness, overall feel.
2. A grading system: the score is 1-10 points, and the higher the total score is, the stronger the characteristic of the project index is.
3. The experimental scheme is as follows: 75 trained evaluators, female, aged 20-30 years were selected. As is clear from the experimental results in table 6, in the sensory evaluation test of the soothing baby creams prepared in examples 1 to 7 of the present invention, the spreadability score was 8.0 or more, the absorbency score was 8.0 or more, the mildness score was 9.0 or more, the moisture retention score was 8.0 or more, the overall feeling score was 9.0 or more, and the overall total score was 43.0 or more; in contrast, the soothing baby creams prepared in comparative examples 1 to 15 had a spreadability score of 7.0 or less, an absorbency score of 7.5 or less, a mildness score of 7.5 or less, a moisture retention score of 8.0 or less, a general feeling score of 7.0 or less, and a general total score of 30.0 or less in the sensory evaluation test. This fully demonstrates that the compositions of the present invention have very good nutritional and soothing effects on fragile, sensitive, and reactive skin, and can nourish and regenerate skin, resist water loss, and get skin free from dryness. The baby soothing cream prepared by adding the composition based on the wheat germ extracting solution can achieve the effect of strengthening protection from the inner skin bottom layer, and the external part is soothing and moist, so that the skin is soft, moist and healthy.
Test example 6
Skin sensitivity test (SDS model)

The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated by the above examples of the wheat germ extract-based composition, soothing baby cream and the preparation method thereof, but the present invention is not limited to the above detailed methods, i.e. it does not mean that the present invention must be implemented by the above detailed methods. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
