Abstract
本发明公开了一种止咳喘药，含有冬虫草、金银
花、川芎、薄荷。该止咳喘药具有疗效快、无副作用、
疗程短、成本低的优点。治疗慢性气管炎和哮喘病有
特效。经千例以上临床试验，有效率达97％，根治率
达76％以上。
Description
本发明涉及用于治疗慢性气管炎、哮喘病的中草药制剂及其制备方法，特别是涉及一种止咳喘药及其制备方法。
目前，国内外对慢性气管炎和哮喘病都比较难以根治。医院采用氨茶硷、地塞米松等止咳定喘的西药来治疗，但效果不佳，并且疗程长，没法根治。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够达到高效低剂量、疗效快，能治疗慢性气管炎和哮喘病的中草药制剂。
本发明人经过长期的研究，发现将冬虫草、金银花、川芎、薄荷4味中药进行合理的搭配，制成中药制剂，即可成为一种对慢性气管炎和哮喘病具有剂量低、见效快、疗效巩固的止咳喘药。
上述4种中草药的药理药性如下：
冬虫草：性平、味苦。能补肺益肾、止血化瘀。用于久咳虚喘，劳嗽咯血。
金银花：性寒、味苦。清热、解毒、散风热。用于喉痹、丹毒、血热，风热感冒，温病发热，疏及通路。
川芎：性温、味辛。能活血行气，祛风止痛。用于胸肋痛、内伤肿痛、风湿痹痛。
薄荷：性凉、味辛。能散风热。清头目。用于风热感冒、风湿头痛，目赤、喉痹。胸肋胀闷。
从而，本发明提供了一种止咳喘药，其特征在于，其中含有下列成分（重量份）：

金银花 10-40 15-35 20-30
川芎 10-40 15-35 20-30
薄荷 3-25 6-20 10-15
另外，本发明还提供了一种止咳喘药的制备方法，其特征在于，它包括下列步骤：
（1）把冬虫草、金银花、川芎、薄荷分别烘干；
（2）按下列配方分别称出各种药物（重量份）：
药名 一般范围 优选范围 最好范围
冬虫草 10-40 15-35 20-30
金银花 10-40 15-35 20-30
川芎 10-40 15-35 20-30
薄荷 3-25 6-20 10-15
（3）将各种药物混合并用粉碎机加工成粉末，再将所获粉末用成粒机制成丸粒或胶囊，最后消毒和包装成品。
本发明的止咳喘药的使用方法：
内服：每天服二次，每次隔12小时服一粒，一般15天一个疗程，二个疗程达到痊愈。
与现有技术的止咳喘药相比，本发明的止咳喘药的优点是剂量低、见效快、疗效巩固、无任何副作用。经一千多例对慢性气管炎和哮喘病的临床试验，有效率达97%，根治率达76%以上。
下面举出实施例来进一步解释本发明。
实施例1
把冬虫草、金银花、川芎、薄荷分别烘干；然后分别称取冬虫草2.5kg、金银花2.5kg、川芎2.5kg、薄荷1.25kg。将上述4味中药混合并用粉碎机加工成粉末。将所获粉末用成粒机制成每粒重2.4g的中药丸粒。然后提供对慢性气管炎和哮喘病的临床治疗应用试验。
本发明止咳喘药的临床病例列举如下：
1、广西区司法厅的干部阮官珍，女，52岁。已患有5年咳喘的病史，经过医院治疗，但没法根治，于93年3月来诊，按每天服药二次，每隔12小时服一粒，连续治疗一个月后完全痊愈，至今没有复发过。
2、广西北流市粮食局的干部，潘洁方，女，54岁，已患有3年咳喘的病史，经过数家医院治疗，都没法根治，每年发病3-5次，于93年7月来诊，按每天服药二次，每隔12小时服一粒，治疗15天痊愈根治。
上述病例，只不过是本发明人几年来一千多个临床病例中的几个，在这里不一一列举。
Claims (6)
1、一种止咳喘药，其特征在于，其中含有(重量份)：冬虫草10-40、金银花10-40、川芎10-40、薄荷3-25。
2、如权利要求1的止咳喘药，其特征在于，其中含有（重量份）：冬虫草15-35、金银花15-35、川芎15-35、薄荷6-20。
3、如权利要求1或2的止咳喘药，其特征在于，其中含有（重量份）：冬虫草20-30、金银花20-30、川芎20-30、薄荷10-15。
4、一种止咳喘药的制备方法，其特征在于，它包括下列步骤：
（1）把冬虫草、金银花、川芎、薄荷分别烘干；
（2）按下列配方分别称出各种药物（重量份）：
冬虫草10-40、金银花10-40、川芎10-40、薄荷3-25；
（3）将各种药物混合并用粉碎机加工成粉末，再将所获粉末用成粒机制成丸粒或胶囊，最后消毒和包装成品。
5、如权利要求4的方法，其特征在于，其中所说的配方为（重量份）：冬虫草15-35、金银花15-35、川芎15-35、薄荷6-20。
6、如权利要求4的方法，其特征在于，其中所说的配方为（重量份）：冬虫草20-30、金银花20-30、川芎20-30、薄荷10-15。
