It can be seen that the box 21 is provided as a cube having a generally rectangular configuration in cross-section and the base 11 is provided as a rectangular configuration to accommodate the dimensions thereof. Under the assembled state, top cap 1 sets up in the top of box 21 and the cladding is shaken in the front and is covered the outside formation bending area that covers 221 and 222 are shaken to the back, and two sides are shaken and are covered 223 and are laminated with the upper surface of top cap 1, then two sides are shaken and are covered and realize fixed connection with the help of the splicing tape, for example, sticky tape 4 to can firmly fix the top cap in the top of box, realize the fixed connection of packing box subassembly, increased the intensity on packing box subassembly upper portion. It will be appreciated that the two side flaps may also be provided below the top cover, above the washing machine, so that the two side flaps are secured without the aid of adhesive tape. Those skilled in the art can adjust the above arrangement as needed to suit a particular application.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, fig. 3 is a schematic unfolded structure of the top cover according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the orientation shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3 and with reference to fig. 2, the top cover 1 comprises a central base 11 and outwardly extending extensions 12 provided on both sides of the base, the extensions 12 being formed with bending regions, and the front and rear flaps 221 and 222 respectively extending into the bending regions of the respective sides to be connected to the top cover, thereby increasing the strength of the upper portion of the packing box assembly. Taking the left extending part of the top cover in fig. 3 as an example, the extending part 12 includes a first part 121, a second part 122, a third part 123 and a fourth part 124 which are sequentially arranged from right to left, and the first part 121, the second part 122, the third part 123 and the fourth part 124 can wrap the front rocking cover/the rear rocking cover through a bending area formed by folding so as to realize the fixed connection of the top cover and the packing box. Viewed from left to right, the second section 122 is folded down relative to the first section 121 to form a first right-angled left-hand bend, the third section 123 is folded down relative to the second section 122 to form a second right-angled right-hand bend directly below the first right-angled bend, and the fourth section 124 is folded up relative to the third section 123 to form a third right-angled bend at the same level as the second right-angled bend.
In this way, the three right-angled bends form an accommodating space in which the front rocking cover/the rear rocking cover can be just arranged, that is, the first part, the second part, the third part and the fourth part can be wrapped outside the front rocking cover/the rear rocking cover through the bending area formed by folding.
It will be appreciated that the first portion may be fixedly connected to the base or may be integrally formed therewith, and the length of the first portion may be the same as or different from that of the base. It can be understood that the width of the fourth portion is less than or equal to the width of the second portion, so that the fourth portion can be bent upward and clamped between the front/rear rocking covers and the box body during the process of forming the bending region, so as to form a stable bending region. It is understood that the width of the third portion is not too large or too small, preferably slightly larger than the thickness of the front/rear flaps, so that the front/rear flaps can be securely covered in the accommodation space.

In order to ensure that the packing belt has enough tension in the hoisting process, for example, the packing belt is made of steel with higher strength. It can be understood that the packing belt can also be made of plastic steel belts and other materials with higher tensile strength, and the packing belt can be adjusted by a person skilled in the art according to the requirement so as to adapt to specific application occasions.
In order to achieve a reliable bundling of the strapping band 3, a bundling zone 4 is provided in the second portion, the strapping band 3 being arranged in the bundling zone 4 for bundling the second portion 122 with the package 2 in a horizontal direction. In order to better fix the packing belt in the binding area, at least one limiting structure is arranged in the binding area, and if the two ends of the second part corresponding to the position of the binding area are respectively provided with an open slot 1221 serving as the limiting structure, the top cover and the packing box can be better fixed together without arranging a vertical packing belt, so that the strength of the upper part of the packing box assembly is further increased, and the packing of the washing machine can be better realized. Under the state of having assembled, packing area 3 is tied up top cap and packing box through setting up four open slots 1221 in four corners to can avoid lifting process because of the packing area takes place the box landing scheduling problem that the displacement leads to along vertical direction.
It will be appreciated that the retention structure may be formed by the second portion being recessed inwardly at a location corresponding to the bundling region, or it may be provided with corrugations at locations corresponding to the bundling region, and one skilled in the art may adjust the manner of placement of the retention structure as needed to suit a particular application. It can be understood that the number of the limiting structures can be determined according to actual conditions, if the weight of the object to be packaged is smaller, fewer limiting structures can be arranged, and if the weight of the object to be packaged is larger, more limiting structures can be arranged.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a packing box assembly of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention when a box body is unfolded. As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4 and with reference to the orientation shown in fig. 4, the packing case 2 comprises a case body 21, an upper cover assembly 22 above the case body and a lower cover assembly 23 below the case body, so as to enable better packing of the washing machine. The box body 21 is a cuboid structure formed by oppositely turning over four side plates 211 which are sequentially arranged, the lower cover assembly 23 comprises two pairs of lower rocking covers 231 which are arranged on four sides of the rectangular structure, and the two pairs of lower rocking covers 231 are connected in an overlapping mode to form a rectangular bottom matched with the size of the box body so as to bear the weight of the washing machine.
For example, an adhesive region may be provided at the overlap of the two pairs of lower flaps, and an adhesive may be used in the adhesive region to better withstand the weight of the washing machine, such as white latex. Through such setting, the intensity of packing box bottom has been increased to the overall strength of packing box subassembly has further been increased.
It can be understood that, can also shake the top of lid under two pairs and set up the reinforcing plate so that realize washing machine's packing better, so, after washing machine packs into the packing box, in the hoist and mount transportation process, washing machine's weight is born by reinforcing plate and lower cover subassembly jointly, greatly reduced the bearing of lower cover subassembly, improved the life of packing box.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the packing box 2 and the top cover 1 are made of corrugated cardboard 6, and due to the structural particularity of the corrugated cardboard (the corrugated structure inside the corrugated cardboard), the packing box assembly has better cushioning performance, so that the washing machine contained in the packing box assembly can be better protected during the transportation process. Under the state of having assembled, corrugated container board 6's corrugated paper's direction is perpendicular with corrugated container board's the direction of turning over, so, in the hoist and mount transportation process, the direction of stress of packing box subassembly is perpendicular with the direction of corrugated paper for the packing box subassembly can bear bigger external force, and non-deformable can protect the washing machine of dress in the packing box subassembly better.
In summary, in the preferred technical solution of the present invention, the bending regions formed by the extending portions of the top cover disposed at the two sides of the base body are covered on the outer sides of the front rocking cover and the rear rocking cover, so as to connect the top cover with the packing box, and increase the strength of the upper portion of the packing box. The extending part comprises a first part, a second part, a third part and a fourth part which are sequentially arranged from right to left, a bending area is formed by turning over the four parts so as to coat the front rocking cover/the rear rocking cover, and the two side rocking covers are arranged on the outer side of the base body and are bonded and fixed by means of adhesive tapes, so that the top cover is fixedly connected with the packing box. In addition, be provided with the open slot respectively at the both ends of second part, so, through the open slot department with the packing area setting in four corners, can be in the same place the top cap is tied up with the packing box better in the horizontal direction, need not to set up vertical packing area in addition. In addition, the bonding area is arranged at the overlapping part where the four rocking covers of the lower cover component are overlapped with each other or the reinforcing plate is additionally arranged, so that the strength of the bottom of the packing box is enhanced. Through such setting, increased the bulk strength of packing box subassembly, so, can protect washing machine better. And, when needs hoist and mount are transported, fix hoisting structure between the bending district and the box of front side or rear side, just can realize hoist and mount and transport, when the unpacking, only need to take out washing machine with top cap and packing box separation, need not to destroy the packing box subassembly.
