The invention can realize the automatic embossing of the sleeper, simultaneously can automatically clean the embossing plate and spray the release agent, the invention has simple structure and stable operation, and compared with the traditional construction method, the invention can replace manual operation and greatly improve the production efficiency.

Technical Field

Background
The sleeper is one kind of railway fittings, and is used to support rails and maintain the track distance between two rails and to transfer the load, transverse force and longitudinal horizontal force from rails to track bed homogeneously. At present, the links of embossing sleeper, polishing, cleaning and spraying release agent after embossing are mostly manual, the occupied area is large, the labor intensity is high, the working efficiency is low, and the sleeper is not suitable for automatic production.

The invention aims to provide an automatic sleeper embossing device.
In order to achieve the purpose, the automatic sleeper embossing device comprises conveying rollers and a support arranged above the conveying rollers in a crossing mode, wherein a vibrating table is arranged between the conveying rollers and used for jacking vibrating sleeper molds, lifting mounting frames are arranged on the support, embossing plates corresponding to the number of sleepers are arranged at the lower ends of the mounting frames, the vibrating table jacks up the vibrating sleeper molds in overload, and the lower end faces of the embossing plates are covered on the upper surface of sleeper concrete by the mounting frames to achieve embossing.
The vibrating table comprises a base, a table plate is arranged above the base, the table plate is connected with the base through an air spring, the air spring drives the table plate to ascend through inflation and extension, so that the sleeper die is lifted, an electromagnet is arranged on the lower end face of the table plate, the electromagnet adsorbs the sleeper die on the table plate through charging, clamping cylinders are arranged at two ends of the upper end face of the table plate, clamping of the sleeper die is achieved through closing of the clamping cylinders, and a vibrating motor is further arranged on the lower end face of the table plate and used for vibrating the sleeper die through the table plate, so that concrete in the sleeper die is uniform and compact.
Further, the installation frame includes frame and underframe, and the frame is hung on the support through hydraulic push rod to go up and down, and it all is equipped with splint to go up the frame both ends, the underframe sets up between splint and rotates with the splint lower extreme to be connected, still is equipped with the rotatory tilting motor of order about underframe on the splint, the embossing plate is fixed at the underframe lower extreme face.
Further, the upper frame is also provided with a transverse moving device, the transverse moving device is provided with a polishing spraying mechanism, and the polishing spraying mechanism translates under the driving of the transverse moving device to polish the embossed plate and spray the release agent.
Further, the transverse moving device comprises a transverse screw rod arranged on the upper frame and a rotating motor for driving the transverse screw rod to rotate, a translation pulley is arranged on the transverse screw rod, the polishing spraying mechanism is arranged on the translation pulley, and when the transverse screw rod rotates, the translation pulley is driven to reciprocate along the length direction of the translation pulley, so that the translation of the polishing spraying mechanism is realized.

As shown in fig. 1, an automatic embossing device for sleepers comprises a conveying roller 1 and a bracket 2 arranged above the conveying roller 1 in a crossing manner, wherein a vibrating table 3 is arranged between the conveying rollers 1 and used for jacking vibrating sleeper molds 4, a lifting installation frame 5 is arranged on the bracket 2, embossing plates 6 corresponding to the number of sleepers are arranged at the lower ends of the installation frames 5, the vibrating table 3 jacks the vibrating sleeper molds 4 in overload, and the lower end surfaces of the embossing plates 6 are covered on the upper surface of sleeper concrete by the descending of the installation frame 5 to realize embossing.
As shown in FIG. 2, the vibration table 3 comprises a base 31, a bedplate 32 is arranged above the base 31, the bedplate 32 is connected with the base 31 through an air spring 33, the air spring 33 drives the bedplate 32 to ascend through inflation and extension, so that the sleeper mold 4 is lifted, an electromagnet 34 is arranged on the lower end face of the bedplate 32, the electromagnet 34 adsorbs the sleeper mold 4 on the bedplate 32 through charging, clamping cylinders 35 are arranged at two ends of the upper end face of the bedplate 32, clamping of the sleeper mold 4 is realized through closing the corresponding clamping cylinders 35, and a vibration motor 36 is further arranged on the lower end face of the bedplate 32 and used for vibrating the sleeper mold 4 through the bedplate 32, so that concrete in the sleeper mold 4 is uniformly compacted.
As shown in fig. 1, the mounting frame 5 includes an upper frame 51 and a lower frame 52, the upper frame 51 is hoisted on the bracket 2 by a hydraulic push rod 53 to lift, two ends of the upper frame 51 are respectively provided with a clamping plate 54, the lower frame 52 is arranged between the clamping plates 54 and is rotationally connected with the lower ends of the clamping plates 54, the clamping plates 54 are further provided with a turnover motor 55 for driving the lower frame 52 to rotate, and the embossing plate 6 is fixed on the lower end surface of the lower frame 52.
As shown in fig. 1, the upper frame 51 is further provided with a transverse moving device 7, the transverse moving device 7 is provided with a polishing spraying mechanism 8, before each embossing, the embossing plate 6 is turned 180 ° by using a turning motor 55, the polishing spraying mechanism 8 translates under the driving of the transverse moving device 7, polishing and release agent spraying are performed on the embossing plate 6, and after finishing the polishing and release agent spraying, the embossing plate 6 is reset by using the turning motor 55.

The invention can realize the automatic embossing of the sleeper, simultaneously can automatically clean the embossing plate and spray the release agent, the invention has simple structure and stable operation, and compared with the traditional construction method, the invention can replace manual operation and greatly improve the production efficiency.
