Background
At present, the treatment of waste paper is mainly to reprocess the recycled waste paper to obtain qualified fiber for the process of producing paper products. The recovery and the utilization of the waste paper are beneficial to protecting the environment, protecting the forest and saving the resources. The waste paper resources in China can not meet the requirement of domestic papermaking far away, and the domestic market of waste paper is not very standard: firstly, the phenomenon that organs, enterprises, schools and individuals waste paper is common, paper is saved, and the consciousness of utilizing waste paper is slight; secondly, the waste paper recycling link is weak, and the operation management is backward. Corresponding policies and regulations are not established, and thus the recycling level is not high. With the reform of planned economy, the original wastepaper purchasing system cannot adapt to the market economy which is developed vigorously now. The civil-marketing purchasing form is the mainstream of future development, but as the management department does not have corresponding management system and laws and regulations, domestic waste paper purchasing becomes an unordered market; thirdly, the quality of domestic waste paper is not high. Therefore, waste paper such as waste paper boxes, waste paper shells, waste newspapers and the like generated in daily life is usually thrown away at will, and the waste paper cannot be collected to be sold at a purchasing point. With the improvement of living standard, many families can plant some flowers indoors to decorate indoor environment, but due to the acceleration of work rhythm, many times, no one is in the family for a long time, and the flowers planted indoors will wilt or even die after experiencing water shortage and the like. Therefore, how to increase the water storage capacity of the flower matrix, prolong the watering time of indoor planted flowers and plants, and better utilize the waste paper generated in daily life to become a big problem to be solved urgently, therefore, imitating the soil structure, soaking the waste paper into paper pulp by water and fertilizer, arranging the paper pulp at the lower part of a flowerpot, utilizing the strong water storage capacity of the waste paper pulp to provide a water storage layer for the roots of the flowers and plants, thereby increasing the water storage capacity of the flower matrix, finally achieving the purposes of increasing the water storage capacity of the flower matrix, prolonging the watering time of indoor planted flowers and plants, and better utilizing the waste paper generated in daily life.
