Abstract

用于热胶合衬布的纬编机织基布只是由可被生 物降解的含纤维素材料,尤其是粘胶纤维组成的,而 经纱是长丝。在敷放热熔聚合物前,最好预先对基布 进行一次机械压紧处理,这一处理是在加热的滚筒和 压紧带之间进行的,滚筒温度至多130℃。用上述机 织基布制作的热胶合衬布,在敷上了热熔聚合物之 后,最好进行第二次机械压紧处理,方法和第一次一 样,但滚筒的温度要低于80℃。

Description

本发明是关于服装的一种机织基布,尤其是把可熔化的聚合物敷在衬布的一面而构成的热胶合衬布。
热胶合衬布的基布有两类:一类是机织布,另一类是无纺布。机织布是通过机织或编织获得的;无纺布是由纤维或长丝加固成的。以上两种各有优缺点。尽管无纺布在价格上很占优势,但它的表面一般呈现出密度不均和不规则性,因而导致强度差的缺点。相反,通过机织或编织而成的布,其结构均匀强度好,而这正是无纺布的不足。
尤其是由于受环境保护的限制,各行各业的人们想尽一切办法推出不成为污染源的产品。出于此目的,向大家推荐一种热胶合衬布的基布,其完全符合保护自然的要求,这属于机织布的衬类。
根据本发明,这种热胶合衬完全达到了要求的目的。这种衬属于机织布类,是由纬编织物构成。其特征在于:是由可被生物降解的含纤维素的材料构成,是粘胶纤维。经纱是长丝。
由于本发明的衬布完全是粘胶纤维,因此具有被生物降解性。这是由于该物质的抗微生物能力很差。由于人们利用于这些本来是缺点的东西,使它又具有了新的价值,创造出了属于纬编机织布一类的衬布,可以被当作热胶合衬布使用。
最好是,在敷放热熔聚合物之前,进行机械压紧处理时,对基布进行一次由水喷雾或蒸汽雾化的加湿处理,这是在加热的滚筒和压紧带之间进行的,滚筒的温度至多130℃。对基布进行了机械压紧后,再在带毛布的轧光机上进行干燥和固定。
这种预先处理可以使基布有一个收缩率,以保证当作热胶合衬使用的衬有足够的稳定性。
除了稳定性以外,机械压紧处理,可以保证纱的经向之弹性或伸延性,使衬布适应与之接触的织物的变化。
由于进行了处理,其稳定性大大提高了。因此,在敷放热熔聚合物后,再进行第二次机械压紧处理,与第一次一样,只是滚筒的温度要低于80℃。
通过对一个实例及其制作过程的描述,及参阅机械压紧处理的示意图,对本发明会有更好的理解。
本发明的目的是向大家推荐一种机织基布,这种基布可以用来制作热胶合衬布,它具有某种被生物降解的特性。目的是响应保护环境的要求。
这种基布的特点是:呈纬编织物状,被称为纬向网眼织物,是由粘胶纤维纱组成的。这种织物是在经编机上完成的或在纬编机Rachel上完成的。特别指出的是:和机织纬线的股线一样,股线在织的宽度上被规律地引入线圈之间,它的纱是纤维丝束或是长丝,但它是连续的粘胶纤维。
这样一种织品在抗微生物方面与粘胶纤维有同样的性质,因此这种织品很容易受到细菌的侵蚀;另外,很可能由于发霉而毁坏,因这种霉菌在酸性环境中很容易繁殖,这种长丝经纱的纬编织结构特别适宜应用在热胶合衬布中。
纬纱是一种100-1000dtex的粘胶纤维,这种纬编织物每平方米30-120克,是在经编机上或在Rachel纬编机上完成的。对于长丝或间断纤维而言,每种纤度测定在1dtex之内。组成织物网眼的纱是44-150dtex的连续股线,长丝纤度测定为1-6dtex。
在机织后,对基布进行清洗或着色,然后进行起绒以增加手感和使织物膨松。然后,在拉幅机上对宽度进行拉幅处理。最后进行机械压紧处理,以增加稳定性。
这种机械压紧处理代替了习惯上的热缩处理和定型处理,这是当用合成纱制作热胶合衬的基布时常用的手段。
这种机械压紧处理已被公认,尤其在SANFOR的制作过程中。
在唯一的附图上,我们介绍了进行这种制作的主要构件:加热的滚筒1,橡胶制作的压紧带2,以及在两者之间待处理的纬编织基布3。
压紧带2是循环带,被安装在织轴4,5,6上,以使压紧带2贴在热滚筒1的部分圆周上。引入织轴4配备的部件在图中没有示出,它可以调节贴在滚筒1上的压紧带2的支撑压力。
纬编织基布从织轴4处被送到热滚筒1和压紧带2之间。在送入之前,纬编织基布通过喷雾或雾化被加湿处理。所得到的收缩率是根据给基布提供的条件,热滚筒1和压紧带2各自的线性速度,以及安装在引入织轴4上的部件的调节情况。基布3收缩率的确定要看湿度和温度。
人们知道,为了得到有一定宽度的可以当作热胶合衬的纬编织基布,需要考虑在机械压紧中的收缩率。
对粘胶纤维,加热滚筒的温度控制在100-130°之间。
在对基布进行了机械压紧处理后,可以进行后期处理,例如:拉绒,以增加手感和使之膨松。
然后,在纬编织基布的一面敷上一种热熔聚合物。聚合物的选择,在基布上敷放聚合物的过程都不是本发明的特征。聚合物可以是共聚多酰胺,或热塑的共聚多脂或它们其中的一种,或两种或独自与热塑共聚物相结合产生的化学衍生物。
尽管热熔聚合物相对热胶合衬布所占的重量比例很少,为了使它具有可被生物降解的特性,希望使用熔点低的聚合物。
上述的聚合物可以是水质的,也可以是粉末状的,敷放过程要根据相应的介绍。
为了提高热胶合衬布的稳定性,对于某些应用,可以对热胶合衬布进行一次机械压紧补充处理,和上面描述的一样,只是热滚筒1的温度要低,控制在40-80℃之间。
除了粘胶纤维以外,也可以使用其它的可被生物降解的含纤维素的材料,例如:醋酸纤维,和在纬线上用棉花。

Claims (5)

1、用于热胶合衬布的纬编织基布的特征在于:由可被生物降解的含纤维素的材料构成,而经纱是长丝。
2、根据权利要求1,作为热胶合衬布的纬编机织基布的特征在于:它只是粘胶纤维。
3、根据权利要求1或2,作为热胶合衬布的纬编机织基布的特征在于:织物在敷放热熔聚合物前,进行机械压紧处理时,预先要进行一次加湿处理,这是在加热的滚筒和压紧带之间进行的;滚筒的温度至多130℃。
4、根据权利要求3,用纬编机织基布制的热胶合衬布,在敷上热熔聚合物后,进行第二次加湿和机械压紧处理,方法与第一次一样,只是滚筒的温度需低于80℃。
5、根据权利要求4热胶合衬布,或根据权利要求1至3的基布特征在于:敷放在基布上的聚合物应是低熔点的聚合物。
