技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物膜去除清洗剂及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种抗污垢生物膜去除清洗剂及其制备方法,属于清洗剂技术领域。
背景技术
使用后的手术器械下送后,首先要做的工作就是需要将其倒在台面上进行回收清点并去除纱布、胶带等杂物,在这个过程中,器械上的污物会掉落在台面上造成污染。除去这个过程,污染在的器械再消毒供应中心流转的过程都会对消毒供应中心的常见硬表面如清洗台面、运转车交叉污染。如果不进行及时的清洗消毒,长期以往会滋生生物膜。值得一提的是,一般的清洗方法很难将其彻底清除生物膜。生物膜具有很大的危害性,据估计65%的人体细菌感染都与生物膜相关。生物膜形成后,需要2400倍的抗生素用量,很多院内相关感染的爆发都是与生物膜密切相关。
目前消毒供应中心常常会自行稀释一些碱性清洗剂进行擦拭和清洁,或者稀释一些含酶的手术器械清洗剂进行清洗,或者购买一些民用的厨房清洁用品进行去污。这些方法或多或少存在一些问题,如去污和杀菌效果不能兼顾,去污不彻底或者效果差,硬表面常常越擦越暗且角落都存在泛黄和污垢堆积现象。
而且目前常用的清洗剂起到的效果仅仅是即时的去污,清洁完的硬表面很快会再次被污染,下次清洁依然需要消耗相同的时间和精力进行去污。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有的生物膜去除清洗剂无法实现清洗后抗污垢的不足,提供一种生物膜去除清洗剂,技术方案如下:
生物膜去除清洗剂,包含如下质量百分比的原料:
增溶剂1%~10%、复合表面活性剂5%~30%、抗污垢添加剂1~10%、复合酸1%~10%、过氧化氢5%~15%、溶剂2%~15%、杀菌剂1%~10%、螯合剂1%~3%、余量为水。
进一步地,增溶剂为二甲苯磺酸钠、Tomamine Amphoteric 400、TRITON H-66、CRODATERICTMPI中一种或者多种的混合物。
进一步地,复合表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂、阴离子和两性表面活性剂中的两种或者多种的混合物。
优选地,非离子表面活性剂为C6~C18聚氧乙烯醚分子结构式为R-A-OH,R为C6~C18线型或者支化烷基,A为-(OC2H4)x-,其中X为3~9。
阴离子表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠、α-烯烃磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸磺烷基酯、脂肪醇硫酸盐、仲烷基硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、醇醚磷酸酯盐中的一种或者多种混合物。
两性离子表面活性剂为羧酸基甜菜碱、磺基甜菜碱、氧化铵类表面活性剂中的一种或者多种混合物。
抗污垢添加剂为聚丙烯酸酯、EO/PO嵌段季铵化的聚胺型聚合物中的一种或者两者混合物。
优选地,复合酸为柠檬酸、乳酸、甲酸、磷酸、盐酸、硫酸、羟基乙酸、草酸、HF、H2SiF6、HBF4中的一种或者多种混合物。
进一步地,杀菌剂为1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉酮-3-酮、重氮洁马、尼泊金甲酯、苄索氯铵、十二烷基二丙烯三胺、椰油烷基苄基二甲基氯化铵、双葵基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或者多种混合物。
优选地,螯合剂为羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸(DTPMPA)、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠(EDTMPS)、三聚磷酸钠、硅酸盐类、葡庚糖酸钠(Crodaquest A300)、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠(GLDA 47)和甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠盐(Trilion M)中的一种或者多种混合物。
生物膜去除清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将增溶剂、螯合剂、表面活性剂、溶剂、杀菌剂、复合酸、抗污垢添加剂和水在搅拌釜中混合搅拌至溶解制得。
进一步地,将部分水加入搅拌釜中,加入增溶剂升温并搅拌至溶解;
加入表面活性剂——C8~C18聚氧乙烯醚、阴离子表面活性剂,阳离子表面活性剂和溶剂,搅拌至溶解;
加入螯合剂搅拌至均匀;
降到室温后加入复合酸搅拌至溶解;
加入杀菌剂搅拌至溶解;
将剩余水加入,再搅拌后过滤,得到抗污垢生物膜去除剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明中的生物膜去除清洗剂制备简单方便,去污高效,且具有阻垢、杀菌抑菌性能,适用于医院各个科室尤其是消毒供应中心的硬表面清洗。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
抗污垢生物膜去除剂,包括以下质量分数的组分:
二甲苯磺酸钠8%、复合表面活性剂20%、ModiSurf 5%、复合酸6%、过氧化氢10%、异丙醇5%、卡松3%、HEDP 2%、余量水。
制备方法:搅拌釜清洗消毒后,先通入80%的水,开启搅拌器,后加入8%增溶剂二甲苯磺酸钠,升温至65℃,搅拌至溶解,分别将10%表面活性剂LF221、3%LAS、7%N,N-二甲基十二烷基氧化铵、5%异丙醇加入搅拌釜中,搅拌至溶解,再加入3%HEDP和过氧化氢,降到室温后加入复合酸和3%卡松搅拌至溶解,其中复合酸比例为:柠檬酸:草酸:甲酸=7:2:1,再加入1%ModiSurf搅拌至溶解后,再添加余量的水,再搅拌半小时后过滤,得到抗污垢生物膜去除剂。
实施例2
抗污垢生物膜去除剂,包括以下质量分数的组分:
PI 7%、复合表面活性剂30%、聚丙烯酸酯5%、复合酸10%、过氧化氢10%、丙二醇丁醚5%、卡松3%、DTPMPA2%、余量水。
制备方法:搅拌釜清洗消毒后,先通入80%的水,开启搅拌器,后加入8%增溶剂PI,升温至65℃,搅拌至溶解,分别将10%表面活性剂LF401、2%AES、3%N,N-二甲基十六烷基氧化铵、5%丙二醇丁醚加入搅拌釜中,搅拌至溶解,再加入2%DTPMPA和过氧化氢,降到室温后加入复合酸和3%卡松搅拌至溶解,其中复合酸比例为:柠檬酸:乳酸:磷酸=7:2:1,再加入5%ModiSurf搅拌至溶解后,再添加余量的水,再搅拌半小时后过滤,得到抗污垢生物膜去除剂。
性能测试结果
将上述实施例2中制得的生物膜去除清洗剂与市面销售的一般硬表面清洗剂(产品A、产品B、产品C)在清洗效果、生物膜去除性能(杀菌性能)进行评价,结果见表1。
防污垢性能:用测试配方预先处理需测试的材质(不锈钢),然后涂上一层预先准备好的污垢,并让其变干。然后进行漂洗,并在20°角测量表面反射的光泽度。
清洗效果评价方法:预先准备好的污垢(猪血),并让其变干。然后进行浸泡清洗。
生物膜去除效果:采用ATP测试和血液和细菌混合物的去除效果测试。

本发明的抗污垢生物膜去除剂克服了传统硬表面清洗剂不能同时兼具清洁、杀菌、去除生物膜和良好的抗污功能,具有高效去除生物膜、高效去污和抗污功能。
为了有效的解决上述硬表面的问题和缺点,同时在清洗时能保证良好的生物膜去除效果。本发明的原理是先通过表面活性剂等去污成分对硬表面进行去污,协同过氧化氢和杀菌剂对生物膜进行杀菌,两者同步进行直至表面清洁。最后通过清洁剂中的抗污垢添加剂对硬表面进行修饰调节,能在使硬表面在后续起到抗污垢性能。使硬表面变得更加亲水(水接触角变小),硬表面具有一定的抗静电吸附、抑菌(清洁剂中的杀菌成分)功能,污物和细菌不容易附着,且在后续进行清洁时候,由于表面具有一定的亲水性,污物更易被润湿、易清洁,对后续进一步快速的松动脱落起到良好的清洁助推效果。
本发明的生物膜去除清洗剂制备过程和方法简单,性能可靠,绿色环保,无毒无害无污染,是一种理想的硬表面清洗剂。

所述阴离子表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠、α-烯烃磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸磺烷基酯、脂肪醇硫酸盐、仲烷基硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、醇醚磷酸酯盐中的一种或者多种混合物;
所述两性离子表面活性剂为羧酸基甜菜碱、磺基甜菜碱、氧化铵类表面活性剂中的一种或者多种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的生物膜去除清洗剂,其特征在于,所述抗污垢添加剂为聚丙烯酸酯、EO/PO嵌段季铵化的聚胺型聚合物中的一种或者两者混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的生物膜去除清洗剂,其特征在于,所述复合酸为柠檬酸、乳酸、甲酸、磷酸、盐酸、硫酸、羟基乙酸、草酸、HF、H2SiF6、HBF4中的一种或者多种混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的生物膜去除清洗剂,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉酮-3-酮、重氮洁马、尼泊金甲酯、苄索氯铵、十二烷基二丙烯三胺、椰油烷基苄基二甲基氯化铵、双葵基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或者多种混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的生物膜去除清洗剂,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸(DTPMPA)、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠(EDTMPS)、三聚磷酸钠、硅酸盐类、葡庚糖酸钠(Crodaquest A300)、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠(GLDA 47)和甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠盐(Trilion M)中的一种或者多种混合物。
9.生物膜去除清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
增溶剂1%~10%、复合表面活性剂5%~30%、抗污垢添加剂1~5%、复合酸1%~10%、过氧化氢5%~15%、溶剂2%~15%、杀菌剂1%~3%、螯合剂1%~3%、余量的纯化水在搅拌釜中混合搅拌至溶解制得。
10.根据权利要求9的制备方法,其特征在于:
将80%的纯化水加入搅拌釜中,加入增溶剂升温并搅拌至溶解;
加入表面活性剂——C8~C18聚氧乙烯醚、阴离子表面活性剂,阳离子表面活性剂和溶剂,搅拌至溶解;
加入螯合剂搅拌至均匀;
降到室温后加入复合酸搅拌至溶解。
