Abstract

本发明为一种杀虫剂可控释放织物的制备方法,其具体制备过程为:首先将织物放入浸轧设备中,并采用该设备对织物进行整理,使织物在设备中均匀的展开;对整理液进行制备,然后将整理液放入浸泡液槽中,然后将经上述步骤处理的织物均匀的展开放入其中,使织物通过液槽充分浸渍整理液,织物充分浸渍完成后取出备用;本发明对现有成分和生产过程进行改进,将新型粘合剂应用在本申请中,增加拟除虫菊酯和织物的结合,本申请还在浸渍后利用轧辊进行滚压,将整理液更加深入的深入织物纤维中,并通过其中的新型粘合剂和织物的纤维紧密贴合在一起,避免织物水洗后失去驱虫作用。

一种杀虫剂可控释放织物的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及蚊虫处理领域,尤其涉及一种杀虫剂可控释放织物的制备方法。
背景技术
全球有一半以上的人生活在被蚊虫所传播疾病的威胁之中,蚊虫通过接触人体血液而传播疾病,由此而引发的疟疾作为一种媒介传染性病害,流行因素复杂,具有传播快、易反复的特点,因此一直威胁着人类健康。在此基础上,蚊虫防治工作便具有十分重要的意义。种类多样的蚊虫防治方法也相继出现,并且随着防蚊灭蚊手段的不断改进创新,部分国家和地区疟疾的传播得到一定程度的控制,但是由于越来越多疟原虫的出现及其抗药性的产生,单纯依靠某一种杀虫剂简单整理的纺织品已无法改善蚊虫传播带来的危害。因而疟疾防治的重点在于采用新型手段切断或消除其传播途径,保护易感人群。
现有技术将杀虫剂整合在聚合物基质中,从而发挥其作用,然而关于杀虫剂的控制一直以来被认为是一个难解决的问题。杀虫剂在聚合物基质中的释放速率过快时导致杀虫效果快速排出基质;释放速率过慢时,在杀虫剂脱落或转移的过程中(如水洗)可能得不到理想的药效和合适的再生特性。现有技术不能很好控制杀虫剂的释放速率。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种杀虫剂可控释放织物的制备方法,其具体制备过程为:
1)首先将织物放入浸轧设备中,并采用该设备对织物进行整理,使织物在设备中均匀的展开;
2)对整理液进行制备,然后将整理液放入浸泡液槽中,然后将经上述步骤处理的织物均匀的展开放入其中,使织物通过液槽充分浸渍整理液,织物充分浸渍完成后取出备用;
3)将浸渍完成后的织物通过轧辊进行滚压,将织物中的整理液压出织物的同时时整理液充分和织物结合,使织物带液率控制在 70%-110%;
4)将压制完成的织物放入烘干机进行定性,烘干定型温度为 70-140℃;
5)将烘干完成的织物拿出,对其进行整理,得到具有杀虫剂可控释放织物。
所述整理液组成成分为拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂、新型粘合剂、防腐剂,其质量比为2%-12%:5%-30%:1%-2%,上述各组分之和为100%,其余均为纯净水。
所述拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂包括顺式氯氰菊酯,氯菊酯,溴氰菊酯和氯氟氰菊酯,优选顺式氯氰菊酯。
所述织物浸渍时间为30-60min。
所述织物烘干时间为15-40min。
所述防腐剂为丁子香酚。
所述织物为聚合物基质,优选聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。
所述新型粘合剂由丙烯酸丁酯20~35份,丙烯酸4~10份,聚二甲基硅氧烷2~4份,丙烯酸树脂2~4份,聚丙烯酰胺3~4 份组成。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明对现有成分和生产过程进行改进,将新型粘合剂应用在本申请中,增加拟除虫菊酯和织物的结合,本申请还在浸渍后利用轧辊进行滚压,将整理液更加深入的渗入织物纤维中,并通过其中的新型粘合剂和织物的纤维紧密贴合在一起,避免织物水洗后失去驱虫作用。
本发明通过控制新型粘合剂的加入量,控制杀虫剂在聚合物基质中的释放速率。本发明通过控制粘合剂与杀虫剂添加比例可以控制杀虫剂在聚合物基质中的释放速率。从而保证采用本发明技术制备的蚊帐具有耐水洗、理想的生物效果和合适的再生特性。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种杀虫剂可控释放织物的具体制备过程为:
1、首先对新型粘合剂进行配置,选取丙烯酸丁酯25份,丙烯酸8份,聚二甲基硅氧烷3份,丙烯酸树脂2份,聚丙烯酰胺4份,将其混合配置成新型粘合剂,然后将新型粘合剂和拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂、防腐剂、水进行混合配置成整理液,其混合比例为顺式氯氰菊酯10%、新型粘合剂5%、防腐剂2%、水63%;
2、将织物放入浸轧设备中,并采用该设备对织物进行整理,使织物在设备中均匀的展开;
3、将上述制备好的整理液放入浸泡液槽中进行备用,然后将经上述步骤处理的织物均匀的展开放入其中,使织物通过液槽充分浸渍整理液,织物充分浸渍完成后取出备用,织物浸渍时间为40 分钟;
4、将浸渍完成后的织物通过轧辊进行滚压,将织物中的整理液压出织物的同时时整理液充分和织物结合,使织物带液率控制在 70%-110%;
5、将压制完成的织物放入烘干机进行定性,烘干定型温度为70-140℃,烘干25分钟;
6、将烘干完成的织物拿出,对其进行整理,得到具有杀虫剂可控释放织物,此时该织物因为新型粘合剂较低,杀虫剂在聚合物基质中的释放速率也快。
7、将获得的杀虫剂织物通过CIPAC的标准洗涤程序进行测试,测得活性物质顺式氯氰菊酯的四洗耐洗指数为92.32%。术语“耐洗指数“指,洗涤后的活性物质含量除以未洗涤的活性物质含量为洗涤保留率,再将洗涤保留率开四次方即为耐洗指数。
8.经过20次WHO标准洗涤之后(洗涤程序按照WHO推荐的标准程序),
对敏感性伊蚊的60分钟击倒率:100%
24小时致死率为:98%
对敏感性按蚊的60分钟击倒率:100%
24小时致死率为:98%
如附图1所示,结果证明杀虫织物经过20次洗涤后仍具有杀虫效果,具有耐水洗、长效理想的生物效果。
实施例2
一种杀虫剂可控释放织物的具体制备过程为:
1、首先对新型粘合剂进行配置,选取丙烯酸丁酯25份,丙烯酸8份,聚二甲基硅氧烷3份,丙烯酸树脂2份,聚丙烯酰胺4份,将其混合配置成新型粘合剂,然后将新型粘合剂和顺式氯氰菊酯、防腐剂、水进行混合配置成整理液,其混合比例为拟除虫菊酯12%、新型粘合剂30%、防腐剂2%、水56%;
2、将织物放入浸轧设备中,并采用该设备对织物进行整理,使织物在设备中均匀的展开;
3、将上述制备好的整理液放入浸泡液槽中进行备用,然然后将经上述步骤处理的织物均匀的展开放入其中,使织物通过液槽充分浸渍整理液,织物充分浸渍完成后取出备用,织物浸渍时间为40 分钟;
4、将浸渍完成后的织物通过轧辊进行滚压,将织物中的整理液压出织物的同时时整理液充分和织物结合,使织物带液率控制在 70%-110%;
5、将压制完成的织物放入烘干机进行定性,烘干定型温度为 70-140℃,烘干30分钟;
6、将烘干完成的织物拿出,对其进行整理,得到具有杀虫剂可控释放织物,此时该织物因为新型粘合剂较高,杀虫剂在聚合物基质中的释放速率也慢。
7.将获得的杀虫剂织物通过CIPAC的标准洗涤程序进行测试,测得活性物质顺式氯氰菊酯的四洗耐洗指数为98.54%。证明杀虫剂在聚合物基质中的释放速率变慢。
8.经过20次WHO标准洗涤之后(洗涤程序按照WHO推荐的标准程序),
对敏感性伊蚊的60分钟击倒率:100%
24小时致死率为:92%
对敏感性按蚊的60分钟击倒率:100%
24小时致死率为:90%
如附图2所示,结果证明杀虫织物经过20次洗涤后仍具有杀虫效果,具有耐水洗、长效理想的生物效果。

Claims (7)

1.一种杀虫剂可控释放织物的制备方法,其具体制备过程为:
1)首先将织物放入浸轧设备中,并采用该设备对织物进行整理,使织物在设备中均匀的展开;
2)对整理液进行制备,然后将整理液放入浸泡液槽中,然后将经上述步骤处理的织物均匀的展开放入其中,使织物通过液槽充分浸渍整理液,织物充分浸渍完成后取出备用;
3)将浸渍完成后的织物通过轧辊进行滚压,将织物中的整理液压出织物的同时时整理液充分和织物结合,使织物带液率控制在70%-110%;
4)将压制完成的织物放入烘干机进行定性,烘干定型温度为70-140℃;
5)将烘干完成的织物拿出,对其进行整理,得到具有杀虫剂可控释放织物。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种杀虫剂可控释放织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述整理液组成成分为拟除虫菊酯、新型粘合剂、防腐剂,其质量比为2%-12%:5%-30%:1%-2%,上述各组分之和为100%,其余均为纯净水。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种杀虫剂可控释放织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述织物浸渍时间为30-60min。
4.按照权利要求1所述的一种杀虫剂可控释放织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述织物烘干时间为15-40min。
5.按照权利要求1所述的一种杀虫剂可控释放织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述防腐剂为丁子香酚。
6.按照权利要求1所述的一种杀虫剂可控释放织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述织物为聚合物基质。
7.按照权利要求1所述的一种杀虫剂可控释放织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述新型粘合剂由丙烯酸丁酯20~35份,丙烯酸4~10份,聚二甲基硅氧烷2~4份,丙烯酸树脂2~4份,聚丙烯酰胺3~4份组成。
