Abstract
本发明公开了一种持久抗菌、抑螨、驱蚊的纤维素纤维织物制备方法,将预处理好的纤维素纤维织物浸入接枝整理液中,加入引发剂,接枝反应后,经烘干、水洗、干燥获得;接枝整理液为含硅烷偶联剂和天然小分子有机酚的水溶液,所述天然小分子有机酚选自丁香酚、和厚朴酚、异丁香酚、肉桂酸或百里香酚其中的一种。该制备方法通过硅烷偶联剂将天然小分子有机酚接枝到纤维素纤维织物表面,获得了一种持久、耐洗、抗菌率达到99%,抑螨率达到80%,驱蚊率达到75%、吸湿透气性好的纤维素纤维织物。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织品功能整理技术领域,具体涉及一种持久抗菌、抑螨、驱蚊的纤维素纤维织物及制备方法。
背景技术
纤维素纤维织物凭借其柔软舒适、透气吸湿和价廉耐穿等优良性能在日常生活中得到广泛应用,如服装、床上用品、装饰用品等。但是由大量亲水基团构成的纤维素纤维表面使得其成为了微生物生存繁育的温床。纤维素纤维织物的优良吸湿性致使其在使用过程中容易吸收黏附人体汗腺和皮脂腺的分泌物,形成微生物的营养源,导致微生物的滋生和繁殖,同时这也为织物上以人体皮屑、细菌和真菌为食,且与细菌、真菌共存的螨虫生长提供了良好的生存环境。这些在织物表面存在的微生物不仅会影响纤维素纤维织物的耐久性,而且会对人体健康造成威胁,尤其是螨虫的排泄物中含有大量的过敏源,易诱发多种过敏性疾病包括眼睛瘙痒、皮肤红肿过敏及呼吸道过敏,如过敏性鼻炎、哮喘。此外,夏季人类常常会受到蚊虫的骚扰,其危害绝不只是皮肤表面的红疙瘩,据已有研究蚊虫可以传播的疾病可达80多种,如黄热病、疟疾、乙型脑炎、登革热、寨卡、丝虫病、黑热病,这些传染病都很容易通过蚊子进行传播。采用纺织物作为载体,将抗菌、抑螨和驱蚊的药剂或整理剂施加到纤维素纤维织物上赋予其抗菌、抑螨和驱蚊功能,将为人们提供积极有效的预防有害微生物等威胁的有力手段。
目前纺织工业中常用的抗菌剂和防螨剂主要有无机类、有机类和天然有机类,其中纳米金属离子、纳米金属氧化物、卤胺和季铵盐等为常用抗菌整理剂。然而,金属纳米颗粒很容易被由蛋白质和死微生物组成的吸附调节膜掩盖,导致接触活性抗菌功能的丧失,且对人体组织和器官可能造成不良损伤,包括诱导细胞死亡和DNA损伤等,这些添加剂通常通过气相沉积、蒸发、溅射和喷涂等方法引入纺织品中,粘附性低、机械强度弱,耐磨性和耐洗涤性较差。而季铵盐类抗菌剂人工合成成本高,难降解,会给环境带来很大负担和危害。用于纺织品的防螨剂较多的是有机酸、芳香酸酯、有机酰胺类等小分子化合物等,通过自身的气味趋避和触杀螨虫,其作用效果和持久性并不理想,有的还存在安全问题。驱蚊剂的使用历史悠久,古埃及人把有强烈气味的物质涂在皮肤上防止蚊虫叮咬,我国古代先民也以焚烧艾蒿等菊科类植物来驱赶蚊虫。许多天然精油,如薰衣草油、柠檬油和桉树叶油等对蚊虫具有驱避作用。但是由于这些物质主要为挥发性物质,在纺织物上的应用以微胶囊缓释技术较为普遍,存在持久性、耐洗性、安全性、舒适性不佳的情况。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明目的在于提供一种持久抗菌、抑螨、驱蚊的纤维素纤维织物及制备方法,该制备方法通过硅烷偶联剂将天然小分子有机酚接枝到纤维素纤维织物表面,获得了一种持久、耐洗、抗菌率达到99%,抑螨率达到80%,驱蚊率达到75%、吸湿透气性好的纤维素纤维织物。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种持久抗菌、抑螨、驱蚊的纤维素纤维织物制备方法,将预处理好的纤维素纤维织物浸入接枝整理液中,加入引发剂,接枝反应后,经烘干、水洗、干燥获得;接枝整理液为含硅烷偶联剂和天然小分子有机酚的水溶液,所述天然小分子有机酚选自丁香酚、和厚朴酚、异丁香酚、肉桂酸或百里香酚其中的一种。
单独的硅烷偶联剂整理织物会在纤维表面产生沉积或形成硅烷涂层,使得纤维表面粗糙度大幅增加,孔隙被覆盖,致使纤维素纤维织物吸湿透气性下降。本发明采用硅烷偶联剂将天然小分子有机酚接枝整理到织物上,其织物不仅具有持久、耐洗的特性,其抗菌率、抑螨率、驱蚊率效果也很显著,更重要的是,纤维素纤维织物接枝改性后,织物的整体结构未有明显影响,纤维粗细均匀、无明显粘连,未形成膜状覆盖,保留了原始纤维素纤维织物的柔软舒适、透气吸湿性,且改性后织物的吸湿透气性比原织物还有提高,表明用硅烷偶联剂接枝天然小分子有机酚的方法对维持纤维素纤维织物吸湿透气性具有意想不到的技术效果。
天然小分子有机酚的抗菌杀虫等功能与其分子结构有直接关系。据研究,分子上的基团如,羟基、烯键是其重要的活性部分,即发挥功能性的重要基团。前期实验发现如果加入引发剂让其发生聚合,由于烯键的加成聚合会失去原有的功能性。现有技术多将其包覆在纳米微胶囊中,然后应用粘合剂或交联剂等将纳米微胶囊整理到织物表面。本申请采用硅烷偶联剂做架桥剂将天然小分子有机酚接枝到纤维素织物表面,通过工艺控制避免让他们在纤维织物表面形成网状膜结构的聚合物,从而在保留小分子有机酚活性基团功能的同时,防止了硅烷偶联剂在纤维素织物表面的沉积影响原始纤维素纤维织物的吸湿透气性能。
天然小分子有机酚质量分数为接枝整理液的0.4 % ~1.0 %。
硅烷偶联剂用量为4 g/L ~ 8 g/L。
接枝反应温度为40℃~80℃,反应时间为2 h~6 h。
接枝反应完成后,先烘干,再充分水洗,再烘干。发明人发现采用先烘干再水洗再烘干的这个过程可提升接枝牢度。
预处理过程为:将纤维素纤维织物用NaOH溶液浸泡,NaOH溶液用量为40 g/L~180g/L,浸泡温度为30℃~60℃,时间0.5h ~ 1.5 h。
硅烷偶联剂为:乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三氯硅烷或乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷中的一种。
引发剂为过硫酸铵、过硫酸钠或过硫酸钾其中的一种,用量为1g/L-2g/L,其中优选:过硫酸铵。
发明人发现,对于本身具有抗菌、抑螨、驱蚊的功能性小分子在整理到织物上后,其抗菌、抑螨、驱蚊的功效并不一定能保留,由于整理过程的不同可能导致其功能的丧失或部分丧失。这和整理方法和条件的控制密不可分。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明通过硅烷偶联剂将单一生物活性成分——天然小分子有机酚接枝到纤维素纤维织物上,接枝改性后的纤维素纤维织物同时具有抗菌、抑螨、驱蚊三种功能,且效果安全持久,经第三方检测机构验证对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均可达到99%,抑螨率达到80%,驱蚊率达到75%。
2、本发明提高了天然小分子有机酚与纤维素纤维织物的结合牢度,经洗涤50次、紫外老化、高温加热接枝改性纤维素纤维织物仍有超过99%的抗菌效果,使得功能织物的耐洗性和持久性得到提升。
3、常规涂层整理工艺往往使织物的舒适性下降,本发明接枝改性的抗菌抑螨驱蚊功能纤维素纤维织物,保留了纤维素纤维织物的柔软舒适和透气吸湿性。
4、市场现有的防螨剂和杀虫剂往往带有令人不愉快的气味,本发明制备的抗菌、抑螨、驱蚊功能纤维素纤维织物仅有淡淡的天然芳香味。

实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例和附图,对本发明作进一步的详细说明,本发明的示意性实施方式及其说明仅用于解释本发明,并不作为对本发明的限定。实验部分主要是以棉布为主,本发明的方法也适用于其他纤维素纤维织物。
实施例
1号样品的接枝工艺
1)取棉布2 g,用100 g/L NaOH溶液60℃处理1.5 h,去离子水洗净后烘干。
2)将棉布加入含有过硫酸铵0.2 g的100 g去离子水中,加入0.6 g乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷及0.6 g和厚朴酚。
3)在80℃下,反应2 h。
4)取出,烘干,再水洗,再干燥。
实施例
2号样品的接枝工艺
1)取棉布2 g,用120 g/ L NaOH溶液50℃处理1.2 h,去离子水洗净后烘干。
2)将棉布加入含有过硫酸钠0.1 g的100 g去离子水中,加入0.8 g乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷及0.8 g异丁香酚。
3)在50℃下,反应5 h。
4)取出,烘干,再水洗,再干燥。
实施例
3号样品的接枝工艺
1)取棉布2 g,用180 g/L NaOH溶液30℃处理0.5 h,去离子水洗净后烘干。
2)将棉布加入含有过硫酸钾0.15 g的100 g去离子水中,加入0.7 g乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷及0.9 g丁香酚。
3)在60℃下,反应4 h。
4)取出,烘干,再水洗,再干燥。
实施例
4号样品的接枝工艺
1)取棉布2 g,用160 g/L NaOH溶液40℃处理0.8 h,去离子水洗净后烘干。
2)将棉布加入含有过硫酸铵0.12 g的100 g去离子水中,加入0.5 g乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷及0.4 g肉桂酸。
3)在40℃下,反应6 h。
4)取出,烘干,再水洗,再干燥。
实施例
5号样品的接枝工艺
1)取棉布2 g,用140 g/L NaOH溶液50℃浸泡1 h,去离子水洗净后烘干。
2)将棉布加入含有过硫酸钠0.17 g的100 g去离子水中,加入0.4 g乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷及0.6 g百里香酚。
3)在70℃下,反应3 h。
4)取出,烘干,再水洗,再干燥。
对照样
未经整理的棉布编号C1、硅烷偶联剂处理后的棉布编号C2,处理过程和质量选用比照对应的实施例。单独小分子有机酚在织物上无法进行接枝固定。
实施例1-5处理后的棉布与对照样C1、C2的棉布表面状态比较如下表1所示:

如图1所示,是对照组C1、C2及样品1的吸收法抗菌结果。按照国家标准GB/T20944.2-2007第二部分吸收法测定样品抗菌性能,将菌液(浓度105 CFU/mL)全部吸收于棉布内于37 ℃培养箱中培养,再洗脱涂板观察菌落生长情况。
图1观察到实施例1(1号样品)对金黄色葡萄球菌(图上排)和大肠杆菌(图下排)均具有明显的抗菌效果,抗菌率均可达到99%。
图2是以实施例2(样品2)和未处理棉布C1进行对照。按照标淮 FZT 73023-2006,用水和肥皂洗涤天然小分子有机酚接枝抗菌抑螨驱蚊棉布织物 10次、20次和 50次,进行耐洗性测试。例如,10 g处理棉布和 90 g 配套织物一起用了3 L纯水和6 g洗涤剂洗涤 25min,然后用大量水洗涤样品。观察到样品2在水洗 50 次及皂洗20次后仍保持高水平的抗菌率 (>99%),说明本发明具有较好的耐洗性能。
图3是以实施例3(样品3)和未处理棉布C1进行对照。将样品3及对照棉布C1置于200 mL去离子水中,分别加热至70℃和90℃,恒温1 h和2 h,然后 60℃烘干,测定其高温稳定性。观察到样品3在70℃和90℃高温处理1 h和2 h后,对E. coli and S. aureus 两类菌仍表现出理想的抗菌作用(>99%),证明本发明制备的棉布具有良好的耐高温性。
图4是以实施例4(样品4),未处理棉布C1进行对照。将样品4及对照棉布C1通过辐照(14 W) 24 h、48 h和7 d,然后通过检测辐照后的抗菌性能。观察到在紫外线照射 24 h、48 h和7 d后,样品4 的抗菌率仍高于 99%,表明百里香酚具有较好的耐老化性能。
图5是以实施例5(样品5)作为样品,未处理棉布C1、硅烷偶联剂接枝C2作为对照。通过SEM观察三种织物的表面形貌,由500 μm图可看出,样品5纤维整体结构未有较明显影响,纤维粗细均匀无偏差,未互相粘黏,而C2纤维整体有明显影响,纤维表面明显有沉积,表明本发明的方法保持了棉织物亲肤柔软、透气等特性,获得了意想不到的效果。
图6是以实施例5和未处理棉布C1、硅烷偶联剂接枝C2进行对照。按照GB/T12704.2-2009,通过记录在 37℃、50%湿度条件,23℃、50%湿度条件和 20℃、65% 湿度条件下三种织物棉织物的失水量测定其水蒸气透过率。图6显示在相同的环境下,实施例5表现出最高的水蒸气透过率,且高于C1,C1的水蒸气透过率比C2好。说明经本发明处理没有在织物表面形成薄膜阻碍气体导出,与图5相符。

Claims (9)
1.一种持久抗菌、抑螨、驱蚊的纤维素纤维织物制备方法,其特征在于,将预处理好的纤维素纤维织物浸入接枝整理液中,加入引发剂,经接枝反应获得;接枝整理液为含硅烷偶联剂和天然小分子有机酚的水溶液,所述天然小分子有机酚选自丁香酚、和厚朴酚、异丁香酚、肉桂酸或百里香酚其中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,天然小分子有机酚质量分数为接枝整理液的0.4 % ~1.0 %。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,硅烷偶联剂用量为4 g/L ~ 8 g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,接枝反应温度为40℃~80℃,反应时间为2 h~6 h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,接枝反应完成后,先烘干,再充分水洗,再烘干。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,预处理过程为:将棉织物用NaOH溶液浸泡,NaOH溶液用量为40 g/L~180 g/L,浸泡温度为30℃~60℃,时间0.5h ~ 1.5 h。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,引发剂为过硫酸铵、过硫酸钠或过硫酸钾中的一种,用量为1g/L-2g/L。
8.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,硅烷偶联剂为:乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三氯硅烷或乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷中的一种。
9.如权利按要求1-8任一项所述的制备方法得到的持久抗菌、抑螨、驱蚊的纤维素纤维织物。
