Abstract
本发明涉及一种HFC‑152a的制冷剂组合物,属于制冷剂领域。其特征在于按照质量份数由如下组分组成:HFC‑134a、0.1‑3%;HFO‑1234yf、0.1‑60%;CF3I、3‑45%;HFC‑152a、0.1‑70%。本发明提供不易燃并对环境安全的物质组合物,制冷剂组合物提供了小于150的低值GWP的产品,满足行业对制冷剂GWP的要求。本发明具有臭氧层破坏潜能值为零,全球温室效应潜能值低的特点,并且对大气及地球环境的影响极小。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种HFC-152a的制冷剂组合物,属于制冷剂领域。
背景技术
卤代烃已经广泛应用于多种工业应用中,包括用作制冷剂、气雾剂推进剂、发泡剂、传热介质和气体电介质。迄今为止,这些应用中大多数利用了包含大量氯氟烃(CFCs)和氢氯氟烃(HCFCs)的组合物。然而,其中一些卤代烃的使用造成了环境问题。例如,CFCs和HCFCs都倾向于具有相对较高的全球变暖潜能值(GWP)。因此,在许多应用中需要使用预期用途所能接受,但同时全球变暖潜能值比CFCs和其它不利卤代化合物低的组合物。
1,1-二氟乙烷(HFC-152a),消耗臭氧潜能值(ODP)为0,全球变暖潜能值(GWP)为120。由于二氟乙烷(HFC-152a)物化性质、热力学性质和CFC-12十分相近,所以是CFC-12的首选替代品。然而,HFC-152a具有可燃性,与空气混合能形成爆炸性混合物,遇热源和明火有燃烧爆炸的危险,使其单独作为制冷剂的用途受限。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺点,本发明提出了一种ODP为零,GWP低且无可燃性的HFC-152a制冷剂组合物。
为实现上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种HFC-152a的制冷剂组合物,其特征在于按照质量份数由如下组分组成:
HFC-134a 0.1-3%;
HFO-1234yf 0.1-60%;
CF3I 3-45%;
HFC-152a 0.1-70%。
优选的,其按照质量份数由如下组分组成:
HFC-134a 3%;
HFO-1234yf 12%;
CF3I 15%;
优选的,其按照质量份数由如下组分组成:
HFC-152a 70%。
HFC-134a 2%;
HFO-1234yf 10%;
CF3I 23%;
HFC-152a 65%。
优选的,其按照质量份数由如下组分组成:
HFC-134a 0.5%;
HFO-1234yf 11.5%;
CF3I 33%;
HFC-152a 55%。
本发明的有益技术效果:
本发明提供不易燃并对环境安全的物质组合物,具有臭氧层破坏潜能值为零,全球温室效应潜能值低,并且对大气及地球环境的影响极小。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,具体实施方式不限制本发明。
实施例1:
一种HFC-152a的制冷剂组合物,其按照质量份数由如下组分组成:
HFC-134a 0.1-3%;
HFO-1234yf 0.1-60%;
CF3I 3-45%;
HFC-152a 0.1-70%。
实施例2:
一种HFC-152a的制冷剂组合物,其按照质量份数由如下组分组成:
HFC-134a 3%;
HFO-1234yf 12%;
CF3I 15%;
HFC-152a 70%。
实施例3:
一种HFC-152a的制冷剂组合物,其按照质量份数由如下组分组成:
HFC-134a 2%;
HFO-1234yf 10%;
CF3I 23%;
HFC-152a 65%。
实施例4:
一种HFC-152a的制冷剂组合物,其按照质量份数由如下组分组成:
HFC-134a 0.5%;
HFO-1234yf 11.5%;
CF3I 33%;
HFC-152a 55%。
由于氟是电负性最强的元素,当键合于含碘原子的碳原子上有两个或三个氟原子附着于其上,会使电子密度后移,并提供空间位阻,造成在含碘氟烃内的碳-碘键异常坚固且可抗化学反应。含碘烯烃可抑制常见的化学反应机制,如单分子亲核取代、双分子亲核取代、键均裂取代。由于含碘烯烃具有的低反应性,使其表现出异常高的稳定性及低毒性。
含碘烯烃是高度有效的燃烧抑制剂,不仅提供了化学性灭火作用,且借助于分子震动将热移除,也有显著的物理性灭火作用。添加足够浓度的含碘烯烃到易燃的液体或气体中,可使得材料自行熄灭。
经过实验发现,HFC-152a中添加CF3I时,当CF3I的含量大于3%(质量分数),可阻止HFC-152a的可燃性。
本发明提供了一种不燃的制冷剂组合物。本发明的制冷剂组合物包含0.1-3%的HFC-134a、0.1-60%的HFO-1234yf、3-45%的三氟碘甲烷和0.1-70%的HFC-152a,
更优的选0.1-3%的HFC-134a、0.1-12%的HFO-1234yf、3-15%的三氟碘甲烷和0.1-70%的HFC-152a。在一些实施例中,制冷剂组合物包含按重量计占15%或更少的HFC-134a和HFO-1234yf,其余85%由三氟碘甲烷和HFC-152a组成。
HFC-152a是一种高效的制冷剂,但是因其易燃而受到限制使用,三氟碘甲烷具有良好的阻燃性。通过使HFC-152a包含少量的三氟碘甲烷,同时与其他物质组合提供了有效的冷却,而整体的GWP以及总体可燃性显著更低。
组合物包含按重量计小于3%的R-134a和12%的HFO-1234yf。HFC-134a已经是高度流行的制冷剂,但是其GWP为1300,不符合目前环保对工业选定对环境不利影响较小的化合物的要求。然而,HFC-134a在吸收热能方面具有非常好的应用效果。通过添加少量的HFC-134a提高组合物的性能。HFO-1234yf的ODP为零,GWP仅为4,具有非常好的环境效益指标,组合物中添加HFO-1234yf消减了HFC-134a的温室潜能值高的影响。
然而,由于HFC-152a具有可燃性,HFO-1234yf具有微可燃性,通过向组合物中添加不低于3%的三氟碘甲烷,可阻止本发明组合物中的HFC-152a和HFO-1234yf意外情况下的燃烧。同时三氟碘甲烷的添加量不超过45%可降低对组合物制冷效果的影响。总之,按照本发明所述的四种化合物的比例,制冷剂组合物提供了改善的阻燃性能而不降低冷却效率,可直接应用于HFC-152a系统,而无需做出任何改变,如润滑油、压缩机等。此外,制冷剂组合物提供了小于150的低值GWP的产品,满足行业对制冷剂GWP的要求。
需要指出的是,上述较佳实施例仅为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种HFC-152a的制冷剂组合物,其特征在于按照质量份数由如下组分组成:
HFC-134a 0.1-3%;
HFO-1234yf 0.1-60%;
CF3I 3-45%;
HFC-152a 0.1-70%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种HFC-152a的制冷剂组合物,其特征在于:按照质量份数由如下组分组成:
HFC-134a 3%;
HFO-1234yf 12%;
CF3I 15%;
HFC-152a 70%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种HFC-152a的制冷剂组合物,其特征在于:按照质量份数由如下组分组成:
HFC-134a 2%;
HFO-1234yf 10%;
CF3I 23%;
HFC-152a 65%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种HFC-152a的制冷剂组合物,其特征在于:按照质量份数由如下组分组成:
HFC-134a 0.5%;
