本发明涉及玻璃瓶生产领域,具体讲是一种光瓶无油清洗工艺。
背景技术:
现有技术中,用自来水直接清洗,瓶子清洗后利用风刀干燥后易形成表面水渍,而且现有的螺杆空压机使用一段时间后容易带出油污,从而在风刀吹风时粘附到瓶子表面形成油渍,导致瓶身不洁以及喷涂牢度不佳。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种可提高清洗清洁度,减少水渍形成的光瓶无油清洗工艺,该光瓶无油清洗工艺可提高喷涂牢度,避免在瓶身上形成油渍。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种光瓶无油清洗工艺,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,把引入的自来水导入水净化系统,去除自来水中的悬浮物和金属矿物质后进行光瓶清洗;
步骤二,利用等离子水对光瓶进行二道清洗;
步骤三,清洗后利用无油空压机提供的负压风对光瓶外壁进行风干。
作为优选,步骤二清洗后再进行超声波清洗。
进一步的,水净化系统中具有过滤棒、活性炭处理器、反渗透膜和天然锰砂层。用以去除自来水中的悬浮颗粒物和金属矿物质。
采用以上方案后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:通过上述处理,使得自来水中的金属元素和悬浮颗粒大幅减少,从而在洗瓶后减少表面水渍的形成,再经二道等离子水处理后,用无油负压风进行风干,可提高瓶身清洁度,在喷涂后提高喷涂牢度。

实施例1
一种光瓶无油清洗工艺,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,把引入的自来水导入水净化系统,去除自来水中的悬浮物和金属矿物质后进行光瓶清洗;
步骤二,利用等离子水对光瓶进行二道清洗,等离子水由等离子发生器生产;
步骤三,清洗后利用无油空压机提供的负压风对光瓶外壁进行风干,风刀为扁口长条状,两个风刀倾斜设置在光瓶两侧。
为提高清洗效果,步骤二清洗后再进行超声波清洗。
另外,本实施例中,水净化系统中具有过滤棒、活性炭处理器、反渗透膜和天然锰砂层,自来水依次经过滤棒、活性炭处理器、天然锰砂层和反渗透膜处理。
本发明通过上述处理,使得光瓶清洗风干后,表面无水渍和油渍残留,提高表面光洁度,从而在喷涂后提高喷涂牢度。

1.一种光瓶无油清洗工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
步骤一,把引入的自来水导入水净化系统,去除自来水中的悬浮物和金属矿物质后进行光瓶清洗;
步骤二,利用等离子水对光瓶进行二道清洗;
步骤三,清洗后利用无油空压机提供的负压风对光瓶外壁进行风干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光瓶无油清洗工艺,其特征在于:步骤二清洗后再进行超声波清洗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光瓶无油清洗工艺,其特征在于:水净化系统中具有过滤棒、活性炭处理器、反渗透膜和天然锰砂层。
