Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed additives, in particular to a biomass-based feed nutritional additive and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The term "feed" is a general term for food of all human-raised animals, and in a narrow sense, a general feed mainly refers to food of agricultural or animal-raised animals. The feed comprises more than ten kinds of feed raw materials such as soybean, soybean meal, corn, fish meal, amino acid, miscellaneous meal, additives, whey powder, grease, meat and bone meal, grains, sweet sorghum and the like. The feed additive is a small amount or trace substance added in the production, processing and using processes of feed, and the feed additive is small in dosage but remarkable in effect. The feed additive is a raw material inevitably used in modern feed industry, and has obvious effects on strengthening the nutritive value of basic feed, improving the production performance of animals, ensuring the health of the animals, saving the feed cost, improving the quality of animal products and the like. The existing additives generally comprise compound biological bacteria, compound amino acid, compound vitamin, compound trace element, additives for improving taste and flavor, such as attractant, sweetener and the like, and also comprise medicinal preparations for improving the body health and immunity of the fed animals, and the existing additives are various in types and various in application effects, and become an essential part in the feed preparation process in the existing livestock and livestock breeding industries.
For example, a Chinese patent CN201710157641.1 proposes a high-nutrition cattle feed, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of corn, 30-40 parts of bean bran, 10-20 parts of straw powder, 10-15 parts of bran, 1-3 parts of mountain flour, 2-4 parts of bone meal, 0.1-1 part of salt, 0.1-1 part of sodium bicarbonate, 0.1-1 part of trace elements, 5-10 parts of a Chinese herbal medicine additive and 8-10 parts of propolis liquid. The feed has reasonable formula and balanced nutrition, can not only improve the fattening rate of cattle, but also adjust the intestinal function of cattle, achieve high digestibility and improve the quality of beef.
Also, for example, patent CN201210565163.5 granted by China proposes a pig feed additive capable of protecting nutrient substances in the feed, and by utilizing the properties of chicory extract and through the combined action of the chicory extract and other substances, the damage effect of oxidative denaturation and other reactions of vitamins and fat in the feed on the vitamins and the fat can be reduced; the combined action of the processed daidzein, potassium diformate, maltose, octyl gallate and the chicory extract has strong killing effect on eggs of moths and rice worms, can inhibit the breeding of the moths and the rice worms in the feed, reduce the eating of pests on nutrient components in the feed and reduce the loss of the nutrient components in the feed, such as protein, fat, vitamins and the like.
With the improvement of living standard of people, the demand and the requirement of people on meat or egg products are higher and higher, and although the prior art continuously improves the nutrient components and the absorption of corresponding functions of the feed, the prior art still has a plurality of problems, such as poor carrying performance of a feed additive carrier, easy inactivation and loss of the nutrient components, mutual influence with other raw materials to reduce the efficacy, low utilization rate of intake, poor persistence of effective components and the like. Moreover, in the case of the large amount of application of additives, drug residues are easy to appear at present, which affects the eating. For example, in the process of cultivation, the edible feed contains more additives, aiming at stimulating the rapid growth of animals or increasing the laying rate, and the additives are added with more hormones, so that the product has hormone residues and certain influence on the human body. Worrying about the fact that the dosage of the hormone is small, the dosage of the medicine is huge, and in order to solve the health of livestock in the breeding process, the medicines are fed into the feed, so that the medicine residue in meat and egg products is large, and the health of people is affected. Therefore, it is important detail that the nutritional ingredients of the feed are improved and the green health of the feed is ensured.
