Detailed Description
The following description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is provided for the purpose of better illustrating the invention and is not intended to limit the invention thereto.
Example 1: sectional hank device
As shown in fig. 1-3, a sectional skein device comprises a creel 1, a balloon controller 2, a yarn guiding and clearing device 3 and a reeling device 4, wherein the yarn guiding and clearing device 3 comprises a yarn guiding and clearing rod 31 which is kept immovable relative to the position, and a reciprocating device 32 which is vertically lower than the yarn guiding and clearing rod 31, and the yarn sequentially passes through the yarn guiding and clearing rod 31 and the reciprocating device 32 in a broken line by taking the yarn guiding and clearing rod 31 and the reciprocating device 32 as pivots. The device is a reciprocating device which replaces a yarn guide rod with a yarn guide hook on the basis of the existing hank reeling machine.
The reciprocating device 32 comprises a plate body 32-1 and a yarn guide hook 32-2, a support 6 is arranged between the reeling device 4 and the yarn guide and clearing rod 31, a belt transmission structure 7 is arranged on the support 6, the belt transmission structure 7 comprises a transmission belt 71 and two transmission wheels 72 for tensioning the transmission belt, and at least one of the transmission wheels 72 is coaxially connected with the motor 8 to be used as a driving wheel. The motor 8 adopts a three-phase alternating current asynchronous motor, can realize forward and reverse rotation, and drives the transmission belt 71 to reciprocate. The reciprocating device 32 is arranged on the conveying belt and is fixed relative to the conveying belt 71, the reciprocating device 32 comprises a plate body 32-1 fixedly connected to the conveying belt 71, and a plurality of yarn guide hooks 32-2 are linearly arrayed on one side of the plate body 32-1, which is far away from the conveying belt 71.
The fixed clamping relationship between the transmission belt 71 and the plate body 32-1 is realized by the clamping piece 5, because the plate body 32-1 is a long strip plate-shaped structure, in order to keep the plate body 32-1 balanced in the movement process and prevent one end of the plate body from inclining due to self-weight, the clamping piece 5 can be arranged at the middle position of the plate body 32-1, or the clamping pieces 5 are arranged on the plate body 32-1 in a linear array manner, and under the condition of the linear array arrangement, the yarn guide hook 32-2 is arranged between two adjacent clamping pieces 5. If the number of the clamping pieces 5 is reduced on the premise of linear array arrangement, the clamping pieces 5 can be symmetrically arranged on two sides of the symmetric center by taking the middle point of the plate body 32-1 as the symmetric center, and in this case, at least two clamping pieces 5 need to be arranged. In order to reduce the economic cost, the present embodiment adopts a structure in which the clip 5 is disposed in the middle of the plate body 32-1.
The clamping member 5 comprises a first clamping piece 51 padded on the side of the transmission belt facing away from the plate body 32-1, a second clamping piece 52 positioned on the side of the plate body 32-1 facing away from the transmission belt, and the first clamping piece 51 and the second clamping piece 52 are connected through screws. Since the transmission belt is mostly made of an elastic material such as rubber, the first clamping piece 51 and the second clamping piece 52 are subjected to a reaction force of elastic return of the transmission belt 71 in addition to a clamping force applied by the clamping member 5 itself after the screw is tightened, and the plate body 32-1 can be effectively and stably fixed on the transmission belt 71.
In order to detect the motion state of the plate 32-1, a plurality of sensors are further arranged on the side edge of the transmission belt, and in this embodiment, a photoelectric sensor is adopted, so that the instantaneous motion state of the plate can be captured in time. The arrangement of the sensors is not shown in the drawings, since it is common.
The motor 8 is connected with the PLC, and the PLC can control the forward and reverse rotation distance and time of the motor 8 so as to control the reciprocating motion state of the conveyor belt 71; computer programs related to the PLC are all in the prior art, and the setting of the PLC is common and is not shown in the drawings.
The creel 1 is also provided with unwinding devices for unwinding the cheese from the creel, the unwinding devices being relatively conventional and not shown in the drawings.
The number of the spindle of the cone yarn socket is 30-60 spindles, the spindle pitch is 120-130 mm, the effective twisting pitch is 50100mm, the rotating speed is 159-280 rpm, and the circumference of each circle is 1100-2200 mm.
As shown in figure 1, a cheese is placed on a cheese creel 1, a single yarn is led out from the cheese in a working state, and the yarn sequentially passes through a balloon controller 2, a yarn guide clearing rod 31 and a yarn guide hook 32-2 and is wound on a hank reeling device 4 for subsequent processing. The yarn is tensioned by the yarn guiding and clearing device 3 in the process that the yarn passes through the yarn guiding device 3, and the yarn guiding and clearing device 3 also has the function of reducing knotting and winding of the yarn.
The motor 8 is connected, the positive and negative rotation distances and time of the motor 8 are set through the PLC, the reciprocating motion of the conveyor belt 71 is controlled, and then the yarn guide hook 32-2 on the plate body 32-1 is driven to reciprocate so as to adjust the hank form of the yarn on the hank reeling device 4, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
when the first skein is wound, the reciprocating distance of the conveyor belt 71 is controlled to be smaller than the width of the first skein, namely the yarn guide hook 32-2 reciprocates in the first skein, so that the yarn can form a network-shaped structure in the first skein, and the subsequent yarn unwinding is facilitated; when the first hank reaches the specified winding length, the transmission distance is controlled to move to the second hank for winding, and the reciprocating distance of the conveyor belt 71 is controlled to be smaller than the width of the second hank, so that the yarn also forms a network-shaped structure in the second hank, a bobbin is continuously wound into multiple sections of hanks, the network-shaped structure can be ensured to be formed in each hank, and the subsequent unwinding is facilitated.
When the hank device 4 is used for winding yarns, tension is generated on the yarns, the yarns are tensioned, and the yarns are matched with the yarn guide hook 32-2, so that one yarn is at least stressed by the bobbin creel 1, the balloon controller 2, the yarn guide hook 32-2 and the hank device 4, and the yarns can be always kept in a tensioned state in the operation process of the whole device.
Example 2: long segment space dyeing yarn produced by using segmented hank device
A method of producing a long segment space dyed yarn using the segmented skein apparatus of example 1, said method comprising the steps of:
(1) unwinding: the cheese is placed on a cheese creel 1, single yarn is led out of the cheese, the yarn is unwound from a bobbin by an unwinding device, and the yarn passes through a balloon controller 2 and then passes through a yarn guiding and cleaning rod 31 provided with a yarn guiding and cleaning device 3, so that impurities and yarn defects on the yarn are cleaned;
(2) sectional skeining: the yarn is wound on the skein device 4 through the yarn guiding and clearing device 3 provided with a tension device, and the winding length of each segment of skein on the skein device 4 is adjusted through adjusting the transmission stroke of the reciprocating device 32 according to the length of the segment of the yarn and the color arrangement requirement of the yarn, so as to prepare the skein shape convenient for subsequent dyeing;
(3) space dyeing: the method is characterized in that an eight-color skein space dyeing machine is adopted to dye each skein, namely each skein is dyed with one color, general skein space dyeing equipment can dye eight colors at most, and a specific dyeing process is as follows: adding EDER and reactive dye into dye solution at 40 deg.C for 10min, adding anhydrous sodium sulfate, heating to 80 deg.C at a rate of 2 deg.C/min after 10min, and adding Na after 20min2CO3And keeping for 30min to obtain the long-fragment space-dyed yarn.
By setting a PLC program, each section of hank yarn can be rotated for 1 to N circles and then moved to the next section of hank yarn, and the operation is also rotated for 1 to N circles and circulated, so that the length of the color of each section is controlled. When the eighth skein is shaken, the dyeing yarn can directly return to the first skein, and the continuous long segment dyeing yarn which takes 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 as a circulating unit can be formed by circulating the first skein and the second skein. If the seventh skein, the sixth skein and the first skein are returned when the eighth skein is shaken, and the process is circulated, the continuously arranged long-segment dyed yarns taking 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 as a circulating unit can be formed. By analogy, the long-fragment space-dyed yarns of the circulating units arranged in various colors can be developed according to the needs to obtain the space-dyed yarns with any length and any color change.
