In order to solve the technical problems, the tableware transfer device comprises a pre-feeding mechanism for conveying tableware and a transfer manipulator arranged above the pre-feeding mechanism and used for clamping the tableware placed on the pre-feeding mechanism and then moving to a tableware packaging machine.
As an improvement of the tableware transfer device, the transfer manipulator comprises a transfer manipulator frame, a movable arm which moves backwards towards the tableware packaging machine is connected to the transfer manipulator frame, and one end, away from the transfer manipulator frame, of the movable arm is connected with a tableware clamping mechanism for clamping tableware.
As an improvement of the above-mentioned cutlery transfer device, the movable arm includes a first movable arm connected to the transfer robot frame and movable toward the cutlery packing machine, and a second movable arm slidable on a vertical surface is connected to one end of the first movable arm away from the transfer robot frame.
As an improvement of the above-mentioned cutlery transfer device, the cutlery holding mechanism may be rotatable on a vertical plane.
As an improvement of the tableware transferring device, the tableware clamping mechanism comprises a supporting plate arranged on the second movable arm, a plurality of tableware clamps are arranged on the supporting plate, a first power mechanism is arranged at the joint of the supporting plate and the second movable arm, and the first power mechanism drives the supporting plate to rotate on a surface parallel to the supporting plate.
As an improvement of the tableware transferring device, a second power mechanism is arranged at the joint of the tableware clamp and the supporting plate, the second power mechanism drives the tableware clamp to slide on the surface vertical to the supporting plate and causes displacement difference between the tableware clamps on the surface vertical to the supporting plate, and the clamping direction of the tableware clamp is parallel to the surface where the supporting plate is located.
As an improvement of the tableware transferring device, the pre-feeding mechanism comprises a pre-feeding frame and a pre-feeding table which moves alternately on the pre-feeding frame.

The invention provides a tableware transfer device which comprises a pre-feeding mechanism for conveying tableware and a transfer manipulator arranged above the pre-feeding mechanism and used for clamping the tableware placed on the pre-feeding mechanism and then moving towards a tableware packaging machine. When the tableware is packaged, the tableware is transported to the lower part of the clamp of the transfer manipulator by the pre-feeding mechanism, and the tableware of the pre-feeding mechanism is clamped by the transfer manipulator and is transferred to the corresponding blanking opening on the tableware packaging machine, so that an automatic packaging bag production line is finally formed. Therefore, the packaging structure realizes mechanization and automation, saves labor cost and improves packaging efficiency.

As can be seen from the batch packaging device for tableware shown in fig. 1, the batch packaging device for tableware comprises a packaging machine 1 for tableware, a pre-feeding mechanism 81 arranged on one side of the packaging machine 1 for tableware, and a transfer manipulator 82 arranged above the pre-feeding mechanism 81 for gripping the tableware placed on the pre-feeding mechanism 81 and transferring the tableware to the packaging machine 1. When the tableware is packaged, the pre-feeding mechanism 81 transports the tableware to the lower part of the clamp of the transfer manipulator 82, and the transfer manipulator 82 clamps the tableware of the pre-feeding mechanism 81 and moves the tableware to the corresponding blanking opening on the tableware packaging machine 1, so that an automatic packaging bag production line is finally formed. Therefore, the structure of the batch packaging tableware realizes mechanization and automation, saves labor cost and improves packaging efficiency.
As can be seen from the batch packaging device for tableware shown in fig. 3, the transfer manipulator 82 includes a transfer manipulator frame 821, a movable arm 822 that moves toward the tableware packaging machine is connected to the transfer manipulator frame 821, and a tableware clamping mechanism 824 for clamping tableware is connected to an end of the movable arm 822 away from the transfer manipulator frame 821. By adopting the structure, the structure is simple and the operation is convenient.
As can be seen from the batch packing device for tableware shown in fig. 3, the movable arm 822 includes a first movable arm 8221 connected to the transfer robot frame 821 and moving toward the tableware packing machine 1, a second movable arm 8222 is connected to an end of the first movable arm 8221 away from the transfer robot frame 821, and the second movable arm 8222 can slide on a vertical surface. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the movable arm 822 comprises the first movable arm 8221 movable along the cutlery packing machine 1 and the second movable arm 8222 sliding in the vertical direction, and in use, the cutlery holding mechanism 824 is driven by the first movable arm 8221 to move above the pre-feeding mechanism 81, and the second movable arm 8222 slides on the vertical plane according to the distance between the cutlery holding mechanism 824 and the pre-feeding mechanism 81, so as to clamp cutlery. With this structure, the second movable arm 8222 is slid on the vertical plane to adjust the distance between the second movable arm 8222 and the pre-feeding mechanism 81 so as to achieve the purpose of clamping, which is beneficial to clamping the tableware on the pre-feeding mechanism 81 at different heights, and the second movable arm 8222 does not need to be replaced differently so as to adapt to different heights, thereby improving the flexibility of use.
As an embodiment of the improved scheme of the tableware transferring device, the tableware clamping mechanism 824 can rotate on the vertical surface under the driving of power such as an air cylinder, and after the tableware clamping mechanism 824 clamps tableware, the angle of the tableware clamping mechanism 824 clamped with the tableware can be adjusted according to the opening position condition of the packaging bag on the tableware packaging machine 1, so that the tableware can smoothly enter the packaging bag, and the discharging step is realized. By adopting the structure that the tableware clamping mechanism 824 can rotate on the vertical surface, the flexibility of the tableware clamping mechanism 824 in use is improved, and the structure can adapt to different package bag opening conditions.
As can be seen from the batch packaging apparatus for cutlery shown in fig. 3, the cutlery clamping mechanism 824 comprises a support plate 8241 provided on the movable arm 822, wherein a plurality of cutlery holders 8242 are provided on the support plate 8241. In the figure, an embodiment of the dish holding mechanism 824 is shown, the support plate 8241 is provided with a first dish clamp and a second dish clamp at two ends of the support plate in the length direction, and by adopting the mechanism, two dishes can be simultaneously clamped once in operation, and the dish packing machine 1 can be moved once, so that two dishes can be put in, the number of the put dishes is increased while the operation times are saved, and the transfer efficiency is improved.
As can be seen from the batch packaging device for tableware shown in fig. 4, a first power mechanism 11 is arranged at the joint of the supporting plate 8241 and the movable arm 822, and the first power mechanism 11 drives the supporting plate 8241 to rotate on a plane parallel to the supporting plate 8241. As one embodiment of the improvement of the tableware clamping mechanism 824, the supporting plate 8241 can rotate on the vertical surface and the surface parallel to the supporting plate 8241, so that the clamped tableware can be smoothly placed into the packaging bag of the corresponding laughing stock station of the tableware packaging machine 1 no matter what the clamping heads on the tableware clamping device 8242 are, and the supporting plate 8241 can slide on the vertical surface and rotate on the surface parallel to the supporting plate 8241 after adopting the structure, and the clamping of the tableware can be realized when the tableware placed in the pre-feeding box 812 is in different directions. Therefore, the structure can realize the requirements of clamping and throwing tableware at multiple angles. The first power mechanism 11 is a combination of a servo motor and a speed reducer.
As can be seen from the batch packaging device for tableware shown in fig. 4, a second power mechanism 12 is provided at the connection part of the tableware clamp 8242 and the support plate 8241, the second power mechanism 12 drives the tableware clamp 8242 to slide on the surface perpendicular to the support plate 8241 and causes displacement difference between the tableware clamps 8242 on the surface perpendicular to the support plate 8241, and the clamping direction of the tableware clamp 8242 is parallel to the surface where the support plate 8241 is located. As can be seen from the figure, the cutlery clamps 8242 are respectively disposed on two sides of the length direction of the supporting plate 8241, after the cutlery clamps 8242 on two sides respectively clamp the cutlery set, the movable arms 822 approach the cutlery packaging machine 1, the cutlery clamping mechanisms 824 rotate on the vertical surfaces, the cutlery clamps 8242 on two sides of the supporting plate 8241 are positioned at different heights on the vertical surfaces, firstly, after the cutlery near the upper side of the packaging bag on the cutlery packaging machine 1 is released into the packaging bag, the second power mechanism 12 pushes the cutlery clamp 8242 on the upper side in a direction far from the supporting plate 8241, so that a displacement difference is generated between the cutlery clamp 8242 on the lower side and the cutlery clamp 8242 on the upper side, then the first movable arms 8221 and the second movable arms 8222 drive the cutlery clamping mechanisms 824 to move in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, finally, the cutlery clamp 8242 on the upper side is moved to the upper side of the packaging bag on the cutlery packaging machine 1, and finally, the cutlery is released into the packaging bag, and the second dispensing is completed. This structure is mainly directed to the dish holder 8242 having a gripping direction parallel to the face of the support plate 8241. In the process of throwing tableware, after the tableware set arranged below is thrown, the tableware clamp 8242 arranged above and clamping tableware generates displacement difference with the lower tableware clamp 8242 vertical to the surface of the supporting plate 8241 under the pushing of the second power mechanism 12, and then the tableware set arranged above finally moves to the position of the packaging bag opening by matching with the matching of the movable arm in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, so that the throwing of the tableware is smoothly realized. By adopting the structure, the tableware at different heights can be put in under the condition that the supporting plate 8241 rotates once on the vertical surface, the problem that a large operation space is required for rotating the supporting plate 8241 holding the tableware is solved, and the possibility that the tableware with different shapes interferes with other parts in the machine is avoided.
As can be seen from the batch packaging device for tableware shown in fig. 4, the tableware clamp 8242 includes a connecting post 82421 connected to the support plate 8241, and a clamping head 82422 that can be relatively close to or relatively far away from each other is connected to one end of the connecting post 82421 away from the support plate 8241. By adopting the structure, the structure is simple, the clamping operation is simple, and the clamping effect is good.
As can be seen from the cutlery bulk packaging device shown in fig. 5, the pre-feeding mechanism 81 comprises a pre-feeding frame 811 and a pre-feeding table 812 which is alternately moved on the pre-feeding frame 811. With this structure, the injection molding machine places the injection molded tableware on the pre-feeding table 812, and after the clamp on the tableware packaging machine clamps the tableware thereon, the clamp can be continued to clamp the tableware without waiting, thereby saving time and improving efficiency.
As can be seen from the batch packaging device for cutlery shown in fig. 5, the pre-feeding stage 812 comprises a first cutlery pre-feeding stage 8123 and a second cutlery pre-feeding stage 8124, and the first cutlery pre-feeding stage 8123 and the second cutlery pre-feeding stage 8124 are alternately moved up and down in parallel on the pre-feeding frame 811. With this structure, the injection molding machine places the injection molded tableware on the first tableware pre-feeding stage 8123, the first tableware pre-feeding stage 8123 moves to the lower side of the transfer manipulator 82, when the transfer manipulator 82 clamps the tableware on the first tableware pre-feeding stage 8123, the first tableware pre-feeding stage 8123 moves away from the transfer manipulator 82, at this time, the transfer manipulator 82 moves downward to be close to the second tableware pre-feeding stage 8124 where the material is prepared, and clamps again, the first tableware pre-feeding stage 8123 and the second tableware pre-feeding stage 8124 alternately appear below the injection molding machine and below the transfer manipulator 82. By the structure, time gaps can not occur when the transfer manipulator 82 clamps tableware, clamping of the loaded materials of the feeding table after clamping is not needed, time is saved, and efficiency is improved.
As can be seen from the batch packaging device for tableware shown in FIG. 5, the pre-feeding frame 811 is provided with a guide rail 813, the pre-feeding table 812 slides along the guide rail 813, the pre-feeding frame 811 is provided with a pre-feeding power mechanism 814 for driving the pre-feeding table 812 to slide on the guide rail 813, and the pre-feeding power mechanism 814 is belt-type transportation. The drawings show a specific scheme of the pre-feeding power mechanism 814 used when the pre-feeding stage 812 moves alternately on the pre-feeding frame 811, and by adopting the structure, the structure is simple, the implementation is convenient, and the use effect is good.
As can be seen from the batch packaging device for cutlery shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first cutlery pre-feeding stage 8123 and the second cutlery pre-feeding stage 8124 comprise a pre-feeding support stage 8121 provided on the pre-feeding frame 811 and a pre-feeding cartridge 8122 provided on the pre-feeding support stage 8121. The pre-feeding box 8122 is provided with a tableware positioning cavity 8125, and the tableware positioning cavity 8125 is provided with a slot 8126 for the tableware clamp to enter along the edge direction of the pre-feeding box 8122. The pre-feeding box 8122 is a hollow cylinder, the hollow cylinder is divided into a first semicircle 8127 and a second semicircle 8128 by taking the diameter of the hollow cylinder as a dividing line, a first slot 81261 for allowing a tableware clamp to enter is formed in the tableware positioning cavity 8125 on the first semicircle 8127 along the outer circumferential direction, and a second slot 81262 for allowing the tableware clamp to enter is formed in the tableware positioning cavity 8125 on the second semicircle 8126 along the inner circumferential direction. By adopting the structure, the effects of taking materials once, transporting once and repeatedly clamping for many times can be realized, and the efficiency is effectively improved.
As can be seen from the cutlery bulk packaging device shown in fig. 5, the cutlery bulk packaging device is characterized in that the pre-feeding boxes 8122 are equally distributed along the length direction of the pre-feeding support table 8121. By adopting the structure, the effects of taking materials once, transporting once and repeatedly clamping for many times can be realized, and the efficiency is effectively improved.
As can be seen from the batch packaging machine for tableware shown in fig. 2, the batch packaging machine for tableware comprises a main body frame 101, an indexing turntable 102 arranged on the main body frame 101 and indexing-rotating relative to the main body frame 101, and an indexing power mechanism 103 driving the indexing turntable 102 to indexing-rotate, wherein a plurality of groups of bag holding mechanisms 104 for holding bags are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction on the indexing turntable 102, a bag feeding device 105 for holding bags onto the bag holding mechanisms 104, a bag opening device 106 for opening bags on the bag holding mechanisms 104, a bag opening regulating device 107 for regulating and leveling the bag openings on the bag holding mechanisms 104, a pressing device 109 for pressing tableware in the bags on the bag holding mechanisms 104, a bag sealing device 1010 for sealing the bag openings on the bag holding mechanisms 104, and a discharging port 108 for receiving the tableware transferred by the transfer robot 82 are respectively arranged above the bag holding mechanisms 104. When the automatic packaging machine is used, a packaging bag is placed on the bag feeding device 105, a bag taking manipulator on the bag feeding device 105 clamps the packaging bag and then is placed on a clamp of the packaging bag clamping mechanism 104, the packaging bag clamping mechanism 104 clamping the packaging bag performs indexing rotation on the indexing turntable 102, and sequentially rotates to the bag opening device 106, the bag opening regulating device 107, the tableware transferring device 108 and the pressing device 109 below the bag sealing device 1010, and a series of actions of opening the bag, regulating the bag opening, placing tableware, pressing the tableware, tightening the bag opening and sealing the bag opening are completed. From the above, the mechanical parts needed for finishing the tableware packaging process are respectively arranged above the packaging bag clamping mechanisms on the indexing turntable, and the packaging machine has the advantages of simple structure, small occupied area and easy operation.
As can be seen from the batch packaging device for cutlery shown in fig. 2, the package holding mechanism 104 comprises a swing arm connected to the indexing turntable 102 and capable of approaching or moving away from each other, and a clamp is provided at an end of the swing arm away from the indexing turntable 102. With this structure, the clamp is used for clamping two sides of the packaging bag, and the swing arm is relatively far away to tighten the opening of the packaging bag, and then the packaging bag is rotated to the corresponding station by the indexing turntable 102 for operation.
As can be seen from the batch packaging device for tableware shown in fig. 2, the bag feeding device 105 includes a storage rack provided on the rack 101 for storing the packaging bags and a transfer jig for gripping the packaging bags placed on the storage rack and transferring the packaging bags to the packaging bag holding mechanism 104. It can be seen from the figure that the storage rack is disposed on the main body rack 101, one end of the transferring clamp is connected to the main body rack 101, and one end far away from the main body rack 101 is provided with a transferring clamp capable of being opened and closed repeatedly to clamp the packaging bag.
As can be seen from the batch packaging device for cutlery shown in fig. 2, the bag opening device 106 comprises suction cups which are arranged to be close to or relatively far from each other in the opening direction of the package bag mouth. As can be seen from the figure, the bag opening device 106 includes a bag opening support column with one end connected to the main body frame 101, and a sucker is disposed at one end of the bag opening support column away from the main body frame 101, where the sucker is close to or far from each other in the opening direction of the bag opening of the packaging bag. By adopting the structure, the structure is simple, and the bag mouth of the packaging bag on the packaging bag clamping mechanism 4 can be effectively opened.
As can be seen from the batch packaging device for tableware shown in fig. 2, the bag opening regulating device 107 comprises an opening and closing plate which is placed in the bag opening of the packaging bag and is opened and closed reciprocally. As can be seen from the figure, the bag opening regulating device 107 includes a bag opening regulating support column with one end connected to the main body frame 101, and an opening plate is disposed at one end of the bag opening regulating support column away from the main body frame 101, and the opening plate can be repeatedly opened and closed in the bag opening of the packaging bag to achieve the purpose of regulating the bag opening.
As can be seen from the cutlery bulk packaging device of fig. 2, the compacting device 109 comprises a compacting plate that can be placed in a package moving on a vertical plane. As can be seen, the pressing device 109 includes a pressing support column with one end connected to the main body frame 101, and a pressing plate is disposed at one end of the pressing support column away from the main body frame 101, and the pressing plate can be placed in the packaging bag and reciprocate on a vertical surface to press tableware.
As can be seen from the cutlery bulk packaging device of fig. 2, the bag closure 1010 comprises heat seal plates that are either relatively close together or relatively far apart in the direction of opening the package mouth. As can be seen from the figure, the bag sealing device 1010 includes a bag sealing support column with one end connected to the main body frame 101, and a heat sealing plate is disposed at one end of the bag sealing support column away from the main body frame 101, and the heat sealing plate is close to or far away from each other in the opening direction of the bag opening of the bag, so as to achieve the purpose of heat sealing the bag opening.
As can be seen from the batch packaging device for cutlery shown in fig. 2, the feed opening 108 is provided on the bag holding mechanism 104 for receiving cutlery transferred by the transfer robot 82.
The working principle of the tableware transfer device of the scheme of the invention is as follows:
