具体实施方式
在下面作为示例描述的布置中,容器包括花瓣状基座区域1、主体部分2和颈部区域3。对应的预制件具有主预制件主体部分2a和与容器的颈部区域3相同的颈部区域3a。
图1中示出了一种这样的优选布置,其示出了本发明的容器的整体形状的侧视图(图1a)和等轴侧视图(图1b),具有自立式和堆叠的基座区域1。基座区域1是花瓣状的形状。特别地,基座区域1基本上是圆形的,具有五个向外延伸的突起11。容器还包括与颈部区域3连通的主体部分2。颈部区域3提供一体式凸边6和一对间隔开的一体式手柄5。从图1a和图1b可以看出,手柄5和凸边6形成为单个的一体式部件。手柄5设置在凸边6的相对表面上。
图2以侧视图(图2a)和等轴侧视图(图2b)示出了预制件的形状,该预制件可被用于拉伸吹塑成型为图1中所示的容器。考虑到拉伸吹塑成型方法不影响预制件的颈部区域,这种预制件的颈部区域3a,包括一体式手柄5a和一体式凸边6a,将与图1中容器的相应颈部区域3相同。在容器的制造期间,主预制件主体2a将被拉伸吹塑成型,以形成容器的具有突起11的基座区域1和主体部分2。主体部分具有相比于预制件的扩展轮廓,并且通常从颈部扩展到大致圆形的肩部,在到达容器的相对于颈部部分的远端的基座之前,朝向大致直的侧部呈锥形变化。
参考图3,可以看出,在优选实施例中,容器的颈部区域3包括用于螺旋式封闭或者分配到阀的螺纹部分8。然而,应该理解,颈部区域3可以设计有环,以用于推入式封闭或者分配到阀。
从图中可以看出,容器和预制件包括两个手柄5,手柄5具有宽的弯曲表面9,以便在携带时提供舒适性。还可以看出,容器和预制件包括基本上圆形的环形凸边6。凸边6的形状设计成接纳相同形状的容器的基座并且与其配合,以这种方式使得一个容器可以堆叠在另一个之上。第一容器上的凸边6构造成支撑定位在第一容器上方的第二容器的基座上的突起11。可以注意到,凸边6具有大致凹形的上表面轮廓,其可以便于对准被堆叠的容器。通过支撑元件10,手柄和凸边各自一体式地连接在容器的颈部开口7处或者与其相邻,所述支撑元件10被设计成提供用于承载堆叠在顶部的容器重量所需的强度。
图4a是彼此堆叠的两个容器的侧视图,示出了上方容器的基座区域1如何与下方容器的凸边6配合,以允许容器的堆叠。图4a是一个特写剖视图,更详细地示出了围绕颈部区域3和容器的颈部开口7的一体式凸边6和手柄5的特征,包括支撑元件10和手柄表面9。该图还示出了基座区域1的突起11与下方容器的凸边6之间的配合。
图5a和图5b示出了本发明的容器的另一实施例。容器20包括圆顶形基座21、主体部分22和颈部区域23。圆顶形基座21基本上为球形。颈部区域23提供一体式第一凸边26和一对间隔开的一体式手柄25。从图5a和图5b可以看出,手柄25和一体式第一凸边26形成为单个的一体式部件。手柄25设置在第一凸边26的相对表面上。
容器20还包括第二凸边(如图6中所示),其构造成接纳容器20的主体部分22的圆顶形基座21。第二凸边(未示出)构造成接纳容器20的圆顶形基座区域21,以便提供足够的支撑和稳定性使得容器20与第二凸边(未示出)一起呈自立式。第二凸边可以例如单独地形成并且简单地胶合到容器20。
图6a和图6b示出了图5a和图5b中所示的实施例的两个容器20、20′,它们彼此堆叠。图6a和图6b示出了上方容器20的主体部分22的圆顶形基座21如何被接纳在第二凸边31内以为容器20′提供稳定性。第二凸边31提供凹部35,凹部35的形状和尺寸适于接纳和接合上方容器20的圆顶形基座21。第二凸边31具有基座32,基座32提供环形凹槽33,环形凹槽33的形状和尺寸适于接纳下方容器20′的一体式第一凸边26的上部自由表面并且与其配合,以允许容器20、20′的稳定堆叠。图6b是特写图,更详细地示出了设置在第二凸边31的基座32上的环形凹槽33与设置在下方容器20′的第一凸边21的上部自由表面上的环形凸起34之间的配合。环形突起34的形状和尺寸和位置设计成被接纳在设置在第二凸边31的基座32上的环形凹槽33内,以提供容器20、20′的稳定堆叠构造。尽管所示实施例包括提供环形凹槽33的第二凸边31,该环形凹槽33构造成可与由一体式第一凸边21所提供的环形凸起可释放地配合,但是应当理解,第二凸边31和第一凸边21可以包括任何合适的接合特征,以在第一凸边与第二凸边之间提供可释放的配合,并且不限于环形凹槽和环形凸起。
尽管以上参考优选实施例描述了本发明,但是应当理解,在不脱离所附权利要求限定的本发明的范围的情况下,可以进行各种改变或者修改。
从以上描述中,本领域技术人员将理解,本发明的实施例已被设计成利用注射拉伸吹塑成型方法。因此,容器可以是注射拉伸吹塑成型容器。具体地,在注塑成型阶段期间,本发明的实施例形成作为颈部区域的一部分的凸边和手柄,使得它们在随后的拉伸吹塑成型期间不变形。
技术人员将理解,注射拉伸吹塑成型容器的“颈部”可以具有特定含义。例如,颈部通常应当理解为在容器的肩部(或者主体,如果容器没有肩部区域)与开口之间的收缩区域。当容器最初形成为预制件时,颈部特征通常通过注塑成型形成。在容器的主体的拉伸吹塑成型(将主体扩展成其最终形状)期间有意使颈部特征不变形,因为它们可以例如包括螺纹特征。
在本发明的实施例中,手柄和凸边形成在颈部开口处或者与颈部开口相邻,换而言之,它们不形成为容器的主体部分的一部分。通过将凸边和手柄形成为颈部部分的一部分,本发明的实施例允许凸边和手柄为高刚性的(例如与容器的主体部分相比),而不需要使用单独的材料或者额外的制造步骤来形成凸边和手柄。因此,应当理解,本发明实施例有益于将容器保持为单个的一体式模塑产品(换而言之,最终产品由单个的大致同质的塑料部件形成)。这对于例如,允许再循环和降低制造要求/成本是重要的。
Claims (19)
1.一种包括单个一体式模制件的可堆叠的塑料容器,包括:
主体部分,所述主体部分包括基座;以及
颈部区域,所述颈部区域包括:
颈部开口;
一体式手柄部分,其位于所述颈部开口处或者与所述颈部开口相邻,其中所述手柄部分包括用于携带和操作所述容器的一个或多个手柄;以及
一体式第一凸边,其构造成接纳和接合相同容器的基座。
2.如前述任一权利要求所述的容器,其中所述容器包括两个间隔开的手柄。
3.如前述任一权利要求所述的容器,其中所述一体式第一凸边的形状基本上是环形的。
4.如前述任一权利要求所述的容器,其中所述手柄或者每个手柄与所述一体式第一凸边一体形成。
5.如前述任一权利要求所述的容器,其中所述一体式第一凸边构造成提供一个或多个手柄。
6.如前述任一权利要求所述的容器,其中所述容器由PET原材料形成。
7.如权利要求6所述的容器,其中所述容器以两步模制过程形成。
8.如权利要求6所述的容器,其中在初始注塑成型步骤期间形成所述手柄或者每个手柄和一体式第一凸边,并且其中所述主体部分在随后的吹塑成型过程中形成为其最终轮廓。
9.如前述任一权利要求所述的容器,其中所述主体部分包括圆顶形基座或者花瓣状基座。
10.如权利要求9所述的容器,其中所述圆顶形基座是球形或者椭圆形基座。
11.如权利要求9所述的容器,其中所述基座的形状基本为球形或者椭圆形,具有三个或更多个向外延伸的突起。
12.如前述任一权利要求所述的容器,还包括第二凸边,所述第二凸边构造成至少接纳所述主体部分的所述基座。
13.如权利要求12所述的容器,其中所述第二凸边构造成接纳所述主体部分的圆顶形基座。
14.如前述任一权利要求所述的容器,其中所述容器是自立式的。
15.用于如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的容器的预制件,其中所述预制件包括颈部区域和主预制件主体部分,其中所述颈部区域包括至少一个手柄和凸边。
16.一种用于制造如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的可堆叠的塑料容器的方法,包括以下步骤:
提供预制件,所述预制件包括颈部区域和主预制件主体部分,其中所述颈部区域包括至少一个手柄和凸边;以及
吹塑成型所述主预制件主体部分,以形成最终的容器轮廓。
17.如权利要求16所述的方法,其中提供预制件的步骤包括注塑成型预制件。
18.如权利要求16或者17所述的方法,其中吹塑成型所述预制件主体部分的步骤包括在预定温度下将所述预制件放置在吹塑模具中;将所述吹塑模具内的所述预制件拉伸并且吹制成容器,使得在拉伸吹制期间所述颈部区域不会改变,同时所述主预制件主体部分被拉伸并且吹制成所述容器的形状。
19.如权利要求16至18中任一项所述的方法,还包括将所述容器的所述主体部分的所述基座放置在第二凸边内,所述第二凸边被构造为接纳所述基座。
