Abstract

本发明提供一种水性环保易脱落油墨,包括水性氯化聚丙烯乳液、水性自交联聚丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液、增稠剂、润湿剂、水性色浆,所述水性氯化聚丙烯乳液、水性自交联聚丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液、增稠剂、润湿剂、水性色浆比例为1:55:6:6:50。本发明的油墨具有易脱落的性能。本发明的防伪胶带利用易脱落油墨印刷出防伪图案或字符,当胶带撕启时油墨会随压敏胶层一起脱落到被贴物上,但没印刷易脱落油墨之部位的胶水仍附着在胶带上,从而显现出防伪图案或字符。

一种水性环保易脱落油墨以及防伪胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性环保易脱落油墨以及防伪胶带。
背景技术
现在人们在包装一文件或者货品时,通常需要一些防伪胶带,该防伪胶带一旦遭遇非法撕启,则预先设定的隐藏防伪字符、图案等信息就会立刻显现出来且不可复原,从而达到吓阻、威慑及警示的作用。
现有技术中,此类胶带的制作方法:胶带基材膜(通常是PET膜,已预先在膜背面做离型剂处理)的电晕面上印离型剂,然后再满版印油墨,再在油墨表面涂压敏胶而制成。该方法不能在普通的涂布机或者印刷机上实现,需要专用设备,并且需要四道工序:一、对PET膜的背面做离型剂处理;二、对PET膜的内电晕面用离型剂印刷图案、字符等防伪内容;三、在PET膜印了防伪内容的表面满版印刷油墨;四、在油墨层表面涂压敏胶。而且采用该方法时所利用的油墨在印刷了离型剂的部位不容易脱落,实现防伪的效果不佳。
发明内容
为解决以上技术缺陷,本发明提供一种水性环保易脱落油墨,包括水性氯化聚丙烯乳液、水性自交联聚丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液、增稠剂、润湿剂、水性色浆,所述水性氯化聚丙烯乳液、水性自交联聚丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液、增稠剂、润湿剂、水性色浆比例为1:55:6:6:50。
进一步地,所述水性氯化聚丙烯乳液的型号为WP325,所述水性自交联聚丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液的型号为1148B,所述增稠剂的型号为R-1005,所述润湿剂为ZLAC。
进一步地,所述油墨的制作方法:采用水性氯化聚丙烯乳液基材,向该乳液中加入少量水性自交联聚丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液和增稠剂来调节粘度,再加入润湿剂以提高混合液印刷时的润湿铺展效果,再加入水性色浆对此混合液进行染色,从而制出易脱落油墨。
本发明还提供一种防伪胶带,包括离型剂层、PET膜层、油墨层、压敏胶层,其中,离型剂层、PET膜层、油墨层、压敏胶层依次排列设置,所述油墨层的材料是采用以上材料组分制成的油墨。
进一步地,所述防伪胶带的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:用普通涂布机在PET膜层的一层附上离型剂;
步骤2:用普通印刷机在PET膜层的另一侧刷有油墨;
步骤3:用普通涂布机在PET膜层刷有油墨的涂上压敏胶。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的油墨具有易脱落的性能。本发明的防伪胶带利用易脱落油墨印刷出防伪图案或字符,当胶带撕启时油墨会随压敏胶层一起脱落到被贴物上,但没印刷易脱落油墨之部位的胶水仍附着在胶带上,从而显现出防伪图案或字符。

一种水性环保易脱落油墨,包括水性氯化聚丙烯乳液、水性自交联聚丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液、增稠剂、润湿剂、水性色浆,所述水性氯化聚丙烯乳液、水性自交联聚丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液、增稠剂、润湿剂、水性色浆比例为1:55:6:6:50。
所述水性氯化聚丙烯乳液的型号为WP325。
所述水性自交联聚丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液的型号为1148B。
所述增稠剂的型号为R-1005。
所述润湿剂为ZLAC。
油墨制作方法:采用水性氯化聚丙烯乳液基材,向该乳液中加入少量水性自交联聚丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液和增稠剂来调节粘度,再加入润湿剂以提高混合液印刷时的润湿铺展效果,再加入水性色浆对此混合液进行染色,从而制出易脱落油墨。
见图1,本发明提供一种防伪胶带,包括离型剂层4、PET膜层3、油墨层2、压敏胶层1,其中,离型剂层4、PET膜层3、油墨层2、压敏胶层1依次排列设置,所述油墨层的材料是以上所介绍材料组分组成的易脱落油墨。
一种防伪胶带制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:用普通涂布机在PET膜层的一层附上离型剂;
步骤2:用普通印刷机在PET膜层的另一侧刷有油墨;
步骤3:用普通涂布机在PET膜层刷有油墨的涂上压敏胶。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种水性环保易脱落油墨,其特征在于:包括水性氯化聚丙烯乳液、水性自交联聚丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液、增稠剂、润湿剂、水性色浆,所述水性氯化聚丙烯乳液、水性自交联聚丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液、增稠剂、润湿剂、水性色浆比例为1:55:6:6:50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性环保易脱落油墨,其特征在于:所述水性氯化聚丙烯乳液的型号为WP325,所述水性自交联聚丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液的型号为1148B,所述增稠剂的型号为R-1005,所述润湿剂为ZLAC。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性环保易脱落油墨,其特征在于:所述油墨的制作方法:采用水性氯化聚丙烯乳液基材,向该乳液中加入少量水性自交联聚丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液和增稠剂来调节粘度,再加入润湿剂以提高混合液印刷时的润湿铺展效果,再加入水性色浆对此混合液进行染色,从而制出易脱落油墨。
4.一种防伪胶带,其特征在于:包括离型剂层、PET膜层、油墨层、压敏胶层,其中,离型剂层、PET膜层、油墨层、压敏胶层依次排列设置,所述油墨层的材料是采用权利要求1-3任意一项所述的油墨。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防伪胶带,其特征在于:所述防伪胶带的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:用普通涂布机在PET膜层的一层附上离型剂;
步骤2:用普通印刷机在PET膜层的另一侧刷有油墨;
步骤3:用普通涂布机在PET膜层刷有油墨的涂上压敏胶。
