Claims (6)
- 필름 원판에 이형 처리제를 도포하는 단계;그라비아 롤을 이용하여 이형 처리제가 도포된 필름에 적어도 하나의 수성 또는 유성 색상 잉크를 사용하여 도안 또는 형상을 인쇄하는 단계;상기 인쇄 단계와 동시에 수행되며, 인쇄된 도안 또는 형상의 위조를 방지하기 위하여 인쇄된 특정 부분에 그라비아 롤을 이용하여 수성 또는 유성 색상 잉크에 멜라틴계 수지가 혼합된 위조 방지 처리제가 인쇄 처리되는 위조 방지 처리 단계; 및상기 위조 방지 처리제가 처리 실시된 면에 접착제를 그라비아 롤을 이용하여 도포하고 건조하는 단계를 포함하고,하나의 색상이 인쇄된 후에 인쇄된 도안 또는 형상의 일부에 위조 방지 처리제가 처리된 후에 새로운 색상이 인쇄되는 방식으로 진행되고,최종의 색상이 인쇄된 후에 인쇄된 도안 또는 형상의 일부에 위조 방지 처리제가 인쇄가 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 위조 방지용 그라비아 열전사 필름 제조 방법.
