Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种织造轨带(Textilbahn),特别是作为造纸机械覆盖(Bespannung)基础的织造轨带,其中此织造轨带含有经纬线(Strukturfaden),并且从宽度方向看至少部分由许多并排排列的分轨带拼接而成,它们在其轨带边缘处相互焊接在一起。其次还涉及一种制造这种织造轨带的方法。
上述这种类型的织造轨带主要用来输送纸带穿过造纸机(GB-A-975 750;EP-A-0 665 329;EP-B-0 464 258)。这种织造轨带在宽度方向看由分轨带构成,分轨带的宽度明显小于织造轨带的最终宽度。分轨带基本上沿织造轨带的纵向延伸,并且通过这样的方法形成,一条或几条分轨带条沿织造轨带纵向并垂直于该方向螺旋形卷绕。

在现有的织造轨带中各个分轨带不仅仅相互搭接地,而且以它们的轨带边缘相互并排地卷绕。为了得到足够的横向牢固性,轨带边缘相互连接。为此建议,轨带边缘缝制、熔合或例如用超声波焊接装置(EP-A-0665329)焊接在一起。另一种选择方案是,轨带边缘设有接缝环,并借助于穿过接缝环的插接金属线建立连接。
在用于连接分轨带的轨带边缘的已知解决方案中有这样的缺点,织造轨带在连接区内的结构与其余区域明显不同,使得例如织造轨带的渗透性不均匀,这对于织造轨带在造纸机中的应用可能有损纸带的质量。特别是当轨带边缘相互缝制在一起时会出现这种情况。缝合线表现为另一种材料,它改变物品的性能。此外剪切强度也不能令人满意。再者,轨带边缘连接的一些推荐方法非常费工。
因此本发明的目的在于:这样地构建开头所述这一类织造轨带分轨带的轨带边缘的连接,使它可以用简单的方法,尤其是机械的方法制造,并且这里也可以设计成这样,使得在连接区内织造轨带的渗透性没有明显的变化。另一个目的在于:提供一种用来建立这种连接的方法和实现这种方法的装置。
按照本发明所述的第一个目的通过这样的方法来解决,使分轨带在其轨带边缘具有伸出的丝线段,它们重叠地相互嵌接,并且在丝线段的重叠区上至少铺放一条连接丝线,并将此连接丝线与伸出的丝线区焊接在一起。也就是说本发明的基本设想是,在各个相邻的轨带边缘上设有相互重叠的丝线段,并在其上面铺放一条连接丝线,然后将它与各条丝线段焊接在一起。由此建立两条轨带边缘的相互连接。其中丝线段和连接丝线可以按这样的密度分布,使得织造轨带的渗透性在轨带边缘区域没有明显的变化。按照本发明的两个轨带边缘的连接也可以用机械的方法进行。因此可以节省时间和费用地建立连接。
在本发明的结构中设想,连接丝线在织造轨带的两面焊接在丝线段上。由此可以达到更高的连接强度。此外这种结构形式特别适合于经纬线按两层相互重叠放置,并且其中两层都形成伸出的丝线段时。
伸出的丝线段可以做成各种不同的样式。例如完全存在这样的可能性,将丝线段做成回环形的。在一种简单的结构形式中它做成横向伸出于轨带边缘的丝线端头,它们在轨带边缘相互并排放置时相互嵌接地重叠在一起,使它们处于同一个平面之内。
为了使织造轨带的特性的不均匀性尽可能小,连接丝线与和它平行分布的经纬线做成一样是合适的。此外连接丝线到与它平行分布的相邻经纬线的距离应该等于这些经纬线相互之间的距离,使得即使在连接区内经线间距也是一个常数。
经纬线最好是织物、针织品、丝网的一部分或者一个薄层之内的衬里等等。此外织造轨带至少可以在一面上设有纤维层,以便赋予它毡子的特性。
原则上存在这样的可能性,织造轨带做成有限长的,其中其端棱可以借助于接缝连接在一起。在这种情况下织造轨带至少部分由许多相互并排的有限长分轨带条构成。作为一种选择方案也可以设想,织造轨带做成回环形的。如GB-A-975 750、EP-A-0 665 329和EP-B-0 464 258中所述,这里分轨带至少部分地由一条或几条分轨带条构成,其中每条分轨带条沿织造轨带的纵向以及螺旋形地垂直于纵向前进卷绕而成。另一种方案中分轨带条也可以做成回环形的,然后并排拼接在一起。

用来实现上述方法的装置具有一个用来铺放至少一条连接丝线在织造轨带分轨带边缘处相互搭接的丝线段上的铺丝装置以及一个用来将连接丝线与丝线段焊接在一起的焊接装置。这种装置原则上可以设计成手动器械。但是为了连接质量,如果设置一个用来产生铺丝装置及焊接装置和织造轨带之间的相对运动的专门的驱动装置更好一些,从而使各个连接丝线的铺放和焊接用机械来实现。
为此例如该装置可以具有一个用来固定安放织造轨带的支座,其中铺丝装置和焊接装置可以相对于它平行移动。但是也可以反过来,铺丝装置和焊接装置固定安装,而设置一个用来使织造轨带在这两个装置上移动的驱动装置。如果织造轨带是回环形的,使它可以张紧在两条辊子之间,特别可以采用这种结构。
焊接装置必须有这个能力,将连接丝线和伸出的丝线段加热到这样的程度,使得在连接点部位产生粘结力。在此例如适合采用超声波焊接装置。
铺丝装置最好有一个贮丝器,连接丝线可以通过铺丝装置自动地从贮丝器中抽出。
在附图中借助于示意表示的实施例对本发明作较详细的说明。其中表示:
图1.用来制造织造轨带的装置的顶视图;
图2.两条分轨带在其轨带边缘区域内的经纬线连同一个焊接装置的透视图;
图3.按图2的布局的侧视图。
图1中所示的装置1具有两根间隔一定距离的辊子2、3,它们各自同方向驱动。一条织带5从贮存辊4上抽出。贮存辊4略微倾斜地放置,并且在抽出时沿箭头A方向移动。由此织带5螺旋形地卷绕在两个辊子2、3上,直至达到希望的宽度为止。这也可以多层地进行,只要贮存辊4在到达最终宽度后重新退回,其中运行角度相应地协调。其细节可以在EP-A-0 665 329和EP-B-0 464 258中得到。根据贮存辊4抽出速度和横向运动速度比的不同各个分轨带(例如用6表示)相互重叠,或者它们的轨带边缘相互并排排列。两者也可以相互组合,如在EP-B-0 464 258中不同的实施例所表示的那样。
图2表示两个相邻的分轨带6、7的局部放大视图,它们由织带5通过贮存辊4的抽出相互并排排列。分轨带6、7分别由纬线(例如用8或9表示)组成,纬线整体形成一个纬线束。它上面按均匀的间距铺放经线(例如用10或11表示),它们整体形成一个经线束。纬线8、9和经线10、11在其交叉点处相互连接,例如通过焊接、粘接等等。它们由如用于造纸机输送带中的那样的热塑性塑料制成,例如聚酰胺、聚酯等等。它们可以做成单丝或复丝。
分轨带6、7具有轨带边缘12、13,它们用虚线画出。纬线8、9伸出于轨带边缘12、13,并在那里形成丝线段(例如用14或15表示),其中一个分轨带6、7的丝线段14或15分别嵌入另一个分轨带6或7的丝线段14或1 5之间的空隙内,使得丝线段14、15从经线10、11的方向看相互重叠。分轨带6、7相互错开半个两条相邻纬线8和9之间的中心距,使它们像拉链一样相互嵌入。
在丝线段14、15上铺放一条与经丝10、11平行的连接丝16,并与丝线段14、15焊接在一起。为此装置1在两个辊子2、3之间的适当部位上具有一个连接装置17。连接装置17具有一个底面的支承梁18,它平行于辊子2、3延伸,并支承分轨带6、7。在支承梁18的上方装有一个普通的超声波焊接装置19,连接丝16穿过这个超声波焊接装置。连接丝通过超声波焊接装置19加热到这样高的程度,使它部分地塑化,使它粘结或附着在丝线段14、15上。
在超声波焊接装置19之前有一个带铺丝滚轮21和这里没有详细画出来的连接丝16的贮存器的铺丝装置20。连接丝16从这个贮存器通过铺丝滚轮21压在丝线段14、15上,接着通过在超声波焊接装置内19的塑化与丝线段14、15连接在一起,用这种方法形成两个分轨带6、7之间牢固的连接。
丝线段14、15的搭接并非一定要像图2中所见的那样建立不可。也可以设想,每两条纬丝8、9形成伸出的丝线段14、15,分轨带6、7相互错开两个丝线段14、15之间的中心距的一半。由此丝线段14、15的密度减小到纬线8、9的密度。
另一种可能性是,分轨带6、7相互之间不错开,而是每第二条纬丝8、9交替地设有一伸出的丝线段,使纬丝8、9的端侧面相互之间只隔很小的距离。在这种情况下丝线段14、15的密度也相当于纬丝8、9的密度。
如由图2可见,轨带边缘12、13的距离这样地选择,使得连接丝16到相邻经丝10、11的距离与经丝10、11相互之间的距离相同。因此即使在加上连接丝以后在轨带边缘12、13区域内经丝10、11的密密也保持不变。
在按上述方法建立连接以后分轨带6、7铺上一层粘合纤维网(Faservlies),并将它与丝网缝在一起。这里也可以用类似的方法将粘合纤维网条状地铺上,就像图1中用织带5所表示的那样。
Claims (27)
1.织造轨带,特别是用作造纸机覆盖基础的织造轨带,其中织造轨带含有经纬线(8、9、10、11),并且在宽度方向看至少部分由许多相互并排的分轨带(6、7)拼接而成,分轨带在其轨带边缘(12、13)处相互焊接在一起,其特征在于:分轨带(6,7)在其轨带边缘(12、13)具有伸出的丝线段(14、15),它们相互重叠地嵌接,在丝线段(14、15)之上至少铺有一条连接丝线(16),它与丝线段(14、15)焊接在一起。
2.按权利要求1的织造轨带,其特征在于:连接丝线在分轨带的两面焊在丝线段上。
3.按权利要求1或2的织造轨带,其特征在于:丝线段(14、15)做成横向伸出轨带边缘(12、13)的丝线端头。
4.按权利要求1或2的织造轨带,其特征在于:丝线段(14、15)和连接丝线(16)以这样的密度分布,使织造轨带的渗透性是均匀的。
5.按权利要求1或2的织造轨带,其特征在于:连接丝线(16)和与它平行分布的经纬线(10、11)相同。
6.按权利要求1或2的织造轨带,其特征在于:连接丝线(16)到与它平行分布的,相邻的经纬线(10、11)的距离等于这些经纬线(10、11)相互之间的距离。
7.按权利要求1或2的织造轨带,其特征在于:经纬线(8、9、10、11)是织物,针织品、丝网或衬里的一部分。
8.按权利要求1或2的织造轨带,其特征在于:织造轨带至少在一面上具有纤维层。
9按权利要求1或2的织造轨带,其特征在于:织造轨带做成回环形的。
10.按权利要求1或2的织造轨带,其特征在于:分轨带由许多同样长的分轨带条构成。
11.按权利要求1或2的织造轨带,其特征在于:分轨带(6,7)至少部分由一个分轨带条(5)构成,它在织造轨带长度方向并沿垂直于长度方向前进地螺旋形卷绕。
12.按权利要求1或2的织造轨带,其特征在于:分轨带条做成回环形的。
13.制造织造轨带的方法,此种织造轨带含有经纬线(8、9、10、11),其中在至少一个方向看织造轨带由许多相互并排的分轨带(6、7)构成,分轨带在其轨带边缘(12、13)部位相互焊接在一起,其特征在于:分轨带(6、7)在其轨带边缘(12、13)处设有伸出的丝线段(14、15),这些丝线段在分轨带(6、7)相互并排放在一起时相互相对搭接在一起,并且在丝线段(14、15)上沿轨带边缘(12、13)至少铺放一根连接丝线(16),连接丝线与丝线段(14、15)相焊接。
14.按权利要求13的方法,其特征在于:连接丝线(16)和丝线段(14、15)超声波焊接。
15.按权利要求13或14的方法,其特征在于:多个连接丝线(16)在铺放时或铺放后立即与丝线段(14、15)焊接在一起。
16.按权利要求13或14的方法,其特征在于:分别有一条连接丝线焊接在织造轨带的上面和下面。
17.按权利要求13或14的方法,其特征在于:丝线段(14、15)和连接丝线(16)以这样的密度相互连接,使得在这一区域渗透性不出现明显变化。
18.按权利要求13或14的方法,其特征在于:丝线段(14、15)做成横向伸出于轨带边缘(12、13)的丝线端头。
19.按权利要求13或14的方法,其特征在于:采用与平行于连接丝线分布的经纬线(10、11)相同的连接丝线(16)。
20.按权利要求13或14的方法,其特征在于:以这样的方法建立轨带边缘(12、13)的连接,使连接丝线(16)到与它平行分布的相邻经纬线(10、11)之间的距离等于这些经纬线(10、11)相互之间的距离。
21.按权利要求13或14的方法,其特征在于:经纬线(8、9、10、11)做成织物、针织品、丝网或衬里的一部分。
22.实现按权利要求13的方法的装置,其特征在于:用来将至少一条连接丝线(16)铺放在织造轨带分轨带(6、7)的轨带边缘(12、13)处的相互搭接的丝线段(14、15)上的铺丝装置(20),以及用来将连接丝线(16)与丝线段(14、15)焊接在一起的焊接装置(19)。
23.按权利要求22的装置,其特征在于:用来产生铺丝装置(20)及焊接装置(19)和织造轨带之间的相对运动的驱动装置。
24.按权利要求22或23的装置,其特征在于:设有用来固定安放织造轨带的支座,并且铺丝装置和焊接装置可以平行于它移动。
25.按权利要求22或23的装置,其特征在于:铺丝装置(20)和焊接装置(19)固定安装,而设有一个用来使织造轨带在这两个装置旁移动的驱动装置。
26.按权利要求22或23的装置,其特征在于:焊接装置做成超声波焊接装置(19)。
27.按权利要求22或23的装置,其特征在于:铺丝装置(20)具有一个贮丝器。
