Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗盆腔炎为主的中药制剂,属于中成药技术领域。本制剂中含有赤芍、白芷、吴茱萸、桂枝、芒硝、花椒等六味中药成分。共打粗粉装一布袋中热敷患处,本制剂还有兼治输卵管炎、卵巢囊肿、不孕痛经、肠粘连、乳腺增生、骨质增生等不同部位所出现的凉、痛、闷、胀均有独特治疗作用,其为外用药。具备制作工艺简单,疗效快无任何毒副作用等特点。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗妇科病为主的外用中成药。特别是盆腔炎、输卵管炎，卵巢囊肿、肠粘连、不孕痛经等腹部所表现的凉、痛、闷、胀等均有特效。
引起妇科病的原因多与寒、湿、瘀、热病理产物有关，而临床上属于热邪致病的病症较少。妇科诸病表现症状归纳于凉、痛、闷、胀四大症状困绕，内服药吸收慢且副作用大，费用高而时间长，这是需要急待解决的难题。
本发明人为解决这一难题，根据脐无皮毛脂肪，屏障功能弱，有利于药物直接渗透病变处和进入血循环，寒湿瘀邪致病凝结如冰，非温不化，非散不通。本发明的主要技术方案是：处方：赤芍、白芷、芒硝、花椒、吴茱萸、桂枝、白酒、食醋方义：方中的赤芍、白芷散瘀消积，消肿止痛，吴茱萸、花椒温中解郁，祛寒除湿；芒硝软坚散结，消散包块；桂枝温经通阴宣通十二经脉。借食醋与白酒加强消积散瘀血，行气血通经络的功能。诸药具祛寒利湿，化瘀行气，使寒湿瘀滞得除，经络畅通的目的。功能：温经化瘀，通络止痛。主治：盆腔炎、输卵管炎、卵巢囊肿、痛经不孕、肠粘连、乳腺增生、骨质增生等。
以下依据本发明中的处方公开二个实施例处方：赤芍150.白芷100.芒硝100.吴茱萸50.花椒50.桂枝50.制法：将上药共打粗粉，装一布袋中。用法：从药袋外面倒入食醋300克，白酒50克，将药粉浸透，放入锅内隔水蒸，水开两分钟把蒸透的药包外用毛布包好，放置腹部或患处热敷，温度下降时外加热水袋加热，每晚一次，每次1小时至汗出更佳，每包药粉用10天，1个月为一个疗程。
处方：赤芍200.白芷130.芒硝150.吴茱萸60.花椒65.桂枝90.制法：将上药共打粗粉，装一布袋中。用法：从药袋外面倒入食醋300克，白酒50克，将药粉浸透，放入锅内隔水蒸，水开两分钟把蒸透的药包外用毛布包好，放置腹部或患处热敷，温度下降时外加热水袋加热，每晚一次，每次1小时至汗出更佳，每包药粉用10天，1个月为一个疗程。临床对比观察病例：
患者张玉香，女，33岁，93年3月16日初诊。婚后六年不孕，下腹凉、痛、坠、胀四症皆有，B超和妇科检查为慢性盆腔炎，右侧卵巢有4×3.4cm囊肿，左侧通水试验通而不畅，经来色黑有块，两乳房胀痛，曾服药300余剂症状稍减。自述中药汤剂现在一闻即吐，辨证适用本中成药，先后使用6个药袋诸症消失，1994年4月来信喜生一子。
王胜利，男，56岁，1994年3月20日初诊，患头晕手麻胀3年，严重时头痛呕吐，不能动弹转脸，X射线检查颈椎5-6节骨质增生，曾服颈复康、骨刺片和牵引按摩均未收效。自热敷了三包本中成药一个月后，原症状消失，X片对比，原骨刺明显缩小，狭窄的椎管亦有明显的改变。

1.一种治疗妇科病的药物组合物，其特征在于以下药物的重量配比，按常规技术制备的组合物的成份及各成份的重量份为：
赤芍150-200. 白芷100-150. 芒硝100-150.
吴茱萸50-80. 花椒50-80. 桂枝50-100.
2.根据权利要求书1的药物组合物，其特征是该药物的成份及各成份的重量份为：
赤芍150. 白芷100. 芒硝100.
吴茱萸50. 花椒50. 桂枝50.
3.根据权利要求书1、2的药物组合物，其特征是所述其制法是赤芍、白芷、芒硝、吴茱萸、花椒、桂枝打成粗粉，可制成药袋。
4.根据权利要求书1、2、3的药物组合物，其特征是所述其用法是用前取适量食醋，白酒将药袋浸透，放锅内隔水蒸。
