Abstract

Description

卷绕轨形材料装置
本发明涉及一种将轨形材料卷绕到卷绕辊的卷绕套筒上并从卷绕辊退卷的装置,具有浮动支承在框架绕水平轴线转动的支承件,至少两绕水平轴转动的并装有驱动装置的卷绕轴(顶尖座套筒)浮动支承在其支承件上。
卷绕辊的卷绕退卷装置的主要问题是由于顶尖座套筒一端敞开并可随意接近,构成卷绕轴芯的卷绕套筒必须推人顶尖套筒并从中抽出。为了保证随意接近性可知顶尖座套简必须浮动地支承在其支承件上以满足随意接近性。但顶尖座套筒的浮动支承可能在卷退卷时造成麻烦,这是由于其支承度不够和其长度上易波动造成的。这种不希望的波动很令人担忧,因为顶尖座套筒很长且很重的卷案子绕辊卷绕时位于顶尖座套筒上的重卷绕辊形成了易波动的弹簧系统。
本发明的目的是提供一种上述类型的卷绕退卷装置,顶尖座套筒上的卷绕辊不存在不希望的波动和振动。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,在支承件上固定支承轴承的横梁,轴承在支承卷绕轴自由端的定位位置和释放位置之间运动。
本发明装置中设置与支承顶尖座套筒固定连接的轴承,顶尖座套筒的自由端支承轴承产生不会引起不希望波动的支承。轴承根据其运动性在支承顶尖座套筒的位置和释放位置之间运动,因此不会影响装置良好的操作性。
根据本发明支承件与两平行卷绕轴的横梁连接,在横梁的自由端上支承摆动的并装有轴承的轴承座。轴承座在卷绕退卷操作时摆动到支承顶尖座套筒的位置并在该位置定位而后被翻开以释放顶尖座套筒。
根据本发明为了定位翻开位置轴承座装有定位装置。定位装置包括气压弹簧,它的缸或活塞杆可操作地与轴承座或横梁连接。由于翻开轴承只在卷绕装置停机时进行,定位装置或气压弹簧确保轴承座定位在翻开位置.
在本发明另一实施方案中支承件通过空支承轴颈支承在框架上,在支承轴颈中支承空轴而在空轴中支承轴,空轴和轴突出于支承件的一端具有链轮或皮带盘,通过它们操作驱动卷绕轴的循环链条或皮带。以这样的简单方式驱动卷绕轴以卷退绕轨形材料。
根据本发明轴和空轴的另一端同样装有链轮以驱动链条或皮带。
支承件的轴颈为其驱动装有链轮。其驱动基本完成了卷绕轴的转换。
根据本发明的优选实施方案,为了将轴承座锁定在支承卷绕轴的位置在横梁上轴向导向的螺杆上设置偏心滚或盘。螺杆可以转过一确定角度以便通过偏心滚或盘对轴承座施加所需的压力。
为了将螺杆转到锁定位置并在该位置锁定,根据本发明螺杆具有驱动杆并可在固定于横梁上的套筒中轴向移动,设置卡口联接以将螺杆定位在锁定位置。

卷绕退卷装置1的机架包括基础框架2,该框架具有两个互相平行的侧件3。侧件3通常与轭型支架4,5连接,在其中自由旋转支承空轴颈6,它的一端与盘形支承件7连接。两卷绕轴(顶尖座套筒)10,11浮动并自由旋转支承在与轴颈6的轴线同心的支承件7及支承8,9上。卷绕轴10,11上用键固定带齿皮带盘12,13,它们通过带齿皮带由带齿皮带盘14,15驱动,带齿皮带盘14,15固定在轴颈6上自由旋转支承的空轴16上和在空轴16中自由旋转支承的轴17上。空轴16和轴17的相对自由端用键固定带齿皮带盘18,19,环绕带齿皮带20,21通过它们由驱动装置(未示出〕驱动。
在支承空轴颈6的支架4,5之间在空轴颈6上用键固定链轮22,链轮22通过链条23由固定在侧件3上的驱动电机24驱动。
在与卷绕轴10,11平行的支承件7上以这样的方式固定突出的横梁25,26,它们的共同中心面27与穿过卷绕轴10,11的轴线的中心面28垂直相交。横梁25,26支承与中心面27对中的轴径29,30,在它们上摆动支承彼此交错的轴承座33,34的轴承曲柄31,32。轴承座33,34装有可拆轴承35,36,如图1所示它们装在卷绕轴10,11的自有段并可从中拆下。为了将轴承座33,34定位在拆卸位置设有气压弹簧38,它的气缸可操作地与横梁25,26连接而它的活塞杆可操地与轴承座33,34连接。
横梁25,26上固定套筒39,在其中穿有可轴向移动的螺杆40。螺杆40的内端具有偏心支承的滚41,它在如图2所示的锁定位置支承在轴承座33,34上并锁定在支承卷绕轴自由端的位置。螺杆40装有径向杆42和驱动把手。此外螺杆40具有径向销43,它在套筒卡口式导向槽44中导向。

Claims (9)

1.将轨形材料卷绕到卷绕辊(45)的卷绕套筒上并从卷绕辊(45)退卷的装置,具有浮动支承在框架(2,3)绕水平轴线转动的支承件(7),至少两绕水平轴转动的并装有驱动装置的卷绕轴(顶尖座套筒)(10,!!)浮动支承在其支承件(7)上,其特征在于,在支承件(7)上固定支承轴承(35,36)的横梁(25,26),轴承(35,36)在支承卷绕轴(10,12)自由端的定位位置和释放位置之间运动。
2.如权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,支承件7与两平行卷绕轴(10,1 1)的横梁(25,26)连接,在横梁的自由端上支承摆动的并装有轴承(35,36)的轴承座(33,34)。
3.  如权利要求1或2的装置,其特征在于,为了定位翻开位置轴承座(33,34)装有定位装置。
4.如权利要求3的装置,其特征在于,定位装置包括气压弹簧(38),它的缸或活塞杆可操作地与轴承座(33,34)或横横梁(25,26)连接。
