Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一个用于存放一根电缆、特别是在吸尘器的电缆卷筒中的电缆的装置,所述装置具有在存放空间的进口侧设置的滚子体,电缆可从所述滚子体之间穿过,并且能进入到备用空间中。
背景技术
EP 063 217 A1公开了这种类型的装置。这种特别适用于安装在吸尘器中的已知的装置具有设置在存放空间的进入侧的旋转滚筒或辊,电缆摩擦连接地夹紧在所述旋转滚筒之间,这样自如地推入到备用空间中,从而使电缆本身在那里铺设在单独的位置中。
发明内容

根据本发明,在本文开头所述的那种类型的装置的情况下,为了完成本任务,本发明提出一种用于存放一根电缆、特别是在吸尘器的电缆卷筒中的电缆的装置,所述装置在绕轴可回转的摆动体上的存放空间的进口侧设置有滚子体,其中有至少一个第一滚子体和至少一个第二滚子体,电缆可从这些滚子体之间穿过,并且可进入到存放空间中,其中,在摆动体上具有至少两个设置在电缆一侧的、并分别支承在轴上的第二滚子体,并且通过在至少一个第二滚子体或至少另外的第二滚子体上对电缆的止挡而引起摆动,摆动体至少具有一个在第一或第二滚子体的侧面设置的支承元件,所述第一和第二滚子体支承在所述支承元件上。
在本发明的一个优选的改进方案中,摆动体是如此设计的:即在一侧的所述滚子体由两个滚子构成,所述滚子分别支承在摆动体中的一根轴上;并且在另一侧的滚子体由一个滚子套筒构成,所述滚子套筒包围着轴,摆动体本身可绕该轴回转。
在本发明的另一种优选的方案中,摆动体是如此设计的,即摆动体至少具有一个在第一或第二滚子的侧面设置的支承元件,所述第一和第二滚子支承在所述支承元件上。
通过按本发明的装置,在把一根电缆收入一个存放空间时,特别是收到一个电缆卷筒上时可以使在卷绕空间中的重叠的电缆卷绷得很紧,这样一方面使得卷绕空间得到最佳利用,另一方面不会在卷绕空间的内部和外部形成对电缆的收进和放出造成干扰的套和结。
按照本发明的装置形成了一个电缆拉紧机构,它通过其有限的进入截面积使处于装置之外的电缆活套解开,而不会使电缆在电缆拉紧机构的范围内夹住。电缆拉紧机构设计为摆动体,它在电缆的进入方向中做摆动运动。所述摆动运动是通过在第一或者第二滚子上对电缆的止挡而引起的,所述滚子按照与摆动体的轴保持一定距离进行设置。摆动体的轴通过一个包围固定轴的滚子套筒而构成。
通过对于所述摆动体的支承,该摆动体和设置在电缆卷筒的卷筒壁上的翻转器一起支持着电缆的摆动运动。
通过摆动运动,各滚子和电缆之间的距离减小到如此程度:电缆沿着滚子以及滚子中的一个套筒进行运动。
为了最好不致引起摆动体太大的摆动而如此选择:第一滚子和第二滚子之间的距离比电缆的直径略微大一些。
通过本发明可以使电缆在电缆卷筒中呈最佳卷绕状态。避免了电缆的打结。当把电缆从电缆卷筒中拉出来时可以用均匀的拉伸力,因而和用于存放电缆的常规装置相比对于电缆的影响更小。

具体实施方式
一个摆动体1(附图1)设置在一个用于存放电缆的装置、特别是用于存放吸尘器电缆卷筒上的电缆的装置的前面,所述摆动体相对于所述装置中的一个固定轴2运动地支承,并且可以沿箭头A方向回转。
摆动体1具有两个支承元件8、9,所述支承元件固定地和一个滚子套筒10连接。滚子套筒10可转动地设置在轴2上。此外,在支承元件8、9之间还可转动地支承滚子11和12。电缆13在滚子套筒10和滚子11、12之间穿过(附图2-4)。摆动体1可以根据电缆13的进入角度具有各种不同的状态,通过这样一种措施使得电缆13均匀地拉紧。
在另一实施例(附图5,6)中示出了一种摆动体14,该摆动体除了一个滚子套筒15外还具有两个上滚子16和17、以及三个下滚子18至20,电缆13在这些滚子之间穿过。摆动体14绕滚子套筒14的固定轴作摆动运动(箭头A)。
Claims (6)
1.用于存放一根在吸尘器的电缆卷筒中的电缆的装置,所述装置在绕轴(2)可回转的摆动体(1)上的存放空间的进口侧设置有滚子体,其中有至少一个第一滚子体和至少一个第二滚子体,电缆可从这些滚子体之间穿过,并且可进入到存放空间中,其特征在于,在摆动体(1)上具有至少两个设置在电缆(13)一侧的、并分别支承在轴上的第二滚子体(11,12),并且通过在至少一个第二滚子体(11)或至少另外的第二滚子体(12)上对电缆的止挡而引起摆动,摆动体(1)至少具有一个在第一或第二滚子体(11,12)的侧面设置的支承元件(8,9),所述第一和第二滚子体(11,12)支承在所述支承元件(8,9)上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,至少两个滚子体(11,12)设置在电缆(13)的与摆动体(1)的轴(2)对置的一侧。
3.按照权利要求1或者2所述的装置,其特征在于,摆动体(1)的轴(2)形成第一滚子体,电缆(13)在该滚子体和至少两个滚子体(11,12)之间运行。
4.按照权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,摆动体(1)的轴(2)由一个滚子套筒(10)包围。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,摆动体(1)具有两个支承元件(8、9),至少两个滚子体(11,12)支承在所述支承元件之间。
6.按照权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,这两个支承元件(8,9)与滚子套筒(10)固定连接。
