Abstract
本发明涉及香料香精的复合贮存技术。香料颗粒由香料微胶囊、复合香料的β-环糊精或其易溶于水的衍生物经壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚粘合,用变性淀粉涂敷。香料微胶囊的液芯是由包含苯乙烯或甲基丙烯酸甲酯刚性支撑组成。本发明公开的香料颗粒能使香料不易挥发,保存时间较长,在洗涤过程中能有控制的散发香味并在衣服洗涤后留香持久。
Description
本发明涉及香精香料工业的复合贮存技术,其产品为香料颗粒。
众所周知,在织物洗涤时把香料传递给织物是相当困难的。表面活性剂与其他碱性洗涤助剂在除去织物上脏物的同时,也给香料附着织物带来很大的困难,特别是那些挥发性和不稳定的香料,在漂洗和干燥过程中难以保持织物香味。另外,由于洗涤剂一般呈碱性,中国国标(GB13171-91)规定I、II类洗衣粉PH值小于10.5,III类洗衣粉PH值小于11,在这种碱性环境中,含醛、酯基团的香料是不稳定的,易于分解、挥发,难以保存。特别是在中国,由于洗衣机普及率不高,手工预洗(刷洗)较普遍,迫切要求提供一种香料用量少,保存时间长,洗涤后留香持久的洗衣粉加香技术。
用微胶囊及环糊精处理织物的方法已经公知,经文献检索,查阅到相关专利数篇:《用于粒状洗涤组合物的香料微囊》(CN1044295A)、《包层的香料颗粒》(CN1054264A),《微囊赋香剂及其制备方法与用途》(CN1073711A),这些在先的织物处理方法,均采用的是单纯的香精微囊或香精吸附剂,在洗涤过程中一旦受到外力挤压、摩擦、剪切时,脆性外壳被挤破,内部香精迅速散发,织物经漂洗、干燥后香味早已丧失贻尽。因此,尽管有上述披露,仍未出现能兼顾手洗和机洗的洗涤方法的香料颗粒,以适应市场需求。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于粒状洗涤剂的香料复合颗粒,产品可较长久保存,同时它既能在洗涤过程中有控制的释放香味,又能在织物洗涤后留香3~5天。
为解决上述任务,本发明是依照下面的原理和技术方案来达到的:鉴于香料能与β-环糊精单体或易溶于水的衍生物复合,采用具有刚性支撑的香料微胶囊,使其在洗涤、干燥过程中保持粒状,使包含的香味被缓释出来;同时采用β-环糊精或易溶于水的衍生物吸附香料,使其在洗涤过程中溶解、解吸,释出香味。本发明涉及的香料颗粒,其特征在于:香料微胶囊、复合香料的β-环糊精或易溶于水的衍生物,经壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚粘合,其组分配合的重量比为香料微胶囊1:β-环糊精或易溶于水的衍生物1~4:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.2~1.0。为了使颗粒度与洗涤剂颗粒相匹配,选用变性淀粉涂敷。掺合涂敷时,变性淀粉与香料微胶囊的重量比为7~15倍。香料微胶囊的液芯为能吸附香料的苯乙烯或甲基丙烯酸甲酯或二者混合物所形成的聚合物,香料的吸附量为聚合物重量的2~10倍,优选为4~7倍。微胶囊的外壳通过控制反应温度及搅拌速度,由明胶-阿拉伯胶凝聚物与适当的醛或其他明胶坚膜剂进行交联后而形成的水不溶性脆性材料构成,微胶囊经流化床干燥后平均粒度介于30~300μm之间,优选为80~220μm,粒子过小不易留存在衣物上,过大则易被肉眼所察觉,微胶囊壳厚为5~50μm,优选为20~30μm。
本发明所用的β-环糊精衍生物包括环糊精碳酸酯类、醚类,或一个或更多个羟基被官能团取代的环糊精衍生物,这些官能团包括:甲基、乙基、羟乙基、羟丙基或乙醚基,以及环糊精单体与其衍生物的任意配比。
本发明提到的香料是指散发气味的物质或可抵消不良气味的物质,可以是任意配比。固体香精必须先用与水不混溶的有机溶剂液化后使用。制作微胶囊的香料是指任何水不溶性(或基本不溶于水的)的物质。
本发明提到的香料颗粒用于粒状洗涤剂中,其重量比占3~15%,优选为5~10%,洗涤剂中必须含有任何在洗涤领域可行的阴离子表面活性剂。本发明中粒状洗涤剂还可以包括以下组合:酶、漂白活化剂、防污垢再沉积剂、织物荧光增白剂、促酶活性剂、螯合剂、抑泡剂、填充剂、杀菌剂、聚乙二醇(分子量为4000~10000万),聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(分子量为8000~15000)。
本发明所述的香料颗粒,其香料微胶囊采用聚合后的苯乙烯或甲基烯酸甲酯或二者混合物作为刚性内核,与无刚性支撑的香料微胶囊相比,在同样的实验条件下,经紫外光谱分析,有刚性内核的香料微胶囊的香料浓度仍保持原微胶囊浓度的33%,而无刚性支撑的香料微胶囊只有5%,在电镜下观察,90%的具刚性支撑的香料微胶囊仍结构完整,而不具有刚性支撑的香料微胶囊只有25%保持结构完整。因为有微胶囊的内核阻挡,使香料的挥发度大为减少,织物虽经漂洗、甩干后微胶囊还能大部分保存下来,从而达到留香持久之效果。同时,由于对香料微胶囊和香料复合的β-环糊精经变性淀粉包埋,使其不直接与碱性物质接触,可使香料的损失大为减少,并且防止微胶囊与粒状洗涤剂因颗粒差异太大造成组分离析,另外还可提高洗衣粉的流动性及防污垢再次沉积的能力。
实施例一:
本发明含香料颗粒的粒状洗涤剂制作如下:

上述粒状洗涤组合物混合后,通过附聚成型设备制成。
香料颗粒是这样制成的:在夹套反应容器内,加入200ml水,96g 11%的白明胶水溶液(PH值为4.75),香料/白油90g(重量比为50/50)中加入10g苯乙烯,升温至40~50℃,搅拌(转速为400rpm)直至得到乳白色的乳化液,然后加入70g PH值为4.75的14%阿拉伯胶水溶液,搅拌5分钟(600rpm),然后放慢搅拌速度至300rpm,搅拌25分钟,加入500ml水后,用冰冷却至1℃~2℃,保持30分钟,加入15%戊二醛1ml或15%的甲醛2ml交联凝胶囊壁,放慢搅拌速度至200rpm,冷却至室温。加入助滤剂过滤后,经流化床干燥器干燥即可。过筛后除去粒度大于250μm的微胶囊。10g香料通过喷雾器用150gβ-环糊精吸收完全后,与80g微胶囊混合均匀,再与800g变性淀粉混合后,喷入30g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,经制粒机制成0.5~1.5mm粒子即可。实例二:本发明含有香料颗粒的洗涤剂制作如下:1.以下组分调成料浆后喷雾干燥:洗涤剂基粉: 重量百分比C12~13烷基苯磺酸钠 13C14~15烷基硫酸钠 5硅酸钠(Na2O∶SiO2=1∶16) 3三聚磷酸钠 18碳酸钠 6聚乙二醇(MW=8000) 2水 8羧甲基纤维素 1椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺 1聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 1荧光增白剂 0.3硫酸钠 平衡至1002.与基粉混合

1.一种洗涤用的香料颗粒。包括香料微胶囊,其特征是:香料微胶囊、复合香料的β-环糊精或其易溶于水的衍生物经壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚粘合;香料微胶囊的液芯为香料与苯乙烯或甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的香料颗粒,其特征是:其组配的重量比为香料微胶囊1:β-环糊精或其衍生物1~4:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.2~1.0。
3.根据权利要求1所述的香料颗粒,其特征是:液芯中香料的吸附量为聚合物重量的2~10倍,优选为4~7倍。
4.根据权利要求1和权利要求2所述的香料颗粒,其特征是:香料微胶囊、复合香料的β-环糊精或其衍生物经变性淀粉涂敷。
