本发明公开了一种云端里抗菌抑菌机制布,包括长绒棉面料层和云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝层,长绒棉面料层和云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝层通过绗缝连接,长绒棉面料层远离石墨烯锦纶长丝层的一侧设有功能层。有益效果:通过采用云端里石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维作为底层面料,该纤维本身就具有良好的抗菌抑菌效果,无需添加其他抗菌材料,同时,通过绗缝连接长绒棉面料层和云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝层,使面料具有双层抗皱、透气舒适的特点,此外,将云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝作为包芯纱,再添加氨纶,在面料里实现1/3的弹性,增加了面料的弹性和舒适度。并且,面料表面可以染任何颜色,底面则实现功能化作用。

本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种云端里抗菌抑菌机制布。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对纺织品的要求也越来越高,不仅要求美观舒适,还要求具有抗菌抑菌等功能。目前市场上的抗菌抑菌面料主要采用化学抗菌剂或纳米银等材料,虽然具有一定的抗菌效果,但存在着抗菌效果持久性差、对人体有潜在危害等问题。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的问题,本发明提出一种云端里抗菌抑菌机制布,以克服现有相关技术所存在的上述技术问题。
为此,本发明采用的具体技术方案如下:
一种云端里抗菌抑菌机制布,包括长绒棉面料层和云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝层,所述长绒棉面料层和所述云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝层通过绗缝连接,所述长绒棉面料层远离所述石墨烯锦纶长丝层的一侧设有功能层,所述云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝层由云端里石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维和氨纶包覆纱交织而成,其中,所述云端里石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维作为包芯纱,包覆所述氨纶包覆纱,所述云端里石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维与长绒棉纱线进行交织,所述功能层包括弹性层、防水层和防褶皱层,所述弹性层位于所述防水层和所述防褶皱层之间,所述弹性层中设有若干均均匀分布的弹性棉球,所述弹性层中设有交叉设置的加强丝,所述防水层远离所述弹性层的一侧设有若干均匀分布的吸水颗粒。
进一步的,所述长绒棉面料层的厚度为0.5-1mm,所述云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝层的厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
进一步的,所述云端里石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维和氨纶包覆纱的交织方式为平纹交织或斜纹交织。
进一步的,所述云端里石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一:制备石墨烯浆液,将颗粒直径≤0.5μm的石墨烯放入研磨机中,加入去离子水和表面处理剂,启动研磨机研磨3-4小时,得到石墨烯浆液;
步骤二:制备石墨烯分散液,将步骤一制得的所述石墨烯浆液放入容器中静置4-5小时,随后取出容器中上半部分浆液作为石墨烯分散液;
步骤三:制备石墨烯锦纶切片,将步骤二制得的所述石墨烯分散液放入反应釜中进行反应,制得石墨烯锦纶切片;
步骤四:制备云端里石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维,将步骤三制得的所述石墨烯锦纶切片进行合成反应,随后在经过离心、干燥得出石墨烯锦纶母粒,将所述石墨烯锦纶母粒通过拉丝工艺制得石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维。
进一步的,步骤一中的所述表面处理剂是长碳链单元醇、长碳链单元酸、低碳多羟基酸、有机胺类表面活性剂、酯类表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂中的一种。
进一步的,所述长碳链单元醇为十八醇和月桂醇中的一种,或为十八醇与月桂醇的混合物。
进一步的,所述所述酯类表面活性剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯中的一种,或邻苯二甲酸二丁酯与邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的混合物。

本发明的有益效果为:通过采用云端里石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维作为底层面料,该纤维本身就具有良好的抗菌抑菌效果,无需添加其他抗菌材料,同时,通过绗缝连接长绒棉面料层和云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝层,使面料具有双层抗皱、透气舒适的特点,此外,将云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝作为包芯纱,再添加氨纶,在面料里实现1/3的弹性,增加了面料的弹性和舒适度。并且,面料表面可以染任何颜色,底面则实现功能化作用,通过设置功能层使得机制布具有防水抗皱及良好的弹性性能,进一步提高其功能性。

综上所述,通过采用云端里石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维作为底层面料,该纤维本身就具有良好的抗菌抑菌效果,无需添加其他抗菌材料,同时,通过绗缝连接长绒棉面料层和云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝层,使面料具有双层抗皱、透气舒适的特点,此外,将云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝作为包芯纱,再添加氨纶,在面料里实现1/3的弹性,增加了面料的弹性和舒适度。并且,面料表面可以染任何颜色,底面则实现功能化作用,通过设置功能层使得机制布具有防水抗皱及良好的弹性性能,进一步提高其功能性。

Claims (10)
1.一种云端里抗菌抑菌机制布,其特征在于,包括长绒棉面料层(1)和云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝层(2),所述长绒棉面料层(1)和所述云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝层(2)通过绗缝连接,所述长绒棉面料层(1)远离所述石墨烯锦纶长丝层(2)的一侧设有功能层(5),所述云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝层(2)由云端里石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维(3)和氨纶包覆纱(4)交织而成,其中,所述云端里石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维(3)作为包芯纱,包覆所述氨纶包覆纱(4),所述云端里石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维(3)与长绒棉纱线进行交织,所述功能层(5)包括弹性层(6)、防水层(7)和防褶皱层(8),所述弹性层(6)位于所述防水层(7)和所述防褶皱层(8)之间,所述弹性层(6)中设有若干均均匀分布的弹性棉球(9),所述弹性层(6)中设有交叉设置的加强丝(10),所述防水层(7)远离所述弹性层(6)的一侧设有若干均匀分布的吸水颗粒(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种云端里抗菌抑菌机制布,其特征在于,所述长绒棉面料层(1)的厚度为0.5-1mm,所述云端里石墨烯锦纶长丝层(2)的厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种云端里抗菌抑菌机制布,其特征在于,所述云端里石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维(3)和氨纶包覆纱(4)的交织方式为平纹交织或斜纹交织。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种云端里抗菌抑菌机制布,其特征在于,所述云端里石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维(3)的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一:制备石墨烯浆液,将颗粒直径≤0.5μm的石墨烯放入研磨机中,加入去离子水和表面处理剂,启动研磨机研磨3-4小时,得到石墨烯浆液;
步骤二:制备石墨烯分散液,将步骤一制得的所述石墨烯浆液放入容器中静置4-5小时,随后取出容器中上半部分浆液作为石墨烯分散液;
步骤三:制备石墨烯锦纶切片,将步骤二制得的所述石墨烯分散液放入反应釜中进行反应,制得石墨烯锦纶切片;
步骤四:制备云端里石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维,将步骤三制得的所述石墨烯锦纶切片进行合成反应,随后在经过离心、干燥得出石墨烯锦纶母粒,将所述石墨烯锦纶母粒通过拉丝工艺制得石墨烯锦纶110d×68f纤维。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种云端里抗菌抑菌机制布,其特征在于,步骤一中的所述表面处理剂是长碳链单元醇、长碳链单元酸、低碳多羟基酸、有机胺类表面活性剂、酯类表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂中的一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种云端里抗菌抑菌机制布,其特征在于,所述长碳链单元醇为十八醇和月桂醇中的一种,或为十八醇与月桂醇的混合物。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种云端里抗菌抑菌机制布,其特征在于,所述所述酯类表面活性剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯中的一种,或邻苯二甲酸二丁酯与邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的混合物。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种云端里抗菌抑菌机制布,其特征在于,步骤一中的所述研磨机速率为200~300r/min,所述研磨机中研磨介质为直径0.5~5mm的无机磨球,所述无机磨球的材质为无机石英、锆或氧化铝。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种云端里抗菌抑菌机制布,其特征在于,步骤四中所述合成反应温度为45-55°C,所述合成反应时间为1.5-3小时。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种云端里抗菌抑菌机制布,其特征在于,步骤四中所述干燥温度为90~150°C。
