Abstract
本发明涉及一种从山楂核提取消毒杀菌剂的方法,其特征在于将山楂核经清洗沥水进行干馏得到液体,经沉淀分离出半成品,然后再经过多段精馏,得到成品液,再用活性炭脱色呈微黄或无色透明的水溶液产品,该方法,简单,其产品具有较强的抗菌活性,适用了体外皮肤的杀菌,是一种纯天然植物制剂,无毒、无副作用。
Description
本发明涉及一种从山楂核中提取消毒杀菌剂的方法。
山楂,包括山里红,是蔷微科植物,它的果肉具有丰富的营养和药用成份,而分离的山楂核作为一种废料而丢弃,实际山楂核用于治疗食积疝气难产等疾病,而用于提取杀菌消毒液尚未见报导。
本发明的目的正是为了开发利用山楂核的药用价值而提供一种提取消毒杀菌剂的方法,从而不仅变废为宝,也为人类开发一种天然植物消毒杀菌剂。
本发明的目的是通过下列技术方案实现的:
从山楂核提取消毒杀菌剂的方法,其特征在于它由下列步骤组成:
a)将收购的山楂核经清洗沥水后装入干馏容器内,加热至90-110℃进行干馏,蒸汽冷凝收集液体;
b)当无液体流出后提高加热温度至200-300℃,保温3-4小时,继续干馏,蒸汽冷凝收集液体,直至无液体流出,停止加热,降温出渣尾弃;
c)将(a)、(b)两项液体混合沉淀40-60小时,分离上层枣红色水状物,即为半成品,与底层黑色有光泽的油状粘稠体分离;
d)再将(C)项半成品加入蒸馏罐中加热蒸馏,至少六段以上的精馏,精馏温度为90-98℃,蒸汽冷凝成液体尾弃,收集黄色无油水性溶液即为成品液;
e)成品液加活性炭进行脱色,其配比为成品液与活性炭比为:30∶1-2;
f)产品检验,包装入库。
检验方法:在产品液中加入等体积的乙醇,再与等体积的稀氢氧化钠混合,滴入三氯化铁溶液,立即呈赭红色沉淀,放置后呈兰色。
检验方法:在成品液中滴入溴水,产生白色沉淀。
用上述提取方法,制得的消毒杀菌剂经分析测定主要含有苯酚、熊果酸、齐墩果酸、延胡素酸,琥珀酸等具有杀菌功能的组份,经过化学归一法算得,其中各组份含量为:
苯酚20-25%,熊果酸1-3%,齐墩果酸2-4%,延胡素酸2-3%,琥珀酸2-3%,对苯二酚10-15%,3·5-二甲基-1H-吡唑25-30%,2-呋喃甲醛20-25%,水0.01-0.02%,其它1-3%,PH值2-3,比重0.988-1.100g/ml。
本方法提取的产品经过北京市药物分析研究所进行体外抗菌活性试验,其结果如下:
本产品定名为消毒杀菌剂,按不同配比浓度分五个样品各稀释五倍与一个空白液对照,试验菌株为:①金黄色葡萄球菌,②绿浓杆菌,③大肠杆菌,均购自中国药品生物制品检定所。
培养基:①普通琼脂斜面培养基,②普通肉汤培养基,③II号PH6.5培养基三种。
试验方法:
将上述3种菌株分别自普通琼脂斜面培养基上的菌苔上取一白金耳,接种于4ml普通肉汤培养基中,置37℃孵箱中培养18-24小时,取出备用。
取上述3种菌液适量,在适宜的温度下分别加热到II号PH6.5培养基中制成含菌浓度均为1%的带菌培养基,摇匀,备用。
取无菌双碟12付,每种试验菌4付,在适宜的温度及半无菌条件下分别注入上述带菌培养基20ml摇匀,待培养基凝固后,放钢管点样,置37℃孵箱中培养16-18小时,取出,测量抑菌圈直径。
试验结果见表1

本发明的方法提取的消毒杀菌剂适用于人体皮肤及物表和空气的杀菌,消毒。
本发明技术具有如下优点及效果:
a)提取方法简单,产品具有杀菌功能,属于纯天然植物提取液,无毒无副作用;
b)产品用量少,效果显著。
c)原料来源广,而且废物利用,变废为宝。
实施例1:
将收购的80kg山楂核,用水清洗后沥水,装入100立升的干馏罐中加热至90℃±5,进行干馏,产生的蒸汽经冷凝后收集液体,再提高温度300℃±5,保温3小时后,继续干馏得到液体,两次液体合并后静止沉淀60小时,分出上层枣红色水状物半成品5kg,分离罐底的黑色有光泽的油状粘稠体,将半成品精馏,其温度90-92℃,其蒸汽进行八段精馏冷凝收集黄色无油水性溶液体为成品3.5kg,加入活性炭120g,脱色后成产品,检验装瓶包装。
实施例2:
将收购的90kg山楂核,用水清洗后沥水,装入100立升的干馏罐中加热至100℃±5,进行干馏,产生的蒸汽经冷凝后收集液体,再提高温度250℃±5,保温3.5小时后,继续干馏得到液体,两次液体合并后静止沉淀50小时,分出上层枣红色水状物半成品5.6kg,分离罐底的黑色有光泽的油状粘稠体,将半成品精馏,其温度92-94℃,其蒸汽进行七段精馏冷凝收集黄色无油水性溶液体为成品3.92kg,加入活性炭260g,脱色后成产品,检验装瓶包装。
实施例3:
将收购的80kg山楂核,用水清洗后沥水,装入100立升的干馏罐中加热至110℃±5,进行干馏,产生的蒸汽经冷凝后收集液体,再提高温度200℃±5,保温4小时后,继续干馏得到液体,两次液体合并后静止沉淀40小时,分出上层枣红色水状物半成品5kg,分离罐底的黑色有光泽的油状粘稠体,将半成品精馏,其温度96-98℃,其蒸汽进行六段精馏冷凝收集黄色无油水性溶液体为成品3.6kg,加入活性炭125g,脱色后成产品,检验装瓶包装。
Claims (3)
1、从山楂核提取消毒杀菌剂的方法,其特征在于它由下列步骤组成:
a)将收购的山楂核经清洗沥水后装入干馏容器内,加热至90-110℃进行干馏,蒸汽冷凝收集液体;
b)当无液体流出后提高加热温度至200-300℃,保温3-4小时,继续干馏,蒸汽冷凝收集液体,直至无液体流出,停止加热,降温出渣尾弃;
c)将(a)、(b)两项液体混合沉淀40-60小时,分离上层枣红色水状物,即为半成品,与底层黑色有光泽的油状粘稠体分离;
d)再将(C)项半成品加入蒸馏罐中加热蒸馏,至少六段以上的精馏,,精馏温度为90-98℃,蒸汽冷凝成液体尾弃,收集黄色无油水性溶液即为成品液;
e)成品液加活性炭进行脱色,其配比为成品液与活性炭比为:30∶1-2;
f)产品检验,包装入库。
2、根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于检验方法:在产品液中加入等体积的乙醇,再与等体积的稀氢氧化钠混合,滴入三氯化铁溶液,立即呈赭红色沉淀,放置后呈兰色。
3、根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于检验方法:在成品液中滴入溴水,产生白色沉淀。
