本发明涉及建筑材料,是一种主要用于框架结构的轻质砖。
背景技术
建筑业使用的轻质板、轻质砖品种较多,它们具有某些优点,但是由于用途不同都存在不足:已有的轻质砖,有些原料中含有粘土,由于国家已明令禁止使用粘土,所以其产品不能使用;另有一种无机矿轻质砖,由于使用沸石、淬渣、砂石等材料制成空芯砖,所以轻质砖的强度达不到国家规定的抗压标准。总之,已有的各种轻质砖,由于其原料及配比的差异,其产品质量达不到国家规定的建筑行业使用的标准,不能用于框架结构的填充外墙。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种轻质砖,它主要用于框架结构的填充墙,也可以用于框架结构的填充外墙,与已有砖的规格相同,可达到国家规定的建筑行业使用的各项技术指标。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:它的原料重量份是,水泥50-68份、粉煤灰20-40份、珍珠岩10-15份、水玻璃2-4份。
所述的一种轻质砖,它的原料重量份是,水泥55-65份、粉煤灰25-35份、珍珠岩10-12份、水玻璃2-4份。
所述的一种轻质砖,它的原料重量份是,水泥56、粉煤灰28份、珍珠岩12份、水玻璃4份。
所述的一种轻质砖,它的原料重量份是,水泥57、粉煤灰30份、珍珠岩11份、水玻璃2份。
本发明的轻质砖,经过大量试验得出,由于原料品种少,所以取材容易,并能保证产品质量,由于其各原料的配比合理,使组合后的轻质砖与普通粘土砖的规格相同的情况下,保持了砖的重量轻、保温性能好的特点,与已有的各种轻质砖相比,节约能源、保护环境,各原料结合牢固,强度提高一倍以上,各项指标均达到国家规定的建筑行业要求的标准。
具体实施方式
本发明轻质砖通常为两种规格:240mm×115mm×53mm,或240mm×90mm×53mm,砖的原料配比可以采用以下各种方案:
1、水泥50份、粉煤灰38份、珍珠岩10份、水玻璃2份。
2、水泥52份、粉煤灰34份、珍珠岩12份、水玻璃2份。
3、水泥54份、粉煤灰28份、珍珠岩14份、水玻璃4份。
4、水泥56份、粉煤灰30份、珍珠岩12份、水玻璃2份。
5、水泥68份、粉煤灰20份、珍珠岩10份、水玻璃2份。
6、水泥60份、粉煤灰22份、珍珠岩15份、水玻璃3份。
7、水泥60份、粉煤灰25份、珍珠岩13份、水玻璃2份。
本发明的制造方法与公知轻质砖的制造方法相同。

1、一种轻质砖,其特征在于:它的原料重量份是,水泥50-68份、粉煤灰20-40份、珍珠岩10-15份、水玻璃2-4份。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质砖,其特征在于:它的原料重量份是,水泥55-65份、粉煤灰25-35份、珍珠岩10-12份、水玻璃2-4份。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质砖,其特征在于:它的原料重量份是,水泥56、粉煤灰28份、珍珠岩12份、水玻璃4份。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质砖,其特征在于:它的原料重量份是,水泥57份、粉煤灰30份、珍珠岩11份、水玻璃2份。
