本发明提供一种具有耐磨效果的有机硅改性聚氨酯及其制备方法与应用,所述有机硅改性聚氨酯由包含以下组分的体系反应得到:(a)至少具有两个异氰酸酯基的多异氰酸酯;(b)聚合物多元醇混合物,其包括聚乳酸多元醇和含羟基有机硅预聚体;(c)扩链剂;(d)具有长碳链烃基的封端剂,其至少具有一种异氰酸酯基团反应性基团。本发明通过将在聚氨酯中引入具有结晶性的聚乳酸链段、有机硅链段和长碳链烃基得到了兼具耐磨性、增韧性、力学性能和手感的有机硅改性聚氨酯,该有机硅改性聚氨酯与大多数塑料具有良好的相容性,将其加入到塑料中可以明显提高塑料的耐磨性、韧性、疏水性和手感。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于塑料添加助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种具有耐磨效果的有机硅改性聚氨酯及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
耐磨剂是一种能够提高材料表面的耐磨损性能,防止材料表面刮擦,并且可以降低材料间的摩擦的塑料添加助剂。目前常用的耐磨助剂主要有二硫化钼、石墨、玻璃纤维、碳纤维、聚四氟乙烯、硅油等,其中二硫化钼主要用于增加尼龙材料的的结晶度,主要用于尼龙塑料,应用范围具有局限性;石墨具有独特的网状结构使其可以在很小的摩擦力上可以互相滑动,但是这种耐磨性质在有水的环境中尤为重要;玻璃纤维通过补强提高热塑性塑料的耐磨性,聚四氟乙烯和硅油可以降低塑料的摩擦系数从而提高塑料的耐磨性,但是上述的二硫化钼、石墨、玻璃纤维等无机耐磨剂大多会影响塑料的韧性和手感,而聚四氟乙烯和硅油则会影响塑料的强度和机械性能。
因此,开发一种具有耐磨性,不会影响塑料的韧性和机械强度的耐磨材料,是本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有耐磨效果的有机硅改性聚氨酯及其制备方法与应用,通过将在聚氨酯中引入具有结晶性的聚乳酸链段、有机硅链段和长碳链烃基得到了兼具耐磨性、增韧性、力学性能和手感的有机硅改性聚氨酯,该有机硅改性聚氨酯与大多数塑料具有良好的相容性,将其加入到塑料中可以明显提高塑料的耐磨性、韧性、疏水性和手感。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明提供一种有机硅改性聚氨酯,所述有机硅改性聚氨酯由包含以下组分的反应体系反应得到:
(a)至少具有两个异氰酸酯基的多异氰酸酯;
(b)聚合物多元醇混合物,其包括聚乳酸多元醇和含羟基有机硅预聚体;
(c)扩链剂;
(d)具有长碳链烃基的封端剂,其至少具有一种异氰酸酯基团反应性基团。
优选地,所述反应体系中的异氰酸酯基团与羟基基团之间的摩尔比为1.02-1.2。
优选地,所述组分(b)中聚乳酸多元醇与含羟基有机聚硅氧烷预聚物之间的质量比为(5~7):(3~5);其中,5~7可以为5.5、6、6.5等;3~5可以为3.5、4、4.5等。
示例性地,所述多异氰酸酯包括异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷-4,4'-二异氰酸酯、1,6-亚己基二异氰酸酯、1,4-四亚甲基二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体、二甲苯二异氰酸酯、4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯等中的一种或两种以上。
优选地,以所述反应体系的总重量为100重量份计,所述组分(d)具有长碳链烃基的封端剂的加入量为1~15重量份;例如可以为2重量份、3重量份、4重量份、5重量份、6重量份、7重量份、8重量份、9重量份、10重量份、11重量份、12重量份、13重量份、14重量份等。
优选地,以所述反应体系的总重量为100重量份计,所述组分(c)扩链剂的加入量为1~5重量份。
优选地,所述组分(d)具有长碳链烃基的封端剂为长碳链单官能度胺化合物。
优选地,所述组分(d)具有长碳链烃基的封端剂包括碳数为15~22的脂肪族伯胺;例如碳数可以为16、17、18、19、20、21等。
上述有长碳链烃基的封端剂可列举出十五胺、十六胺、十七胺、十八胺、十九胺、二十胺、二十一胺、二十二胺等中的一种或两种以上。
优选地,所述组分(d)包括双羟基扩链剂和/或三羟基扩链剂。
优选地,所述双羟基扩链剂包括乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇、甘油、三羟甲基丙烷、二甘醇、三甘醇、新戊二醇中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述聚乳酸多元醇的分子量为1000~2000g/mol。
优选地,所述含羟基有机聚硅氧烷预聚体包括双端单羟基有机硅预聚体和/或单端双羟基有机硅预聚体。
上述含羟基有机聚硅氧烷预聚体可按照本领域公知的方法进行制备,也可以购买市售产品。
优选地,所述含羟基有机聚硅氧烷预聚体的粘度为15~100cps。
第二方明,本发明提供一种上述的有机硅改性聚氨酯的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1.使组分(a)至少具有两个异氰酸酯基的多异氰酸酯和组分(b)聚合物多元醇混合物进行反应获得预聚物;
S2.使所述预聚物和组分(c)扩链剂进行扩链反应后,再与组分(d)封端剂进行反应后,进行冷却、结晶,获得所述有机硅改性聚氨酯。
优选地,步骤S1中,所述反应的温度为70~80℃;反应的时间为3~5h;
优选地,所述步骤S1中还包括催化剂;
优选地,步骤S2中,所述反应的时间为1~3h。
优选地,所述催化剂包括有机锡催化剂、有机铋催化剂等。
优选地,以步骤S1中的原料的总重量为100重量份计,所述催化剂的加入量为0.01-2重量份。
优选地,可根据实际的反应情况加入适量的有机溶剂进行稀释,所述有机溶剂可以列举出丙酮、丁酮、乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯、甲苯、二甲苯等有机溶剂。
第三方面,本发明提供一种上述的有机硅改性聚氨酯在塑料产品中的应用。
第四方面,本发明提供一种耐磨剂,所述耐磨剂包括上述的有机硅改性聚氨酯或根据上述的制备方法制备得到的有机硅改性聚氨酯。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明通过以多异氰酸酯、聚合物多元醇混合物(其包括聚乳酸多元醇和含羟基有机硅预聚体)、具有长碳链烃基的封端剂以及扩链剂为主要制备原料,制备得到了具有耐磨效果的有机硅改性聚氨酯,其具有的有机硅链段有向表面富集的倾向,较低的极性可以降低摩擦系数,而聚乳酸多元醇具有的极佳的结晶性,加上链段末端的长碳链烃基带来的润滑性,共同赋予了树脂极佳的耐磨性。同时,该具有耐磨效果的有机硅改性聚氨酯不仅具有氨基酸酯基极性基团,还具有长碳链烃非极性基团,与大多数的高分子树脂具有极佳的相容性,加入至高分子树脂中可以赋予高分子树脂极佳的耐磨性、韧性和手感,可以适用于大多数的高分子树脂产品。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。本领域技术人员应该明了,所述实施例仅仅是帮助理解本发明,不应视为对本发明的具体限制。
除非特别说明,本发明采用的试剂、方法和设备为本技术领域常规试剂、方法和设备。另外,关于本说明书中的“份”、“%”,除非特别说明,分别表示“质量份”、“质量%”。
实施例1
一种有机硅改性聚氨酯,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)在具有搅拌机、回流冷凝管和温度计的反应釜中,投入50g经脱水处理的聚乳酸多元醇(丰原生物,PLA1000)、50g双端单羟基有机硅预聚体(广州市斯洛柯,silok 8812)和40g 4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI),加入0.05g有机铋催化剂后,升温至80℃,保温反应3h,得到预聚物;
(2)将0.9g乙二醇和0.6g三羟甲基丙烷加入到上述的预聚物中,继续反应2h后,加入12g十八胺进行封端,结束反应,降温、结晶,得到白色固体状的有机硅改性聚氨酯。
实施例2
一种有机硅改性聚氨酯,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)在具有搅拌机、回流冷凝管和温度计的反应釜中,投入60g经脱水处理的聚乳酸多元醇(PLA2000)、40g双端单羟基有机硅预聚体(silok 8812)和35g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI),加入0.1g有机铋催化剂后,升温至75℃,保温反应3.5h,得到预聚物;
(2)将2.3g丁二醇和1g三羟甲基丙烷加入到上述的预聚物中,继续反应1.5h后,加入9g十五胺进行封端,结束反应,降温、结晶,得到白色固体状的有机硅改性聚氨酯。
实施例3
一种有机硅改性聚氨酯,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)在具有搅拌机、回流冷凝管和温度计的反应釜中,投入70g经脱水处理的聚乳酸多元醇(PLA1000)、30g双端单羟基有机硅预聚体(silok 8812)和45g二苯基甲烷-4,4'-二异氰酸酯(MDI),加入1g有机铋催化剂后,升温至80℃,保温反应3h,得到预聚物;
(2)将4g丙二醇和0.5g丙三醇加入到上述的预聚物中,继续反应2h后,加入7.5g十九胺进行封端,结束反应,降温、结晶,得到白色固体状的有机硅改性聚氨酯。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的区别只在于:将正十八胺替换为同等摩尔量的正十一胺。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1的区别只在于:保持预聚物中R值(nNCO:nOH)不变的情况下,将聚乳酸多元醇(PLA1000)和双端单羟基有机硅预聚体(silok 8812)的质量比由50:50变更为10:90。
实施例6
本实施例与实施例1的区别只在于:保持预聚物中R值(nNCO:nOH)不变的情况下,将聚乳酸多元醇(PLA1000)和双端单羟基有机硅预聚体(silok 8812)的质量比由50:50变更为90:10。
对比例1
一种有机硅改性聚氨酯,其与实施例1的区别在于:保持预聚物中R值(nNCO:nOH)不变的情况下,不添加聚乳酸多元醇,其他原料、参数和步骤均与实施例1相同。
对比例2
一种有机硅改性聚氨酯,其与实施例1的区别在于:保持预聚物中R值(nNCO:nOH)不变的情况下,不添加双端单羟基有机硅预聚体,其他原料、用量、参数和步骤均与实施例1相同。
对比例3
一种有机硅改性聚氨酯,其与实施例1的区别在于:将十八胺替换为同等摩尔量的丁胺,其他原料、用量、参数和步骤均与实施例1相同。
应用例1~6、对比应用例1~3
一种耐磨TPU,包括5g耐磨剂、100g聚酯型TPU和0.5g抗氧剂1010。
上述耐磨剂为实施例1~6及对比例1~3得到的有机硅改性聚氨酯。
性能测试:
将实施例1~6和对比例1~3得到的有机硅改性聚氨酯进行粉碎得到有机硅改性聚氨酯粉体,将5g上述有机硅改性聚氨酯粉体、100g聚酯型TPU和0.5g抗氧剂1010进行混合后,采用双螺杆挤出机进行挤出、冷却、造粒,得到塑料产品;将该塑料产品按照下述标准制样和测试,并以未加入为空白进行对比,其测试性能如表1所示。
(1)耐磨测试:按照标准ASTM D5963进行测试;并以立方毫米为单位的体积损失的耐磨指数表示耐磨性,体积损失的数值越小表示耐磨性越好,而耐磨指数数值越小表明耐磨性越差。
(2)抗张强度:按照标准ASTM D412进行测试。
(3)伸长率:按照标准ASTM D412进行测试。

根据表1数据可以看出:本发明实施例得到的具有耐磨效果的有机硅改性聚氨酯应用于TPU高分子材料中,可显著提高TPU的耐磨性,并且与TPU高分子材料具有良好的相容性,将其用作耐磨剂可以显著提高TPU的耐磨性,并且对TPU的力学性能影响较少。
其中,当组分中聚乳酸多元醇与含羟基有机聚硅氧烷预聚物之间的质量比为(5~7):(3~5)时,该有机硅改性聚氨酯可获得最佳的综合性能。
申请人声明,本发明通过上述实施例来说明一种具有耐磨效果的有机硅改性聚氨酯及其制备方法与应用,但本发明并不局限于上述实施例,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述实施例才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明产品各原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。
Claims (16)
1.一种耐磨剂用有机硅改性聚氨酯,其特征在于,所述有机硅改性聚氨酯由包含以下组分的反应体系反应得到:
(a)至少具有两个异氰酸酯基的多异氰酸酯;
(b)聚合物多元醇混合物,其由聚乳酸多元醇和含羟基有机硅预聚体组成;
(c)扩链剂;
(d)具有长碳链烃基的封端剂,其至少具有一种异氰酸酯基团反应性基团;
所述组分(d)具有长碳链烃基的封端剂为长碳链单官能度胺化合物;
所述组分(b)中聚乳酸多元醇与含羟基有机聚硅氧烷预聚物之间的质量比为(5~7):(3~5);
以所述反应体系的总重量为100重量份计,所述组分(d)具有长碳链烃基的封端剂的加入量为7.5~15重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有机硅改性聚氨酯,其特征在于,所述反应体系中的异氰酸酯基团与羟基基团之间的摩尔比为1.02~1.2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的有机硅改性聚氨酯,其特征在于,以所述反应体系的总重量为100重量份计,所述组分(c)扩链剂的加入量为1~5重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的有机硅改性聚氨酯,其特征在于,所述组分(d)具有长碳链烃基的封端剂包括碳数为15~22的脂肪族伯胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的有机硅改性聚氨酯,其特征在于,所述组分(c)包括双羟基扩链剂和/或三羟基扩链剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的有机硅改性聚氨酯,其特征在于,所述聚乳酸多元醇的分子量为1000~2000g/mol。
7.根据权利要求1所述的有机硅改性聚氨酯,其特征在于,所述含羟基有机聚硅氧烷预聚体包括双端单羟基有机硅预聚体和/或单端双羟基有机硅预聚体。
8.根据权利要求1所述的有机硅改性聚氨酯,其特征在于,所述含羟基有机聚硅氧烷预聚体的粘度为15~100cps。
9.如权利要求1-8任一项所述的有机硅改性聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1.使组分(a)至少具有两个异氰酸酯基的多异氰酸酯和组分(b)聚合物多元醇混合物进行反应获得预聚物;
S2.使所述预聚物和组分(c)扩链剂进行扩链反应后,再与组分(d)封端剂进行反应后,进行冷却、结晶,获得所述有机硅改性聚氨酯。
10.根据权利要求9所述的有机硅改性聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述反应的温度为70~80℃;反应的时间为3~5h。
11.根据权利要求9所述的有机硅改性聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中还包括催化剂。
12.根据权利要求9所述的有机硅改性聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述反应的时间为1~3h。
13.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的有机硅改性聚氨酯或者按照权利要求9-12任一项所述的制备方法制备得到的有机硅改性聚氨酯在塑料产品中的应用。
14.一种耐磨剂,其特征在于,所述耐磨剂包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的有机硅改性聚氨酯或者根据权利要求9-12任一项所述的制备方法制备得到的有机硅改性聚氨酯。
15.一种改性TPU,其特征在于,包括热塑性聚氨酯弹性体和耐磨剂,所述耐磨剂包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的有机硅改性聚氨酯或根据权利要求9-12任一项所述的制备方法制备得到的有机硅改性聚氨酯。
16.根据权利要求15所述的改性TPU,其特征在于,以改性TPU的重量份数为100份计,包括100份热塑性聚氨酯弹性体和2-15份耐磨剂。
