Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of industrial cleaning, in particular to an environment-friendly neutral oil-removing rust-preventing three-in-one cleaning agent.
Background
The cleaning of the surface of a metal part is particularly important in the field of pretreatment before coating. In many industries, such as household appliances, automobiles, shipbuilding, machinery, electronics, etc., workpieces are degreased, derusted, cleaned of various common oil stains, lubricants, etc., prior to electroplating, dusting, corrosion protection or other surface treatments.
In the field of coating pretreatment, partial oxide skin is more or less remained on the surface of a metal workpiece due to the influence of a preface impulse welding process, so that the coverage of a coating film in the subsequent coating process is influenced, and the adhesive force and the performance of the coating film are influenced; in the storage and transportation processes of the metal parts before coating, due to the lack of important corrosion prevention treatment, partial corrosion can be generated locally, so that the subsequent phosphating corrosion prevention treatment, paint film coverage and the like are affected. These two points are often removed by an acid pickling rust removal process. The attachments such as greasy dirt, putty, carbon powder, scrap iron and the like on the surface of the metal workpiece can be removed through degreasing and deoiling procedures.
However, the inorganic acid washing used at present has strong acidity, great harm to equipment, operators and coating environment, troublesome wastewater treatment, difficulty in meeting the environmental protection requirement, and usually 5-20min or longer acid washing time, which seriously affects the existing coating production beat; therefore, most coating workshops basically cancel the pickling rust removal process, so that welding beads, oxide scales and the like formed in the process of stamping and welding workpieces and partial slight corrosion and the like generated in the process of partial storage and transportation seriously influence the pretreatment quality, the appearance, adhesive force and the like of a paint film of the subsequent coating, reduce the corrosion resistance of the paint film and have hidden use hazards.
At present, the cleaning process used in the industrial cleaning field mainly comprises the following steps: adding surfactant to remove oil by sodium hydroxide and trisodium phosphate; derusting with nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, sulfamic acid, etc.; passivation with sodium nitrite or chromium oxide. The strong acid and alkali are inconvenient to transport, serious environmental pollution can be caused when the cleaning agent is used, the damage to human bodies is great, the corrosiveness to equipment is strong, and the waste water generated after cleaning is great. Still other modified processes are washing with citric acid or EDTA, but both of which have high COD of the waste water, which causes great trouble in post-treatment, and also require heating to a high temperature during washing, which is very inconvenient to operate.
Some organic weak acid rust remover or neutral rust remover are applied in the market, but the rust removing speed is far from meeting the requirement, and the neutral oil and rust removing cleaning agent formula provided by Chinese patent CN1297646 mainly comprises organic acid, chelating agent, inorganic salt, corrosion inhibitor and the like, but the cleaning time is 6-18 hours, and the conventional coating production beat requirement cannot be completely met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an environment-friendly neutral oil-removing rust-preventing three-in-one cleaning agent, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: an environment-friendly neutral oil-removing rust-preventing three-in-one cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
sodium hydroxide: 1 to 15 percent
Sodium tripolyphosphate: 1 to 20 percent
Sodium gluconate: 5 to 20 percent
Lactic acid: 5 to 30 percent
And (2) a surfactant: 1 to 20 percent
OP-10 compound: 5 to 10 percent
Ammonium molybdate: 0.1 to 5 percent
And (3) rust remover: 1 to 10 percent of
Ethylene glycol: 1 to 15 percent
Malic acid: 0.2 to 0.5 percent
Methyl pyruvic acid: 0.5 to 1.5 percent
Soft water: the balance.
Preferably, the surfactant is an alkyl sulfate and/or linear alkylbenzene sulfonate.
Preferably, the mass percentage of the soft water is controlled to be 30-60%.
Preferably, the PH value of the cleaning agent is 6.8-7.2.
The invention provides a preparation method of an environment-friendly neutral oil-removing rust-preventing three-in-one cleaning agent, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Precisely weighing the components for standby according to the mass proportion of the components of the cleaning agent;
(2) Adding half of soft water into a mixing dispersion barrel, then adding lactic acid, malic acid and methyl pyruvic acid, starting a stirrer to stir slowly, wherein the stirring speed is 250-290 r/min, after stirring for 40-50min, visually observing the mixture to be uniform and transparent, then slowly adding sodium hydroxide, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium gluconate, ammonium molybdate, a rust remover and ethylene glycol into the mixture in a stirring state, adjusting the rotating speed to 320-360 r/min, stirring for 40-50min, simultaneously adding the other half of soft water to control the temperature of a dispersion cylinder to be less than or equal to 50 ℃, finally adding a surfactant and an OP-10 compound, stirring while adding, adjusting the rotating speed to 300-350 r/min, stirring for 30-40min, stirring the solution until the mixture is uniform, and filtering to obtain the three-in-one cleaning agent.
