技术领域
本发明属于非织造布技术领域,具体涉及一种S纹前腰贴非织造布及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
非织造材料具有多孔、质巧、柔软、易成形等众多的特性,在卫生用品领域、服用领域、保温领域等均具有非常广泛的应用,特别是近几年,随着生活水平的提高,科学技术的不断发展,人们对各种非织造材料的要求也越来越高,如人们希望婴幼儿尿不湿和妇女用卫生巾具有更高的热湿舒适性等。
现有的尿不湿一般包括表层、导流层、吸收层、底膜和其他功能部位,市场上销售的尿不湿底膜一般采用PE塑料薄膜,主要用于防止尿液的渗出,起到透气、防水的隔离作用。CN106109103A公开了一种防渗高透气的尿不湿,包括面层、导流层、吸收层、防渗透气非织造布底膜,所述的面层、导流层、吸收层、防渗透气非织造布底膜由下而上依次设置,所述的防渗透气非织造布底膜由防渗高透气纤维层和超柔亲肤纤维层复合而成,所述的防渗高透气纤维层由两层克重为6~12gsm的聚丙烯长丝纤维层中间夹持克重为3~6gsm的超细聚丙烯纤维层组成,该发明还提供了一种防渗高透气的尿不湿的制备工艺,通过制备纤维层、纤维层处理、制备底膜、制备尿不湿得到防渗高透气的尿不湿,该发明提供的尿不湿的所有非织造布全部由高透气的纤维层组成,没有塑料薄膜,能够快速的排除湿、热,同时还具有防渗漏,手感舒适不刺激皮肤、花纹清晰,美观大方的特点;但是,该发明得到的尿不湿的层与层之间的剥离强度较低,且整体的机械性能较差。
因此,开发一种具有较高剥离强度和优异拉伸性能的S纹前腰贴非织造布,是本领域急需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种S纹前腰贴非织造布及其制备方法和应用,所述S纹前腰贴非织造布通过依次设置的表层、中间层和底层,并搭配S纹的设计,使得到的S纹前腰贴非织造布具有较高剥离强度和优异的拉伸性能,适合用于制备婴儿用尿不湿。
为达到此发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明提供一种S纹前腰贴非织造布,所述S纹前腰贴非织造布包括依次设置的表层、中间层和底层;
所述表层和底层的材料均包括第一聚丙烯树脂、弹性体辅料和柔软母粒;
所述中间层的材料包括第二聚丙烯树脂。

(1)将表层的第一聚丙烯树脂、弹性体辅料和柔软母粒进行混合,通过螺杆挤压机进行熔融塑化,过孔挤丝和牵引压制,得到表层;
将中间层的第二聚丙烯树脂通过螺杆挤压机进行熔融塑化,过孔挤丝和牵引压制,得到中间层;
将底层的第一聚丙烯树脂、弹性体辅料和柔软母粒进行混合,通过螺杆挤压机进行熔融塑化,过孔挤丝和牵引压制,得到底层;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的表层、中间层和底层进行热轧复合,冷却成型,得到所述S纹前腰贴非织造布。
具体而言,本发明提供的制备方法首先将表层的第一聚丙烯树脂、弹性体辅料和柔软母粒混合均匀,得到混合料,调整好相关工艺参数后将所述混合料通过螺杆挤压机进行加热熔融塑化,然后将熔体经计量泵的精确计量输送到模头,使熔体均匀的过孔挤丝,经冷却风冷却后进入牵伸器,在牵伸器的负压牵伸作用下压制入牵伸器内,在抽吸风机的辅助作用下形成布面,得到表层;中间层和底层的制备方法参照表层;最后将得到的表层、中间层和底层通过两个已升温完毕的辊筒进行热轧复合,在热轧复合的过程中三层复合在一起并形成S纹,冷却成型后即可得到所述S纹前腰贴非织造布。
优选地,所述热轧复合的温度为148~152℃,例如148.5℃、149℃、149.5℃、150℃、150.5℃、141℃或141.5℃等。
第三方面,本发明提供一种如第一方面所述的S纹前腰贴非织造布在婴儿尿不湿中的应用。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的S纹前腰贴非织造布包括依次设置的表层、中间层和底层,所述表层和底层的材料包括第一聚丙烯树脂、弹性体辅料和柔软母粒,所述中间层的材料包括第二聚丙烯树脂;通过选择上述特定材料组成的表层、中间层和底层进行搭配,并限定S纹的设计,使得到的S纹前腰贴非织造材料各层的纤维多条相互交错排布,进而具有较高剥离强度和优异拉伸性能,适合用于制备婴儿用尿不湿。
(2)具体而言,本发明提供的S纹前腰贴非织造布的克重为54~57gsm,90°剥离平均力为1.74~3.28N/25mm,90°剥离峰力为2N/25mm,横向条状拉伸强力为62~74N/50mm,纵向条状拉伸强力为102~103N/50mm,横向延伸率为129~169%,纵向延伸率为100~127%。

柔软母粒:来源于佛山保乐,牌号SF001。
实施例1~5和对比例1~4
一种S纹前腰贴非织造布,具体包括依次设置的厚度为0.18mm的表层、厚度为0.14mm的中间层和厚度为0.17mm的底层;
其中,各层的具体组分如表1所示,各组分的用量均为“重量份”:

实施例1~5和对比例1~4提供的S纹前腰贴非织造布的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将表层的第一聚丙烯树脂、弹性体辅料和柔软母粒在搅拌的条件下混合均匀,将混合料通过螺杆挤压机在200℃下加热熔融塑化,经计量泵的精确计量输送到专用模头,熔体均匀的过孔挤丝,经冷却风冷却后进入牵伸器,丝在牵纤维在牵伸器的负压牵伸作用下压制入牵伸器内,在抽吸风机的辅助作用下形成布面,得到表层;
将中间层的高溶质聚丙烯树脂和低溶质聚丙烯树脂混合均匀后,将混合料通过螺杆挤压机在210℃下加热熔融塑化,经计量泵的精确计量输送到专用模头,熔体均匀的过孔挤丝,经冷却风冷却后进入牵伸器,丝在牵纤维在牵伸器的负压牵伸作用下压制入牵伸器内,在抽吸风机的辅助作用下形成布面,得到中间层;
将底层的第一聚丙烯树脂、弹性体辅料和柔软母粒在搅拌的条件下混合均匀,将混合料通过螺杆挤压机在220℃下加热熔融塑化,经计量泵的精确计量输送到专用模头,熔体均匀的过孔挤丝,经冷却风冷却后进入牵伸器,丝在牵纤维在牵伸器的负压牵伸作用下压制入牵伸器内,在抽吸风机的辅助作用下形成布面,得到底层;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的表层、中间层和底层通过两个已升温完毕的辊筒在150℃下热轧复合,冷却成型,得到所述S纹前腰贴非织造布。
性能测试:
(1)克重:参考《STD-QA-511》提供的测试方法进行测试;
(2)90°剥离试验:参考《STD-QA-110》提供的测试方法进行测试;
(3)条状拉伸强力、延伸率:参考《STD-QA-513》提供的测试方法进行测试。
按照上述测试方法对实施例1~5和对比例1~4提供的S纹前腰贴非织造布进行测试,测试结果如表2所示:

根据表2数据可以看出:
实施例1~5提供的S纹前腰贴非织造布的克重为54~57gsm,90°剥离平均力为1.74~3.28N/25mm,90°剥离峰力为2N/25mm,横向条状拉伸强力为62~74N/50mm,纵向条状拉伸强力为102~103N/50mm,横向延伸率为129~169%,纵向延伸率为100~127%。
比较实施例1和对比例1~4的数据可以看出,表层的材料中未添加弹性体材料或柔软母粒,以及底层的材料中未添加弹性体材料和柔软母粒,均会导致得到的S纹前腰贴非织造布的粘结性能和延展率发生大幅度降低。
申请人声明,本发明通过上述实施例来说明一种S纹前腰贴非织造布及其制备方法和应用,但本发明并不局限于上述工艺步骤,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述工艺步骤才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明所选用原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种S纹前腰贴非织造布,其特征在于,所述S纹前腰贴非织造布包括依次设置的表层、中间层和底层;
所述表层和底层的材料均包括第一聚丙烯树脂、弹性体辅料和柔软母粒;
所述中间层的材料包括第二聚丙烯树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的S纹前腰贴非织造布,其特征在于,所述表层的材料按照重量份各自独立地包括如下组分:
第一聚丙烯树脂 80~85重量份;
弹性体辅料 10~20重量份;
柔软母粒 2~3重量份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的S纹前腰贴非织造布,其特征在于,所述底层的材料按照重量份包括如下组分:
第一聚丙烯树脂 90~95重量份;
弹性体辅料 2~7重量份;
柔软母粒 1~2重量份。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的S纹前腰贴非织造布,其特征在于,所述弹性体辅料为热塑性聚烯烃。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的S纹前腰贴非织造布,其特征在于,所述表层的厚度为0.16~0.5mm。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的S纹前腰贴非织造布,其特征在于,所述底层的厚度为0.14~0.17mm;
优选地,所述中间层的0.11~0.14mm。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的S纹前腰贴非织造布,其特征在于,所述第二聚丙烯树脂包括高熔融指数聚丙烯树脂和低熔融指数聚丙烯树脂;
所述高熔融指数聚丙烯树脂的熔融指数为38~45g/10min,所述低熔融指数聚丙烯树脂的熔融指数为22~28g/10min;
优选地,所述高熔融指数聚丙烯树脂和低熔融指数聚丙烯树脂的质量比为1:(0.5~1.5);
优选地,所述表层、中间层和底层的材料中均还包括功能助剂;
优选地,所述功能助剂包括硬脂酸、石蜡或乳化剂中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
8.一种如权利要求1~7任一项所述S纹前腰贴非织造布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将表层的第一聚丙烯树脂、弹性体辅料和柔软母粒进行混合,通过螺杆挤压机进行熔融塑化,过孔挤丝和牵引压制,得到表层;
将中间层的第二聚丙烯树脂通过螺杆挤压机进行熔融塑化,过孔挤丝和牵引压制,得到中间层;
将底层的第一聚丙烯树脂、弹性体辅料和柔软母粒进行混合,通过螺杆挤压机进行熔融塑化,过孔挤丝和牵引压制,得到底层;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的表层、中间层和底层进行热轧复合,冷却成型,得到所述S纹前腰贴非织造布。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述热轧复合的温度为148~152℃。
10.一种如权利要求1~8任一项所述的S纹前腰贴非织造布在婴儿尿不湿中的应用。
