Alarm signals and prompt medical staff include warning lights installed at medical stations and wards, as well as emergency buttons in wards; the cloud server is used to receive and store information from monitoring modules and warning modules, and transmit alarm signals to medical staff.

Specifically, the sensors include a combination sensor installed on the hospital bed, a height sensor installed on the patient's waist, a vital sign sensor and loss locating device installed on the patient's body, an infusion sensor installed on the infusion tube, and an environment installed in the ward. Monitoring sensors as well as sound sensors.

Among them, the combination sensor, environmental monitoring sensor, sound sensor and camera are connected to the cloud server in a wired and/or wireless manner, the height sensor is connected to the cloud server in a wireless manner, and the warning module is connected to the cloud server in a wired manner.

Referring to Figure 2, the combined sensor includes a plurality of pressure sensors arranged on the side of the hospital bed, the central axis and the pillow, and is used to monitor the movement state of the patient on the hospital bed and whether the patient leaves the bed.

Specifically, the combined sensor is specifically configured as:

Obtain pressure data from multiple pressure sensors in real time; determine whether the pressure data satisfies a preset data model; determine the patient's motion state on the bed and whether the patient leaves the bed based on the judgment results of the data model.

Among them, the preset data model collects historical test data to establish a data model of the patient's movements such as getting up, turning over on both sides, changing postures, etc., and determines the patient's condition by comparing the value of each pressure sensor with the preset value of leaving the bed and the size of the movement value. Movement status in the hospital bed and whether the patient leaves the bed.

For example, if the occipital pressure sensor data decreases to 0 and the pressure data of the central axis pressure sensor at the back and waist positions increase, the patient is considered to have stood up. If the data of the occipital pressure sensor changes within the preset range, and the data of the central axis pressure sensor, the first side sensor, and the second side sensor change and then return to stability, it is considered to have undergone a posture change (turning over).

For example, if each data of the combined sensor satisfies the bed-leaving data model, that is, the data of the occipital pressure sensor, central axis pressure sensor, and side pressure sensor all decrease to 0, the patient is considered to have left the bed.

It should be noted that if the combined sensor detects obvious rapid movement on the bed based on data changes, but there is no evidence that it is caused by the patient, for example, the sheets are hung on the mattress, the alarm signal sent by it should be regarded as It's a false alarm.

Further, a height sensor is provided on the patient's waist for monitoring whether the patient falls based on height changes.

Specifically, the height sensor is specifically configured as:

When the patient leaves the bed, the measured value of the height sensor is compared with the preset threshold; if the measured value within the preset time is less than the preset threshold, the patient is judged to have fallen.

In an achievable way, if the height of the patient's bed is 0.6m, the height sensor is preset to two positions, namely the bed position and the walking position. When the patient lies on the bed, if the combined sensor detects that the patient leaves the bed, and Within the preset time, the height sensor detects that the patient's waist height is lower than 0.55m, and the patient is judged to have fallen out of bed.

In an implementable manner, when the patient is walking, the patient's waist height in the walking position is preset to 0.9m. If the patient's waist height is lower than 0.3m within the preset time, the patient is considered to have fallen.

It should be noted that the preset threshold for waist height in walking state needs to take into account the patient's transition from walking to sitting or lying down. In addition, the patient's transition from one state to another, namely lying-sitting, sitting-walking, walking-sitting/lying, is a continuously changing time. The preset time can be determined by the doctor's station or nurse according to the patient's condition. The station is pre-configured within the system. For example, the state transition time is 1s, that is, if the above-described data change occurs within 1s, it is considered abnormal. If it exceeds 1s, it is considered irrelevant. Specifically, if it is detected that the measurement value of the height sensor quickly changes from the normal walking height preset value to the lying height preset value within 1 second, it will be considered that a fall has occurred and an alarm will be issued.

Among other things, by recording the actual time and duration of the fall/fall incident, it can be determined whether immediate notification to medical personnel or other relevant parties is required.

2s。For example, if the patient's data returns to the initial state value again within the preset time, no notification will be made. Preferably, the preset time is set to 2 seconds.

Furthermore, environmental monitoring sensors are installed in the ward to monitor environmental factors in the room, including but not limited to temperature, humidity, oxygen content, etc., to assist medical staff in eliminating interference from environmental factors on data.

Furthermore, cameras are set up in the ward to observe the patient's status, location and activities in real time through video monitoring to assist in identifying possible dangers or risk factors, and to obtain more relevant information, such as the temperature and brightness of the entire room, etc. To further assist medical staff in assessing the patient's status and determine whether further treatment and intervention are needed.

Furthermore, the sound sensor is installed in the patient room and can detect the sounds made by the patient, such as breathing, snoring or grunting, and/or other sounds in the room, to further determine the patient's status and the environment.

Furthermore, the monitoring module also includes a vital signs sensor worn on the patient's body for monitoring the patient's body temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure and heart rhythm; a lost positioning device worn on the patient's body for locating the patient's real-time location via GPS. Position; the infusion sensor installed on the infusion tube is used to monitor the infusion speed, infusion volume and critical liquid level.

Furthermore, if the combined sensor detects that the frequency of the patient turning over or changing postures increases significantly, and/or rises or moves multiple times within a preset time, but there is no continuous activity or other abnormal alarm conditions, both the environmental monitoring sensor and the sound sensor will If there are no abnormalities, it can be considered that the patient may be experiencing uncomfortable symptoms, such as anxiety, restlessness, pain, etc., and/or poor sleep quality. At this time, the sensor records the abnormal condition and sends a reminder to the medical staff.

Furthermore, if the combined sensor monitors twice in a row during the preset period at night and shows that there is movement on the bed and it is judged that someone has gotten up, but the system does not receive the expected response during the second detection, for example, the light on the hospital bed does not turn on. When the emergency button is turned on or not pressed, and all vital signs are normal, it can be considered that the patient may be in a state of being unable to protect himself. For example, if he wants to go to the toilet, but cannot turn on the lights or cannot find the emergency button, the sensor sends Alarm signal to cloud server.

It should be noted that the cloud server will analyze and process the sensor data in real time, and autonomously adjust the sensitivity and threshold of the sensor to adapt to the characteristics and changes of different patients. For example, at night, the system will pay more attention to the sleeping conditions of elderly patients, while not disturbing the rest of other patients.

Further, if no alarm signal from the patient is received within the preset period, the monitoring frequency of the monitoring module is reduced.

For example, if the patient does not trigger any alarms or reminders for three consecutive days, and data analysis shows that his sleep quality is good, the monitoring frequency of the monitoring module can be gradually reduced or the sensor detection sensitivity can be reduced to reduce unnecessary alarms and interference.

Further, the following uses a specific example to describe the linkage between sensors:

Assume that an elderly patient uses the monitoring module mentioned in the embodiment of this application, and when an unexpected situation occurs, the height sensor detects that the patient has fallen, and sends an alarm signal to the cloud server. The combined sensor monitors whether there is abnormal movement on the bed, and these Movement events and baseline data are transmitted to the cloud server for analysis; the cloud server collects sensor data, analyzes the messages, and based on the configured logic rules, sends notifications to the medical station terminal, nurse station, doctor station and/or other concerns through the alarm module. Send alert information to other parties, for example, through text messages, phone calls, emails, etc.
