本发明公开了一种高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂及其制备方法和使用方法,该高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂由以下质量分数的各组分组成:磷酸改性的甲基丙烯酸酯30~40%、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯12~18%、丙烯酸13~18%、稀释剂12~20%、光引发剂2~5%、聚酯丙烯酸酯5~10%、助剂1~2%。本发明能够更好的提高涂料与惰性基材的附着力,而且降低了有机溶剂的使用,降低了有机溶剂挥发污染环境的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及光固化涂料技术领域,具体为一种高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂及其制备方法和使用方法。
背景技术
UV涂料的使用越来越应用到各个方面和材料。但是,对于一些表面能低、表面惰性强的材料,例如,铝基材料、PET材料、玻璃基材对UV涂料的附着力较低,不能满足使用要求。为了提高UV涂料或其它涂料在这些基材上的附着力,同时降低VOC含量,需要通过增加一层底涂,提高涂料与基材间的附着力,以达到使用要求,从而提高UV涂料的应用范围。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足之处,本发明提供了一种高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂及其制备方法和使用方法,底涂剂涂覆到基材经过烘烤去溶剂后,可选择UV固化或不UV固化,再涂覆UV涂料,再次经过UV固化,涂层漆膜与基材牢固的粘接在一起,能够完全满足使用要求。

优选地,所述的磷酸改性的甲基丙烯酸酯为2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯中的一种或其混合物。
优选地,所述的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯为江苏睿浦树脂科技有限公司自有的UV树脂。该聚氨酯丙烯酸酯是由自合成的分子量为3000~4000的聚酯二元醇、异氰酸酯、羟基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、催化剂和阻聚剂合成而得,其分子量为4000~5000,其断裂伸长率为400%~600%。
优选地,所述的丙烯酸为甲基丙烯酸或丙烯酸中的一种或其混合物。
优选地,所述的稀释剂为乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯中的一种或其混合物。
优选地,所述的聚酯丙烯酸酯包括己二醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中的一种或其混合物。

步骤2、将喷涂好的目标物置于60℃下烘烤3~5min,从而使涂层中的稀释剂挥发干净;
步骤3、在高压汞灯的光照下对目标物上表干的涂层进行固化;
步骤4、将UV涂料喷涂到步骤2或步骤3得到的附有高固含底涂剂的目标物上;
步骤5、将喷涂好的目标物在高压汞灯的光照下进行UV光固化,得到表面有UV涂层的喷涂件。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所提供的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂采用特定比例的自制的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(由分子量为3000~4000的聚酯二元醇、异氰酸酯、羟基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、催化剂和阻聚剂合成而得,其分子量为4000~5000,其断裂伸长率为400%~600%。)、磷酸改性的甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸、聚酯丙烯酸酯作为基体树脂,由于自制的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯具有良好的断裂伸长率,在底涂剂中可以与UV涂层具有良好的相容性和形变强度;磷酸改性的甲基丙烯酸酯和丙烯酸能够对表面惰性基材的表面有轻微的腐蚀作用,提高表面能,从而提高固含,提高UV涂层的附着力。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供的一种实施例:
一种高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂,由以下质量分数的各组分组成:磷酸改性的甲基丙烯酸酯30~40%、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯12~18%、丙烯酸13~18%、稀释剂12~20%、光引发剂2~5%、聚酯丙烯酸酯5~10%、助剂1~2%。
其中,该高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂可以包括以下实施方案:
(1)所述的磷酸改性的甲基丙烯酸酯为2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯的一种或其混合物。
(2)所述的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯为江苏睿浦树脂科技有限公司自制的UV树脂RPCURE40427。该聚氨酯丙烯酸酯是由自合成的分子量为3000~4000的聚酯二元醇、异氰酸酯、羟基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯异冰片酯、催化剂和阻聚剂等几种原料合成而得,其分子量为4000~5000,断裂伸长率为400%~600%。
(3)所述的丙烯酸为甲基丙烯酸或丙烯酸中的一种或其混合物。
(4)所述的稀释剂为乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯中的一种或其混合物。
(5)所述的聚酯丙烯酸酯包括乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中的一种或其混合物。
(6)所述的光引发剂为二苯基-(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧磷、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮或1-羟基环已基苯基酮中的一种或其混合物。
(7)所述的润湿剂为聚醚硅氧烷共聚物,且不影响重涂。
(8)所述消泡剂为改性聚硅氧烷或改性聚丙烯酸聚合物中的一种或两种组合。
具体地,该高固含提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂的制备方法可以包括:按照上述高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂的组分配比将磷酸改性的甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸和部分稀释剂搅拌混合,使磷酸改性的甲基丙烯酸酯完全溶解,加入聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯,搅拌均匀,随后加入光引发剂和助剂,搅拌均匀,最后加入剩余的稀释剂,搅拌均匀,从而得到上述的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂。
具体地,该高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将上述的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂喷涂于目标物上;
步骤2、将喷涂好的目标物置于60℃下烘烤3~5min,从而使涂层中的稀释剂挥发干净;
步骤3、在高压汞灯的光照下对目标物上表干的涂层进行固化;
步骤4、将UV涂料喷涂到步骤2或步骤3得到的附有高固含底涂剂的目标物上;
步骤5、将喷涂好的目标物在高压汞灯的光照下进行UV光固化,得到表面有UV涂层的喷涂件。
实施例1
一种高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂,其制备方法包括以下步骤(按质量份计):
将35质量份甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、13质量份甲基丙烯酸和8质量份乙酸乙酯搅拌混合,使甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯完全溶解,加入18质量份RPCURE 40427、5质量份二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯,搅拌均匀,随后加入3质量份二苯基-(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧磷和1质量份聚醚硅氧烷共聚物,搅拌均匀,最后加入2质量份乙酸丁酯,搅拌均匀,从而得到上述的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂。
实施例2
一种高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂,其制备方法包括以下步骤(按质量份计):
将38质量份甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、15质量份丙烯酸和5质量份乙酸乙酯搅拌混合,使甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯完全溶解,加入16质量份RPCURE 40427、8质量份三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯,搅拌均匀,随后加入3质量份2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、1质量份1-羟基环已基苯基酮和1质量份聚醚硅氧烷共聚物,搅拌均匀,最后加入3质量份乙酸丁酯,搅拌均匀,从而得到上述的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂。
实施例3
一种高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂,其制备方法包括以下步骤(按质量份计):
将30质量份2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、15质量份甲基丙烯酸和10质量份乙酸乙酯搅拌混合,使2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯完全溶解,加入15质量份RPCURE 40427、5质量份三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,搅拌均匀,随后加入4质量份二苯基-(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧磷和1质量份聚醚硅氧烷共聚物,搅拌均匀,最后加入3质量份乙酸丁酯,搅拌均匀,从而得到上述的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂。
应用效果及应用性能检测
采用本发明实施例1到3所提供的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂对未处理的PET膜,未打磨铝板,抛光镜面铝板,钢化玻璃进行喷涂,将喷涂好的目标物置于60℃下烘烤4min,分别做UV固化后喷涂常规UV面漆和直接喷涂UV面漆共同UV固化,最后进行附着力检测,从而得到如下表1(实施例1数据),表2(实施例2数据)表3(实施例3数据)所示的结果:

由上表1(实施例1数据)、表2(实施例2数据)、表3(实施例3数据)可以看出:本发明实施例所提供的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂能明显提高涂料与惰性基材间的附着力。

Claims (10)
1.一种高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂,其特征在于,由以下质量分数的各组分组成:磷酸改性的甲基丙烯酸酯30~40%、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯12~18%、丙烯酸13~18%、稀释剂12~20%、光引发剂2~5%、聚酯丙烯酸酯5~10%、助剂1~2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂,其特征在于,所述的磷酸改性的甲基丙烯酸酯为2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯的一种或其混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂,其特征在于,所述的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯为江苏睿浦树脂科技有限公司自制的UV树脂RPCURE 40427。该聚氨酯丙烯酸酯是由自合成的分子量为3000~4000的聚酯二元醇、异氰酸酯、羟基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯异冰片酯、催化剂和阻聚剂等几种原料合成而得,其分子量为4000~5000,断裂伸长率为400%~600%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂,其特征在于,所述的丙烯酸为甲基丙烯酸或丙烯酸中的一种或其混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂,其特征在于,所述的稀释剂为乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯中的一种或其混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂,其特征在于,所述的聚酯丙烯酸酯包括乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中的一种或其混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂,其特征在于,所述的光引发剂为二苯基-(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧磷、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮或1-羟基环已基苯基酮中的一种或其混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂,其特征在于,所述的润湿剂为聚醚硅氧烷共聚物,且不影响重涂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为改性聚硅氧烷或改性聚丙烯酸聚合物中的一种或两种组合。
10.一种高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将上述的高固含可提高涂层附着力的UV光固化底涂剂喷涂于目标物上;
步骤2、将喷涂好的目标物置于60℃下烘烤3~5min,从而使涂层中的稀释剂挥发干净;
步骤3、在高压汞灯的光照下对目标物上表干的涂层进行固化;
步骤4、将UV涂料喷涂到步骤2或步骤3得到的附有高固含底涂剂的目标物上;
步骤5、将喷涂好的目标物在高压汞灯的光照下进行UV光固化,得到表面有UV涂层的喷涂件。
