背景技术
fenmezoditiaz,CAS号:2413390-32-4,分子式为:C16H12ClN3O2S2,是由巴斯夫研发的介离子类杀虫剂,杀虫谱广,fenmezoditiaz能有效防治刺吸式口器害虫,如缨翅目、双翅目和半翅目,特别适用于防治缨翅目和半翅目害虫。适用于禾谷类、根系作物、油料作物、蔬菜、香料、观赏植物等。
式I化合物,化学名称为[2-氧亚基-3-(2,4,6-三甲基苯基)-1-氧杂螺[4.4]壬-3-烯-4-基]3,3-二甲基丁酸酯,是拜耳公司开发的螺环季酮酸类杀虫、杀螨剂,其作用机理独特,通过抑制螨虫体内的脂肪合成,破坏螨虫的能量代谢活动,最终杀死螨。其结构式如下:
白粉虱[Trialeurodes vaporariorum(Westwood)]又名小白蛾子,属半翅目粉虱科,是蔬菜生产中发生较普遍的害虫,我国各地均有发生。白粉虱寄主范围广,蔬菜中的黄瓜、菜豆、茄子、番茄、辣椒、冬瓜、豆类、莴苣以及白菜、芹菜、大葱、牡丹花等都能受其为害。白粉虱以成虫、若虫吸食各种蔬菜的汁液,被害叶片褪绿变成黄色、萎蔫甚至全株死亡。白粉虱也是茄果类蔬菜病毒病的主要传播害虫之一,常造成大面积减产甚至绝收。近年来,由于蔬菜面积不断扩增,使白粉虱有足够的食料和繁殖场所,加之白粉虱本身繁殖力强,一年发生多代,世代重叠,各种虫态在蔬菜植株上交叉分布,这给常规防治带来了一定的困难。
目前温室白粉虱的防治仍以化学防治为主,为了解决白粉虱防治困难这一难题,发明人在通过室内和田间药效防治试验,发现介离子类杀虫剂fenmezoditiaz与式I化合物在一定范围内进行复配,对白粉虱增效作用明显,为有效防治白粉虱提供可靠的备选药剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含介离子类杀虫剂的杀虫组合物及其应用,该杀虫组合物通过复配达到增效作用,以实现提高药效、降低生产成本的效果。该杀虫组合物可用来防治植物害虫,尤其对胸喙亚目粉虱科(Aleyrodidae)害虫高效。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供含介离子类杀虫剂的杀虫组合物的制剂。
本发明的再一个目的在于提供上述组合物用于防治胸喙亚目粉虱科(Aleyrodidae)害虫的应用。

本发明的有益效果:
1)本发明组分合理,杀虫效果好,用药成本低,其杀虫活性不是活性成分的单一叠加,而是有显著的增效作用,能延缓靶标害虫抗药性产生,对作物安全,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。
2)本发明的组合物对非靶标生物及天敌安全,能有效减少药剂的使用剂量、降低农药在农产品上的残留量。

制剂制备例
制备例1:20%fenmezoditiaz·式I化合物悬浮剂(1:1)
按重量百分比计,10%fenmezoditiaz、10%式I化合物、0.5%聚羧酸钠盐、4%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、1%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1%木质素磺酸钠、1%嵌段聚醚、0.25%黄原胶、3%丙二醇、0.2%山梨酸钠、0.5%硅油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分fenmezoditiaz和式I化合物、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂产品。
制备例2:24%fenmezoditiaz·式I化合物悬浮剂(3:1)
按重量百分比计,18%fenmezoditiaz、6%式I化合物、2%异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、2%聚羧酸钠盐、1%嵌段聚醚、4%芳基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、0.25%黄原胶、5%乙二醇、0.3%苯甲酸钠、0.5%硅油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同制备例1。
制备例3:36%fenmezoditiaz·式I化合物水分散粒剂(1:3)
按重量百分比计,9%fenmezoditiaz、27%式I化合物、10%木质素磺酸钠、5%萘磺酸盐、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、6%硫酸铵、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将活性成分fenmezoditiaz和式I化合物加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品;或将粉碎过的粉体在沸腾造粒机中喷水、造粒、干燥,之后筛分制得产品。
制备例4:36%fenmezoditiaz·式I化合物水分散粒剂(1:5)
按重量百分比计,6%fenmezoditiaz、30%式I化合物、7%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、3%聚羧酸钠盐、3%十二烷基硫酸钠、4%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、5%白炭黑、15%淀粉、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:同制备例3。
制备例5:27%fenmezoditiaz·式I化合物水乳剂(5:1)
按重量百分比计,22.5%fenmezoditiaz、4.5%式I化合物、20%苯乙酮、8%三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、1%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、0.2%黄原胶、5%丙三醇、0.1%苯甲酸钠、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例将活性成分与溶剂、乳化剂、助溶剂加在一起,使溶解成均匀的油相;将部分水,抗冻剂及其他的农药助剂混合在一起成均匀的水相;在反应釜中高速搅拌的同时将油相加入水相,搅拌均匀后,开启剪切机进行高速剪切,剪切约半小时,形成水包油型的水乳剂。
制备例6:32%fenmezoditiaz·式I化合物可湿性粉剂(1:1)
按重量百分比计,16%fenmezoditiaz、16%式I化合物、5%木质素磺酸钠、3%分散剂NNO、5%萘磺酸盐甲酸缩合物、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例将活性成分fenmezoditiaz和式I化合物以及分散剂、润湿剂和填料混合,在搅拌釜中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎机进行多次粉碎混合均匀,即可制成本发明的可湿性粉剂。
室内联合作用试验:
实施例1:fenmezoditiaz与式I化合物复配对白粉虱的室内联合作用试验
试验依据:试验参照NY/T 1154.9-2008《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第9部分:喷雾法》、NY/T 1154.7-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第7部分:混配的联合作用测定》。
试验靶标:白粉虱[Trialeurodes vaporariorum(Westwood)],选择室内饲养,生理状态一致的成虫。
试验药剂:fenmezoditiaz原药、式I化合物原药,以上药剂均由海利尔药业集团研发中心提供。
药剂配制:分别配制单剂母液,并根据混配目的、药剂活性设计合理的配比,各单剂及每组配比混剂按照等比的方法配置所需的系列质量浓度。
Potter喷雾塔准备:将Potter喷雾塔的喷雾压力稳定在1.47×105Pa,喷雾头先用丙酮清洗2次,再用蒸馏水清洗2次。
药剂处理:先用毛笔选取生理状态一致的试虫30头放入培养皿中,再将培养皿置于Potter喷雾塔底盘进行定量喷雾,喷药量为1mL,药剂沉降1min后取出试虫,进行饲养。每个处理重复4次,并设不含药剂(含所有有机溶剂和乳化剂)的处理作为空白对照。
饲养与观察:将处理后的试虫置于温度为(25±1)℃、相对湿度为(70±5)%、光周期为L:D=(16:8)h条件下饲养和观察。
数据统计与分析:处理后48h检查试虫的死亡情况,分别记录总虫数和死虫数。
根据调查数据,计算各处理的校正死亡率。按公式(1)和(2)计算,计算结果均保留到小数点后两位:

K——表示死亡虫数,单位为头;
N——表示处理总虫数,单位为头。

P1——校正死亡率,单位为百分数(%);
Pt——处理死亡率,单位为百分数(%);
P0——空白对照死亡率,单位为百分数(%)。
若对照死亡率<5%,无需校正;对照死亡率在5%~20%之间,应按照公式(2)进行校正;对照死亡率>20%,试验需重做。
用DPS统计分析系统分析,求出毒力回归方程、LC50值,评价供试药剂对生物试材的活性。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)按式(3)、式(4)、式(5)计算:

ATI——混剂实测毒力指数;
S——标准杀虫剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);
M——混剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L)。
TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB

TTI——混剂理论毒力指数;
TIA——A药剂毒力指数;
PA——A药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%);
TIB——B药剂毒力指数;
PB——B药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%)。

CTC——共毒系数;
ATI——混剂实测毒力指数;
TTI——混剂理论毒力指数。
复配的共毒系数CTC≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。
室内毒力试验结果见下表:

由室内活性试验可知,fenmezoditiaz与式I化合物的质量比在1:20~25:1的范围内,联合作用表现为增效作用;fenmezoditiaz与式I化合物的质量比在1:10~15:1的范围内,其共毒系数大于130,增效作用明显,fenmezoditiaz与式I化合物的质量比为1:1,其共毒系数最大,为179.508。
田间药效试验
实施例2:fenmezoditiaz与式I化合物复配对白粉虱的田间药效试验
试验依据:试验参照GB/T 17980.16-2000《农药田间药效试验准则(一)杀虫剂防治温室白粉虱》。
试验地点:山东省青岛市即墨区温室大棚内,所有试验植物被害程度一致,所有试验小区栽培条件均匀一致,符合当地科学的农业实践(GAP)。
试验作物:黄瓜(青研1号),黄瓜定植时间为2019年3月21日。
试验对象:温室白粉虱[Trialeurodes vaporariorum(Westwood)]。
试验药剂:27%fenmezoditiaz·式I化合物水乳剂(5:1)、36%fenmezoditiaz·式I化合物水分散粒剂(1:5)、36%fenmezoditiaz·式I化合物水分散粒剂(1:3)、20%fenmezoditiaz·式I化合物悬浮剂(1:1)。
对照药剂:25%式I化合物悬浮剂、18%fenmezoditiaz水乳剂以及清水对照。
试验小区安排:试验药剂、对照药剂和空白对照的小区处理采用随机排列,每个小区面积20m2,周围设置保护株。每个处理重复4次。
施药时间及施药方法:试验在白粉虱发病初期进行,试验采用叶面喷雾法,将试验药剂以及对照药剂均匀喷洒在黄瓜叶片正反面。
调查时间及调查方法:施药前调查虫口基数,施药后3d、7d各调查1次,总共调查三次。调查时每小区标定10株作物,在早晨成虫不大活动时检查叶子,在不惊动虫子的情况下,叶背面必须仔细检查,记录活成虫数。
药效计算方法:
田间药效试验结果见下表:

由上表田间药效试验结果可知,fenmezoditiaz与式I化合物进行混配对温室白粉虱表现出良好的防治效果。药后3d,fenmezoditiaz与式I化合物复配的制剂对温室白粉虱的防治效果在80.89%以上,各制剂例表现出良好的防治效果。
药后7d,27%fenmezoditiaz·式I化合物水乳剂(5:1)、36%fenmezoditiaz·式I化合物水分散粒剂(1:5)、36%fenmezoditiaz·式I化合物水分散粒剂(1:3)、20%fenmezoditiaz·式I化合物悬浮剂(1:1)的防治效果分别为84.92%、88.88%、90.60%、94.07%。
对作物的影响:试验期间不定期观察药剂对作物有无药害,通过试验观察各个制剂制备例在本试验药量应用范围内对黄瓜安全,各小区黄瓜植株生长正常,无矮化、褪绿、畸形等药害症状发生,对非靶标生物未见不良影响,表明该药剂在试验剂量范围内防治白粉虱安全。
通过室内毒力试验和田间药效试验可以看出,本发明的含介离子类杀虫剂的杀虫组合物对粉虱表现出较好的防治效果,且对作物安全,减少了药剂的使用剂量,减少农产品的药剂残留。
虽然,上文中己经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀虫组合物中fenmezoditiaz和式I化合物的质量比为1:30~25:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀虫组合物中fenmezoditiaz和式I化合物的质量比为1:20~25:1;优选为1:10~15:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,以所述的杀虫组合物的总质量以100wt%计,所述杀虫组合物中活性成分fenmezoditiaz和式I化合物在杀虫组合物中的含量之和为1~80wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀虫组合物除活性成分外还包括辅助成分,所述的辅助成分选自润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、增效剂或载体中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀虫组合物能够制备成农业上允许的任意一种制剂剂型,所述的制剂剂型为固体制剂、液体制剂或种子处理制剂;
所述的固体制剂包括粉剂、颗粒剂、球剂、片剂、条剂、可湿性粉剂、油分散粉剂、乳粉剂、水分散粒剂、乳粒剂、水分散片剂、可溶粉剂、可溶片剂或可溶粒剂;
所述的液体制剂包括可溶液剂、可溶胶剂、油剂、展膜油剂、乳油、乳胶、可分散液剂、膏剂、水乳剂、油乳剂、微乳剂、脂剂悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂、微囊悬浮-水乳剂或微囊悬浮-悬乳剂;
所述的种子处理制剂包括种子处理干粉剂、种子处理可分散粉剂、种子处理液剂、种子处理乳剂或种子处理悬浮剂;

9.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的半翅目害虫为胸喙亚目(Sternorrhyncha)害虫,所述的胸喙亚目害虫为粉虱科(Aleyrodidae)害虫。
10.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的杀虫组合物和/或其制剂以有效量的施用于害虫或其生长的介质上。
