Description

一次性内裤及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种一次性内裤，这种一次性内裤具有紧身皱褶层叠片，其中的一对上下非织造织物层之间设有弹性体，并涉及这种一次性内裤的制造方法。
背景技术
例如，日本专利特开平6-197920中公开了现有技术中制造女紧身裤吸液物品的方法，包括如下步骤：传送在纵向上具有腰部折皱的底片，以预定的间隔向下折叠底片，在被传送的底片的上表面的纵向上供给腰侧弹性体，并在其上表面的纵向方向供给握持非织造织物层，将腰侧弹性体和握持非织造织物层接合在除向下折叠部分之外的底片上；沿着底片向下折叠部分的顶边切断腰侧弹性体和与底片连成一体的握持非织造织物层，然后，展开向下折叠的部分使底片成为片状，从而形成在预定间隔有腰侧弹性体的底片；在上述步骤完成之后将体液吸收层接合到底片上没有腰侧弹性体的区域；上述步骤完成后在底片上切割出伸腿口的开口，之后沿着伸腿口开口的中心线切断，将底片分成单个的半成品；将每个具有腰侧弹性体和内部置有体液吸收层的半成品折成两半，并将腰侧部分接合在一起。
在上述公开文件中描述的制造体液吸收层物品的方法，具有如下优点：在体液吸收层的除了横向中间区域和纵向中间区域的左右方向上有腰侧弹性体，因而减少了具有腰侧弹性体的区域，并降低了原料成本；腰侧弹性体仅在传送底片的方向上供给，因而提高了生产线的速度；可获得通过拉伸腰侧弹性体而易被穿着的体液吸收物品，并给身体更好的舒适度而不给穿着者过紧的感觉。
然而，需要完成如下操作：传送在纵向上具有腰部折皱的底片，以预定间隔向下折叠底片，并将腰侧弹性体和握持非织造织物层供给底片的上表面，将腰侧弹性体和非织造织物接合在除向下折叠部分之外的底片上，沿着底片每个向下折叠部分的顶边，将腰侧弹性体和与底片连成一体的握持非织造织物层切断，由于这些操作很难执行所以需要降低操作的速度，且有必要提供一种用以向下折叠底片的折叠机构，从而使得这种制造设备的结构变得复杂。
考虑到上述情况而做出本发明，其目的是实现快速制造一次性内裤，这种一次性内裤具有紧身皱褶层叠片，其中弹性体设置在一对上下非织造织物层之间，且不需要结构复杂的制造设备。
发明内容
本发明的一次性内裤，包括：紧身皱褶层叠片、增强片、吸收层和底片，该紧身皱褶层叠片由一对非织造织物构成，在所述紧身皱褶层叠片横向位置即所述一次性内裤腰围方向的非织造织物之间设置有弹性体；所述增强片固定于紧身皱褶层叠片的下表面侧，相应于所述一次性内裤腰围方向前后部分的中间区域；所述弹性体固定于非织造织物层中除所述增强片固定区域之外的区域，并在所述中间区域被切断；所述吸收层设置在紧身皱褶层叠片的上表面侧；所述底片设置在增强片的下表面侧。
如上所述的结构，弹性体位于构成的紧身皱褶层叠片的非织造织物层除横向中间区域之外的区域，弹性体可收缩/拉伸，因而，可以安全地穿着，且可以防止弹性体的收缩/拉伸力作用于具有吸收层的紧身皱褶层叠片横向中间区域上，从而使具有吸收层的区域呈平面形状。而且，增强片固定于紧身皱褶层叠片横向中间区域的下表面侧，因而弹性体被切割的区域通过增强片而得到加强。
本发明一次性内裤的制造方法，包括：传送形成紧身皱褶层叠片的一对非织造织物层的连续材料和在该非织造织物层的连续材料的纵向上位于非织造织物层之间的弹性体的连续材料，并将弹性体的连续材料间歇地固定于非织造织物层；沿着其未固定弹性体的区域将弹性体和非织造织物层一起切断；将增强片固定于紧身皱褶层叠片相应于未固定弹性体的区域的下表面侧，同时在紧身皱褶层叠片上表面侧设置吸收层；以及在增强片下表面侧上设置底片。
如上所述的结构，弹性体在除了横向中间区域之外的区域能收缩/拉伸，同时可防止弹性体的收缩/拉伸力作用于具有吸收层的横向中间区域上。而且，增强片固定于横向中间区域的下表面侧。因此，具有紧身皱褶层叠片、且其中弹性体被切断的区域可通过增强片而得到增强的一次性内裤，可利用具有简单结构的制造设备快速地制造。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示出了按照本发明的一个实施例中未折叠的一次性内裤的料子。这种一次性内裤料子包括：紧身皱褶层叠片2，该紧身皱褶层叠片2有多个弹性体1在其横向区域中除了横向中间区域外的区域延伸；一对前后增强片3固定在紧身皱褶层叠片2的下表面侧，即在紧身皱褶层叠片2横向中间区域，一次性内裤的外表面侧；一个吸收层4位于紧身皱褶层叠片2的上表面侧，即，一次性内裤的内表面与身体接触的表面侧；增强片3的下表面侧有底片5。
弹性体1由线状的或带状的橡胶材料制成，这种材料是由“DuPont-Toray”公司生产的商品名称为“Operon”的材料或类似的材料，弹性体固定于非织造织物层6和7中除了横向中间区域之外的区域，在这对上下非织造织物层之间可被拉伸。弹性体在非织造织物层6和7横向中间区域的部分被截断，以便于弹性体收缩和拉伸的力不作用于横向中间区域。
非织造织物层6和7都是利用柔软材料例如聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯或人造丝制成的，且呈沙漏状。非织造织物上层6和非织造织物下层7在除横向中间区域之外的有弹性体的区域中通过粘接剂例如热融而接合在一起的，这样，形成了紧身皱褶层叠片2。
增强片3是由塑料薄膜或类似的材料制成的，具有适当的硬度，固定于紧身皱褶层叠片横向中间区域的下表面侧。在增强片的下表面侧上，即，在一次性内裤的外表面侧，如有必要则印有图案或文字图案等(参见图3)。
如图2所示，吸收层4包括：由非织造织物、有孔的塑料薄膜或类似材料构成的上部液体渗透层8，由塑料薄膜或类似材料构成的下部液体非渗透层9，和位于层8和9之间的吸收垫10，由压碎的纸浆、高吸水性树脂、保持形状的热塑性树脂、或类似物构成。最好的是，在液体渗透层8的上表面沿着其左右边上有一对凸起的褶裥11，它有由线状橡胶材料或者类似材料构成的弹性体，连接于一次性内裤的纵向位置上。
背面片5是由柔性材料例如聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯或人造丝制成的，以便覆盖增强片3下表面侧上的紧身皱褶层叠片2的全部下表面，通过粘接剂例如热融的与紧身皱褶层叠片2的下表面接合在一起。
然后，将具有紧身皱褶层叠片2和底片5的一次性内裤料子，沿着纵向中间区域对折成两半，紧身皱褶层叠片2的左右两边，通过用超声波密封机或热封机粘接而接合在一起，或是用粘接剂接合在一起，或类似的方式接合在一起，以将料子制成如图3所示的内裤形状。
图4示出了一次性内裤的制造设备。这种设备包括，一个紧身皱褶成型部分12，用以形成紧身皱褶层叠片2的连续材料，一个增强片结合部分13，以将增强片接合于紧身皱褶层叠片2的连续材料上，一个底片结合部分14，以将底片接合于紧身皱褶层叠片2的连续材料上，和一个吸收层供给部分，为紧身皱褶层叠片2的连续材料提供吸收层4。
紧身皱褶成型部分12包括：一对非织造织物辊16和17，用于供给一对非织造织物层6和7，一个供给弹性体1的弹性体辊18，第一热融敷贴器19，用以在非织造织物层上间歇地施加热融，一个压紧辊轮20用以将非织造织物层6和7压紧在一起，一个切割辊21，用以在非织造织物层6和7上不进行热融的区域，切割弹性体1和非织造织物层6和7。
切割辊21包括多个以预定间隔排列的切削刃，以避免不必要地切割尽可能多的区域，使得在非织造织物层6和7之间可靠地切割多个弹性体1，切割辊21配置成可以间歇地切割具有弹性体1的非织造织物层6和7。
增强片接合部分13包括一个增强片辊22，可以供给增强片3的连续材料，第二热融敷贴器23，用以在由增强片辊22供给的增强片3的连续材料上施加热融，一个切割辊24用以将增强片3上的连续材料切割成预定长度的段，和一个压紧辊轮25，可将由切割连续材料而获得的增强片压紧，并将其接合于紧身皱褶层叠片2的下表面侧。
底片结合部分14包括：一个底片辊26，用以供给底片5的连续材料，第三热融敷贴器27，用以在由底片辊26供给的底片的连续材料上施加热融，一个压紧辊轮28将底片5的连续材料压紧并结合于紧身皱褶层叠片2的下表面侧。
吸收层供给部分15构造成，便于在紧身皱褶层叠片2预先设定的位置，放置由单独步骤所制成的吸收层4，并借助于使用超声波密封机或热封机粘接，或是用粘接剂接合或类似方式，将吸收层4固定于紧身皱褶层叠片2的上表面侧。
利用上述制造设备按照下述工序制成一次性内裤。由非织造织物辊16和17所供给的一对非织造织物层的连续材料，沿其纵向传送，同时由弹性体辊18所供给的弹性体被安置在其中。之后，通过第一热熔敷贴器19在非织造织物层6上，以预定间隔间歇地进行热融后，非织造织物层6和7被压紧辊轮20夹在其中并紧压在一起，从而，如图5所示，将非织造织物层6和7，与在其中进行了热融H1的区域中的弹性体1接合在一起。
之后，利用切割辊21，将弹性体1的连续材料与非织造织物层6和7的连续材料一起沿着如图6和图7所示的非粘接区域的切割线C1切断，从而形成了其中有预定长度弹性体的紧身皱褶层叠片2的连续材料，弹性体设置于非织造织物层6和7之间，当固定于非织造织物层6和7中时被拉伸。
随后，增强片3(由第二热融敷贴器23在由增强片辊22供给的增强片3的连续材料的上表面侧进行热融，并由割辊将增强片3的连续材料切割成预定长度的段而获得的)和紧身皱褶层叠片2的连续材料，夹在压紧辊轮之间并由压紧辊轮25压紧在一起，因此，如图8所示，增强片3在相应于没有弹性体1的区域的位置，在紧身皱褶层叠片2的连续材料的下表面侧上由热融H2被接合起来。
接着，由第三热融敷贴器27在由底片辊26提供的底片5的连续材料的上表面侧进行热融之后，底片5的连续材料和紧身皱褶层叠片2的连续材料，被夹在压紧辊轮之间并被压紧辊轮28压紧，以便将底片5的连续材料接合在增强片3的下表面侧上。
然后，由吸收层供应部分15供给的吸收层被设置于紧身皱褶层叠片2的上表面侧后，吸收层4与例如紧身皱褶层叠片2的连续材料的上表面侧没有安置弹性体1的相应区域结合在一起，因而形成了如图9所示的一次性内裤料子的连续材料。
如图1所示的一次性内裤料子，是沿着切割线C2将这样形成的一次性内裤的连续材料切割成有预定长度的段而获得的，并且如图3所示的一次性内裤通过沿着其纵向中间区域折叠成两半，并借助于粘接、粘合或别的方式将紧身皱褶层叠片2的左右边粘合在一起而制成。
如上所述，按照本发明的一次性内裤包括：紧身皱褶层叠片22(其中，在非织造织物层6和7之间有弹性体1，并固定于非织造织物层除横向中间区域之外的区域，弹性体在非织造织物层6和7的横向中间区域被切断)，固定于横向中间区域紧身皱褶层叠片2下表面侧的增强片3，设置在紧身皱褶层叠片2的上表面侧的吸收层4，和设置在增强片3下表面侧的底片5。因此，在形成紧身皱褶层叠片2的非织造织物层6和7中除了横向中间区域外，有弹性体1，可收缩/拉伸，借此，可安全地穿着并有效地防止液体渗漏等。
而且，由于在具有吸收层4的紧身皱褶层叠片2的横向中间区域中没有弹性体，因而能防止有吸收层4的区域由于受到弹性体1收缩/拉伸力的影响而变形。因此，可以实现良好的外观和稳定的穿着感觉，且防止在具有吸收层4的一次性内裤的横向中间区域起皱。
增强片3固定在紧身皱褶层叠片2横向中间区域的下表面侧，因而，即使当弹性体1同非织造织物层6和7一起被切断时，弹性体1被切断的区域借助增强片3得到加强。因此，不需要执行复杂的操作(例如，将预先切成预定长度的弹性体1放置并固定位于非织造织物层6和7之间，或者如常规的方法，传送具有腰部褶皱的底片，同时向下折叠底片，并沿着底片每个向下折叠部分的顶边，切断腰部位置的弹性体以及将连为一体的非织造织物层与底片固定)，即可快速地且连续不断地制出一次性内裤，在这种内裤中弹性体1固定在除其横向中间区域之外的非织造织物层区。

为了进一步提高一次性内裤对身体的松紧度的适宜性，需要在沿着紧身皱褶层叠片2的每个横向边上各设置一个伸腿的口部B1，在沿紧身皱褶层叠片2具有由线状橡胶材料或类似物制成的弹性体的纵向边上各设置一个腰围部分B2，如图1的点划线(phantom line)部分所示。
代替上述实施例所述的沿着一次性内裤的纵向中心线折叠成两半，并将紧身皱褶层叠片2的左右两边接合在一起的方法，左右两边可用粘合带，机械拉链或类似物，可分开地接合在一起。
工业实用性
综上所述，本发明具有可由简单结构的制造设备快速且连续不断地制造一次性内裤的优点，在这种一次性内裤中，形成紧身皱褶层叠片2的非织造织物层6和7中，除了其横向中间区域之外，具有弹性体，因而可收缩/拉伸，因此可安全地穿着，并防止弹性体的收缩/拉伸力作用于紧身皱褶层叠片的横向中心区域，在此区域有吸收层，因而，也可防止有吸收层的区域变形。

Claims (2)

1.一次性内裤，包括：
紧身皱褶层叠片、增强片、吸收层和底片，
该紧身皱褶层叠片由一对非织造织物构成，在所述紧身皱褶层叠片横向位置即所述一次性内裤腰围方向的非织造织物之间设置有弹性体；
所述增强片固定于紧身皱褶层叠片的下表面侧，相应于所述一次性内裤腰围方向前后部分的中间区域；
所述弹性体固定于非织造织物层中除所述增强片固定区域之外的区域，并在所述中间区域被切断；
所述吸收层设置在紧身皱褶层叠片的上表面侧；
所述底片设置在增强片的下表面侧。
2.一种一次性内裤的制造方法，包括：传送形成紧身皱褶层叠片的一对非织造织物层的连续材料和在该非织造织物层的连续材料的纵向上位于非织造织物层之间的弹性体的连续材料，并将弹性体的连续材料间歇地固定于非织造织物层；沿着其未固定弹性体的区域将弹性体和非织造织物层一起切断；将增强片固定于紧身皱褶层叠片相应于未固定弹性体的区域的下表面侧，同时在紧身皱褶层叠片上表面侧设置吸收层；以及在增强片下表面侧上设置底片。
