Abstract

本发明属于特殊性能纤维制品及复合材料领域,具体涉及一种纤维材料、制备方法、装置以及卫生用品。该复合纤维材料在使用过程中可以有效解决现有单层或双层技术中存在的立体保持性差,抗变形能力差,舒适度不好,弹性差等问题,该纤维材料通过在3D鼓包中通过上/下倒刺开孔以及侧部倒刺开孔结构,形成了内部结构的支撑,实现了增加立体感、弹性和抗变形能力,进一步减少接触面积,提高空气流通性能,增加干爽性、透气性、舒适性、美观性和体验感,有效减少液体回渗和有效减少稀便接触和附着皮肤,减少皮肤过敏。

Description

一种纤维材料、制备方法、装置以及卫生用品
技术领域
本发明属于特殊性能纤维制品及复合材料领域,具体涉及一种无纺布及其制备方法、装置、应用。
背景技术
已知的技术中,单层压纹打孔纤维制品具有凹凸鼓包形状和一定的立体效果,但是单层压纹打孔纤维制品存在以下缺陷和未解决的问题(如图1所示):
A.单层压纹纤维制品立体保持性很差,厚度和立体效果在制作成卷状材料时会降低很多;
B.尤其是在用它制成尿裤或卫生巾时由于制程的工艺拉伸及使用胶水粘合在其他材料上时会极大地降低立体效果;
C.也会影响到透气和干爽性;
D.美观程度也会受到影响。
现在市面上的另一种双层复合纤维制品:表层做成3D中空立体,底层用热粘合作为支撑;这种纤维制品在味道颜色等问题上比上述的双层制品有改善,但上述热合中空立体双层仍存在以下缺陷和未解决的问题(如图2所示):
A.在制作过程中的收卷环节,3D中空立体缺乏支撑会变得扁平,形状也会变得歪歪扭扭不规则不整齐;
B.使用此材料进行尿裤卫生巾等产品制作时,工艺拉伸会进一步降低3D立体效果和柔软度;
C.立体效果下降会影响渗透性能,客户使用舒适度,立体感和美观。
现在还有一种三层复合的纤维制品:表层做成3D凸起,填充层填充3D凸起的整个鼓包空腔,底层材料作为粘合支撑。但上述热合中空立体双层仍存在以下缺陷和未解决的问题(如图3所示):
A.在收卷中,由于填充层的存在,对于鼓包的支撑较为强硬,导致鼓包立体感明显较硬,凸点接触感较强。
B.鼓包上也具有打孔特征,但是由于填充层的存在,导致液体下渗有所阻挡,通气效果以及气体流通有影响。
C.三层材料的使用增加了使用成本,也增加了产品厚度,对于透气、排湿都有一定的影响。
发明内容
本发明所要实际解决的技术问题在于:常规的双层纤维面料上的鼓包的抗变形能力差、结构不易保持,以及三层复合材料中在鼓包中的填充物会导致渗透性/透气性不好的问题。本发明提供了一种复合纤维材料,该复合纤维材料在使用过程中可以有效解决现有单层或双层技术中存在的立体保持性差,抗变形能力差,舒适度不好,弹性差等问题,该纤维材料通过在3D鼓包中通过上/下倒刺开孔以及侧部倒刺开孔结构,形成了内部结构的支撑,实现了增加立体感、弹性和抗变形能力,进一步减少接触面积,提高空气流通性能,增加干爽性、透气性、舒适性、美观性和体验感,有效减少液体回渗和有效减少稀便接触和附着皮肤,减少皮肤过敏。
一种纤维材料,包括:
表层和底层;
表层上部分区域凸起形成3D鼓包区域,3D鼓包区域E的内部为鼓包空腔L;
上倒刺开孔,是由3D鼓包区域的表层向鼓包内部伸出而形成;
下倒刺开孔,是由3D鼓包区域下方的底层向鼓包内部伸出而形成。
在一个3D鼓包区域中,上倒刺开孔和/或下倒刺开孔的数量为一个或多个。
上倒刺开孔和/或下倒刺开孔的水平方向截面的形状为圆形或多边形,且立体形状为柱形或椎形。
所述的上倒刺开孔位于表层一端的水平截面积与另一端的水平截面积比值是1-10:1。
所述的下倒刺开孔位于底层一端的水平截面积与另一端的水平截面积比值是1-10:1。
所述的上倒刺开孔和/或下倒刺开孔的长度为0.1mm-10mm。
当上倒刺开孔和/或下倒刺开孔朝向3D鼓包区域的内部位移一定距离或者不位移一定距离时,上倒刺开孔和下倒刺开孔的侧部能够相互接触。
还包括:粘合部,用于将表层和底层相互复合。
还包括:外部倒刺开孔,位于纤维材料上的非3D鼓包区域,由表层和底层形成。
所述的外部倒刺开孔的方向为背向表层的方向。
一种纤维材料的制备装置,包括:
第一辊、第二辊、第三辊;
所述的第一辊上设有凸出部分,并在突出部分上开设有第一凹孔;
所述的第二辊上设有与凸出部分相配合的凹陷部分,且凹陷部分的底部设有与第一凹孔相配合的第一针体;还设有复合或粘合部分,用于将表层和底层复合;
第三辊上设有与凹陷部分相配合的第二针体。
还包括第四辊,第三辊上设有与第四辊上的第三针体相配合的第二凹孔,用于在第一辊和第二辊所压制形成的3D鼓包区域的外部开设出外部倒刺开孔。
一种纤维材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
通过第一辊和第二辊的配合在表层上形成3D鼓包区域和凹陷区域;并且在形成3D鼓包区域的同时通过第一凹孔和第一针体的配合在3D鼓包区域上形成上倒刺开孔;
通过第二辊和第三辊3的配合在表层上的背向3D鼓包区域的一侧与底层I进行复合;
通过第二辊上的凹陷部分与第三辊上的第二针体的配合在底层上开设出朝向3D鼓包区域内部的下倒刺开孔。
还包括:通过第三辊与第四辊的配合在凹陷区域F上开设出外部倒刺开孔。
一种卫生用品,包含有上述的纤维材料。
所述的卫生用品的面层,导流层,吸收芯体,腰围,外层,立体护围,腰贴等组件中的一种或多种含有所述的复合纤维材料。
所述的卫生用品包括婴儿尿裤,成人尿裤,婴儿裤型尿裤,成人裤型尿裤,失禁垫,呵护巾,卫生巾,卫生护垫,产妇巾,乳垫,吸液垫,干巾或擦拭巾,经期裤,宠物用吸收用品等。
有益效果
1.本发明的双层复合纤维材料采用支撑性填充,立体保持性好,回弹好,舒适性美观性好。形成开孔倒刺在无纺布受到压力是也可以自由发挥弹性力和抵抗变形的能力;3D凸起和凹陷部分交替出现,同时加上开孔,都有效减少接触面积,增加空气流通和透气性;
2.用本发明的纤维材料作为面层或导流制成的尿裤,卫生巾或其他一次性吸收用品,立体保持性好,回弹和抗变形能力好,舒适性美观性好,3D凸起加开孔以及凹陷部分配合起作用,减少纤维制品和身体的接触面积,改善透气,改善吸收,改善干爽性,有效管理液体和稀便的下渗和流动,保持干爽和减少过敏;也可用于尿裤等一次性吸收用品的腰围和背层,改善柔软性和美观性。
3.另外,本发明的成型辊之间利用本发明的生产方法,可以有效地实现表层3D鼓包、在3D鼓包上定位打孔及在3D鼓包与3D鼓包之间的定位打孔,在有效的实现支撑性填充以及底层复合的同时,也可很好的实现在3D凸起、底层的定位打孔。

下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。但本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限定本发明的范围。实施例中未注明具体技术或条件者,按照本领域内的文献所描述的技术或条件按照说明书进行。本发明的提及的装置或元件的“形状”、“啮合”、“厚度”、“深度”、“高度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、等表述词,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须以所述的表述进行对本发明的限制。
本发明提及的一种纤维材料是由表层、底层材料复合叠加而构成,表层材料用于直接与皮肤等作用部位所接触,因此,本发明说明书中所提及的“上方”、“上”、“表层”、“上部”等方位的指代,在无特别说明的情况下,是指偏向于表层面料的一侧;与之相对应的,“下方”、“下”、“底部”、“下部”等方位的指代则是指朝向于底层材料的一侧。
特别地,本发明中的“水平”方向特指平行于纤维材料平面的方向。
如图4和图5所示,本发明提供的复合纤维材料,包括底层I和表层H。其中,所述表层上包括3D鼓包区域E和凹陷区域F(3D鼓包区域E和凹陷区域F相互间隔,可以理解为在鼓包区域外部形成的是凹陷区域);实现所述底层I和表层H两层复合的粘合部分位于所述凹陷区域内,图5中通过粘合部Q来表示;其中,所述表层在3D鼓包区域E的表面区域具有贯通表层的上倒刺开孔M(倒刺的伸出方向是朝向于鼓包内部);其中,所述的底层I材料在表层H材料鼓包区域下方的具有向鼓包空腔L内的下倒刺开孔N(倒刺的伸出方向是朝向于鼓包内部)。其中,所述的纤维材料在表层材料和底层材料复合时,在上层材料的凹陷区域设有用于底层材料和表层材料粘合的粘合部Q以及贯穿底层和表层材料的外部倒刺开孔K。
采用了上述的结构时,使得3D鼓包结构在进行面料制造和收卷的过程中,能够有效地保持其形貌,当受到挤压时,上倒刺开孔和/或下倒刺开孔形成的支撑结构能够有效地在鼓包受压变形时提供支持,使空腔结构能够得以保持。由于倒刺形状的开孔在表层鼓包空腔内形成“立柱”状支撑,既在保持鼓包内部空腔的气体流通又保持了鼓包的保持形状。同时倒刺形状打孔的存在,为液体渗透提供了渗透通道,以及减少液体在表面的残留。有效减少液体回渗和有效减少稀便接触和附着皮肤,减少皮肤过敏。增强干爽性、透气性、美观性、舒适性和体验感,采用该纤维材料的制备方法、装置,有效的实现了产品加工,简化了工艺。
进一步地,所述表层上的凹陷区域在纤维材料的平面方向上的投影形状可以是点状,线状,面状以及他们的组合;所述底层和表层材料复合的粘合部分在纤维材料的平面方向上的投影形状可以是点状,线状,面状以及他们的组合。
进一步地,所述3D鼓包区域为数个;且所述3D凸起部分与相邻的3D凸起部分的在无纺布的平面方向上的投影面积相同或不同,高度相同或不同;所述表层上的3D凸起部分局部相连或完全由凹陷部分隔离开来。
进一步地,所述的表层3D鼓包区域上的上倒刺开孔M为单个或数个,开孔部分具有向鼓包空腔内部的倒刺,倒刺的长度可以不同,长度小于等于鼓包空腔内的垂直高度。开孔时存在的倒刺与倒刺之间的中心存在一定的距离,倒刺根部的投影面积是倒刺顶部的开口或不开口的投影面积的1-10倍(当将倒刺看成是一个锥台形时,位于锥台的尖端为倒刺顶部,另一端为倒刺根部,即:倒刺根部的截面积不小于顶部的截面积)。
进一步地,所述的纤维材料表层材料的凹陷区域上的开孔为单个或数个,开孔部分具有向上或者向下延伸的倒刺,倒刺根部的投影面积是倒刺顶部的开口或不开口的投影面积的1-10倍。
进一步地,所述的底层材料在表层3D鼓包区域空腔内下方的单元面积内具有单个或数个倒刺开孔,开孔部分具有向鼓包空腔内部延伸的倒刺,倒刺的长度可以不同,长度小于等于鼓包空腔内部的垂直高度。开孔时存在的倒刺与倒刺之间的中心存在一定的距离,开孔以及开孔形成的倒刺存在于上层材料开孔以及形成开孔倒刺形成的交叉空隙之间。倒刺根部的投影面积是倒刺顶部的开口或不开口的投影面积的1-10倍。
进一步地,所述的表层材料的开孔倒刺和所述的底层材料的开孔倒刺在垂直方向的投影可以部分或全部重合。这里的垂直方向也就是指垂直于无纺布所在平面的方向。
进一步地,所述3D鼓包区域的投影面积小于等于500平方毫米;所述3D鼓包和凹陷区域的投影面积比在100:1和1:100之间;所述3D鼓包区域的在无纺布平面上的投影形状为菱形、椭圆形、半圆柱形或其他形状;所述3D凸起部分的高度为0.1mm-10mm,优选的,所述3D凸起部分的高度为0.5mm-5mm。
基于以上的技术构思,一种实施例如图5所示,上倒刺开孔M和下倒刺开孔N都是为圆台形,并且相互错开,上倒刺开孔M和下倒刺开孔N的侧壁相互贴合;采用这样的结构时,由于圆台的侧壁呈一定斜向的角度,当上倒刺开孔M和下倒刺开孔N的侧壁相互贴合时,进一步地形成了相互的摩擦或者压紧,起到了内部由上倒刺开孔M和下倒刺开孔N的进一步的贴合支撑,使得立体结构的保持效果更好。
另外,并非要在制造完成时就能实现上倒刺开孔M和下倒刺开孔N的直接贴合,也可以是当3D鼓包区域E向下按压一定距离后(也可以是底层I向上产生一定距离),再使得上倒刺开孔M和下倒刺开孔N的侧壁相互贴合,这样的制造方式,一方面简化了加工精度的要求,另一方面,也能够实现当鼓包产生形变时,内部的上倒刺开孔M和下倒刺开孔N的侧壁也实现了贴合支撑,同样具有保持立体结构的优点。
另外的一种实施方式如图9所示,上倒刺开孔M和下倒刺开孔N的侧壁本身不贴合,并且即使是表层H或底层I向鼓包内部方向位移后,仍然不能实现侧壁的贴合,而是由上倒刺开孔M的尖部与底层I的接触实现支撑,或者是由下倒刺开孔N与表层H的直接接触实现支撑。
另外的一种实施方式如图10所示,底层I上还设有3D凹陷区域R,其形状与3D鼓包区域相类似,但是方向相反,其是向底层I的下方凹陷而形成,并且下倒刺开孔N所在的位置是处于底层I的3D凹陷区域R内;同时,在图10中的左、中、右位置,分别展示了3D凹陷区域R和所述表层H的3D鼓包区域E的垂直投影全部重合、部分重合或不重合。
本发明还提供了制造上述的纤维材料的方法以及设备,具体如图6所示,生产这种纤维材料的装置,包括第一辊1,第二辊2,第三辊3和第四辊4。
所述第一辊1的辊体表面设有凸出辊体表面的凸出部分11,凸出部分11内部设有第一凹孔12。所述的第二辊2辊体表面上设有与第一辊1上凸出部分11相配合的向第二辊2辊体中心凹陷的凹陷部分21。凹陷部分21的底部设有凸出底面的第一针体22,第一针体22与第一辊1上凸出部分11上的第一凹孔12在第一辊1和第二辊2转动时相互配合,通过这样的结构时,可以利用第一辊上的凸出部分与第二辊的凹陷部分压时形成3D鼓包,同时,再利用第二辊凹陷部分中的针体与第一辊凸出部分内部的凹陷部分进行配合,在3D鼓包上形成朝向鼓包内部的倒刺部分,这个倒刺可以是将表层刺破也可以不刺破。进行加工时,将表层在送入第一辊和第二辊之间,通过第一辊和第二辊之间的啮合使在表层上形成3D凸起区域和凹陷区域,在形成表层上3D凸起区域的同时通过第二辊凹陷部分内的针体在表层的3D凸起区域表面由上至下刺穿表层,以形成表层3D凸起区域上的贯通的倒刺开孔;第一针体22的长度应该小于凹孔12的深度,在一个凹陷部分21中的第一针体22的数量可以为一个或多个。
所述的第二辊2上在凹陷部分之间设有凸出平面用于双层材料之间的复合或粘合部分23。进行加工时,第二辊2传送上述步骤处理后的表层继续转动,底层材料通过进入第二辊3的辊体上表层材料底面再经过超声波,热合,胶合或他们的组合,进行双层材料的粘合处理,这里的粘合处理可以采用现有的超声波复合设备、热复合设备或者涂胶设备等进行实现,如图6中的复合机构5所示。
所述的第三辊3与第二辊2相互配合,在第三辊3辊体表面有凸出辊面的第二针体31,第二针体31在第二辊2和第三辊3相互啮合时刺入第二辊2的凹陷区域21内的非第一针体22的位置(例如相邻的第一针体22之间)。采用这样的配合结构时,可以将通过第一辊1和第二辊2打孔完成后的表层与底层进行复合,再复合后3D鼓包在容纳于第二辊的凹陷区域21,并通过第三辊3上的第二针体31在底层上进行打孔,形成底层上的朝向3D鼓包内部的倒刺结构。进行加工时,第二辊传送上述步骤处理后的表层、底层复合后的纤维材料继续转动,送至第三辊和第二辊之间;第三辊上针体通过第二辊、第三辊的配合转动,针体刺入底层材料产品鼓包单元的区域内。将底层材料刺穿并形成带有向鼓包内的倒刺开孔。
所述的第三辊3表面还设有第二凹孔32。第二凹孔与所述的第四辊4辊体表面具有的凸台上的第三针体41相互配合。通过该结构可以实现在面料的凹陷区域中再次打出外部倒刺开孔。执行加工步骤时,第三辊将经过第3步处理的纤维材料,经过第三辊打孔后贴合第三辊辊体表面,经过第三辊与第四辊相互配合传动,位于第四辊的凸台上的针体刺入已经复合完成的鼓包与鼓包之间的凹陷区域。形成在凹陷区域的倒刺开孔。3D鼓包位于第四辊的凸台与凸台之间的支撑空间区域内。
上述纤维材料应用于一种一次性吸收用品,所述一次性吸收用品的面层,导流层,吸收芯体,腰围,外层,立体护围,腰贴等组件中的一种或多种含有所述的复合纤维材料;所述一次性吸收用品具体包括婴儿尿裤,成人尿裤,婴儿裤型尿裤,成人裤型尿裤,失禁垫,呵护巾,卫生巾,卫生护垫,产妇巾,乳垫,吸液垫,干巾或擦拭巾,经期裤,宠物用吸收用品等。
实施例1
纤维材料的表层采用25克/平米增白弱亲水热风无纺布,底层采用20克/平米强亲水增白热风无纺布,制作成图4和图5所示的双层复合纤维材料。所述上倒刺开孔直径约为2.5mm,上倒刺长度约为1.25mm,下倒刺开孔直径约为2.5mm,下倒刺长度约为1.2mm。侧倒刺开孔孔径约为2.5mm,侧倒刺长度约为1.25mm.
实施例2
纤维材料的表层采用20克/平米增白弱亲水热风无纺布,底层采用18克/平米淡蓝色强亲水热风无纺布,制作成图4和图5所示的双层复合纤维材料。所述上倒刺开孔直径约为2.0mm,上倒刺长度约为1.0mm,下倒刺开孔直径约为2.0mm,下倒刺长度约为1.0mm。侧倒刺开孔孔径约为2.0mm,侧倒刺长度约为1.0mm.
实施例3
纤维材料的表层采用35克/平米增白强亲水热风无纺布,底层采用35克/平米增白强亲水热风无纺布,制作成图9所示的双层复合纤维材料。所述上倒刺开孔直径约为3.0mm,上倒刺长度约为1.8mm,下倒刺开孔直径约为3.0mm,下倒刺长度约为1.8mm。侧倒刺开孔孔径约为2.0mm,侧倒刺长度约为1.0mm.
对比例1
与实施例1中的材料相比,区别在于:只打出上倒刺开孔M,而不打出下针刺开孔N。
表1显示了实施例1和对比例1在厚度保持性上的比较:

由表1的比较可以看出,下针刺开孔N有效地提高了材料的抗变形能力以及变形恢复性能。
对比例2
与实施例2采用同样的材料,区别在于:制作成图2所述的双层复合材料。
吸收速度对比测试:以本实施例2所得的一种纤维材料作为面层进行测试(以对比例2作为对比),按照国家标准关于纸尿裤回渗的测试方法的规定,使用80毫升生理盐水一次性注入测量块放置在同样的KSC标准尿裤吸收材料上,吸收材料上放置本发明的一种无纺布和三层结构纤维制品,观察测量块中生理盐水的液面下降快慢来表示吸收速度,液面完全消失时记录吸收时间(以秒为单位);数字越小表示吸收速度越快,测试数据如下表2所示:

由上表2可见,采用本发明实施例2的纤维材料的吸收速度快于对比例2。
干爽性测试:在实验的测试中,将平面面积100*100,重量0.5kg的压板以及相同重量的标准砝码5kg对压板进行加压,分别压在本实施例2的本发明的纤维材料和对比例2的复合纤维材料,放置在室温下,48小时,然后再移出压板和标准砝码,放置24小时后,对比初始状态(没有加压之前)的干爽性和加压回弹后的干爽性变化。干爽性以回渗量作为评判,回渗量越低则干爽性越好。干爽性的测试方法是将测试用面层材料放置于吸收体之上,分两次倒入80毫升生理盐水,两次之间间隔5分钟,然后放置1分钟后,在面层上然后放上10层标准滤纸,压上2.5KG压块,压一分钟后,测试滤纸重量变化,记录为回渗量,以克为单位,数字越小说明回渗量越低,干爽性越好。

从测试结果干爽性对照表表3可以看出,本发明的纤维材料明显优于对比例2的纤维材料。
对比例3
与实施例1中的材料相比,区别在于:省略了凹陷区域F中的侧部倒刺开孔。
吸收速度对比测试:以本实施例1所得的一种纤维材料作为面层进行测试(以对比例3作为对比),按照国家标准关于纸尿裤回渗的测试方法的规定,使用80毫升生理盐水一次性注入测量块放置在同样的KSC标准尿裤吸收材料上,吸收材料上放置本发明的一种无纺布和三层结构纤维制品,观察测量块中生理盐水的液面下降快慢来表示吸收速度,液面完全消失时记录吸收时间(以秒为单位);数字越小表示吸收速度越快,测试数据如下表4所示:

由上表4可见,采用本发明实施例1的纤维材料的吸收速度要快于对比例3。

Claims (14)

1.一种纤维面料,其特征在于,包括:
表层(H)和底层(I);
表层(H)上部分区域凸起形成3D鼓包区域(E),3D鼓包区域(E)的内部为鼓包空腔(L);
上倒刺开孔(M),是由3D鼓包区域(E)的表层(H)向鼓包内部伸出而形成;
下倒刺开孔(N),位于底层(I)上,且朝向表层(H)伸出而形成;
所述的上倒刺开孔(M)位于表层(H)一端的水平截面积与另一端的水平截面积比值是1-10:1;所述的下倒刺开孔(N)位于底层(I)一端的水平截面积与另一端的水平截面积比值是1-10:1;所述的上倒刺开孔(M)和/或下倒刺开孔(N)的长度为0.1mm-10mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维面料,其特征在于,所述的下倒刺开孔(N)是由3D鼓包区域(E)下方的底层(I)向鼓包内部伸出而形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纤维面料,其特征在于,在一个3D鼓包区域中,上倒刺开孔(M)和/或下倒刺开孔(N)的数量为一个或多个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纤维面料,其特征在于,上倒刺开孔(M)和/或下倒刺开孔(N)的水平方向截面的形状为圆形或多边形,且立体形状为柱形或椎形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纤维面料,其特征在于,当上倒刺开孔(M)和/或下倒刺开孔(N)朝向3D鼓包区域的内部位移一定距离或者不位移一定距离时,上倒刺开孔(M)和下倒刺开孔(N)的侧部能够相互接触。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纤维面料,其特征在于,还包括:粘合部(Q),用于将表层(H)和底层(I)相互复合;
还包括:外部倒刺开孔(K),位于纤维材料上的非3D鼓包区域,由表层(H)和底层(I)形成;所述的外部倒刺开孔(K)的方向为背向表层(H)的方向。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纤维面料,其特征在于,所述底层(I)设置有3D凹陷区域(R),所述3D凹陷区域(R)为背向表层(H)的方向;且下倒刺开孔(N)位于3D凹陷区域(R)内。
8.根据权利要求7所述的纤维面料,其特征在于,所述底层(I)设置的3D凹陷区域(R)和所述表层(H)的3D鼓包区域(E)的垂直投影全部重合、部分重合或不重合。
9.权利要求1所述的纤维面料的制备装置,其特征在于,包括:
第一辊(1)、第二辊(2)、第三辊(3);
所述的第一辊(1)上设有凸出部分(11),并在突出部分(11)上开设有第一凹孔(12);
所述的第二辊(2)上设有与凸出部分(11)相配合的凹陷部分(21),且凹陷部分(21)的底部设有与第一凹孔(12)相配合的第一针体(22);还设有复合或粘合部分(23),用于将表层(H)和底层(I)复合;
第三辊(3)上设有与凹陷部分(21)相配合的第二针体(31)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的纤维面料的制备装置,其特征在于,还包括第四辊(4),第三辊(3)上设有与第四辊(4)上的第三针体(41)相配合的第二凹孔(32),用于在第一辊(1)和第二辊(2)所压制形成的3D鼓包区域(E)的外部开设出外部倒刺开孔(K)。
11.一种权利要求1所述的纤维面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
通过第一辊(1)和第二辊(2)的配合在表层(H)上形成3D鼓包区域(E)和凹陷区域(F);并且在形成3D鼓包区域(E)的同时通过第一凹孔(12)和第一针体(22)的配合在3D鼓包区域(E)上形成上倒刺开孔(M);
通过第一辊(1)和第二辊(2)的配合在表层(H)上的背向3D鼓包区域(E)的一侧与底层(I)进行复合;
通过第二辊(2)上的凹陷部分(21)与第三辊(3)上的第二针体(31)的配合在底层(I)上开设出朝向3D鼓包区域(E)内部的下倒刺开孔(N)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的纤维面料的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括:通过第三辊(3)与第四辊(4)的配合在凹陷区域(F)上开设出外部倒刺开孔。
13.一种卫生用品,其特征在于,包含有权利要求1-7任一项所述的纤维面料。
14.根据权利要求13所述的卫生用品,其特征在于,所述的卫生用品选自婴儿尿裤、成人尿裤、失禁垫、呵护巾、卫生巾、卫生护垫、产妇巾、乳垫、吸液垫、干巾、擦拭巾、经期裤或者宠物用吸收用品。
