The customs clearance matching invoice is an important link in foreign trade tax return operation, and the follow-up tax return operation can be performed based on the customs clearance and invoice data matched with the customs clearance.

With the development of computer technology, the customs clearance sheet and the invoice can be searched and matched by a user on line in an electronic file form, and compared with the paper file form, the matching efficiency can be improved.

However, in the online matching system realized at present, users are required to search invoice data matched with the invoice data one by one aiming at the newspaper, the matching efficiency is still low, and the users frequently operate equipment, so that more calculation performance consumption is brought, and the performance of the equipment is also influenced.

In order to improve the matching efficiency of the customs clearance sheet and the invoice and improve the equipment performance, the inventor provides a technical scheme of the application through a series of researches. The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. The technical solution of the present application may be applied to an information processing system as shown in fig. 1, where the information processing system may include a user terminal 101 and a server terminal 102, and in practical application, the user terminal 101 may be application software or a browser configured in an electronic device, and for convenience of understanding, in fig. 1, the electronic device represents the user terminal in a form of an electronic device, and the electronic device may be a personal computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or the like. The information processing system can provide services for users in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) mode. The SaaS is an application mode for providing software services based on the internet, the SaaS platform provider uniformly deploys the application software on its own server, and the client can purchase the required application software services from the provider through the internet according to the actual demands of work and obtain the services provided by the SaaS platform provider through the internet.

The information processing system is used for realizing the online matching operation of the customs clearance sheet and the invoice.

The customs clearance and invoice can be input into the information processing system in advance by a user, for example, the user can scan a paper file form through a user side, and the server side stores the customs clearance and invoice and the like based on the scanning information, so that the customs clearance and invoice can be uploaded. Of course, as shown in fig. 1, the information processing system may also establish a connection with the customs system 103, so that the customs clearance corresponding to the user may be synchronously acquired from the customs system 103, and may also establish a connection with the tax authority system 104, so that the invoice corresponding to the user may be synchronously acquired from the tax authority system 104.

It should be noted that, the user described herein may be an individual user or a group organization such as an enterprise user, and the present application is not limited to the user of the information processing system.

In the embodiment of the application, a bill allocation operation interface can be provided for a user in the user side, a customs clearance list, selection prompt information and configuration prompt information which are related to the user are displayed, so that the user can select and configure customs clearance commodity items in the customs clearance through operating the bill allocation operation interface, invoice information which is respectively matched with at least one customs clearance commodity item selected by the user can be determined according to the rule of the bill allocation, and finally, the bill allocation result corresponding to the at least one customs clearance commodity item is displayed for the user to check. The embodiment of the application automatically realizes the matching of the customs clearance sheet and the invoice, reduces user operation, is beneficial to improving the matching efficiency and the equipment performance, can match the invoice from the dimension of the commodity item in the customs clearance sheet, realizes the matching flexibility and meets the matching requirement of the user.

Corresponding to the information processing system shown in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 2, a flowchart of an embodiment of an information display method according to an embodiment of the present application may be implemented by a user terminal, where the method may include the following steps:

In addition, in the order distribution result, invoice information matched with a certain or a plurality of customs clearance commodity items can be empty, namely invoice information matched with the customs clearance commodity items can not be obtained according to the order distribution rule, and corresponding result prompt information can be output for the customs clearance commodity items with empty invoice information so as to prompt a user to find no mateable invoice and the like.

As shown in fig. 3b, illustrating a possible display schematic of the order result corresponding to the at least one customs clearance commodity item displayed in the order operation interface, the relevant information 41 of the at least one customs clearance commodity item and the invoice information 42 in the respectively matched invoice commodity item may be displayed in list form. The related information of the at least one customs commodity item may include customs ticket information of a customs ticket to which the customs ticket belongs, such as a customs ticket identifier, an export date, etc., and commodity related information, such as a customs commodity name, a unit price, a configuration quantity, etc. The invoice information may include, for example, invoice identification, invoice commodity name, matching quantity, units, amounts, and the like.

In addition, the order result may further include order confirmation prompt information, for example, an order confirmation control may be included, for example, an order confirmation control 43 shown in fig. 3b, and if a user confirmation operation, for example, a trigger operation performed on the order confirmation control, is received, reporting information may be generated based on the order result corresponding to the at least one customs clearance commodity item, where the reporting information may also include related information of the at least one customs clearance commodity item, invoice information in the invoice commodity item matched with each other, and the like. Subsequent reporting operations, such as auditing, submitting tax authorities, etc., may be performed based on the reporting information.

In addition, in the order distribution result, an update control for a specific data item can be displayed for each customs commodity item, and an update control for the specific data item can be displayed for invoice information matched with each customs commodity item, so that a user can conveniently adjust the specific data item of the customs commodity item and the specific data item in the matched invoice information respectively. The specific data item in the customs commodity item may refer to, for example, the number of orders of the customs commodity; the specific data items in the invoice information can be the matching quantity of invoice commodities, and a user can adjust the number of the orders of the customs clearance commodities in the customs clearance commodity item according to actual demands, wherein the number of the orders is smaller than or equal to the number of the commodities in the customs clearance commodity item; and the matching number of the invoice commodity can be adjusted, and the matching number is smaller than or equal to the commodity number in the corresponding invoice commodity item.

In addition, in the single-join outcome, a first cancel control corresponding to the single-join outcome may be displayed, such as the first cancel control 44 shown in fig. 3b, for which the triggering operation may cancel the single-join operation for the at least one customs clearance merchandise item.

In addition, a second cancel control, such as the second cancel control 45 in fig. 3b, may be correspondingly displayed for the customs clearance commodity item for which the invoice information is not empty, and the order allocation operation for the corresponding customs clearance commodity item may be canceled for the triggering operation of any one of the second cancel controls.

Optionally, a customs clearance list selection page may be displayed in the menu operation interface, and a customs clearance list, and first selection prompt information and first menu prompt information corresponding to the customs clearance list, such as the customs clearance selection page 30 in fig. 3a, are displayed on the customs clearance selection page.

The displaying of the distribution result corresponding to the at least one customs clearance commodity item may be displaying a distribution single result page in a distribution single operation interface, and displaying the distribution single result corresponding to the at least one customs clearance commodity item in the distribution single result page. Switching from the customs clearance selection page to a recipe page in the recipe operation interface, such as recipe page 40 shown in fig. 3 b; or the single-distribution-list page can be used as a floating layer page to be overlapped on the customs clearance page for display, at least part of single-result pages can be covered, a user can trigger to switch the overlapping sequence of the single-distribution-list page and the customs clearance page in a clearance operation interface, and in addition, the user can also trigger to switch the display position of the clearance page or the customs clearance page and the like.

In this embodiment, a configuration menu operation interface is provided for the user, and a customs clearance list, selection prompt information and configuration prompt information associated with the user are displayed, so that the user can select and configure customs clearance commodity items in the customs clearance through operating the configuration menu operation interface, and invoice information respectively matched with at least one customs clearance commodity item selected by the user can be determined according to a rule of the configuration clearance, and finally a configuration clearance result corresponding to the at least one customs clearance commodity item is displayed for the user to check. The embodiment of the application automatically realizes the matching of the customs clearance sheet and the invoice, reduces user operation, is beneficial to improving the matching efficiency and the equipment performance, can match the invoice from the dimension of the commodity item in the customs clearance sheet, realizes the matching flexibility and meets the matching requirement of the user.

Since the customs clearance associated by the user may be numerous, to enhance efficient selection of customs clearance and customs clearance merchandise items from the customs clearance list, in some embodiments, the method may further include:

displaying a customs clearance search control;

detecting search operation aiming at a customs clearance search control, and determining a first search word;

and updating the customs clearance list according to the customs clearance matched with the first search word.

For example, the customs clearance search control 312 is shown in FIG. 3 a.

The user side can send the first search word to the server side, and the server side searches the customs clearance matched with the first search word and feeds the customs clearance back to the user side.

Optionally, the customs clearance search control may include a plurality of data item search controls and a search confirmation control, so that the user can provide corresponding keywords in different data items, the data item keywords provided by the user in the plurality of data item search controls form the first search word, and the first search word is sent to the server for triggering operation of the search confirmation control.

The data item search control may be an input control, a data item keyword entered by a user, or may be a selection control, which may provide a plurality of options for the user to select to determine a desired data item keyword.

The plurality of data item search controls may include, for example, customs clearance identification, date of start and end, mode of collection, trade nature code, and/or tax payer qualification, etc., respectively corresponding search controls such that a user may locate customs clearance requiring allocation from a plurality of data items, etc.

The customs clearance matching the first search keyword may be a customs clearance including the first search keyword in the data item. Updating the customs clearance list may mean that only customs clearance matching the first search keyword is displayed in the customs clearance list.

The user may perform a plurality of search operations so that at least one customs clearance article item may be selected from the constantly updated customs clearance list.

In addition, as another alternative, in order to further reduce the number of searches, it is possible to support the user to input a plurality of keywords in one search control, and a specific separator may be added between the plurality of keywords, for example, "space character" or "/", etc. Thus, the server may specifically identify a specific separator in the first search term to determine that the first search term includes at least one keyword, and search for a customs clearance list matching each based on the at least one keyword, respectively.

When a plurality of data item search controls are included, at least one keyword included in each data item keyword may be determined for a specific separator in each data item keyword, and at least one keyword included in each of the plurality of data item keywords may be respectively combined to obtain a plurality of search keywords, and a newspaper note or the like matched with each of the plurality of search keywords may be searched based on each of the plurality of search keywords.

To facilitate the user's confirmation of selected customs notes at any time, particularly in the case of multiple searches to continually update the customs note list, in some embodiments, the method may further comprise:

and responding to the selection operation for the customs clearance list, and displaying customs clearance commodity item prompt information of the customs clearance commodity item selected by the user on the allocation operation interface.

In order to save the page control, the customs commodity item prompt information may refer to a commodity identifier of the customs commodity item, such as a commodity code, or may refer to a customs note identifier of a customs note to which the customs commodity item belongs, such as a customs note number, etc., such as a plurality of customs note prompt information 313 shown in fig. 3 a.

The customs clearance note prompt may include a close control, such as close control 314 shown in fig. 3a, and the customs clearance note may be deselected when a trigger operation for the close control is detected.

In addition, optionally, the customs clearance commodity item prompt information of the customs clearance commodity item selected by the user can be displayed according to the time sequence of selection.

Further, the customs clearance item prompt information may be dragged to switch the arrangement position in the arrangement order or the like, and therefore, may be moved to a specified position in the arrangement order or the like in response to a drag operation by the user for any of the customs clearance item prompt information.

Since the invoices associated with the user may be numerous, the invoice information matching the customs clearance item is searched for from a large number of invoices, so that the matching result may be inaccurate and not conform to the user's expectations. Thus, as yet another embodiment, in response to a receipt operation for at least one customs clearance article item, screening invoice information respectively matching the at least one clearance article item according to a receipt rule may include:

responding to the order allocation operation aiming at least one customs commodity item, and displaying an invoice list and second selection prompt information corresponding to the invoice list;

detecting a selection operation for an invoice list, and determining at least one invoice commodity item selected by a user;

and determining invoice information matched with the at least one customs clearance commodity item respectively from the at least one invoice commodity item according to the order distribution rule.

In the embodiment of the application, the invoice list can be displayed first for a user to screen at least one invoice commodity item from the invoice list, so that the invoice information matched with at least one customs commodity item can be determined only from the at least one invoice commodity item.

As shown in fig. 3c, a further display schematic illustrating the order operation interface displays an invoice list comprising at least one invoice 51.

Alternatively, the second selection prompt information may include, for example, an invoice selection control corresponding to each invoice, as shown in fig. 3c as an invoice selection control 52, and the user may select or cancel the selected invoice for the corresponding triggering operation of the invoice selection control. In addition, the selected or unselected corresponding prompt information can be displayed in the ticket selection control, for example, the selected prompt information can be a specific color filled in the invoice selection control or an identification symbol presenting a specific shape and/or a specific color, such as a red dot shape or a opposite hook shape, and the unselected prompt information can be the initial display state of the invoice selection control.

Wherein the selecting operation for the invoice list may include selecting operation for at least one invoice selection control.

The selecting operation for the at least one invoice selection control may include a clicking operation for each invoice selection control, and in addition, for convenience of user operation, the selecting operation for the at least one invoice selection control may also include a frame selection operation performed in a specific area, and an invoice selection control located in a frame selection range is selected. Of course, a mouse or keyboard combination may be used for overlay selection, and so on.

The at least one invoice commodity item may be all invoice commodity items in the invoice corresponding to the customs clearance selection control selected by the user.

As another alternative, the second selection prompt information may include, for example, an invoice commodity item selection control corresponding to each invoice commodity item, where the user may select the invoice commodity item or cancel the selected invoice commodity item according to a corresponding trigger operation of the invoice commodity item selection control, and in addition, the selected or unselected corresponding prompt information may be displayed in the invoice commodity item selection control, for example, the selected prompt information is a specific color filled in the invoice commodity item selection control or a specific shape and/or a specific color identifier symbol, such as a red dot shape, where the unselected prompt information may be an initial display state of the invoice commodity item selection control.

The selecting operation for the invoice list may include selecting operation for at least one invoice commodity item selecting control, and the selected invoice commodity item is the invoice commodity item selected by the user.

Likewise, the selecting operation for the at least one invoice commodity item selection control may include a clicking operation for each invoice commodity item selection control, and in addition, for convenience of user operation, the selecting operation for the at least one invoice commodity item selection control may also include a box selecting operation performed in a specific area, and an invoice commodity item selection control located in a box selecting range is selected. Of course, a mouse or keyboard combination may be used for overlay selection, and so on.

In addition, as other optional manners, the second selection prompt information may include an invoice selection control corresponding to each invoice and an invoice commodity item selection control corresponding to each invoice commodity item.

The invoice list and the invoice selection control corresponding to the invoice element list may be displayed first, and if a viewing operation for any invoice is detected, the invoice commodity item list in the invoice and the invoice commodity item selection control corresponding to each invoice commodity item are displayed, as shown in fig. 3c, the invoice commodity item 53 displayed by the invoice commodity item list, and the corresponding invoice commodity selection control 54.

Thus, displaying the invoice listing and the corresponding second selection hint information for the invoice listing in response to the order operation for the at least one customs commodity item may include:

responding to the order allocation operation aiming at least one customs commodity item, displaying an invoice list and an invoice selection control corresponding to each invoice;

detecting checking operation aiming at any invoice, and displaying an invoice commodity item selection control corresponding to each invoice commodity item in the invoice;

detecting a selection operation for the invoice list, determining at least one invoice commodity item selected by the user may include:

a selection operation triggered by at least one invoice selection control and/or at least one invoice commodity item selection control is detected, and at least one invoice commodity item selected by a user is determined.

The operation of selecting the invoice selection control for any invoice may trigger the operation of viewing the invoice, or the operation of viewing any invoice may also be the operation of triggering the display area where any invoice is located, or the operation of viewing any invoice may also be the operation of triggering the invoice commodity item viewing control by a pointer, which may also be the operation of displaying the invoice commodity item viewing control corresponding to each invoice, as in the invoice commodity item viewing control 55 shown in fig. 3 c.

The selection operation of the invoice selection control can simultaneously select the invoice commodity item selection control corresponding to each invoice commodity item in the invoice, and the deselection operation of the invoice selection control can simultaneously deselect the invoice commodity item selection control corresponding to each invoice commodity item in the invoice. Of course, as other alternatives, the selection operation for the invoice selection control may trigger only the viewing operation for the invoice, the invoice commodity item list is displayed, the deselection operation for the invoice selection control may trigger the display of the invoice commodity item list, and so on.

In addition, the second selection prompt information may further include an invoice full-selection control for the invoice list, and for a selection operation of the invoice full-selection control, all invoices may be selected to trigger displaying of the invoice commodity item list, or all invoice commodity items in all invoices may be selected.

In addition, the selecting operation for the invoice list may further include a quantity selecting operation for each invoice commodity item to select the matching quantity that needs to be matched at this time. A quantity selection control may be displayed for each invoice item in the invoice item list for the user to select a matching quantity. Thus, in response to a selection operation for the invoice list, at least one invoice commodity item selected by the user and a matching number to which the at least one invoice commodity item corresponds, respectively, may be determined.

The invoice selection page is displayed in the order allocation operation interface, and the invoice list and the selection prompt information corresponding to the invoice list are displayed in the invoice selection page. As shown in figure 3c, an invoice selection page 50.

Optionally, in response to the order allocation operation for the at least one customs clearance commodity item, an order allocation page can be displayed, and related information of the at least one customs clearance commodity item and second order allocation prompt information corresponding to the at least one customs clearance commodity item are displayed in the order allocation page.

The invoice selection page may be displayed superimposed over a partial area of the single result page, such as the single result page 40 and the invoice selection page 50 in fig. 3 c.

The invoice selection page can also display a page closing control, and aiming at the triggering operation of the page closing control, the invoice selection page can be closed, and the order allocation operation is canceled. As shown in fig. 3d, only a matching single result page 40 is displayed in the matching single result interface, and relevant information 41 of at least one customs commodity item is displayed in the matching single result page, and since no matching single operation is performed, invoice information corresponding to the at least one customs commodity item is empty. Of course, the page closing control may also be included in the matching single-result page, so that the display of the matching single-result page and the like may be canceled.

Further, as shown in fig. 3c, a fourth order control 56 may be displayed in the invoice selection page, and determining invoice information from the at least one invoice commodity item that respectively matches the at least one customs clearance commodity item according to the order rules may include:

and responding to the order allocation operation triggered by the fourth order allocation control, and determining invoice information matched with at least one customs clearance commodity item from at least one invoice commodity item according to an order allocation rule.

As shown in fig. 3b and fig. 3d, a first reconfiguration list control 46 may be further displayed in the configuration list page, the invoice selection page may be redisplayed for the triggering operation of the first reconfiguration list control 46, and the invoice list, the selection prompt information of the corresponding invoice list and the like are displayed in the invoice selection page, so that the selection operation for the invoice list is detected, and the invoice commodity item reselected by the user is determined; and determining invoice information matched with at least one customs clearance commodity item selected by the user from the reselected invoice commodity items according to the order distribution rule.

In fig. 3b and 3d, each customs clearance commodity item may further display a corresponding second reconfiguration ticket control 47, and for the triggering operation of the second reconfiguration ticket control of any customs clearance commodity item, invoice information matched with the customs clearance commodity item may be redetermined according to the rule of the configuration ticket. Optionally, the invoice selection page may be displayed first, and the invoice list, the selection prompt information of the corresponding invoice list, and the like are displayed on the invoice selection page, so that the invoice commodity item reselected by the user in the invoice selection page is detected, and the invoice information matched with the customed commodity item is redetermined from the reselected invoice commodity item according to the order rule.

Further, to facilitate user determination of selected invoice merchandise items, in some embodiments, detecting a selection operation for an invoice listing, determining at least one invoice merchandise item selected by the user may include:

detecting a selection operation for an invoice list, displaying a selected invoice page in a superposition manner on the invoice selection page, and displaying related information of at least one selected invoice commodity item on the selected invoice page;

the related information of the selected at least one invoice commodity item may include an invoice to which the at least one invoice commodity item respectively belongs, and the selected invoice commodity item in the invoice may be displayed again for the operation of checking the invoice.

As shown in fig. 3c, a selected invoice page 60 may be displayed superimposed in the invoice selection page 50. At least one selected invoice 61 may be displayed in a list in the selected invoice page 60.

For each selected invoice 61 viewing operation, the selected invoice commodity item 62 in the selected invoice may be displayed. In addition, a quantity selection control 63 can be displayed corresponding to each invoice commodity item, and the corresponding matching quantity in the selected invoice commodity item can be adjusted according to the selection operation of the quantity selection control 63.

To facilitate efficient screening of invoices by a user, in some embodiments, the method may further comprise:

displaying an invoice search control;

detecting search operation aiming at an invoice search control, and determining a second search word;

and updating the invoice list according to the invoices matched with the second search word.

The user side can send the second search word to the server side, and the server side searches the customs clearance matched with the second search word and feeds the customs clearance back to the user side.

Optionally, the invoice search control may include a plurality of data item search controls therein, such that the user provides corresponding keywords in different data items, and the second search term is composed of keywords provided in the plurality of data item search controls.

The data item search control may be an input control or a selection control or the like, a desired keyword entered by a user or selected from provided options or the like.

The plurality of data item search controls can include, for example, invoice identifications, serial numbers, sales names, commodity names, start and stop dates, and the like, respectively corresponding search controls, so that a user can position invoices and the like needing to participate in matching from the perspective of the plurality of data items.

The user may perform a plurality of search operations so that at least one invoice commodity item may be selected from the constantly updated invoice list.

In addition, as another alternative, in order to reduce the number of searches and reduce the number of operations of the device, it is possible to support the user to input a plurality of keywords in one search control, and to add a specific separator between the plurality of keywords, for example, "space symbol" or "/", etc.

The server may specifically identify a specific separator in the second search term to determine at least one keyword included in the second search term, and search for an invoice or the like matching each based on the at least one keyword.

In the case of including a plurality of data item search controls, at least one keyword included may be determined for a specific separator in each data item keyword, and at least one keyword respectively included in the plurality of data item keywords may be respectively combined to obtain a plurality of search keywords, and an invoice or the like matching each may be searched based on the plurality of search keywords.

From the foregoing description, it will be appreciated that the information handling system may provide configuration functionality for a user to set or update order rules, etc. Thus, in certain embodiments, the method may further comprise:

displaying rule configuration controls;

responding to the triggering operation of the rule configuration control, and displaying rule configuration prompt information;

The order rules are generated or updated based on configuration operations for the rule configuration hint information.

The rule configuration control may be specifically displayed in a customs clearance selection page, such as rule configuration control 315 in fig. 3a, for example.

For the triggering operation of the rule configuration control, as shown in fig. 3e, rule configuration prompt information may be displayed in the order allocation operation interface, where the rule configuration prompt information may include configuration prompt information of a commodity item matching rule, such as configuration prompt information 71 of a name matching rule, configuration prompt information 72 of a unit matching rule, and configuration prompt information 73 of a trade-in cost matching rule, and the like, and different configuration prompt information may include operation control, and a user may generate or update an order allocation rule based on user configuration input information through operation of the operation control, including selection, input, and the like. If the configuration prompt information of the name matching rule can provide a plurality of name matching rule selection controls for the user to select the required name matching rule. For another example, the configuration prompt information of the unit matching rule may include input controls corresponding to different units, so that the units with the same meaning and different expression manners can be input by the user.

The rule configuration prompt may include an initial configuration rule for a user to update, etc.

Alternatively, the rule configuration page 70 may be displayed first in the order operation interface, and the rule configuration prompt may be displayed in the rule configuration page.

In addition, a rule confirmation control or a rule cancellation control can be displayed in the rule configuration page, and the order allocation rule can be updated based on the user configuration operation aiming at the triggering operation of the rule confirmation control; for triggering operations of the rule cancellation control, the update order rule may be cancelled.

The foregoing mainly describes the technical solution of the present application from the perspective of the user side, in practical application, the user side may be responsible for sensing user operations, for obtaining display data requests, displaying display data, etc., and the server side may be responsible for processing requests sent by the user side, etc., and of course, the user side may also perform processing operations, such as order allocation operations, etc.

In some embodiments, according to the first order allocation request sent by the user side, determining invoice information that matches at least one customs clearance item according to an order allocation rule may include: displaying an invoice list and second selection prompt information corresponding to the invoice list on the user side according to a first order allocation request sent by the user side; determining at least one invoice commodity item selected by a user according to an invoice selection request sent by the user side; and determining invoice information matched with the at least one customs clearance commodity item respectively from the at least one invoice commodity item according to the order distribution rule.

Optionally, the second order allocation request sent by the user side may be received, and invoice information matched with at least one customs clearance commodity item is determined from at least one invoice commodity item according to an order allocation rule.

In some embodiments, the first selection prompt information includes a customs clearance selection control corresponding to each customs clearance and a customs clearance item selection control corresponding to each customs clearance item; the first order prompt information comprises a first order control corresponding to the customs clearance list, a second order control corresponding to each customs clearance and a third order control corresponding to each customs clearance commodity item;
