Abstract

本发明涉及一种移动式锂离子电池化成装置,带有活动上盖的密闭箱体的正面设有多组与箱体绝缘的正、负极接线端子及航插接头,并设有抽真空用球阀和真空表,箱底部有脚轮。所述箱体与上盖有绝缘内衬,连接处有铰链、锁紧件和密封圈,箱底有清液阀,箱体上有温度表和提手。该装置适用于多只大容量电池同时化成,通用性强,使用安全,排气彻底,不受外环境影响,大大提高电池品质,而且结构简单、制作容易,操作方便,有利于提高工效,降低电池生产成本。

移动式锂离子电池化成装置
技术领域
本发明属于化学电源生产装备技术领域,具体涉及一种移动式锂离子电池化成装置。
背景技术
锂离子电池注入电解液浸润后化成,在化成过程中产生气体,化成气体的释放与排除直接影响到锂离子电池的品质。目前铝塑膜软包装锂离子电池普遍采用气囊式的化成方法,而铝壳、钢壳或塑料壳等包装强度高的电池采用开口化成。铝塑膜软包装电池气囊式化成方式,排气不彻底,铝塑膜用量大,成本高。而高强度的壳体包装采用开口化成的方式,气体完全依靠扩散排出壳体,效果不佳;另外开口化成,电池电解液和极片会吸入环境中的水分,导致电池品质下降。解决上述问题需要采用专门的化成装置。
中国专利CN 202145481 涉及到一种锂离子电池真空化成装置,结构过于复杂,造价高。采用针床式的电池端子连接方式,针对低容量的电池可以适用,化成电流仅10A以下,但是对于大容量电池,充放电电流远大于10A,完全依靠单针接触来导流,发热严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,使用方便、安全,适用于大容量电池和多只电池化成,能提高电池品质、降低电池生产成本的移动式锂离子电池化成装置。
本发明的技术方案是:移动式锂离子电池化成装置,其改进之处是该装置中有一个带活动上盖的密闭箱体,箱体的正面设有多组与箱体绝缘的正、负极接线端子及航插接头,设有抽真空用球阀和真空表,箱底部有脚轮。
所述箱体与上盖有绝缘内衬,箱体与上盖之间有密封圈;所述绝缘内衬与密封圈材质为聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、三元乙丙材料中的一种;所述箱体底部设有清液阀;所述箱体上设有温度表;所述箱体与上盖连接处装有铰链和快速锁紧件,箱体和/或上盖上有提手。
该化成装置中设有多组正、负极接线端子及航插接头,接线端子的内、外端结构一样,通过螺纹连接,适用于多只电池同时化成,对于大容量电池,化成电流大于10A时,也不会发热。箱体内密封好,可抽真空至-0.1~-0.01Mpa(表压),能将化成气体完全排出,且不受外环境影响,大大提高电池品质。该装置通用性强,对软包装电池、金属壳或塑料壳电池均可适用,不仅结构简单、制作容易,而且移动和操作方便,安全可靠,有利于提高工效,降低电池生产成本。

具体实施方式
参见附图,不锈钢的箱体12和上盖11由铰链连接,由快速锁紧件1锁紧,结合部位有密封圈,箱体和上盖有绝缘内衬,密封圈和绝缘内衬采用聚四氟乙烯。箱体的正面设有10组正极接线端子7、负极接线端子9及信号采样线航插接头8,彼此相绝缘,并设有抽真空用球阀3和真空表5,以及温度表4,箱体底部设有清液阀10和脚轮6,箱体侧面及上盖表面有提手2。

1.一种移动式锂离子电池化成装置,其特征是该装置中有一个带活动上盖的密闭箱体,箱体的正面设有多组与箱体绝缘的正、负极接线端子及航插接头,设有抽真空用球阀和真空表,箱底部有脚轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移动式锂离子电池化成装置,其特征在于:所述箱体与上盖有绝缘内衬,箱体与上盖之间有密封圈。
3.根据权利要求2所述的移动式锂离子电池化成装置,其特征在于:所述绝缘内衬与密封圈材质为聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、三元乙丙材料中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的移动式锂离子电池化成装置,其特征在于:所述箱体底部设有清液阀。
5.  根据权利要求1所述的移动式锂离子电池化成装置,其特征在于:所述箱体上设有温度表。
6.根据权利要求1所述的移动式锂离子电池化成装置,其特征在于:所述箱体与上盖连接处装有铰链和快速锁紧件,箱体和/或上盖上有提手。
