Abstract
本发明公开了一种防腐保鲜剂在柑橘采后贮藏保鲜中的应用,其步骤是:1、果实材料选择:选择达到商业成熟度的柑橘果实;2、配制防腐保鲜剂:配制0.2mmol/L的氯氟吡氧乙酸溶液和2,4-D溶液;3、实验处理:选择柑橘果实,分别用上述所配两种溶液和自来水浸泡处理果实2min,自然晾干后对果实进行套袋,贮藏。方法易行,操作简便。0.2mmol/L的氯氟吡氧乙酸溶液和2,4-D溶液能够有效的延缓柑橘果实果蒂的衰老,降低了果实的腐烂率,延长了果实的贮藏期,同时维持果实品质,两者效果相当。本发明特征是保鲜效果显著,毒性低,易降解,处理方法简单易行。

技术领域
本发明属于柑橘采后生物学技术领域,具体涉及一种防腐保鲜剂在柑橘采后贮藏保鲜中的应用。
背景技术
2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)是常用的除草剂和植物生长调节剂,并被广泛应用于水果防腐保鲜的生产实践。在柑橘采后商品化处理过程中,2,4-D配合杀菌剂使用是目前柑橘防腐保鲜技术中运用最为广泛的一种化学保鲜方法,它能够通过抑制果实的代谢活动,延迟果蒂离层的形成,使柑橘果实果蒂保持青绿新鲜而不脱落,从而阻止病菌感染果实,减少果实贮藏期病害的发生,起到延长果实贮藏期的作用。然而,病理学和毒理学的研究表明,大量摄入2,4-D可能会对人体器官造成一定的伤害(M. YOUNES等. Pesticides in Drinking water—a case study. Food and Chemical Toxicology, 2000, 38 : S87 ± S90;Martin A. Philber等. Review of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid (2,4-D) Epidemiology and Toxicology. Critical Reviews in Toxicology,2002, 32(4):233–257),特别是2,4-D在生产过程中产生的中间产物二噁英具有很强的致癌性。另外,2,4-D的水溶性较低,降解半衰期也较长,在自然条件下难以被土壤吸收降解。目前关于2,4-D具体毒性和潜在危害还没有一个明确定论,生产中对2,4-D的使用存在很大的争议,如果不使用2,4-D必将对柑橘产业造成巨大的损失,目前2,4-D在柑橘采后保鲜中的作用还无可替代。但欧盟现已明确限制了2,4-D在水果保鲜中的使用,迫使西班牙等柑橘生产大国开始研发2,4-D的替代品(Sawsen Sdiri等. Effect of Auxin Treatments on Calyx Senescence in the Degreening of Four Mandarin Cultivars.HORTSCIENCE,2008,43(3):747–752),但目前并未研究得到低毒且有效的柑橘保鲜剂,所以一种新型的柑橘保鲜剂的开发和研究工作变得尤为迫切。
氯氟吡氧乙酸是一种合成的生长素类似物,最早作为除草剂在农业中广泛使用,美国食品与药品监督管理局(FDA)和美国环保署(EPA)现在已经准许氯氟吡氧乙酸在54种食品中使用,其中包括苹果、海棠、枇杷、山楂等多种水果。目前关于氯氟吡氧乙酸在柑橘采后贮藏保鲜中的使用还没有报道,我们经过了3年的研究,从35中潜力保鲜剂中不断筛选试验发现,它处理柑橘后表现出与2,4-D完全相似的防腐保鲜效果,极有可能开发成为一种高效环保的2,4-D替代品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种防腐保鲜剂在柑橘采后贮藏保鲜中的应用,方法易行,操作简便,它能够有效的延缓柑橘果实果蒂的衰老,降低果实的腐烂率,延长果实的贮藏期,同时维持果实品质。保鲜效果显著,毒性低,处理方法简单易行。
一种防腐保鲜剂在柑橘采后贮藏保鲜中的应用,其步骤是:
1、果实材料选择:选择达到商业成熟度的柑橘果实。
2、配制防腐保鲜剂:配制0.2mmol/L的氯氟吡氧乙酸溶液和2,4-D溶液,并选择自来水作为清水对照。
3、实验处理:选择柑橘果实,分别用上述所配两种溶液和自来水浸泡处理果实1-4min。自然晾干后对果实进行套袋,贮藏。
所述的防腐保鲜剂为氯氟吡氧乙酸(fluroxypyr)。氯氟吡氧乙酸是一种合成的生长素类似物,最早作为除草剂在农业中广泛使用,通过几年的实践和研究发现氯氟吡氧乙酸具有与2,4-D类似的保鲜功能,在柑橘采后贮藏保鲜领域的应用潜力很大。
本发明处理后的柑橘果蒂衰老率、果实腐烂率与2,4-D处理无显著差异,皆显著低于清水处理,说明本发明能够很好的延缓柑橘果蒂衰老,降低果实腐烂率,达到延长柑橘果实贮藏期的作用。本发明处理后的柑橘果实可滴定酸和可溶性固形物与2,4-D及清水相比皆无显著差异,说明本发明处理柑橘果实后对果实品质无不良影响,能够较好的维持果实的内在品质。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:
1.安全低毒,氟吡氧乙酸的原药大鼠急性经口LD50为2405mg/kg(http://www.chemicalbook.com/ProductChemicalPropertiesCB8389671.htm),远远大于2,4-D(370mg/kg)(http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%8D%8A%E8%87%B4%E6%AD%BB%E5%8A%91%E9%87%8F),即毒性远远低于2,4-D,另外,美国食品与药品监督管理局(FDA)和美国环保署(EPA)已经准许氯氟吡氧乙酸在水果中使用,而目前欧盟已经明确限制了2,4-D在水果保鲜上的使用。
高效保鲜,0.2mmol/L的氯氟吡氧乙酸对柑橘的保鲜效果与同浓度的2,4-D相当,且能够较好的维持果实的内在品质,与2,4-D处理效果无显著差异。
易降解,研究表明,氯氟吡氧乙酸在土壤中消解半衰期为5.5-8.6 天(段劲生等.稻田施用氯氟吡氧乙酸后其在水稻植株、糙米、稻壳、土壤和田水中的残留消解动态.农药学学报,2010,12(3):355—360),而2,4-D在土壤中的半衰期在20.2天左右(吴星卫等. 2,4-D的水解、光解及在土壤中的降解特性研究. 安徽农业科学,2011,39(16):9711—9713),且氯氟吡氧乙酸常温下比2,4-D更容易被土壤吸收,这说明氯氟吡氧乙酸比2,4-D更容易降解,是一种比较理想的2,4-D替代品,若用于柑橘采后贮藏保鲜,能很大程度降低产区大量使用2,4-D对环境和人类构成的威胁。

本发明和2,4-D处理奥林达夏橙20℃贮藏2个月后果实果蒂依然保持翠绿色,果实新鲜,而清水对照处理果实果蒂褐化衰老,甚至感染病菌导致果实腐烂,对比鲜明。

本发明和2,4-D处理温州蜜柑20℃贮藏4周后果实果蒂较清水对照明显新鲜,效果明显,清水对照果实果蒂则出现褐化衰老,甚至感染病菌而发霉。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种防腐保鲜剂在柑橘采后贮藏保鲜中的应用,其步骤如下:
1. 溶液配制:分别秤取0.255 g和0.221 g氯氟吡氧乙酸固体粉末和2,4-D固体粉末,加入5L自来水中,同时加入4g氢氧化钠(化学式为NaOH)助溶,配制成0.2mmol/L的溶液。

2. 实验处理:选择奥林达夏橙,分别用上述所配两种溶液和自来水浸泡处理夏橙果实2min,自然晾干后对果实进行套袋,然后置于温度为20℃-25℃湿度为85%-90%的气调库内贮藏2个月。
3. 结果显示:氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理奥林达夏橙后20℃贮藏2个月果蒂衰老率分别为12.08%和12.16%;氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理奥林达夏橙后贮藏2个月果实腐烂率分别为6.25%和7.5%,,结果表明氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理都能够延缓奥林达夏橙果蒂的衰老,且氯氟吡氧乙酸保鲜效果要略优于2,4-D处理。氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理奥林达夏橙后贮藏2个月可滴定酸分别为1.00%和0.90%,可溶性固形物分别为10.77和11.01,皆无显著差异,说明氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理奥林达夏橙对果实内在品质的维持效果相当。
实施例2:
一种防腐保鲜剂在柑橘采后贮藏保鲜中的应用,其步骤如下:
1. 溶液配制:分别秤取0.255 g和0.221 g氯氟吡氧乙酸固体粉末和2,4-D固体粉末,加入5L自来水中,同时加入4g氢氧化钠(NaOH)助溶,配制成0.2mmol/L的溶液。
2. 实验处理:选择温州蜜柑,分别用上述所配两种溶液和自来水浸泡处理夏橙果实2min,自然晾干后对果实进行套袋,然后置于温度为20℃-25℃湿度为85%-90%的气调库内贮藏4周。
3. 结果显示:氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理伦晚夏橙后20℃贮藏4周果蒂衰老率分别为34.75%和28.21%,无显著差异;氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理后温州蜜柑贮藏2个月果实腐烂率分别为6.19%和7.07%,无显著差异。结果表明氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理都能够延缓温州蜜柑果蒂的衰老,两者保鲜效果无显著差异。氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理温州蜜柑贮藏4周后可滴定酸分别为0.77%和0.74%;可溶性固形物分别为10.07和10。说明氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理温州蜜柑与清水对照相比能够较好的维持果实品质,且氯氟吡氧乙酸效果略优于2,4-D。
实施例3:
一种防腐保鲜剂在柑橘采后贮藏保鲜中的应用,其步骤如下:
1. 溶液配制:分别秤取0.255 g和0.221 g氯氟吡氧乙酸固体粉末和2,4-D固体粉末,加入5L自来水中,同时加入4g氢氧化钠(NaOH)助溶,配制成0.2mmol/L的溶液。
2. 实验处理:选择温州蜜柑,分别用上述所配两种溶液和自来水浸泡处理夏橙果实2min,自然晾干后对果实进行套袋,然后置于温度为2℃-6℃湿度为85%-90%的气调库内贮藏3个月。
3. 结果显示: 氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理温州蜜柑后5℃贮藏3个月果蒂衰老率分别为28.80%和29.34%;氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理温州蜜柑后贮藏3个月果实腐烂率分别为25.63%和34.38%。结果表明氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理都能够延缓温州蜜柑果蒂的衰老,且氯氟吡氧乙酸保鲜效果略优于2,4-D。氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理温州蜜柑后贮藏3个月后可滴定酸分别为0.57%和0.57%;可溶性固形物分别为9.97和9.60。说明氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理温州果实能较好的维持果实内在品质,且氯氟吡氧乙酸效果略优于2,4-D处理。
实施例4:
一种防腐保鲜剂在柑橘采后贮藏保鲜中的应用,其步骤如下:
1. 溶液配制:分别秤取0.255 g和0.221 g氯氟吡氧乙酸固体粉末和2,4-D固体粉末,加入5L自来水中,同时加入4g氢氧化钠(NaOH)助溶,配制成0.2mmol/L的溶液。
2. 实验处理:选择伦晚脐橙,分别用上述所配两种溶液和自来水浸泡处理夏橙果实2min,自然晾干后对果实进行套袋,然后置于温度为20℃湿度为85%-90%的气调库内贮藏2个月。
3. 结果显示:氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理伦晚脐橙后20℃贮藏2个月果蒂衰老率分别为3.6%和3.7%;氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理温州蜜柑后贮藏2个月果实腐烂率分别为45%和46%。结果表明氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理都能够延缓温州蜜柑果蒂的衰老,且氯氟吡氧乙酸保鲜效果略优于2,4-D。氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理伦晚脐橙后贮藏2个月可滴定酸分别为0.74%和0.76%;可溶性固形物分别为12.35和11.56,皆无显著差异。这说明虽然氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-D溶液处理后的温州果实内在品质无显著差异。

1.一种防腐保鲜剂在柑橘采后贮藏保鲜中的应用,其特征在于所述的防腐保鲜剂为氯氟吡氧乙酸,其保鲜方法为:选择柑橘果实,用氢氧化钠作为助溶剂配制0.2mmol/L的氯氟吡氧乙酸溶液并浸泡处理柑橘果实1-4min,果实自然晾干后对果实进行套袋,贮藏。
