Abstract

一种垂直潜入泵,有一外壳1,内装带驱动轴13 的液压马达14,外壳1固定泵体2,由泵体2引出的 输送管3、6、7延伸到泵送介质和与泵轴13相联的 转子12上面,两根驱动介质管4、5从泵送介质上面 向下延伸到外壳1上。泵体2是从泵转子外侧径向 分开的,外环形泵体部分8与输送管3、6、7相联。每 根驱动介质管4、5包括可松开的管件17、18,当它们 卸去时,允许吊起连同驱动马达14、泵转子12和内 泵体部分9在内的整个外壳1。

Description

本发明涉及权利要求1前序部分所述的垂直潜入式泵装置。
维修或大修时,除非打算在空的货舱中进行必要的修理,否则整个泵装置都得从甲板上的舱口拉上来。但空货舱通常的条件往往不允许进行这种修理,因为舱底常常很滑,因此拆开泵装置达到内部结构之前有必要对舱内及泵装置的外部进行清洗。另一个明显的障碍是舱内存有不允许作业的气体。
现代船舶的货舱都很深,故垂直潜入式泵装置也必须有相应的长度。
本发明提供了将泵装置需要进行维修或大修的部分作为一个整单元吊上来进行修理的可能性。上述单元包括驱动马达,其驱动轴和由该马达驱动的泵。这样,输送管及驱动介质管可留在舱内。卸下该单元只需一个人,该操作者是装备了适当的安全设施的。
本发明的上述泵装置是根据权利要求1的特征部分设计的。本发明的进一步的特征将在从属权利要求中叙述。
本发明的优点将在下列说明或最佳实施例中更细详地公开。

图1所示的泵装置主要由泵装置外壳1,泵体2,输送管3和两根驱动介质管4、5组成。泵体2经两个Y形管道6,7与输送管3相联。
如图2和图3所示,泵体2具有径向结合面,固此它是由下部外泵体部分8和上部内泵体部分9组成的。下部外泵体部分8包围上部内泵体部分9,它们之间装有适当的密封垫10、11。
该泵体中装有双吸泵转子12。该转子装于驱动轴13上,该驱动轴是从泵装置外壳1中的液压驱动马达14(见图4)延伸出的。
泵体8,9用卡环装置15联接,该卡环装置15与上部内泵体部分9的内侧接触,并借助螺栓16联接到下部外泵体部分8上。如图所示,泵体2为双吸转子12设置了上下吸入口。
两根驱动介质管4和5分别设有可拆卸的管装置17和18,每一根的详细结构如图4剖示图所示。
如图1所示,泵装置外壳1具有两个孔座19,20。该孔座和相联的可拆卸管装置是完全相同的,故下面只需详细说明它们的一个联接装置就行了。
如图4所示,驱动马达14具有一个带联接法兰22的联接座21。联接法兰22可通过泵装置外壳的开孔19接近。法兰联接壳23由螺栓24紧紧地拧在开孔19上,并在两件间装了密封垫。该法兰联接壳体23带有向上垂直延伸的管座件25。外层保护管件26在管座件25中是可滑动密封的,两件间装有密封27,并朝上延伸一定长度,到法兰28为止。该法兰28通过塞入的密封垫(也参见图1)与法兰盘29接触,并用螺栓30与法兰盘29联接。外层保护管31固定在法兰盘29上,并朝上延伸形成驱动介质管4的外部元件。
所述外层保护管26内设有驱动介质管32,其下端牢固地与弯管33联接。该弯管具有侧向端面34,通过设在两件间的密封垫35与法兰22联接。端面34借助虚线所示的螺栓36与法兰22保持紧密接触。在顶部,内部驱动介质管32被引入内驱动介质支承管37中,该支承管37在保护管31中向上延伸。内管件32通过适当的密封38可滑动地密封在内驱动介质支承管37中。
当希望拆下驱动马达和泵进行适当的维修或大修时,操作步骤如下:关闭驱动介质管,并由公知的方式放空介质(图中未示),松开螺栓24,法兰联接壳23就可沿外管件26向上滑动,从而可够着螺栓36。松开该螺栓,就可使弯管33和与之相联的内管32从联接法22上卸下。松开螺栓30,整个可拆式管件17就可向下拔出,并且内管件32可从内驱动介质支承管37中滑出。松开固定卡环15的螺栓26,就可利用譬如固定在图3中所示的吊耳39上的绳子吊起包括带内部元件的泵装置外壳1,以图上未详细示出的方式联接到泵装置外壳1上的上部内泵体部分9,及装在驱动轴13上的泵转子12在内的整个单元。
装配步骤正好相反:吊下与上部内泵体部分9相联的泵装置外壳1和泵转子12,泵体9和8用卡环15联接起来,使可卸开的管件17,18就位,其操作过程反照上述拆卸管件17的过程进行,然后,将驱动介质管4,5充以驱动介质,该泵装置即装好备用。

Claims (3)

1、一种垂直潜入式泵装置,它包括一个泵装置外壳(1),泵体(2),泵转子(12),从泵体(2)引出的输送管(3,6,7)及两根驱动介质管(4,5),所述泵装置外壳(1)内装有带驱动轴(13)的液压驱动马达(14),所述泵体(2)牢固地装在泵装置外壳上,所述泵转子装在泵体内部并与驱动轴相连,所述输送管向上延伸到泵送介质上方,所述驱动介质管从泵送介质上方向下延伸到泵装置外壳(1)上,其特征在于泵体(2)是从泵转子(12)外侧径向分开的,外部环形泵体部分(8)与输送管(3,6,7)相连,并且每个驱动介质管(4,5)包括一个可松开的管装置(17,18),当它们卸下时,允许吊起包括带驱动马达(14),泵转子(12)和内部泵体部分(9)在内的泵装置外壳(1)整个单元。
2、如权利要求1所述的垂直潜入式泵装置,其特征在于所述的每个可松开的管装置(17,18)由相互密封的套筒式元件(23,26,32)组成。
3、如权利要求2所述的垂直潜入式泵装置,其特征在于所述的可松开的管装置(17)包括一个带垂直取向的管座(25)的法兰联接壳(23),该壳体用法兰与泵装置外壳(1)联接,和一个外保护管件(26),它的一端可滑动地装在管座(25)中,而另一端由法兰(28,30)与有关驱动介质管(4)中的相关外层保护管(31)相联,一个驱动介质管件(32),其上端由密封(38)可滑动地装在相关的驱动介质管(4)中的驱动介质支承管(37)内,其下端穿过外层保护管(26),向下伸进法兰联接壳(23)中,并在其下端装有内法兰联接壳体(33),利用法兰联接件(22,26)与驱动马达(14)上的驱动介质管座(21)相联,该内外法兰联接壳体(33,23)相互尺寸的确定,允许外法兰联接壳体(23)可沿外层保护管件(26)向上滑动,从而将内法兰连接壳体(33)显露出来。
